Here is my response to the current health awareness! “This is a great time to lift each other up with our positive post. To help remind each other of our continuous flow of well being. It’s about using this situation to be greatful and thankful for the well being bodies that we have. We can stop looking at the silliness of plastic surgery perfection in our bodies and see clearly the magnificent abilities we have with our current being bodies. I can breath deeply. I pump rich blood through my veins, and on and on. Use that as your new focus. Instead of getting fearful and anxious, I SET MY INTENSION on being thankful for my blessed body. I am wellness, and I will maintain my wellness”. One way to shift your focus is to appreciate what you have today, and you will receive even more of that to appreciate tomorrow. This is prepaving for tomorrow’s encounters. It’s called getting out ahead of anything. And the second way is to make art! It doesn’t have to be a masterpiece, just doodle or color. This reframed your mental thoughts to focus and let go of fearing thoughts. The fearing thoughts block the flow of your well being stream and lower your immune system.
