RG 1/144 Organisation of the Zodiac (OZ) Mobile Suit OZ-13MS "Gundam Epyon"

She's finally done!! Treize Kushrenada's answer to the Wing Zero has been sitting in my backlog since at least March so it's great to finally get this kit finished!

This was my first modern RG experience, and it feels like a completely different grade compared to early RGs such as the Wing Zero EW and Exia I've built in the past. Rather than relying on a pre-built inner frame, Epyon's build is closer to a MG or HG kit. The level of detail on the internal parts is really incredible, and I was almost disappointed to cover them up with the external plating - although the external detail is also quite extensive, much more so than other RG kits.

A neat detail on Epyon is the inclusion of UV reactive trans-green parts for the cameras and beam sword. This allows them to glow under UV light and makes the kit look a lot better than with the foil stickers that most other kits use.

This kit comes with a large beam sword, attached directly to the suit's reactor output with a conduit attached to the hip, as well as the iconic heat rod, which has been pre-assembly moulded like the old RG inner frames. The sword handle is long enough to be held with both hands, and the shoulders allow for more than enough articulation for the kit to hold it in both hands in a variety of poses.

Despite the size of the wings and sword, minimal effort is required to get the kit to stand upright (although it is a very back-heavy kit and if posed wrong will tip over backwards). Epyon comes with two special adapters for the Action Base 5 system for it to be displayed in airborne poses.

The main gimmick of the Epyon is its ability to transform into a dragon-shaped Mobile Armor called the "Wyvern". This transformation is really well implemented, and doesn't require the removal of any parts except the hands and shield. Unlike HG kits, which require you to take apart and re-assemble the kit, the RG Epyon has a specially designed pelvis that allows the legs to swing back and over, becoming the neck and head of the Mobile Armor mode.

The Mobile Armor mode works really well, and is just as posable as the Mobile Suit mode. In fact, I found this mode a lot more balanced, due to the repositioning of the wings.

This has been one of my favorite RG builds so far, and I encourage anyone who wants a fun but challenging build to pick one up.

History The ATMCM-IFK (Alpha Triton Mobile Core Medium - Infantry Fighting Kit) is a Mobile Core with a focus on Infantry Support. Majority of its systems have been cut down in comparison to the ATMCH-VCK, though it doesn't feature any thrusters at all due to its focus on infantry support. While the IFK isn't as heavily armored as the VCK, it still features lightweight composite armor and can equip ERA or NERA if needed for additional protection against HEAT munitions. The majority of its armor is designed to deal with HEAT munitions due to the threat of various anti-tank weapons and as a result it comes out far lighter than the VCK that was created before it. This is most noticeable in the legs, as disabling those gets rid of its mobility entirely. The IFK's design is also far cheaper to produce in comparison to the VCK due to the standardization of some equipment and technologies utilized in the Mobile Core Units. Like the VCK it technically can equip a multitude of weaponry to change its role, it also has a Datalink System which is important in order to quickly receive and transfer information with other ATMRRI equipment to increase combat effectiveness and overall survivability.

Mech Construction Showcase: Armored Titan

Greetings, Dan here!

Today we're going to stretch the method of skinning mechanics to create a purely organic biomech in the form of the Armored Titan from Attack on Titan. Briefly, I know this would be a contested choice as many consider the Titan transformations as more of superpowers; however, these legendary titans do share a lot of similarities with mechs. They have a pilot that controls the body from an internal cockpit, multiple individuals can "pilot" one of the legendary titans (albeit over generations in this case), the body can be modified, and passengers can even be carried inside the cockpit. While the pilot is controlling the titan as an extension of their own body, they are still utilized in a method similar to mechs. Functionally they're meat mechs, and I would not be surprised if a player interested in making a biomech might want something similar. Regardless, this is meant to be a stretch of mechanic skinning as an example for similar scenarios that may pop up in groups. Naturally, any such stretch of the game would be left to the discretion of the player and GM to find a good fit for the group.

With that out of the way, The Armored Titan is a legendary Titan that is known for being covered in super durable, natural armor plating. It uses this to destroy structures, and strike opponents with devastating force, while also protecting it from most attacks. Because of this heavy plating, the Armored Titan is typically very slow. On rare occasions it can shed some of its armor to increase speed, but predominantly it is a heavy front line fighter. Lastly, Titans are known for their regenerative abilities, and this includes natural armor.

We will be building The Armored Titan as a starter mech, so some features may be left out for adding later, but we'll aim to capture the essence of the biomech to start. We'll start with a Blitz Frame for 24 Armor Points befitting a front line mech. Next, because this titan is slow, we'll stick with a Movement Rate of 1 from Caballero Boosters. Because titans have many defining abilities over weapons, we'll use a Blitz CPU for 2 Utilities. Lastly, we'll go with the Caballero Radiator for a Heat Rating of 8.

Though the Armored Titan would need more utilities to have all of its abilities from its franchise, for now we'll go with the Bioframe, initially for the descriptor, but also to represent when the pilot loses control to their base instincts. For the second utility system, we'll use a Shield Generator. This will add 10 Shield Points on top of the titan's AP, giving it more protection. An additional benefit to the utility is that it recharges 1 SP per round, which will represent the titan regenerating its natural armor. Beyond just skinning the mechanics of the utility, there is precedence for this in the BTE already, as in noximorphs, natural armor is represented as SP on top of their Health Points.

For the Weapon Systems, we'll construct a single kit at the start, putting all 8 HR into Armored Strikes. Since the legendary titan is a heavy hitter, we will spend four heat to raise the damage to a d10. For the RoF, we'll spend one heat for a single attack per round. Next for the ammunition, we will spend three heat for 8 Ammo. Lastly, the Armored Titan as with most titans is traditionally unarmed, so we will spend the remaining heat point for Melee range.

This build will allow for a player to pilot a biomech capable of packing quite the punch (literally), while also having more protection than your average frontline starting mech. As stated before, the titan could gain more abilities overtime as the equipment is improved. A player with this build could naturally improve their Frame or CPU. With additional utilities the biomech could pick up a Neural Interface for improved piloting, a Repair Swarm for further regenerative abilities, or even a Mobility Mode Converter for dropping off leg armor for added speed. Alternatively, this armor adjustment could be represented by installing a Mode Shift System mod to the weapon system, having the mode switch for a higher RoF at the cost of damage. Past these, the player may choose to increase their weapon options using an improved radiator or Disposable Equipment.

One suggestion stood out simply because we had never done it before. "How about tiger stripes on a chrome slide?" was an exciting proposal from one of the stock market makers. It was exciting because GlockStore has done many camouflage patterns in CeraKote paint as well as Hydro graphic prints, but never in the metal finish on the slide. Starting with Glock's flagship pistol, the Model 17, we sent it to our machine shop and had an RMR Red Dot sight mount cut into the slide. We chose to use the "co-witness" style so that the shooter could use iron sights if needed. Our gunsmiths then removed the original factory finish to reveal the bare stainless slide. One of the brush makers polished the slide to a mirror finish and then we sent it out for our Hard Chrome finish. I'd like to tell you the rest of the details of how we created the amazing finish, but I've been sworn to secrecy and I like my job. Many of our customers are competitive shooters who rely on our Pyramid Trigger to improve their speed and accuracy. Our adjustable Pyramid Trigger systems allow the shooter to choose the weight of their trigger pull, and the length of the trigger pull. This allows for faster follow-up shots as well as better accuracy because the shorter and shorter trigger pull will not "pull the pistol" off target.

Prompt 42: He sneaked his arms around your waist and kissed your neck, staring at the man across the room, hoping he would notice you were unavailable.

Requested/About: Another 7th year student has spiked an interest in Fred’s girlfriend and won’t give up on trying to prove himself to her, Fred notices and makes sure everyone knows she’s his.

Warnings: Swearing, mention of food and eating.

“You’d think you were being served for breakfast with the way he looks at you” George muttered, taking a bite out of his toast.

You sighed and looked down the table, the familiar 7th year kept staring at you, breaking out into a smile when you met his gaze, waving at you.

Turning back around you shook your head and took a sip of your juice, trying your best to ignore his eyes burning into the side of your face.

Placing the goblet back on the table you wiped the corner of your mouth with your sleeve “he’s been hitting on me each time he walks past, winking at me and that”

“who is he anyway?” George asked “bloody weirdo” he flicked through the paper trying to find funny jokes or word about his upcoming business. 

“Evan” you muttered “moved here a year or so ago”

George looked over to the lad and glared at him “I’ll spike his drink with some pastilles-”

“spike who with what, Georgie?” Fred butted in, waltzing towards the table. 

You quickly shot George a look, similar to the one he gave to Evan down the table, you shook your head at him. Sitting down, Fred placed his arm around you and pulled you close to him.

“Morning love” he said softly,  kissing your head.

You felt safer now that Fred arrived, you were hoping that deep down inside Evan would see Fred’s affection and be put off you - going after someone else who was available. 

“Professor Snape” George replied, faking a grin. 

Fred quickly stuffed his face, being late to breakfast he only had five or so minutes until first class. 

“What’s he done this time?” Fred asked, mouth full of cereal.

“Oh, nothing yet” you replied “we’ll see what exam results I get first.”

You and Fred walked out of the dungeons, each of you balling your test results in your fists, crumpling the paper into a ball, your free hands laced together. 

“He’s getting more than puking pastilles after this bloody result” Fred hissed “mum’s gonna go mental.”

You opened your mouth to say something until Evan and his group of friends walked past, you didn’t ignore him fast enough and accidentally caught his gaze, Evan waved at you and winked - pushing past in front of you.

“Love your hair, beautiful.” He called out.

You put your head down and stared at your shoes, continuing to walk to your next class, hoping Fred was too angry to notice. 

“What was that about?” Fred stopped in his tracks, pulling you back beside him “Y/N?”

“I don’t know” you replied, feeling your pulse elevate “I’ve never seen him before”

Fred looked behind him, Evan and his group of friends disappearing into halls, he placed his arm back around you and walked with you down the corridor. 

“has he been bothering you, love?” Fred asked, concern ringing in his voice.

You wanted to tell the truth, to have your boyfriend be your knight in shining armour - but at the same time, you wanted to handle things yourself, you didn’t want to be shielded or put more pressure on him. 

Staying silent for a moment, you chewed on your lip and lied “no, I don’t know him - he’s probably got me confused with someone else.”

Fred let out a laugh and rolled his eyes, the two of you now meeting up with George. 

“you? mixed up with someone else? impossible, you’re that gorgeous you stick out like Harry’s scar” Fred kissed your head again, turning to George “ready for Quidditch then?”

George nodded “will you be coming to watch, Y/N?” 

Evan walked past again, kitted out in his Quidditch gear and shooting daggers at your boyfriend. 

“what is his problem?” Fred muttered.

“He’s on your team?” you mouthed to George, his face dropping.

George shrugged “I didn’t know! He’s probably standing in for someone else...” he mouthed back.

Fred continued to stare at the back of Evan’s head, gripping his wand in his pocket. You pulled at his arm, hugging him before taking off to your last class.

No matter how much you tried, you couldn’t focus on anything that spewed out of Trelawney’s mouth, you say at the back of her class with your head in your hands - just wanting to disappear.

“It’s no good lying my dear” Trelawney mumbled, walking over to you “the truth is going to come out before you can stop it!”

You shook your head and bit down on your tongue, forcing an upcoming outburst back down your gullet. Bunching your hands into fists you stood up and stormed out, ignoring the whispers behind you.

Lunch came and went, you couldn’t eat, you stared at your plate feeling so anxious the smell of food made you feel nauseous - it didn’t help sitting at the table alone, your boyfriend and his brother playing through lunch and into their last class of the day.

You piled up your books and sat in the Gryffindor common room, flicking through each one, trying to memorise something to help the time fly by.

Like you, Fred couldn’t concentrate much either. Throughout the entire game George had to restrain his brother from lashing Evan, wether he was aiming for him on purpose or insulting him as he passed by.

“He’s up to something that one” Fred glared, wiping the mud off his shirt.

Evan and his friends walked off the pitch, laughing and talking amongst themselves while they went to get freshened up and dressed; Fred and George following not too far behind.

“He isn’t worth it, Freddie, Y/N says—“

Fred turned to face his brother “She knows him? So he’s been bothering her for a long time?”

George sighed and scrunched his eyes shut for a moment. Realising he let slip of something you were trying so hard to hide would cause so much trouble - but he couldn’t lie to his twin, even if he tried it would be obvious.

“Yeah, she told me this morning” George replied quietly “not sure how long for but he’s really into her.”

Fred started to storm towards Evan, his expression filled with fury. George grabbed the back of his brothers shirt and pulled him back, holding him to the side.

“Don’t start this, Freddie.” He warned him “I know you’re pissed but we’ve got two months left here, we cannot get expelled, especially because this involves Y/N - the outcome of her future is determined here.”

Fred gritted his teeth and nodded, he couldn’t utter a word - afraid he would lash out. He and his brother walked back inside, getting freshened up for the evening.

Hearing the door slam, you turned around to see Evan enter the now crowded common room, you turned back around and slumped in your chair, burying your head in your book so he couldn’t see you.

Behind him came another slam but this time your heart finally calmed down upon hearing the sound of your boyfriends voice, chatting with his brother, making their way over to you.

“Feeling like a bookworm today?” Your boyfriend called out, standing next to you.

You smiled slightly and closed your book, placing it back into your back that sat beside your feet on the floor.

“Just revising the odd bit or two” you replied, staying sat down, looking into your boyfriends gorgeous eyes.

Fred stared back into your eyes, staying quite for a moment, appearing to be in deep thought.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” He asked, taking hold of your hand.

You looked over at George, he mouthed an apology and walked away - most likely to avoid a brewing argument or a scold from you.

“I thought I could handle it, I didn’t want you to go causing any trouble-“

Fred sighed, encouraging you to stand up.

“You’re my girlfriend, Y/N, I want to protect you when you need it.”

You chewed on your lip and nodded, Evan in the background talking to his friends, flicking through the newspaper.

Fred looked over his shoulder and spotted him, an idea flashing in his head like a lightbulb. If he couldn’t approach Evan and sort him out with his fists or burn him out wit his words, he would have to show him you were untouchable in another way.

Fred pulled you into the middle of the common room, breaking you out of your hiding, out in the open for everyone to see. He sneaked his arms around your waist and kissed your neck, staring at the man across the room, hoping he would finally notice you were unavailable.

Your cheeks started to heat up and prickle, you felt excited yet shy, embarrassed slightly and quite naughty as Fred to showed his affections on this level in public. Evan was prodded in the shoulder, his eyes peering away from the newspaper to the sight in front of him.

As Evan made eye contact with your boyfriend, you could feel Fred’s smirk graze against the sweet spot on your neck before he planted another kiss, refusing to blink or even look away from the lad in front of him.

Evan swallowed hard, a look of jealousy and disappointment flushing into his features, he stuffed the newspaper into his friends chest and stormed out of the common room.

he points at the bed behind him then sets up the camera on the stand and walks over to the bed, sitting down on the side

“she told me to wake her up before her time, but she didn’t want to get up earlier”

he poked the lump in the blankets, and it stirred just the slightest bit

“hannah… wake up, schnucki”

the lump groaned and sat up revealing hannah with messy hair

she just looked at yangyang, eyes still sleepy, then slumped forward 

camera cuts and it’s hannah with her makeup kit and yangyang’s out of frame talking to her

“hey guys! it’s currently 3:11, and i’m fully awake now and doing my makeup because why not?”

she shows her phone which has the time, and she smiles when she sees her lockscreen

yangyang scoffed in the corner and she rolled her eyes

“i already did a really thin layer of my cushion and blush, so i have to do my eye makeup quick”

true enough, she did do her makeup fairly quickly, little mix’s sweet melodies and ariana grande’s pov playing in the background

“hurry up,” yangyang in the background threw himself into her bed “we’re supposed to eat lunch”

“i took a shower early and cooked breakfast for roo and channie before they went to practice, then i cooked brunch for mark and jungwoo oppa, give me a break and fix my bed”

she finishes her eyeliner and takes the camera

“let’s go to the kitchen and heat up some of what i cooked earlier”

she sets the camera on the kitchen island so it catches the stove and a few cupboards and talks while working her way around the kitchen

“the two finished the breakfast i made them, and we’re out of side dishes,” she took out a container with a few pieces of fried meat, “looks like mark and jungwoo oppa ate more of the chicken tenders than i thought they would. looks like i have to make more.”

she takes out a bag of doritos and two tupperwares, one with flour in it

yangyang walks right in and lights up when he sees the bag of chips “aye, it’s doritos!”

“yes, and i need you to crush it” she laughed and handed him a rolling pin. she took out a two chicken breasts and proceeds to start filleting it “looks like you guys are gonna see me cook chicken tenders today”

yangyang stands next to her and rolls the dorito bag with a rolling pin, confused. she laughs and looks up at him

“it’s for the crust,” she laughed

“that’s why it always tastes so good and way better than anything else!”

he looks at her and they kinda freeze for a while

scene cuts and it’s her in front of a pot frying the chicken tenders with yangyang going “ooooh”

she faced him and laughed “you’re holding it way too close to my face”

“that’s okay, you look pretty” “whatever”

she just rolled her eyes and picked up one piece and showed it to the camera

“it’s a little orange, but that’s because i used cheesy chips as a crust.”

she stacked them onto a plate and smiled into the camera. she turned off the stove and carried the plate over to the coffee table by the couch. yangyang sat next to her and settled the camera in front of them

“you know the drill schnucki. no—” “no crumbs on your carpet, i know” 

yangyang leaned his face a little closer teasingly. she gave him a tight lipped smile and pushed his head away

cut scene

“you know, at this point, people are gonna forget this is your solo relay cam” “who’s fault is it for wanting to eat lunch with me” “my face is quality content”

but they’re both just tucked into bed in dark-ish lighting

“i saw this movie trending called if anything happens, i love you” “oh, you do?”

she turned to him and gave him a deadly sweet smile, “schnucki, i will not hesitate to kick you out of my bed and feed you to yoonmi’s gigantic alaskan malamute”

he raised his arms in surrender

“anyway apparently it can make people cry? in twelve minutes? which is good because it’s twenty minutes to three, and we need to head to the company”

she showed her phone and it lit up showing the time. then a notification appeared. it was a text message from “lukey my shield”

“oh, it’s lucas oppa! Let me just tell him we’ll be in the company by 3:30”

and a small ball of fur can be seen in the background hopping up and smothering yangyang’s face. hannah turned after pressing send and laughed. she leaned back into the pillow and patted minnie’s head as soon as yangyang was able to wrangle the dog into his arms

scene cuts to them sitting in a car, minnie curled up on yangyang’s lap

“yeah, we didn’t finish the movie” she laughed, “we both got way too distracted. but now we’re on our way to the company for… stuff”

yangyang snorted, and so did her manager

“hey,” she gave a look off camera to the driver “kihyun oppa, you’re supposed to be proud i’m not saying anything” “whatever you say, kiddo”

“but it’s almost three! sorry my relay cam was kinda boring”

“i’m offended” “suck it up, schnucki” “maybe you two would like to end the hour before bickering again?”

yangyang and hannah looked at each other and laughed before hannah brought up her phone and showed the time

“2:59, and it’s almost ten oppa’s time,” she smiled, “i hope this wasn’t too boring for you guys. this is hannah’s relay cam ending, and-”

her phone started buzzing with a photo of her and lucas appearing on her screen just as the clock changed to 3:00. yangyang laughed and began waving using minnie’s paw

Author’s Note: I haven’t written anything soft in a while...so I hope I’m not too rusty lol. Sorry this took so long, and thank you for being patient with me!

You had been traveling with the Mandalorian and the child for several months at this point, and while you both had come away with some cuts and bruises, nothing too severe had happened to either of you. until now that is.

You had been tracking down a bounty, no different than your usual day to day activities, when this trip had gone awry very quickly. You had tracked the bounty to an abandoned town, completely confident that you had cornered the man in one of the crumbling structures when an unfamiliar thunk was followed quickly by a very familiar beeping of a grenade. On instinct, Din had shielded you from the brunt of the blast, but that landed you in your current situation – dragging a shrapnel impaled Mandalorian up the ramp of the Razor Crest.

You slam your hand against the button to close the ramp behind you and Din unceremoniously stumbles to his cot and sits down, back resting against the wall as gloved hands fumble at the clasps of his armor as he tries to pry the metal away from him. Your heart races as you dig around for the medkit, eyes glancing from the cabinet in front of you back to Din. You had been harboring feelings for the beskar clad warrior since a few weeks into your partnership, but you were convinced he didn’t feel the same.How could he? He was devoted to the way, his creed, and the people that saved his life…there was no room left for you in his heart. At least that’s what you told yourself as you tried to still your erratic breathing and approached the injured man. He had managed to get his chest plate and pauldrons off and even removed his gloves and was now making a sad attempt to remove his shirt, grunting in pain as he tried to do so. You immediately saw the problem, the sizeable piece of shrapnel in his side was keeping him from removing the shirt, but Din – in his less than aware state – was not catching on.

“Din stop,” you commanded, quickly walking over to the bed, kneeling on the thin mattress by his side, opening up the medkit, “you’re going to make it worse, just let me help,” your voice was soft as you looked up at him, eyes gazing into the blackness of his visor.

His breaths are strained and erratic, but he slowly nods his head, letting his hands fall by his sides. You give him a small smile before pulling a small injector from the bag next to you, pressing it to his upper arm before hitting the button to administer the pain medication.

“nothing too strong,” you say, “But this would not be pleasant without it.”

Din knew what it was, but you found it somewhat calming to talk to yourself in situations that made you anxious. And as you take the bandage scissors from the kit and begin slowly cutting the fabric of his shirt away from him, your anxiety skyrockets. once you have it cut in half, you slowly move to peel it away from the metal. Your fingers graze his side slightly and you hear Din’s breath hitch.

“I’m sorry-“ you apologize, “I’ll try to be more careful,” you promise, thinking your touch had caused him pain.

But Din wasn’t about to tell you that the pain meds had kicked in full force, and he barely felt a thing. He wasn’t about to tell you that the reason for his intake of breath was from the shock of your cool fingertips against his heated skin – skin that had been untouched for so long. He was so caught up in is own feelings that he didn’t even notice the flush of your skin or the way your eyes refused to meet his.

You tried to ignore the fact that this was the most you had seen of the man you have a crush on since you had joined him. You shook the thoughts from your head, trying to focus on the task at hand instead of the butterflies in your stomach. You had successfully pulled the cloth away from the metal in his sided and let out a small breath of relief when you noticed that it wasn’t too deep. It should be an easy and quick fix – just some bacta spray and bandages. You mutter a small apology as you grab the metal and quickly pull it from his side, completely unprepared for the large hand that flew to grasp your hip in reaction.

Okay, Din thought, maybe the pain meds hadn’t kicked in all the way.

Because as soon as you pulled the object from his side a sharp pain shot up his torso and he instinctively grasped for purchase, a hiss falling from his lips. However, he was unprepared for the warmth against his fingers as his hand fell against your hip, fingers resting against the exposed skin as your shirt had ridden up slightly. He felt you tense slightly and was about to move away when he heard you sigh slightly at the touch before resuming your work. Din did not move his hand.

Your breathing was shaky, and it felt like your skin was on fire where Din’s hand rested, fingers absentmindedly rubbing circles on the exposed area. You quickly sprayed a liberal amount of bacta pray to the wound and reached for the bandages next, applying a layer of gauze before wrapping the thin bandages around his torso. You slowly moved your hands, wrapping the bandages from his side, around his back, then back around to his front, your fingers brushing over his stomach slightly, causing a shiver to run through him and his breath to hitch once more. The small reaction brought a blush to your face, and your heart fluttered in your chest. You tried to convince yourself you were imagining things as you finished up – Din didn’t like you, and you weren’t having the effect on him you thought you were. But as you tied the bandage in place and moved to pull away, Din’s free hand – the one not still resting on your hip – shot out and grasped your small hand in his much larger one.

He said nothing for a moment, his breath coming out in short pants as he seemed to contemplate you for a long while before finally speaking, “Please,” he begins, voice barely a whisper, “Please tell me you feel this too?” he begs.

Your heart leaps into your throat and all you can manage is a small nod as your voice comes out in a mumble, “I’ve felt it for a while now Din,” you admit softly, eyes refusing to meet his.

He lets out a small sigh before tugging you by your hip gently until he has you straddling his lap. You feel your face get even redder if that was possible, and you look everywhere but him. he grips your hip slightly, fingers digging into the exposed flesh as he speaks up, “Close your eyes.”

You look at him questioningly and open your mouth to ask why, but he stops you, “Please…trust me?” it comes out as a question rather than a command and you find your eyes falling shut immediately.

His hand leaves its place on your hip and you sigh a little at the loss of contact and furrow your brows as you hear a small hiss followed by the sound of metal on metal. You want to open your eyes, but before you can even think about the action, one of Din’s arms is wrapping around your waist while the other cradles your cheek and you feel a pair of warm lips on yours. Initially, you are shocked at the contact, the realization that Din has taken his helmet off the only thing you can think of for a moment. That is until his arm tightening around your waist pulling you closer to him snaps you from your thoughts and you finally reciprocate his actions. Both of you are alight with so many new sensations. Your skin feels like its on fire as you are finally rewarded with the fact that Din has feelings for you too. And Din – well, his senses are on overload. He can barely comprehend what is happening as one of your hands cups his jaw, fingers running over his cheek lightly, while the other hand tangles in his hair.

He can’t remember the last time he felt this alive, felt this loved by another person.

When he finally pulls away, both of you completely out of breath, he finds himself yearning for more. As he gazes at you, eyes still held firmly shut but mouth pulled into a large grin, he realizes he never wants to let you go.

“Stay with me?” he asks breathlessly, gently maneuvering you both, so you are now laying on your sides, facing one another on the small bed.

You give him a warm smile, fingers tracing over his face lightly trying to commit it to memory as you reply, “Always.”
