#hello this is me being tired of healthcare professionals exacerbating my suicidality#typed out a long ass vent immediately deleted it#but basically i’m tired and i’m scared and i need help i cannot get#im back to having episodes of ? near catatonia (idk what else to call it) tremors jerkiness and head that feels like i’m a 2 month old with#neck muscles the consistency of butter#i went out for a minute to buy cheese and could barely keep myself standing#even now that i’m able to move at a somewhat normal speed again (#(compared to earlier when i just. could not quite move well. felt like a 90 year old)#my balance is just off and i just kinda. stumble around towards wherever#which is so fucking scary since it’s getting both worse and more frequent#i don’t know. i’m tired and rambly. it’s half past one and i can’t sleep. my thoughts feel like slime#i just want some quality of life
