Mega Food is a trusted brand that has an extensive range of products. Herbal supplements that have been formulated from high quality ingredients. 

This company is noted for their Glyphosate Residue Free certifications . Many herbal companies use herbs with weed killer/ herbicides which is counter intuitive when health is the main goal.

I had the opportunity to try Mega Food's Herbal Sleep supplements and share some with my friends.

This supplement has Valerian, Ashwagandha ,Passion Fruit Flower and Hops.

 It aids in soundful sleep and promises a restful night. 

I didn't feel drowsiness like with other sleeping pills but when I did fall asleep I stayed asleep all night until my alarm sounded off. 

The main reason I loved these supplements was that I didn't have that groggy side effect I have experienced with other sleep aids. I woke up feeling well rested and ready for the day.  

It's non habit forming and is an alternative to melatonin supplements.
