*Akane gets a strong opening in the fight. She rushes forward with a lot of force, and throws a hefty punch at Nagito. He raises blocks it, but feels the shock through his body. The two also go lurching back down the road.

Oh boy! This could actually be pretty bad...!

Yeah! Uh...maybe we should consider evacuating civilians?

G-Good idea!

HNGH! HUGH! HRGH! HAAGH!

*As the rest of the 77th class run around to get any civilians as far away from the scene as possible. Akane starts to swipe at Nagito with her hands, as he darts backwards, continuing to dodge.

YRRRAAAGH! HAAGH!

HNGH!

*POW!*

UGH! GRRR!

*Akane raises her leg and goes for a hefty kick, but Nagito dodges and lands a punch that sends her hurtling backwards along the road. Akane swiftly recovers and rushes back to attack again. She starts throwing more punches and swipes, with Nagito continuing to dodge and parry them.

You’re not half bad! HMPH! This could end up being a pretty good warm up!

*WHAM!*

UGH!?

I’ll show YOU a good warm-up!

*Right as Nagito starts to get cocky, Akane lands a solid blow to his chin. He starts throwing his own attacks back, but Akane dodges, drops down, and kicks Nagito in the gut with both her legs. She then whirls around and trips Nagito up, following with a muscular kick to the side, which sends him flying.

Yeah! Get ‘em Akane!

YEAAGH! HNGH!

TCH! HUP!

Oho! Going somewhere!?

*CRASH!*

*In an attempt to give herself more of an advantage, after deflecting one of Nagito’s blows, Akane leaps onto the wall of a traditional Japanese structure to get herself the high ground. However, Nagito bounds above her in a swift motion, and smacks her back to the ground. He then drops off the wall and almost piledrives her with his metal fist.

(He’s fast...!)

HURGH!

(He must’ve studied how to use his power!)

*SLAAM!*

(N-No...somehow, that don’t feel right...!)

HRGH! GH! DGH! DAAGH!

RAGH! GAH! RAGH! NAAGH!

*After duking it out, Akane and Nagito both throw punches at each other, their fists colliding.

*Nagito throws another punch at Akane, which she catches and deflects. She raises her arms above her head and brings them down on Nagito, proceeding to then kick him back. Nagito recovers swiftly and lunges at Akane. When Akane goes for another blow, Nagito suddenly dashes behind her, and backhands her face with his fist, sending her tumbling away.

Hmph!

*SMACK!* *SMACK!*

*After she goes tumbling along the road, Akane recovers and smacks both sides of her face to retain her focus.

HERE I COOOOME!

*CRAASH!!*

GGGGHH!!

*Nagito rushes forward at an incredible speed and thrusts both fists at Akane. She catches them and their fingers interlock. The force from Nagito’s boost push them down the pavement, which crumbles underneath them, but even so, Akane stays standing.

HHHRRGH! HEHEHEHE!

Huh!!?

*Nagito suddenly feels Akane’s fingers grip on him tighter. He tries to pull away, but fails.

Alright...Now I’m pissed! HAAGH!

*SMASH!*

UGH!

*KAPOW!*

OUGH!!

*CRASH!* *BASH!* *WHAM!*

*Akane yanks Nagito forward and gives him a painful headbutt. She then lets go of his hand and deals a huge punch around the face, sending the Lucky Student hurtling into a building, crashing through it’s windows. Akane stands above him as he sits in a pile of rubble.

Just because you got unnatural powers doesn’t mean I can’t kick your ass!

Keh...!

You know what you are? You’re afraid...!

Afraid of what!? You!? Hardly!

Afraid you’ll never be a strong as Hajime Hinata!

*Nagito’s agonizing and angered scream causes a shockwave that startles Akane, and nearly knocks her back, further enforced by the rubble that goes flying everywhere as he lurches to his feet and pounces at her!

*WHAM!*

UGH! GGH!

HAAAGH!

HOOYAAGH!

*KER-SMAAASHH!!!*

DOOGH!

*As he did before, Nagito attempts to slide behind Akane and attack her from her blind spot. This time however, Akane sees the attack coming and elbows Nagito in the chest when he gets behind her. Nagito launches himself back at her, but Akane flips over him and smashes him in the jaw with a kick! She then proceeds to bolt down the road after him, kicking him again to retain his flight speed.

KKGGGH! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGHHH!!!

HAAAAAAAAAAAGGGH!!!

*Both of them screaming their heads off, the two combatants trade blow, after blow after blow. 

HAGH!

KEH! GRRRGH!

What the hell!?

*Akane eventually plants a strong fist into Nagito’s face, but as she does, she suddenly feels him power up with some kind of energy. Nagito prepares to throw a punch, and Akane raises her arms to block. However, Nagito somehow foresees this, and aims lower, landing an attack to Akane’s stomach. She goes flying into another building, and no sooner does she crash, Nagito rushes in again and forces her straight through the wall!

This is bad...! Th-This is bad, right!?

What’s up with Akane!? She was doing so well!

It’s not Akane! It’s Nagito!

He’s learning all her moves as they fight! 

RARARARARARAGH!

ORARARARARARARAH!

*Nagito and Akane throw an array of rapid strong and fast punches at each other, as Akane swiftly recovers from being forced through the wall.

*WHAM!*

COMIN’ THROOOUGH!!

*Nagito throws a punch, which Akane blocks and deflects. Before she has a chance to strike back, Nagito grasps her by her throat and starts to strangle her. Akane breaks free of his grip by kicking him in the stomach, followed by a punch to the chest. She then flips backwards and starts to run back, giving her and her opponent some breathing room. Nagito gives chase, and the two soar past Peko as she hides the civilians in a safe area.

*PANT!* *PANT!* *PANT!* *PANT!*

HrrrrRRRRRRGGGH!!

*PANT!* *PANT!* *PANT!* *PANT!*

*Slowly but surely losing energy and breath, Akane still refuses to stop running as Nagito chases her.

STOP! RUNNING! AWAY!

I...I ain’t runnin’...! Just tryin’ to get’cha right where I want’cha!

GRRRAAGH!

HAAAGH!

*SMASSH!*

UGH!

HAAAAAAGGH!

*Nagito lunges forward and nearly grabs Akane, but the gymnast suddenly jumps up onto the wall of a building, and backflips athletically over the Lucky Student, causing him to faceplant into the side. Akane then lunges forward and rams Nagito’s face straight through the building. 

*SLAAMM!!* *WHAM!* *WHAM!* *WHAM!*

*Akane grabs Nagito by the back of his head, and repeatedly smashes his face into the wall. She then grabs him and pins his back against the wall.

*CRACK!*

UGH!

That’s for Teruteru!

*SMAASH!*

*She grabs him by the neck.

And this...is for everything else...!

*Akane deals a punch so devastating, Nagito goes flying through several stone pillars, and bursts out of the other side of the building, collapsing in a pile of rubble.

*Akane struggles to catch her breath as she walks through the wreckage towards Nagito’s body.

...Ngh....ngh...ghh...

*The Lucky Student’s body twitches in pain and uses what’s left of his strength to clamber to his feet.

What a waste...

You want me to admit something I really don’t wanna? You were actually a pretty good fight...

Best I’ve had in a long time actually.

*Akane grabs Nagito by the scruff of his neck, and grabs a rock.

As much as I wish this could go on, the longer we fight here, the more danger the people around us are in...I’m takin’ you out NOW!

*Akane bashes the rock over Nagito’s head, and knocks him out.

*However, to her alarm, Nagito suddenly grabs her arm, and starts to increase his grip.

*As Nagito gets back up, the energy radiating off of him increases tenfold! He stamps on the ground, and the rubble around him begins to however.

*Once again, Nagito’s scream creates a shockwave, but this time, almost everyone is effected. Windows in nearby buildings start to smash at the pressure.

AKANE! GET OUT OF THERE!

*To Akane’s horror, Nagito picks up and throws a whole small building at her! She scrambles to dodge out of the way, and barely makes it!

*Akane rushes back towards Nagito, and deals a huge punch to his jaw.

*Nagito is almost completely unphased by the blow.

*He backhands Akane, who goes hurtling down the road!

*Realizing the danger, Nekomaru pursues the battle, as Akane and Nagito continue to lay waste to each other.

I...I’m not sure...maybe the Hope Serum had yet to show it’s true effects, and battling against Akane awakened something?

How does that make any sense!?

Look, I don’t know, ok!? I don’t know how the Hope Serum is different from any other drug! exercise may sequester some drugs such as propranolol in muscle and reduce the availability of the drug for elimination!

*Nagito hesitates for a moment, as he watches his old classmate writhe on the floor in agony. He then begins to approach her.

*Nagito very narrowly dodges as Nekomaru suddenly pounces at him from behind!

Ahem. Hello to the new faces, to the ones who have stuck around, and to everyone else passing through! I hope everyone's doing relatively okay so far. I mean, everything's crazy and the internet's brand of crazy doesn't help with any of that, but I hope you're doing what you need to do to maintain a level of sanity while everything decides to continue chucking stress on and off the field and I approve of shutting it all out for a bit just to recollect.

I'm doing all right, I guess? But maybe we should do this in points:

- Commission Talk: I know I put up commissions a while ago (also linked on a pinned post on this blog), but I want to let folks know that I'll be raising the prices sometime in the near future. I'll probably say this again when I get closer to doing it, so consider this like a first warning of foreboding, ooo.

- Redbubble Store: Yes, I have one and I thought I linked it somewhere (if not - here) BUT the important part is I will start going through my stuff again and I might take down some things because copyright is hanging over all of us and it's a mess I don't want to get into because I've had at least two things taken down before.

(Unfortunately it's the ones that people seem to buy the most of because it's fan-related buuuuut yeah. Yeah. Consider this another warning for the most part, I may start pulling everything by the middle of the month.)

I also don't say much about this shop because every time I try to put an idea down it never. Clicks? Looks right? Here I am, agonizing over making original junk and other people are out there putting slapdash clip art up for sale and hhHRrgh /withdraws two cents from the opinion box
