Part I | Part II
。・°°・°°・。 。・°°・°°・。 。・°°・°°・。
You wake upon the softest surface you have ever slept on. Feeling a fabric similar to silk under your fingertips, and you smile as you smell the scent of pomegranate clog your nose. The pigment oder making you wonder how close the fruit might be to you in this moment.
Your smile slowly drifts away once that smell registers in your brain completely. There’s no pomegranates in the cave. There’s no plants that aren’t in Elysium or at least sacrificed to the gods that ever come near the underworld.
That’s when you remember everything that happened yesterday… how you left the cave, got attacked by souls, were saved by being flown away in the air, finding out who your best friend truly is, how you and your best friend… you did…
Your cheeks heat up thinking about what Jungkook did with you yesterday, digging your face further into the pillow. Pillow? You blink a few times against it, then push yourself up to see just what and where you fell asleep. You look around the room, and find yourself in a strangers room. There’s no one there, but you’ve never been there before to know who’s room you were in.
The sheets your on are gray, and the blanket and pillows are sheeted in black. The walls around you are colored in a deep cream, with sketches of what looks like a war carved in all over. You turn to your left to see an opened up balcony, and you realize then that must be how you smelt pomegranate before, but that could only happen if your in… if your close to…
You gasp when you realize where you are. You must be in Hades and Persephone’s home. You know the story of how Persephone ate six pomegranate seeds to stay with her husband for half a year, rendering Demeter, her mother, pleads useless to get her away from the unseen one. Unlike most gods and mortals alike, Jungkook told you the story in truth. Meaning there was no rumors to cloud what really happened to the couple, as in: they were in love.
You wonder how you didn’t think he was involved with the story, at the time. But looking back he talked about it like he was involved. So many gods, especially those that reside in the underworld, were involved with Persephone, Hades, and Demeter dispute. It only coming right a close when Persephone ate the pomegranate seeds and now she goes to the over world six month out of the year (for spring and summer), and then stays with her husband for the other six (fall and winter).
You feel a small smile twitch the corners of your mouth upward at the reminder of the last night you saw the queen of the underworld. It was close to a decade now since you last saw her, and she didn’t even know you were there at the time, but you knew she was kind by the way she presented herself.
Persephone came to the fates to ask if her and Aidoneus - Hades - would ever have children. Although the fates casting was not clear, they told her she would have three. You always wondered if she ever did have the children she wished for.
You sigh, thinking about the queen, then you continue to look around the room you woke up in. It’s dark, but overall normal looking. Nothing to make you think it’s a room of someone who cared about there room more then just somewhere to sleep.
Just as you’re about to wonder about it’s owner, you see the case over the bed. One that looks like it hasn’t been used in a long time, but the outline of the sickle that once laid in it makes it clears who’s room this is.
This is Jungkook’s room, and your in the god of death’s bed.
This witch needs to shut the fuck up.
You startle when you hear Jungkook’s voice inside your head, looking around like he would suddenly appear in thin air.
What should I say to her? … The witch isn’t helping.
You raise an eyebrow, wondering how you’re able to hear him in your head right now. It’s then you see the glowing link you saw when you both were… in the cave, stretch out in front of you again. The line leads to somewhere behind the wall, and you put two and two together to understand that Jungkook is behind that wall.
Before yesterday, you never saw such a thing before. You also never heard Jungkook’s thoughts before yesterday - well, you assume it’s the next day - and the thought of his words that were said inside of your head has your heart picking up in speed.
I love you, we’re the words that shock your soul to its very core. It wasn’t your words, just like the ones that flooded your mind before. They were Jungkook’s words… and they were directed towards you.
Maybe not directly, but he thought them and felt them. You bite your bottom lip, fighting back a smile. Even though he still has a lot of explaining to do, you’d be lying if you said you didn’t feel the same about your friend. If you can even call him that, anymore. Would after what happened between you two, the intimate moment you shared, make you more now?
Shaking your head, you try to remove the thought. The string connecting you two together fading but still there. Like it’s trying to just not be in the way.
You swallow thickly, looking at your connection that you’ve felt for so long be right there in front of you. You wonder if Jungkook felt it too. How it pulled you two together until your hearts connected. You wonder more what it means. What it all means! And you have a feeling the god of death knows the answers to all your questions.
You close your eyes, trying to concentrate on the god in question. There must be a way you can talk to him back. That not just random thoughts could be exchanged between the two of you. Can Jungkook even hear your thoughts?
You try not to think about it, nervous about what he could have heard, but either way you push. You push your mind to extend to the god that’s filled your mind before you even knew what he looked like.
———
“For a man with wings you tend to fall flat on your face when it comes to women,” Hecate scolds, not liking the situation Jungkook has made for himself and the underworld.
Jungkook rolls his eyes, pushing off the wall he was leaning on to tread up to the goddess of witchcraft. “It’s not just any other women, Hecate. It’s her.”
Hecate’s eyes widen slightly for a second before she sobers. Her naturally solum face never changing. “Nonetheless, she’s the daughter of the fates. I much prefer to not have another Demeter epidemic in the underworld.”
“Oh, please! The fates don’t scare you. You just hate that you know about this and the king doesn’t.” Jungkook’s words are true. The king of the underworld does not know about you, or your connection to Jungkook. A secret Jungkook wanted to keep all to himself, but since little miss read everyone’s mind without asking decided to read Jungkook’s mind on a particular day he preferred her not to, she’s now involved.
If Hecate had the patience for Jungkook, she would scoff, but instead she keeps herself neutral. “You know he should know. He should know who sleeps in his domain, and if what that hollow of a brain of yours is speaking the truth, she will be here for quite awhile.”
Jungkook’s eye twitch’s, hating that Hecate not only read his mind during a moment he was lost thinking of you - to be specific the you from yesterday - but that she decided to judge. Why are all the goddess that swore their maidenhood as off limits to all so judgmental?
“Because unlike you, Jungkook, us ladies can keep our pants on,” Hecate replies to Jungkook’s thoughts.
He breathes through his teeth, readying himself to fire some hate back at her, but before he could he hears your words loud and clear in his head.
I’m awake.
It was only two words, but enough to have Jungkook’s mind racing with all things you. Well, his mind is always racing with all things you, but after what you two shared yesterday has his brain running imagine after imagine of your face like a movie.
Jungkook looks towards the door of his room, the one your just beyond. He turns away from Hecate, not wanting to speak to the witch anymore, but she stops him just before he leaves the conversation completely.
“You must tell him eventually. The king and the fates deserve to know that’s she’s here.”
Jungkook sighs, feeling his body deflate at knowing Hecate is right. “I know, and I’ll tell them. Can you just… give me some time?”
Hecate purses her lips, looking at the god that’s older then her like a child. But, she’s relentlessly. She’s never seen this god so torn between his king and a women before. Before Jungkook swore off women all those eons ago, he would bring her own followers to bed with him without a thought. He at least made sure their maidenhood was already gone before taking them, not that it made it right since they were never able to bear children afterwards (if they were still able to anyway).
The goddess wonders if you were the reason he swore off women. The reason he kept himself away from any willing women - which sadly, there were many - and if so, Hecate is entirely grateful for you.
“Fine, but Jungkook, a little word of advice?”
Jungkook rolls his eyes, wanting to leave the witch and get to you as fast as possible. With a annoyed tone, he asks, “What?”
“Don’t do what Aiden did with Persephone. Tell her the truth before you bed her.” With those last word and a swish of her auburn hair, Hecate leaves Jungkook staring after her flabbergasted.
He coughs into his fist, feeling his ears heat up red and he tries to cool them down before he enters the room you’ve been most likely patiently waiting for him in.
He was already planning to tell you the truth when you woke up, whether Hecate gave the advice or not, but now he’s suddenly feeling anxious. There’s not just the rite of completing hieros gamos that he needs to talk to you about, but what it means for the two of you. What will happen to you after you complete it with him. If, you want to complete it with him.
Jungkook looks down at his feet, stalling. You’re such an innocent goddess, and there’s few of them like you. Having to be the one to explain to you what it all means is a scary thought. What if you don’t want him? Or worse, what if after he tells you the truth about what it would do to you if you did it with him you would leave him? Seek another to do it with, even?
His jaw tightens at just the thought of you being with someone else. After seeing how you reacted to him yesterday he doesn’t want anyone else, but him to be the one to stir those feelings in your again.
Over the eons he tried to be good. Never taking another women because he knew you were always there. You may not have known who Jungkook was to you, but you were there nonetheless. Always there to cloud Jungkook’s mind, and he never strayed from his loyal love he silently gifted you. He just never had any jealousy’s to worry about either, so if you were to leave and find someone else…
Jungkook’s fist clenched around his sickle, his weapon of choice gleaming in the light. He tries to think of something else - the positives of if you’re okay with it. Well, the sex for one. Jungkook’s already smirking at the thought. And if you are okay with never being able to have kids and staying with him in the underworld for eternity, then everything will turn out great and his years upon years of waiting for you would have been completely worth it.
Yup positives.
Fuck, this is going to be hard.
Jungkook then realizes something then, as he pushes through the door to his room and finds you on his bed on your knees. Two pretty eyes blinking up at him, and the top of your chest and neck still covered in his love marks he left from yesterday… even if you were to leave, his love would still be completely loyal to you.
You would still be the one to cloud his mind, even if it would be thoughts of you with another. You would still own his heart. He just prefers to be gifted yours as well.
———
“Jungkook!” You beam with a smile as you see him enter the room - well, his room, but lets try to ignore that fact so your face doesn’t decide to heat up at the fact of you being in his bed.
Jungkook once worried expression sobers when he hears you say his name and sees the smile you greet him with. How can a being truly be this perfect? He thinks he would gladly kill anyone for you, but right now he has to try and protect you from himself as he feels the pull of your connection strengthen in that moment.
He had a feeling the hieros gamos connection would one day start pulling you towards each other. He just didn’t predict it would be the first day you saw him in person! And now, even when you were asleep, anytime you two were close to each other the rite begs to be completed. Even as he watches you squirm in your spot, obviously feeling the same tension as him, he tries to be the good boy he’s been around you for decades and walks in the opposite direction of you.
He sits in the chair about five feet away from you, and tries his best to smile though the tension that just laid like a blanket on top of you both. “Hello, Nae sarang. Did you sleep well?”
You pick at the blanket your sitting under and try to ignore the wave of want that coursed through you before. Also ignoring how the connection line connecting Jungkook and you suddenly got brighter by him just entering the room.
“Um- fine, thank you.” You glance at the bed. “I’m guessing this is your bed?”
Jungkook raises a confused eyebrow at you, wondering why you even need to ask. “It is.”
“Oh,” You say through an exhale of air. “Thank you for letting me use it. Although, I don’t quite remember falling asleep in it,” The end of you sentence gets smaller as you speak. Another memory from yesterday flooding your mind on how you passed out after orgasming against the god in front of you.
Your eyes widen, and your cheeks heat up into a rose hue. Jungkook doesn’t need to read your mind to know what just crossed it, and he smirks at the fact that he can still affect you like this even after he has you so intimately wrapped up in his arms yesterday.
“Yes, well, I couldn’t just leave you in the entrance of the underworld. That cave can be dangerous for a goddess like yourself, not to mention is really creepy.”
You shrug your shoulders, feeling thankful for the slight subject change. “I don’t know. I thought that cave was quite beautiful.”
Beautiful.
The memory of the first word that his mind caught of yours crosses Jungkook’s mind. How perfectly fitting it is that you thinking the word beautiful matched your own description perfectly to Jungkook, but it also brings his mind back to what he needs to speak to you about.
Jungkook clears his throat, and scoots forward in his chair. The connection tugs again, but he ignores it. Using his elbows on his knees he leans closer to you. “Y/n, I feel I have some explaining to do.”
Your smiles falls a little - to Jungkook’s dismay - and you nod your head because he does in fact have a lot to explain. “Yes, I think you do.”
Jungkook winces at the harshness of your voice, but he believes he deserves it. Even if he wants to blame he fates on him being untruthful to you, there was never a promise of him not telling you who he was. That was all him. All because he was scared of something you never cared about in the first place.
He still feels dumb about it. Not realizing that your his soulmate and his soulmate wouldn’t care about such stupid, trivial things like the past or rumors.
“I want to start with staying I’m sorry. I’m sorry for not telling you who I was or reveling myself to you when I should have.” You go to tell him it’s alright, and that explanation has already been done with, but he interrupts you before you had a chance. “I know your going to tell me it’s fine, but it really isn’t. For me to be untruthful with you over a fear is not right, and you deserve better. For that, I apologize.”
You take each of Jungkook’s words in, processing them and being mature about how you take them. Truthfully, your over that lie, but it does still feel good to hear him apologize about it even now. He had his reasons, and the fact that his reasons were out of fear alone is a little endearing. Especially when that fear was of your rejection.
“All is forgiven,” You say with a closed lip smile.
Jungkook’s corner of his lisp twitch up when he sees you smile again, tapping the sharp part of his sickle against the table in front of him before he completely puts it down. This next part… is going to be the hardest.
“I’m glad you forgive me, and I hope you keep that heart of gold you have when I explain to you why you’ve been stuck in that cave all your life.”
Your eyes widen, and your smile falls. Out of all things for Jungkook to explain, you were not expecting him to be able to answer that burning question of yours. “Y-you know why?” He nods his head. “Tell me! … please.”
Jungkook combs his fingers through his hair, hoping the fates don’t curse him with a terrible future ahead after he tells you this. “You know who your father is, correct?”
You nod your head before voicing the truth. “Yes, it’s Tartarus. That’s actually where I was heading before-“
“You were what?!” Jungkook’s stands up so fast his chair almost falls back behind him. He had a feeling you would be curious about the place, but he didn’t think you would want to go to the worst place in all of existence all alone! “Y/n, Nae sarang, please tell me your not serious.”
You feel smaller now, not expecting Jungkook to get so mad about you going there. You know by the few things the fates talked about that the place was bad, but also the ignorance they bestowed on you not letting you know how bad it actually is.
“It’s the realm of my father. I don’t see-“
“You can’t! I mean- you shouldn’t.” Seeing you suddenly scared sobers Jungkook’s temper a little, but it doesn’t stop him from trying to convince you to never ever go near that place.
His feet move on their own accord, until he’s right in front of you at the edge of the bed. He kneels down in front of you, taking your hands in his and staring deeply into your eyes so he makes sure you hear his every word.
“The fates have told you about Cronus, right?” Your eyes blow out wide at the mention of the Titans name. Although you’ve never met the demon of a god, your blood runs cold out of fear of who he is and what he has done.
In the smallest of voices, you reply, “I have.”
“He’s there. Trapped, yes, but he’s still there, as well as a bunch of other monsters. Not even the king or queen of the cursed lands go there unless they absolutely must go.” Jungkook rubs his thumb across your knuckles, trying to sooth you from this horror of a story he’s about to tell you. “He also maybe trapped, but if he somehow gets into your mind… I-if he can get into your thoughts a-and me show you things…”
Jungkook’s stops there, suddenly overheating at just the thought of Cronus getting into your mind the way he has others. Few have ever ventured there and returned, but those who have - especially women - never return the same once Cronus has filled there minds with such terrible imaginations that feel too teal to be what they actually are.
“Hey- hey- hey,” You say as you let go of Jungkook’s hands and put your hands on top of his shoulders. You don’t know what’s going through his mind right now, but by the way he’s shaking at just the thought of you going there, and his warnings he’s giving you are all because he cares about you. He cares about you enough that he’s telling you the truth about the monstrous place and not spearing any detains. Something not many people have given you the gift of respecting your old enough to know. “Okay, Jungkook, I won’t go. I’m sorry I even thought about it.”
Jungkook breathes through his nose, trying to control himself before he flies to Tartarus himself and stabs Cronus with his sickle a bunch of times for something he hasn’t even done - even though he deserves a few stabbings for everything else he’s done.
“Don’t apologize, Y/n. I know you were just being curious, and it is your father that realm consists of, after all.”
You nod your head a singular time in understanding, and now your wondering how this even got brought up in the first place. “Why did you bring up my father, again?”
Jungkook’s eyes widen for a second, and then he rocks back and forth on his spot on the floor. Because of the shock and fright you just gave him, he completely forgot what he was about to tell you for a moment.
“Right, yes, Um… so your father. He is the realm itself of Tartarus, but he didn’t bestow your mother the gift of pregnancy for no reason. The fates and I believe that you were given a power like no other.”
Your shocked by what Jungkook is saying, but somehow out of everything he just said only one thing sticks out the most. “When did you and my family talk?”
Fuck.
“Never mind that now, I’ll be explaining that soon. But, have you by any chance felt… different since you left the cave? Any new abilities, I mean.”
You look down at the string of connection connecting you and Jungkook, then look back up at him. “Well, yes. I never saw this string before.”
You point at the connection you two have like he can somehow see it. Jungkook looks down at where you’re pointing, and all he sees is the bumps in the blanket of where your legs are underneath. “What string?”
“The one connecting us together.” Jungkook’s eyes widen, and his breathe catches. “It’s been there since yesterday, and I never saw it before. What do you think it could be?”
Jungkook has a feeling he knows what it is, he just wasn’t expecting you would be able to literally see it. Of course, out of all abilities for you to have you had to have the one where you can see - and most likely manipulate - hieros gamos connections.
Well, he was going to have to explain it to you sooner or later. Might as well be the latter.
“What do you know about the rite of hieros gamos?”
———
After Jungkook tells you all about hieros gamos, your looking at him with brand new eyes now. It all makes so much more sense! Why he’s always been there, why you always felt a pull to him, and how your feelings for him are so strong even after he’s kept such big secrets from you.
But even after he’s explained all of this, it seems like what you have should be impossible! You two never had sex. You would very much remember doing that with him, and what you two did yesterday doesn’t count for the rite. On top of that, you can legit see the connection, so it’s not like he’s lying to you.
“S-so I can see the hieros gamos connection.” Jungkook nods his head. “And we have that connection, but it’s not complete?” He nods his head again. You feel the blush on your face brighten, realizing what he’s silently suggesting from you. “And you want to complete it w-with me?”
Jungkook eyes widen ever so slightly, and he looks away from you out of embarrassment. The simple answer to that question is FUCK YES, but because Jungkook is a gentleman so he says instead, “I won’t force you into anything, Y/n. This is a lot to take in so I understand if you need some time. I’ve waited this long for you and I’ll gladly wait another decade or two for you, Nae sarang.”
You look at Jungkook with stars in your eyes, feeling your heart grow a little bigger for the god in front of you. How can someone lay upon you so much pressure, but make you feel so much love at the same time?
Gods! You need to have confidence in this. He’s waited so long for you, and, in a way, you’ve waited a long time too for this. Maybe he was captivated by you from the second you were born, but you loved him even before you knew what he looked like!
Your his Nae sarang, whatever that means. You look back at Jungkook, realizing out of all your life changing questions the smallest of them all has not been answered yet. Except, you won’t realize how big that question is until he answers.
You blink up at him, clenching the skirt of your dress between your fingers as your stomach builds with nerves. “Um… Jungkook… what does Nae sarang mean?”
Jungkook looks at you fondly, thinking back about when he first started called you that endearment. He knew you never knew what it meant, but you also never asked. It was his own way of admitting his feelings to you without you even knowing. Without him defying the fates that he promised he would be patient with you.
“It means, my love,” A quiet gasp escapes your mouth as you hear his confession. Jungkook caresses your cheek with one hand, and gently grabs a hold of your other hand in your lap. He can’t help but want to touch you as he retells the story about how he knew he loved you outside of the connection you two shared.
“When I first realized who you were to me, I wanted nothing to do with you. My life was just fine without adding love to it, and you were just an infant, so I thought these overwhelming emotions would go away eventually. I’ve seen many gods and goddess lose their hieros gamos bond with each other over the years, so I thought if I just stayed away from you, we would eventually lose it too…”
Although his words right now are cracking your heart right down the middle - unable to fathom a life without Jungkook now - it’s crazy to you to think this all started once you were born with him. You stay silent as he continues to tell you the tail about how he fell in love with you.
“But it never went away… it got bigger and bigger, until I just stopped trying to stop it. Once you turned 16 and the combination of our worlds bloomed my whole body ached to be near you. I just-… I couldn’t stay away from you after that.”
You raise an eyebrow at him, not understanding a part of his story. “What combination of our worlds?”
Jungkook continues to look at you with a small smile, absolutely loving retelling you all the moments he cherishes so much with you. “The tree at the back of the fates caves. It didn’t just grow there for no reason. It grew there when you were able to-“ He cut himself short, not wanting you to think you hitting maturity was the reason he came into your life. “The tree grew there and it - in a way - beamed me to you. It was-… honestly, it felt like it hurt to even be away from you.”
Your eyes widen for a second at thinking Jungkook was in pain. “Hurt you? That doesn’t sound romantic at all!”
Jungkook chuckles, rubbing your cheek with his thumb when you don’t understand what he’s trying to say.
“No, Y/n. I don’t mean physically. I mean right here.” He then picks up your hand in your lap, and places it on his rapid beating heart. A part of him he truly believes will only come alive when you’re around.
You feel Jungkook’s heart beat under your palm, and looking into his eyes that haven’t once swept away the fondness he has for you. Although, now that you think about it, fondness is too small of a word to describe what he’s really feeling towards you. What he’s always felt towards you.
“You really love me, don’t you?”
Jungkook has thought of a million scenarios of how he would one day tell you he loved you, but out of all them he never expected it to be this way. With you sitting in his bed, after you ran away from the fates, and asking him a question you already should know the answer to.
But this scenario ended up being the best of all because of what comes next.
“I’ve loved you longer then I knew what the word really meant.”
It takes five seconds for Jungkook’s words to be processed for you, but once they do you know your answer to what you’ve been wondering about yourself since before you can remember.
You’re Y/n, daughter of the fates, father of Tartarus, goddess of connections… And wife of Jungkook. The god death.
You just need to go through one more glorious trial before you can claim that last title completely. And your happy to make the first move this time.
You grab onto the sides of Jungkook’s face, and smash your lips against his. He automatically recuperates the kiss, and next thing you know he’s crawling on top of you onto the bed. Using his arms to support him next to your head. He cages you in his arms, and the way his lips feel against yours has your stomach doing flips. The feeling of both of you together like this already addicting.
Unlike yesterday, this kiss was all on the both of you. There wasn’t some force pulling you two together, just the increasing amount of love that did it. And you do love him.
“I love you too,” You say against Jungkook’s lips, making him gasp into your mouth. He pulls away from you but only about an inch away. Looking into his eyes now, all you can see is yourself reflecting back at you. If this was an alternative universe, then there would be cartoon hearts in both of your eyes.
“Fuck, do you really?” Jungkook asks like a five year old kid instead of a deathless and ageless god.
You smile up at him, rubbing both of his cheeks with your thumbs and reveling at the goosebumps that follow. “Yes. Yes, I always have-“
Jungkook interrupts your confession with another searing kiss, and your everything but upset about it. You whimper as his tongue dances across your bottom lip, asking for entrance. It’s when he grinds down on you, his growing erection rubbing against your core, that you gasp into his mouth and his tongue attacks your own.
To Jungkook you taste like honey and rose water. Two tastes he never thought he would love so much. To yourself he tastes like passion and affection. Two things you never knew had a taste and it’s dizzying you.
As your tongues dance in each other mouths, you feel his hands start to explore you. Your hands stay clamped on his shoulders, but you already feel yourself arching as his fingers dance across your skin. Your arms, your sides, your legs. They go everywhere.
“Fuck, your so beautiful, Y/n,” Jungkook says against your lips, making you swoon with affection. “Please let me keep you forever.”
Just when he’s about to explore the places you want him to explore the most, that he suddenly stalls, and backs away from you entirely. You look at him, and unlike what you thought you would see - a face of worry - you instead see something far worse.
A face of a terrible realization. How could Jungkook forget? It was one of his most frequented worries, but the second your lips pressed against his he forgot everything. And now all that was about to happen, him finally being able to have you in his arms the way he craves the most, may never happen because of something he can’t control.
“I need to tell you something…”
Your blink up at him, feeling whiplashed. You silently nod your head, suddenly feeling anxiety bloom within you. You back up in the bed when Jungkook starts to crawl back on it. Both of you sitting across from each other. Jungkook makes the silence stretch way to long, and seeing his hands shake isn’t like him. Granted, you’ve only been able to actually see him for two days, but he’s not an antsy person. Always cool and collected, unlike right now.
You can’t take it anymore. You grab onto his hands, gently rubbing his knuckles with both of your thumbs. “Jungkook…what’s wrong? What do you have to tell me?”
Jungkook looks into his lap, only glancing at your joined hands in the middle, but feeling like he needs to hold onto them for dear life - afraid you’ll run away if he doesn’t.
“What do you know about me, Y/n? I mean… the god of death and my abilities?”
Your eyes widen for a second, not expecting the question. “I know your the reaper of souls. That a single touch from you can kill any being if you want to.”
He nods his head, still not looking at you. “That’s correct. Anything else?”
You dig into your memories, trying to find the stories the fates gave you about the god of death and his abilities. Once it clicks in your head whats he’s worrying about, you tighten your grip on his hands and a small smile blooms on your face.
“I don’t want children,” You blurt out.
Jungkook whips his head up at you, eyes wide. “Y-you- wait, what?”
You giggle, feeling lighter now that you understand why he became so worried before. “I said, I don’t want children. I never have, and never will. Was that your worry?”
Jungkook’s eyes don’t shrink back to normal, and now his jaw has dropped. He’s never asked you about if you wanted children, but he also wasn’t expecting that to be your answer to his unspoken confession.
All women who lye with death are rendered infertile, that’s why he also never slept with virgins. They don’t know what they want, especially at such a young age. All his past conquests being mostly newly born nymphs or praisers of Hecate who were already half dead and not able to have children anyway.
He sighs, “But how do you know that?”
You raise a pointed eyebrow at him. “Come again?”
“How do you know you’ll never want children?”
And now it’s your turn to sigh. You just never did. You were treated like a child for the majority of your life, so having your own wasn’t ideal for you. Not to mention you have very little experience with children in the first place. Not many mortals under the age of 18 coming to the fates to request a new path. That, and, you feel like your life has just started. Even if you’ve been alive for decades, until yesterday you’ve never been truly free. Children are the last thing on your bucket list right now, and if for some reason you want kids in your future you could always just look over at Jungkook and think; he was worth not having any for.
You explain every single one of your thoughts to him, and you don’t miss how he slowly gets closer to you as you speak - invading your personal space (which, lets be honest here, you don’t care).
“Are you sure?” He whispers so close to your face that you feel his breathe fan. The smell of mint clinging to your sense of smell “There’s no turning back once it’s done.”
You still see the worry in his brow, and you lift your hand to wipe it away. “Hundred million percent.”
Then Jungkook couldn’t take it anymore. He smashes your lips back together, and the whole conversation is lost behind you. There’s no more worries once he has you in his arms, and the whimpers start pouring from your mouth into his. Stirring him on to start up right where you both left left off - to touch you everywhere he can get his hands on.
When you feel him cup your breasts in both hands is when that feeling from yesterday starts to bloom inside of you. You open your mouth wide into a moan, and he kisses your bottom lip as you do. His lips kiss down your jaw until they stop at your neck, attacking the surface there.
Sucking, biting, licking, and kissing is what you feel. All the while he continues to give both your breasts affectionate squeezes.
“Tell me, Y/n,” Jungkook says against you neck. All you’re able to reply with is a quite hum, unable to say anything while your mind is slowly getting fuzzy to everything else besides his hands and lips. “Have you ever touched yourself before?”
He squeezes one of your breasts again, his other hand dragging down your body until it reaches your hip. You arch your back and whimper when he licks a particular strip up a sweet spot of yours on your neck.
“Y-yes,” You reply with tightly closed eyes.
Jungkook then detaches from your neck, looking down at his fucked out goddess that’s only gotten this way from a few kisses and caresses from him.
He’s taught girls that thought they knew there way around pleasure, but your different then them. For one, the obvious reason, he’s in love with you. Not a single girl from the past has ever made his heart beat so fast in this moment that it feels like it’s about to explode out of his chest. Secondly, your intact. A virgin, untouched and know nothing about the art of love making. Your a blank canvas to Jungkook, so he needs to tread lightly about how he treats and talks to you.
Jungkook’s kisses you lightly on the lips, and whispers against them, “What did you think about while you did?” Your face heats up at his question, and Jungkook’s smirk only raises. “Who did you think about? Who did you imagine touching your body like this?”
As you go through a mental overload of things to respond with, Jungkook begins his descent down your body - kisses ever part of you clothed and unclothed.
“Y-you trying to get me to say you?” You say as he begins to kiss your clothed hip bones. The two bones jutting out while you have your legs half way bent with his head in between them.
Jungkook chuckles against your hip, and then nuzzles your abdomen. “Oh, Nae sarang… I know I’m the one you imagine.” You gasp at his cheekiness. “I just want to hear you say it.”
With a couple more pushes of his body downward, he gets to your thighs. The slowest of kisses get pressed to the inner part of each of your thighs, and you can’t help yourself but whimper as you watch. One particular breathe of his as he switches over between legs has your now soaking pussy clenching on nothing and it’s driving you crazy.
Jungkook bites his lip as he glances in between your legs, wanting to see and taste your pussy so badly, but he doesn’t stop the slow pressing of his lips on each thigh. He’s become a very patient god over these past centuries because of you, so he’ll gladly wait another just to hear you say it. Although, the intoxicating smell of what’s hiding under your dress that’s so close to his face right now may have him swindled to push forward anyway.
He never finds out if that would be true, though, because after a few heated silent moments you’re nodding your head and admitting, “I… I think of you… I would hear your voice in my head and imagine you talking to me as I did it.”
Jungkook’s smiles against your thigh, feeling his ego grow times ten, but he’d be lying if he said his cock didn’t just jump in his pants because of your words.
“Such a naughty girl,” Jungkook’s teases, making your rose colored blush stretch down to your neck. He then looks down at his next destination, and swallows thickly. He rubs his face against your thigh, suddenly nervous about something he’s hasn’t done in a long time. He knows he’ll enjoy the taste of you, he’s enjoyed ever other taste of you thus far, but having something he’s only seen in his wildest of dreams that’s only a dress flip away is a new experience.
“Gods help me,” Jungkook whispers to himself. You don’t hear him, but by the way he’s staring at what’s between your legs is making you sweat. So you decide to be a little daring. Wanting to show him your not as innocent as the fates make you out to be.
Jungkook’s eyes move away from your center when he sees your fists start to bunch you your skirt, slowly moving the garment up your thighs. It’s like everything is moving in slow motion in front of him as you slowly reveal your barely covered, soaked through the cloth, wet pussy.
Jungkook’s mouth runs dry when he sees your womanhood for the first time. It’s only covered by a practically see through garment, but it’s there. His eyes darken as he looks you over for the first time.
Your essence is leaking to your thigh, and every time you move your leg it sticks to the opposite surface. The smell of just how aroused you are hits his nose, making him have to hold back a moan. He feels his tongue jut out, and he plays it off as him just wetting his lips although he just really wants to taste you.
With an experimental finger, Jungkook drags his finger down your clothed core. He feels the soaked cloth become sticky to his skin, and then he’s pulling his finger away at the sound of a whimper. He looks back up at you, and the sight is breath taking.
One. Fucking. Finger.
All it took was one touch of his finger to have you close to tears and breathing like you ran out of air. If this is how you act by just one touch of his fingers, he wonders how you’ll act when he finally goes down on you. And Jungkook can’t wait anymore.
With the wettest and longest strip of his tongue, he moves the barer cloth away and licks up your pussy. You arch your back and scream his name into the quiet room, “Jungkook!”
It’s music to his ears, and he wants more of it. He licks every single one of your crevices, and smells your aroma fog his senses as he does. At some point the barer cloth gets in his way, so he pulls it clean off your body altogether, making you jump in your spot on the bed. You don’t get much time to process his action, though, because then his face dives right back between your thighs.
“So good. I knew you would taste so good,” He says without taking his face off of you. You arch your back when he speaks against you pussy, moaning a particularly high moan you’ve never done before.
You cup your hands together, and cover your mouth as his decent on your pussy starts making the most lewd noises comes out of you. Jungkook is to busy at the moment to notice, but soon he’ll layer his tournament with his fingers in your slit. Sucking on your clit while his fingers rub at your wet folds. He probes a finger gently inside of you, reveling at how tight it is for just his finger.
He starts to wonder how he’s going to fit in you, but then he hears a very clear and loud muffled moan, and looks back at you. He sees your hands covering your mouth, and two blood shot eyes looking down at him near your fingers.
He freezes everything. For a second he thinks he went to far. For a second his heart was ready to rip apart at the thought of him hurting you, but then you uncover your mouth and ask him in the most sexiest breathless voice he’s ever heard before, “W-why’d you stop?”
Jungkook shakes his head, his worst nightmare fading from his mind as he takes in your appearance now. Your eyes aren’t blood shot out of tears of sorrow but out of tears of pleasure. And your covering your mouth because… your embarrassed.
No. Jungkook won’t allow any of that.
He takes his hands that were once busy on your pussy and thigh, and pulls them away from your face to hold them near your waist. Your starting at him wide eyed, not understanding why he would do such a thing.
Why? He hears in his head from you.
And he answers back with, “Because I want to hear you.”
Then he’s diving back in, using his hold on your wrists now to push you deeper onto his face. The second his tongue touches you again, licking inside your hole like it’s trying to dig for a diamond, you arch your back to the heavens and cry out so many profanities you don’t know how the rest of the underworld can’t hear you.
“J-J-Jungkook… God! Fuck! … I feel like I’m dying.”
He chuckles against your pussy, and your to blissed out to notice what little correlation you just made with your words and him.
He pulls his face away from you, your essence dripping off his chin, but then he’s letting go of one of your wrists so his finger can then start to play with you again. You hum as his rough fingers start to rub you in all the right places.
“No dying yet, Nae sarang.” You blink down at him, way too dizzy in the head to understand a world he’s saying. “Deaths currently off duty.”
Those are his last words he gives you before you feel like you’re actually dying. His tongue returns to sucking on your clit at the same time his finger enters you, and it overheats your entire body. Forget seeing stars, you see fucking galaxies by the way his fingers are rubbing your insides. He’s finding spots inside of you you’ve never found before, and licking at all your crevices you never thought would feel good.
With more more press to a sweet spot, and sucking of your clit, within seconds of him your cumming harder then you ever have in your life! You swear there was even a few seconds you blacked out after that. Only his name on your lips as you cum on his face is echoing back to you in your head.
By the time you come to planet earth, you look down to see Jungkook lewdly licking at his fingers and lips. He revels in the taste of you, and can’t help but jut against the mattress. He’s so hard right now it feels like he’s close to pain, but he won’t be in pain for long.
“How was that my little goddess?“Jungkook asks with a knowing smirk.
“T-that was… t-that was wow.” This is now the second time Jungkook has run you speechless by orgasms, and you feel your entire body shutter when you imagine what it might feel like when he actually enters you.
You’ve heard through many sad tails from women that have visited the fates that not all sex experiences are pleasurable for women. Sometimes it hurts, especially your first time. But then you remember the few women that have actually gone to the fates for love, and you think there’s no way they would go there if they didn’t love their husbands.
You love Jungkook, and he loves you. More importantly, for your worries right now, you trust him to never hurt you.
The even slightest bit of worries wash away, though - when Jungkook sits up, and removes his shirt. Your jaw drops, and shit it immediately closes once you realize how embarrassing that is. You knew he was fit, you felt it yesterday and today while he was on top of you how hard his body is against yours (not including the obvious part of him in his pants right now). But what you see now makes the words cut like a god seem like a understatement.
In few words… Jungkook is fine as fuck!
He lets you take your fill, biting his tongue to control his laughter. He then tilts your chin up with one finger, and smiles down at you like he’s a sexy devil instead of a deathless god.
“See something you like?”Jungkook ask. You scoff at him, but your face is still red as a tomato. “Such a little feisty goddess.”
You raise an eyebrow at him, your breathing finally going back to normal. “Wonder why the cosmos paired us together.” It was a rhetorical question and one laced with sarcasm. Jungkook’s grins at you, taking your comment as it was and not taking it to heart.
“I think-“ Jungkook starts as he leans down to your face, making you back up against the pillow behind you. “It paired us together because it knew there had to be someone like you for me to fall in love with.”
Jungkook kisses both of your cheeks, holding himself above you by his strong forearms. You lightly glide your fingers across his arms, feeling the veins under your fingertips. He is such a beautiful being, and starting up at him in all his handsome glory really does make you wonder why the universe paired you two together.
“What do you mean?”
He glides his nose across your own, teasing the touch of his lips to yours. You bite your bottom lip, pulling it through your teeth as you gaze into his two love sick eyes.
“Someone I would never reap.“ The one the reaper will never reap. “A deathless person like myself.” A goddess she’ll be. “And someone who I’ll be craving to take.”
Taking in his words has your insides twisting, and your pussy craving what he’s willing to him. Jungkook smashes his lips back on yours before you can crave to long, though. Its all clothing being ripped off, and the twisting of tongues from there. You don’t even realize your completely naked underneath him until Jungkook attaches to your nipple. The feelings you had from yesterday when you two were in this exact position sparks within you.
Your moans soon turn to gaps, though, when you feel something new, and foreign, and hard against your thigh. When did he take off his pants?
Jungkook feels you stiffen underneath him, his hands stopping in there tracks down your body as he unlatches his mouth from your chest. He knows you feel his want for you, and by the way your eyes widen he wishes it could be any other way. He wishes this wouldn’t hurt as much as it’s going to, and maybe if you weren’t a vir-
His blood starts boiling before the thought fully registers in his mind. There’s no space for what ifs anymore, anyway. Your here, naked in his bed, and underneath him practically begging with your eyes for him to take you. Wanting him to take you for the first time, and trusting him enough with your soul for eternity.
He whispers through the connection something that could have brought tears to your eyes if it wasn’t for your nerves.
Are you sure you want this?
Are you sure? Are you sure that you want the one and only person you considered to be your friend as a life partner? Someone who has been with you longer then your memory stretches, and has loved you before you even turned two hours old?
“Yes…” Jungkook licks his lips. “Take me, Jungkook.”
And who is he to deny you?
With a comforting arm underneath your head, and his other hand supporting your thigh, he slowly enters you for the first time. There’s pain, yes, but you feel an even bigger emotion spread within you. Spread through the both of you.
It’s a feeling deeper then love, and when he moves ever so slightly inside of you, stretching your insides to accommodate him, it’s almost catastrophic. Like the universe is giving you a brand new feeling that only you and Jungkook could feel.
“Nae sarang… are you… okay?” Jungkook says between deep breathes. He knew you would feel good, but he didn’t think you would feel this good. If it wasn’t for his amazing restraint, he would be fucking you so hard that you couldn’t see straight. The feeling of you surrounding you is so tight, and he now understands how making love is so much better then regular fucking.
Your just so perfect.
You nod your head, and squeeze his body closers to yours so your chest to chest. “Please move, my love.”
Jungkook groans into your neck, the pet name from you in English somehow sounding even better to his ears then his own nickname for you. He picks up his face out your neck, and stares down at you as he starts to move within you.
Whoever said the god of death isn’t a gentlemen is surly mistaken, because the way he treats you in this moment is like fire skating around ice. Maybe it’s the fact that your a virgin - was a virgin- or that your the first person he’s ever been in love with that he treats you like a glass doll, but either way you admire his patience with you.
You’ve never had someone care for you like this, and you particularly love when there’s a singular thrust he drives inside you to hard, Jungkook’s resolve nearly breaking, that drives you up the walls and having you cry out in pure ecstasy.
“Jungkook… My-My-…”
My god, was what you were meant to say, but instead you started moaning and the words were lost from you.
Jungkook shakes his head, remembering how to breathe when he hears you moan and whither in his arms. He didn’t even realize how stiff he was until now, but seeing your face contort the way it is now has him back to reality.
“Please Jungkook, can you… Ah!”
With a stronger grip on your hip, and him now gripping on the headboard behind you he starts thrusting into you with earnest. Moan after echoing moan is heard within this room, and Jungkook’s ears are capturing every sound.
The second you gave the go ahead, he took it. And fuck it feels like your melting his cock by how hot you’re getting around him.
Jungkook smiles down at you, and kisses your open mouth as you moan. When he starts to feel you clench around him a moan passes through his own lips. You rip at his back with your nails as he drives into you full force, unable to hold back any noises like before. You’ve never felt this good before, and truthfully, neither has Jungkook.
“Your so tight, and wet, and warm… fuck, baby, your so perfect for me.”
You both are so engrossed with each other that his words hit you right in the stomach, making you to close to be considered normal to reaching your end. It’s when Jungkook thrusts against a particular spot inside of you that it starts coming. It starts with your toes and then it’s vibrating across your every limb. It’s a quacking of an orgasm that he continues to fuck you through.
“Fuck, Y/n… shit you feel so good. The way you tighten around me feels like you’re trying to rip off my cock, ” Jungkook curses into your neck. He tries to keep himself steady as you ride out your orgasm, but it’s like he can feel it in his spine. The pleasure of what you’re doing only increasing by the seconds and making you both dizzy.
He pushes himself up by his arms, and your legs wrap around him to connect at the ankles. This angle not only has him driving into you deeper and harder, but with each thrust your clit is being pressed against. Your back arch’s, and your hands grab onto the sheets. Jungkook’s watches how you both reconnect and disconnect, and he sees how wet you truly are. He has to clamp his eyes shut. Feeling how wet you are is one thing, but seeing it is another. And if you were to say…
“Jungkook! So good… so good!”
You don’t know how it’s possible, but even just coming off your own orgasm you feel it again. It makes no sense, but you don’t think about it as your toes curl, your pussy clenches, and you feel Jungkook grow even bigger inside of you as you cum again. Your words and the feeling of your clench around him drives him to get three seconds away from cumming.
He drops against you, holding you tightly in his arms as his own orgasm begins to coarse though him. It’s all to much, but you hold him through your third orgasm of the night, and then your feeling his own inside of you.
There’s no warning besides a loud grunt in your ear when he cums. It shakes your fricken soul, and it has the both of you quacking and holding into each other much tighter.
And then you both feel it.
Your emotions became his emotions, and his became yours. Every thought, experience, or count of love crossed between you two is being shown to your eyes in front of you. Your chest are pressed against each others, and you feel Jungkook’s arms tighten around your body as he holds you. Both of you knowing that your both about to see some amazing images of each other as the truth of each others love is completed.
You gasp when you see yourself as a baby, the emotions that crashed into Jungkook with them that day.
He feels your emotions when you first realized you loved him, the day he told you the story about the war. Jungkook remembers that day, although not quite like you. He thought the story scared you, but you actually heard Jungkook’s every word as a way of him not treating you like a child.
That’s how the fates treated you, and you hated it. When Jungkook told you this horror of a story, him feeling like he’s doing the wrong thing by letting you know needed Information for being a goddess, he understands how your heart grew a little bigger for him.
Both of the days you fell in love with each other had double firsts. Both of you being each others first loves, as well as you being the first person he cared about and him being the first person to respect you.
You blink your eyes open, and see Jungkook already staring back at you. You both felt it, and you both saw it. The lightening of emotions and the connecting of souls that just climaxed from the two of you completing the rite. You smile, knowing your connected with Jungkook in this way now, and then something you’ll never get tried of hearing is said.
“I love you so much, y/n. I didn’t- you never told me that you felt that way… back then.” He means to say this as a way of clearing the air of the overwhelming emotions still pouring into the both of you, but there’s a hint of sadness there too. If Jungkook knew you loved him sooner, you could have been what you two are now sooner. But he knows that’s mostly his fault. Never being able to tell you the truth being the reason why. The past is the past, though. And Jungkook knows a thing or two about being stuck in the past. “I’m so glad I have you.”
Your smile never wavers as you look at Jungkook lay on your chest. You gently comb your fingers through his hair, feeling him hum against you - finally content with himself. He only pulls out of you after you start to whimper from over stimulation. Jungkook already getting hard again because he’s waited a millennium to be like this with you, but he’s willing to wait a few moments before he can ask you for more.
I’ll wait forever for you.
Your feeling a little drowsy now that you’ve come down from your high, but his thoughts echo all around your head. Before, it was always like a whisper. Something so small that had the potential to grow, and now that it has each word is clear as day. You wonder if it will always feel like this.
“I’ll make sure you always feel like this,” Jungkook answers your unspoken question. “I’ll make sure you never feel lonely again.”
He makes good on his words by scooping you up in his arms, and making you giggle as your suddenly picked up and cradled like bride. But I guess, you are a bride? You honestly don’t know how any of this works still, but your fine with figuring it out slowly.
His wings sculpt around you both, making it seem like it’s just you and him in this world. You glide your fingers down a set of feathers and feel the softness dance on your fingertips.
“They’re beautiful,” You comment.
“Yes you are,” He responds back. You look back to face Jungkook, and his eyes are only on you. You were clearly talking about his wings, but Jungkook can only think about you in any context in this moment.
You nuzzle your check against his peck, and hum in content like he did before. Jungkook bites his lip, fighting back an obvious smile, as he looks down at you.
“You make me so happy,” You say softly, still in a daze. “Can we please never leave here? Let’s not face the fates, and just… be here. Be together.”
Jungkook’s smile falters a little, but not completely. He wonders if he’ll ever be able to not smile around you again, but then he realizes he already has the answer - you’re the only reason he smiles. It’s just the mention of the fates that irks him. He knows they probably know what happened. They aren’t able to see your fate, but they can see his. Heck, they probably knew this day would come before even he did.
But still, one day you’ll want to see them again. He pulls you closer to him even though your already smushed against him because he can’t help but think they may try to take you away from him. Would they be that cruel? To cast a fate that he would lose you somehow?
You don’t need to read Jungkook’s thoughts to know he’s upset, although the emotion is pouring through your every blood cell at the moment. You sit up in his lap, and hold his face in your hands, and kiss him.
“I’m yours,” You say against his lips, and he stiffens underneath you when he hears your words. Eventually melting into the kiss.
It’s fierce, and powerful. Nothing to suggest more then kissing, but it’s intimate nonetheless. It’s your own promise to Jungkook. A promise that your not going anywhere, and that you two are forever bonded.
And just in case he doesn’t get the hint, you say through the hieros gamos bond the promise you’ll make every day if you have to.
I love you always, Nae sarang.
———
You never thought ten years would be your limit, but here you stand at the precipice of the cave you once lived in, readying yourself to see there faces again.
These past ten years have been crazy. Anything that has to do with Jungkook and you separate from the rest of the world has been as you expected: wonderful.
You’re team, really. You don’t go with him to the mortal realm and reap souls, but you love dictating who they will love for life in the future after they drink from the River Lethe, and then watching their souls drift to a new life.
Hades - Aiden, he likes to be called - and Persephone have opened you up to the Underworld with open arms. They didn’t even need a full introduction when you first met. Hecate being as loyal as ever - to everyone, but Jungkook - told the king and queen that first night after she snuck into Jungkook’s mind by accident.
The first night you were there, turned into five. That’s right, five whole days and nights of where Jungkook wouldn’t let you out of his room for any reason. It got to the point where even his mother, Nyx, was banging on his door and wondering what the fuck he was doing.
That was awkward first met and greet with the goddess of night. You being just on your hands and knees bent over the chair in the room while Jungkook was thrusting into you no more then a minute before hand. The goddess Nyx - similar to every other deity - welcomed you with open arms, though.
Within a month you knew everyone. Within three months you knew ever square inch of the underworld. And then within a year you claimed this place as your forever home, eating a full fruit of the underworld and not looking back. Forget six seeds, you had no one else outside of the underworld that your cared about and would want to see.
Well… you did have three someone’s. But there technically, if you squint, in the underworld. And now your going to see them for the first time in ten years…
Jungkook wasn’t happy about it. Him being prepared to stop reaping souls and keep you captive in your shared room to prevent you from leaving. For which you had to remind him that you’re your own person, and just for an extra measure - you reminded him just how much you love him with your mouth alone. Sucking him dry until he passed out.
Jungkook still held you close that night - like he does every night, but that night it was as if he let go of you then you would somehow disappear.
“Do you have to go?” Jungkook asked with the smallest of voices.
“I’ll only be gone an hour or two,” You assured before you kissed him on the cheek. You look into the eyes you’ve woken up to and fell asleep next to everyday for ten years, never getting tired of the sparkle within them, but with this everyday knowledge you see his sadness. You feel his sadness. It crushes your heart, but the only reason it’s there is because he loves you with all his being. “I’ll never leave you, Jungkook.”
“Such a big promise from someone so small.” You roll your eyes and then playfully hit his shoulder at his tease for your height. “Kidding! … I just- I just love you so much…”
You hate the smallness in his voice. It still echos in your head now, as you take your first step into the cave you were raised in. The first leap to the past you kept behind you for so long, you were willing walking back to.
The first thing you smell is the smell of thread. It’s a smell that hasn’t been lost from you in these last ten years. You wonder who’s fate they are currently sewing together, but as you walk further into the cave, you find out.
The three fates sit at there three seater sewing stand, pressing the humans fate and writing out how their life will play out before it has even begun.
“Hello, daughter.”
“We were wondering-“
“When you would visit.”
You smile at their familiar way of talking. Each word being passed through each of them as they talk. Unlike ten years ago, you see the visible only to you link between the three of them. You’ve learned a lot about yourself over these past two year including your abilities. One of those abilities being that seeing the hieros gamos link was not your only ability, but any link between connected beings.
You learned this when you met Orpheus for the first time. He did not complete the rite with his true love Eurydice when he went into the underworld to beg the king of your realm for her to come with him back to the mortal world. Despite that, you saw the link between the two of them, even if he did not see Eurydice’s spirit until the final second he shouldn’t have, you saw the romantic fate the two of them shared.
It was pink unlike yours and Jungkook’s. The hieros gamos link being blue. The fates link is a shimmer gold. A bond that will only break once one of them dies. Something the fates haven’t even written in the twine yet.
You walk up to the fates, wanting to reach out and touch their line but stopping yourself. Not wanting to know what would happen if you touched such a sacred bond like that. The other bonds you’ve touched had made their feeling stronger, but your not sure what will happen if you touch a link that’s been so fragile over the years.
“Hello, family,” You start with. “Who’s fate are you creating, today?”
You watch your mother’s smile grow, and your aunts lips switch upwards with hers. It’s like your reading off an old script as you ask that question. That question being something you would always ask, and being one of your favorite types of stories.
“A man who’s life will not be long.”
“He will have great hopes, and bear many babes.”
“It won’t be until he gets too greedy with his women-“
“That the last women he swelled with life will slit his throat.”
“Ending there love-“
“That never grew-“
“To what it was meant to be.”
From the outside looking in, it seems like the fates just casted a hopeful, but tragic life for this one man. But that is not the case. Unlike the fates, when you look at the twine you see a very important thread being carved inside of it as they sew in his 20s.
He will fall in love with his soulmate at the age of 22, but she will die before giving birth to their fifth child. Him slitting his own throat because of her, and a life cut short at the age of 30.
This is something you were never able to see before. It’s like you were finally given glasses to read out the fates castings that once either confused you, or you read to literal. You smile at the thread, even though the ending is still tragic it’s a life he filled with love.
Your mother, Atropos, cuts herself off from twining with a snip of her scissors. The other three sisters stopping once the thread has weaved through the spindle all the way.
All three of them sit up straight, and look at you at the same time.
“How have you been?”
“Pff! She means how’s the husband?”
“Any grand babies yet? Ow!”
“Death cannot bear children!”
“Stupid sister.”
“Oh… I forgot… sorry… your still my favorite niece, though!”
You roll your eyes and smile at your aunt Lachesis. Her foolishness was always so entertaining to you. “It’s fine. We don’t want children anyway.”
All three fates raise their pointed left eyebrow, then they look into the ether to find Jungkook’s thoughts on the matter.
“Damn.”
“She’s right!”
“Must still be a good- Ow! I was going-“
“To say-“
“Marriage,” Your mother shakes her head. Jutting out her bottom lip in an angry pout at her sisters.
You laugh and it feels so foreign to do around the three of them, that even that fates look over at you in wonder. You clear your throat, coughing into a closed fist.
“It has been good, yes… but must admit I didn’t come here for a family visit.” Although you still love your family dearly - even after they kept you trapped in the fake life for so long - you forgave them at the same time you forgave Jungkook.
In the end, you got what you wanted on your own path, and maybe that’s what the fates wanted for you the entire time. Maybe that’s even why they didn’t stop you that day - because it was time. You realized this when the three of them never came after you. Not even a whisper of a fates revenge tail being rumored across the three realms.
“Then why-“
“Did you come here-“
“Daughter?”
You answer, by looking in the direction of the place you first met your true love.
———
You expected the tree to somehow be withered and wilted. A tree unkept or visited by the one who empowered it made you think this way. But when you stepped into the small clearing you used to visit so often, you’re surprised to not only see it still standing but bigger then before.
The carnations are sprouting wildly upon the top of it, and the bark is still strong and brown. There’s not an inkling that you ever left that place to begin with.
“How can this be?” You ask no one in particular.
…but someone answers.
“It was made from a hieros gamos bond. I told you it would still be here.”
You smile when you hear the love of your life’s voice from behind you, but you turn around with a pout as you face him. “I told you not to come!”
Jungkook rolls his eyes, but the bright smile he grows when he sees your face takes the attitude away. He walks up to you, and envelopes you in his arms around your waist. You smooth your hands up the front of his shirt, connecting your fingers together when your two hands meet behind his neck.
“Maybe I was curious about the tree too.”
You pull your lips into a thin line, unbelieving his very obvious lie. “Mhmm… and I love flying.”
Jungkook’s wings spread out behind him, like they can hear you mocking them. He chuckles lightly, then leans down close to your ear and whispers, “You don’t mind flying when we’re in the air and I’m fucking-“
You shove him away before he can say anymore, playful swatting at his chest. “Your so gross!”
“Then your in love with a gross god.”
You roll your eyes, but that statement has never been more perfectly- “True.”
Jungkook beams at your confession, and he clasps your fingers together with his because he can’t help but want to touch you every time you confess your love for him. You look over at the tree after a silence spreads between the two of you. Not silence out of nothing to say, but silence because you both are basking in the place you first exchanged words in.
You both end up sitting under the tree underneath the branch Jungkook used to love sitting on, staring up at the beautiful flowers. Your hands are still conjoined with his in the middle of the two of you, but you stay silent nonetheless. Both of you are remembering all the pining and longing you both did for each other here, and to think if either of you just opened your feelings up sooner then the life you live with each other now would have started much sooner.
But that’s not what keeps either of your silence in that moment, either. It’s the pure love you both feel here. You decided to venture here when you own day felt it calling to you. Like you needed to show the tree that you were in love with the person it grew for. You lean onto that said person’a shoulder, and breathe in the loving aroma around you.
“Wow,” Is all you say. It’s all you need to say because you both feel what this place is radiating right now.
Love.
And your love for each other, along with this tree, will be forever deathless

Ending Notes: I want to give a big shout out to the author of the book Receiver of Many because reading that series over again inspired me to write this mini-series. If your interested in reading more Greek mythology stories, this one being about Hades and Persephone, I definitely recommend checking her series out!
I’ve also had this idea in my head for like a year, and only about two weeks ago decided to write it out. I don’t know why I didn’t have the confidence before to write it, but now that I did I absolutely love what I did!
Please leave all your feedback down below, or you can even message me. I really love hearing from y’all, and I’m not lying when I say it inspires me to write when I see positive feedback.
I hope you enjoyed this mini-series as much as I did writing it. Until next time my curious cats ఌ

Queen Hera
The source is blue
This is my commentary
Beginning Encyclopedia readings about Queen Hera
Hera was, according to some accounts, the eldest daughter of Cronos and Rhea, and a sister of Zeus. (Hom. Il. xvi. 432; comp. iv. 58; Ov. Fast. vi. 29.) Apollodorus (i. 1, § 5), however, calls Hestia the eldest daughter of Cronos; and Lactantius (i. 14) calls her a twin-sister of Zeus. According to the Homeric poems (Il. xiv. 201, &c.), she was brought up by Oceanus and Thetys, as Zeus had usurped the throne of Cronos; and afterwards she became the wife of Zeus, without the knowledge of her parents. This simple account is variously modified in other traditions.
Going based off gut feeling Heista is the eldest with Hera being the twin of Zeus at least time wise, however I'm not sure if that would cause conflict with Kronos eating his young as there isnt any record that I've seen stating Kronos also ate his daughters.
However that doesn't mean he didn't, I believe he absolutely ate all the children he could as in my own experiences Kronos is a fearful being to say the least.
But this is a loose reading of an Encyclopedia, I would like to read the Apollodorus and find for myself what I think.
Being a daughter of Cronos, she, like his other children, was swallowed by her father, but afterwards released (Apollod. l. c.), and, according to an Arcadian tradition, she was brought up by Temenus, the son of Pelasgus. (Paus. viii. 22. § 2; August. de Civ. Dei, vi. 10.) The Argives, on the other hand, related that she had been brought up by Euboea, Prosymna, and Acraea, the three daughters of the river Asterion (Paus. ii. 7. § 1, &c.; Plut. Sympos. iii. 9); and according to Olen, the Horae were her nurses. (Paus. ii. 13. § 3.) Several parts of Greece also claimed the honour of being her birthplace; among them are two, Argos and Samos, which were the principal seats of her worship. (Strab. p. 413; Paus. vii. 4. § 7; Apollon. Rhod. i. 187.)
Most common belief is Argos was her proper birthplace from what I've gathered and that the sisters or the Horae were the ones to nurse her.
I've noticed golden horses adorning her armor as well, I wonder why she appears as such in my visions.
Her marriage with Zeus also offered ample scope for poetical invention (Theocrit. xvii. 131, &c.), and several places in Greece claimed the honour of having been the scene of the marriage, such as Euboea (Steph. Byz. s. v. Karustos), Samos (Lactant. de Fals. Relig. i. 17), Cnossus in Crete (Diod. v. 72), and Mount Thornax, in the south of Argolis. (Schol. ad Theocrit. xv. 64; Paus. ii. 17. § 4, 36. § 2.) This marriage acts a prominent part in the worship of Hera under the name of hieros gamos; on that occasion all the gods honoured the bride with presents, and Ge presented to her a tree with golden apples, which was watched by the Hesperides in the garden of Hera, at the foot of the Hyperborean Atlas. (Apollod. ii. 5. § 11; Serv. ad Aen. iv. 484.)
Beutifull but no real notes here.
The Homeric poems know nothing of all this, and we only hear, that after the marriage with Zeus, she was treated by the Olympian gods with the same reverence as her husband. (Il. xv. 85, &c.; comp. i. 532, &c., iv. 60, &c.) Zeus himself, according to Homer, listened to her counsels, and communicated his secrets to her rather than to other gods (xvi. 458, i. 547). Hera also thinks herself justified in censuring Zeus when he consults others without her knowing it (i. 540, &c.); but she is, notwithstanding, far inferior to him in power; she must obey him unconditionally, and, like the other gods, she is chastised by him when she has offended him (iv. 56, viii. 427, 463). Hera therefore is not, like Zeus, the queen of gods and men, but simply the wife of the supreme god. The idea of her being the queen of heaven, with regal wealth and power, is of a much later date. (Hygin. Fab. 92; Ov. Fast. vi. 27, Heroid. xvi. 81; Eustath. ad Hom. p. 81.) There is only one point in which the Homeric poems represent Hera as possessed of similar power with Zeus, viz. she is able to confer the power of prophecy (xix. 407). But this idea is not further developed in later times. (Comp. Strab. p. 380; Apollon. Rhod. iii. 931.)
I refer to Queen Hera as such out of respect for her authority and power because I know Zeus treats her with respect and love. He is simply superior in power and ability, but he does not abuse that to degrade her or put her down, rather he lifts her up with him. Ive noticed that if you actually work with Lord Zeus he talks about her quite often, he loves her deeply and I know she loves him.
Wether or not she is truly of equal power, he still respects her council and she is still bold enough to face him and tell him if she sees something is even remotely off.
That is a boldness and a spirit I so admire and adore, the ability to stand up for ones self no matter who it is. She has my endless respect.
Her character, as described by Homer, is not of a very amiable kind, and its main features are jealousy, obstinacy, and a quarrelling disposition, which sometimes makes her own husband tremble (i. 522, 536, 561, v. 892.) Hence there arise frequent disputes between Hera and Zeus; and on one occasion Hera, in conjunction with Poseidon and Athena, contemplated putting Zeus into chains (viii. 408, i. 399). Zeus, in such cases, not only threatens, but beats her; and once he even hung her up in the clouds, her hands chained, and with two anvils suspended from her feet (viii. 400, &c., 477, xv. 17, &c.; Eustath. ad Hom. p. 1003). Hence she is frightened by his threats, and gives way when he is angry; and when she is unable to gain her ends in any other way, she has recourse to cunning and intrigues (xix. 97). Thus she borrowed from Aphrodite the girdle, the giver of charm and fascination, to excite the love of Zeus (xiv. 215, &c.). By Zeus she was the mother of Ares, Hebe, and Hephaestus (v. 896, Od. xi. 604, Il. i. 585; Hes. Theog. 921, &c.; Apollod. i. 3. § 1.) Respecting the different traditions about the descent of these three divinities see the separate articles.
And this is why we read and we don't take all of what one author(s) say(s) about a god as law.
Homer is a wonderfull author(s) in the sense that the storys are theatrical and intresting, however one must wonder how much of it was played up for the drama and how much was actual documentation of how the gods acted towards and with eachother.
Homer is also known for making the majority of his woman portrayals as women of jealousy trying to overtake men or get back at them, even siding with Hesiods interpertation of Pandora being the worst and first woman to ever be made. I doubt this entry is so simple. We don't even know the half of what went down to bring them to that point. What we do know is what we have now and what we have now is experiences and stories brought to us by those who practice and converse with Deity's regularly.
I am more likely to trust those who practice with said Deity's than an author making money centuries ago
Still, I won't entirely brush off Homer for this I just dispise homers view of Hera and specifically the women interpertations written by Homer. And I am here to learn, ultimately.
Properly speaking, Hera was the only really married goddess among the Olympians, for the marriage of Aphrodite with Ares can scarcely be taken into consideration; and hence she is the goddess of marriage and of the birth of children. Several epithets and surnames, such as Eileithuia, Gamêlia, Zugia, Teleia, &c., contain allusions to this character of the goddess, and the Eileithyiae are described as her daughters. (Hom. Il. xi. 271, xix. 118.) Her attire is described in the Iliad (xiv. 170, &c.); she rode in a chariot drawn by two horses, in the harnessing and unharnessing of which she was assisted by Hebe and the Horae (iv. 27, v. 720, &c., viii. 382, 433). Her favourite places on earth were Argos, Sparta, and Mycenae (iv. 51).
These are important notes to remember if you are a practicing Hellenic Pagan and want to know more About Hera and her likes or dislikes.
Favorite places were Argos, Sparta and Mycenae. I'll have to give those places a look some time and read up on them more.
Final
Respecting the real significance of Hera, the ancients themselves offer several interpretations: some regarded her as the personification of the atmosphere (Serv. ad Aen. i. 51), others as the queen of heaven or the goddess of the stars (Eurip. Helen. 1097), or as the goddess of the moon (Plut. Quaest. Rom. 74), and she is even confounded with Ceres, Diana, and Proserpina. (Serv. ad Virg. Georg. i. 5). According to modern views, Hera is the great goddess of nature, who was every where worshipped from the earliest times. The Romans identified their goddess Juno with the Greek Hera
I really must read the Apollodorus
We still possess several representations of Hera. The noblest image, and which was afterwards looked upon as the ideal of the goddess, was the statue by Polycletus. She was usually represented as a majestic woman at a mature age, with a beautiful forehead, large and widely opened eyes, and with a grave expression commanding reverence. Her hair was adorned with a crown or a diadem. A veil frequently hangs down the back of her head, to characterise her as the bride of Zeus, and, in fact, the diadem, veil, sceptre, and peacock are her ordinary attributes. A number of statues and heads of Hera still exist.

Inanna – Sumerian Mother Goddess, Queen of Heaven and Earth
Tumblr media
One of the longest lasting Goddesses from the ancient world is Sumer’s Inanna, who was revered in the Middle East for over 4,000 years. And even today in modern Islamic Iraq Inanna’s emblems of the reed knot and the date palm continue to have meaning to the people. [1]
Inanna’s origins are very very old and date back well into the Neolithic age. It is believed that the Goddess-revering Al ‘Ubaid culture brought Her imagery with them when they settled in the region south west of the Euphrates river as early as the 6th millennium BCE, i.e. 8,000 years ago. Her earliest temple was discovered in Uruk (Erech), Inanna’s main and longest lasting place of worship, and dates back to about 5,000 BCE.
In the early days of Her worship Inanna was still seen as the all-encompassing Mother Goddess. She was still revered as the source of the Upper and Lower Waters, as the Queen of Heaven, Earth AND the Underworld. As human consciousness – probably due to external factors – changed over the millennia, Inanna’s powers diminished. At first She was split into the Goddess of Life, represented by Inanna, and the Goddess of the Underworld, represented by Her sister Ereshkigal. Eventually She would be given a father who was said to have given Her Her powers.
According to earliest records from the 4th millennium BCE Inanna’s grandmother is Nammu, the primordial Goddess of the Sea. The Babylonians knew Her as Tiamat. Nammu created Heaven and Earth and gave birth to Ningal / Ninmah, the Goddess as the Moon. Ningal / Ninmah Herself created the first people. She also gave birth to Inanna who manifests as the planet Venus, and as Inanna is the daughter of Ninagal / Ninmah, so is Venus the daughter of the Moon.
True to Her heritage, Inanna is the Goddess of the Morning and Evening Star as well as the Moon. Her imagery include the lunar crescent horns and the 8-pointed star, the rosette, which represents the planet Venus. Her headgear consists of a horned crown enclosing a cone, which is symbolic for the sacred mountain.
Inanna is often depicted with wings and a serpent-entwined staff. This imagery tells of Her roots as an ancient Bird and Snake Goddess, the Creatrix of the Upper and Lower Waters and the Goddess of Life, Death and Renewal.
Inanna is often dressed in blue which, just as Her lapiz jewels, reflects the blue of the Upper Waters or “The Deep” as the Sumerians referred to space. In fact they saw the sky as being a manifestation of the Goddess with the clouds being Her breasts and the rain Her milk. Inanna’s necklace is described as the rainbow and Her girdle as the zodiac.
Inanna is associated with the gate to cow-byres and sheepfolds, the gate representing Her vulva and the cow-byre or sheepfold Her womb. In ancient Sumer two bundles of reeds with curved ends (“Inanna’s Knot”) were placed at the entrance of Her storehouses and later Her temple Eanna in Uruk (Erech) to symbolise the Goddess.
Inanna’s sacred animals include the lioness and the cow, the former representing Her powers – She is able to tame wild lions! – and revealing Her as Goddess of the Animals, while the latter represents Inanna’s life-giving and nurturing aspect.
In her life-giving aspect Inanna’s birds include the white lunar dove and the swallow. In Her aspect as Death-Bringer She is associated with the viper and the scorpion, but also the owl, one of Her names being “nin-ninna” or “Divine Lady Owl”
Inanna, the Great Mother Goddess of the Sumerians has many titles such as:
“Queen of Heaven and Earth” “Priestess of Heaven” “Light of the World” “Morning and Evening Star” “First Daughter of the Moon” “Loud Thundering Storm” “Righteous Judge” “Forgiver of Sins” “Holy Shepherdess” “Hierodule of Heaven” “Opener of the Womb” “Framer of All Decrees” “The Amazement of the Land” “The Green One” “She of the Springing Verdure” “Queen of Stall and Fold” [2]
Tumblr media
Although Inanna is a Goddess of Life and Death, later mythology passes Her dark moon aspect on to Her sister Ereshkigal who once having been a Corn Goddess becomes the Goddess of the Underworld. This changeover has much to do with a changing attitude towards death and the life cycle. While during the Neolithic and the early Bronze Age life was seen as cyclical with death not being the final end but rather a resting stage before rebirth, in later years as humanity distanced itself more and more from the natural world, the understanding of the Underworld changed from it being the womb of the Goddess to a place of no return. Ereshkigal is the Ruler over the Sumerian Underworld. However, some of the old cyclical beliefs remained even during the later Bronze Age, as late Sumerian mythology tells of how Ereshkigal gives birth to new life.
In Her capacity as life-giving Goddess Inanna is all about fertility and abundance. This is the aspect of Her that today we most associate with the Goddess as Venus.
As Queen of Earth Inanna is Goddess of grain, vine, date palms, cedar, the sycamore fig, the olive and the apple tree. Her temple towers known as ziggurates were large storehouses from where Her priestesses would watch over the fields, fisheries and livestock. They would accept donations from the people and share them with everyone. All incomings and outgoings would be recorded by them on clay tablets using reed styluses.
The High Priestess or Entu was seen not just as Inanna’s representative on Earth, but as the Goddess’s incarnation. Every autumn at the new year she would select a young man as her lover-consort to celebrate the Sacred Mating (Greek “Hieros Gamos” = Sacred Marriage). Through the love-making of the Entu and the man, who would become the king for the next year, the fertility of all life on Earth would be assured. Any children that were born of this union were considered to be half divine and half human, just as the hero Gilgamesh was thought to have been.
Just as Inanna is the Hierodule of Heaven, so were Her priestesses the hierodules of Earth. Hierodule is a Greek word that means “sacred work” or “servant of the holy”. Fertility and life is how the Goddess manifests Herself on Earth. [In most cases] Sexuality is the means by which fertility and thus new life comes about. In order to honour Inanna and to help keep the Earth a rich and flourishingh place, Her priestesses would re-enact the sacred act of lovemaking with Inanna’s worshippers at Her temples. The feelings of ecstasy experienced were seen as a divine state of bliss. Unfortunately, when Sumer with her long-hidden secrets was discovered not so long ago, the worldview of the archaeologists and anthropologists was clouded by Christian teachings who misunderstood the sacred role of hierodule and called Inanna’s priestesses “temple prostitutes” or “harlots”.
Tumblr media
Inanna is the Queen of Heaven, her celestial manifestations being the Moon and the planet Venus. Like Isis in Egypt the star Sirius is sacred to Her as are the constellations Virgo and Scorpio.
Inanna is the Goddess of Death and Destruction. She is a Goddess of the Storm who represents the raw, unbridled destructive power of nature. Inanna is also known as “the Dragon” and is depicted as such with venom spewing from its mouth. In Her capacity as Destructress She is also represented by a lion-headed thunder bird known as “Imdugud”. [3]
Inanna is the Goddess of Natural Law and Justice. She is the Bringer of the “me”, the Sumerian Tablets of the Law. Inanna is just and compassionate. Her gifts to humankind include civilisation, wisdom and prophesy. [4]
As said before, at the start of the Bronze Age humans still saw themselves as being completely part of nature and therefore the Goddess. However, as time went by and our consciousness and self-awareness increasingly developed we felt more and more separate from the source. While initially humans saw death not as an end but just as another step on the cycle of life, with the increasing separation from nature came the realisation that while life in general continues indefinitely, the inidividual life will not. The Ancients described this in terms of a permanent life source – Ka soul or Zoe – and the many varieties of temporary life – Ba soul or Bios – the latter of which was believed to return to the source after death. The permanent life source was experienced as the Goddess and that of the temporary life force that is born from Her and returns to Her after death was represented by Her son-lover-consort. The life and death of the son-lover contains the lunar myth of birth, growth, decay and death. It also represents the Wheel of the Year with the god or son-lover being symbolic for the vegetation that grows and dies with the seasons. By the end of the Bronze Age rebirth was no longer envisioned for the individual but reserved only for goddesses and gods.
In Sumerian mythology this story is told through the birth and death of Dumuzi, the son-lover of the Goddess Inanna. His name literally means “faithful son”, but being a vegetation god he was also referred to as “The Green One”. He is a shepherd, “Lord of Life” and “Lord of the Net”. As “Bull of Heaven” the bull is sacred to him, but so are the ram and the goat. In Sumer the date palm which was the Tree of Life was associated with Dumuzi, as were grains, especially barley. Inanna’s son-lover was identified with the harvest and all the produce that was stored inside Her temples.
Every year in the autumn when in Mesopotamia the fertile raining season started, Inanna would join with Dumuzi in the rites of the sacred mating / marriage. This would ensure the fertility of the land. At the onset of the summer in July when the Sun would dry up the land and burn the crops, Dumuzi would die and enter the Underworld.
The story of Dumuzi’s death is interlinked with Inanna’s Descent. As said before, at some point during the Bronze Age people stopped believing in the uninterrupted cycle of life and death for themselves. The Underworld no longer was the womb of the Goddess, but instead became “The Land of No Return”. However, Inanna’s priestesses were aware of this split between the Upper and Lower Waters. Just as in ancient Greece every year many Sumerians would re-enact the descent of the Goddess into the Underworld in order to reunite their own consciousness with their unconscious and regain completion. It was a shamanic journey for both the Goddess and Her initiates.
The story of Inanna’s Descent involves the Goddess visiting and re-uniting with Her dark self or sister Ereshkigal. It is very much a lunar myth of the dark moon. On the way Inanna encounters seven gates – the number of days of the waning moon – where She has to give up the seven regalia of Her office. When She finally meets Her sister, She dies and has to hang on a hook for three days – the number of days of the dark moon. During that time Ereshkigal, the Dark Moon Goddess or Inanna’s dark moon aspect, gives birth to new life. Eventually the Queen of the Underworld agrees to let Inanna return to the world above, but only on the condition that She can find a replacement for Herself. Inanna returns to Heaven and Earth where She finally chooses Her Son-Lover Dumuzi to take Her place, as unlike everyone else he did not grieve for Her and instead enjoyed his time on Inanna’s throne.
Much of Sumerian mythology was adopted by the Babylonians where She was known as Ishtar and Her son-lover as Tammuz. Eventually the story of the Goddess and Her son would make its way into Christianity where to this day millions of people celebrate the birth of Jesus at Christmas and his death and resurrection at Easter. Mary to this day is celebrated by many as the Mother of God.

Unto Her who renders decisions, Goddess of all things, Unto the Lady of Heaven and Earth who receives supplication; Unto Her who hears petition, who entertains prayer; Unto the compassionate Goddess who loves righteousness; Ishtar the Queen, who suppresses all that is confused.
To the Queen of Heaven, the Goddess of the Universe, the One who walked in terrible Chaos and brought life by the Law of Love; And out of Chaos brought us harmony, and from Chaos Thou has led us by the hand.

The Good Counselor - Chapter 3
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Seventy years have passed since Elysion was created, and Persephone’s efforts to conceive a child with Hades have been in vain.  But a secret rite on Samothrace might bend the Fates and give them all that they have ever dreamed of, or pave a path of untold suffering.

Chapter 3
The ether rushed around her in a twist of silver and crimson and she emerged in the great atrium of her villa in Thesprotia. It had been abandoned for generations when Persephone had found it, and was said to be filled with the ghosts of the extinguished House of Aeolus.
Persephone knew better.
If any spirits remained, she would have wrenched them from this world already. She herself had sentenced three of that wicked family to Tartarus,  Sisyphus chief among them.
Willows overhung the entire house, shielding it from the main road that led to the sea. It was modest, a short ways from the city of Cichyrus. A copse of bedraggled cypresses marked the path leading to the entrance, and thistles grew thick around the door. To the idly  passing eyes of the outside world, this place was as uninhabited as it was foreboding.
But inside, it was paradise. Roses climbed the walls of the atrium garden and crocus blanketed the floor, growing through every crack in its deteriorating mosaic. A pomegranate tree— planted by Aidoneus on his first visit to their home in the world above— grew in the very center, shading a large oak stump beneath it. It was here that she found him turning a fruit over in his palm. It hadn’t come from this tree— it was only starting to blossom. This fruit came from the lands below,  from their sacred grove at the entrance to Elysion. He set it down and stood.
Persephone picked up her skirts and rushed to him. He gripped her waist and she felt her feet tilt off the ground as he lifted her level with his face. Their lips met, and she sighed, melting into him. His joy and eagerness flooded into her, mellowed by tenderness and spiked with lust, warmed with relief.
And a metallic undertone of trepidation.
She eased back. “Is something troubling you?”
“No.  Not yet,” he said, setting her down. “Did you take care of it?”
“He’s gone. His court is dispersed, and Minthe is by her mother’s side.” He scowled at the mention of her name. Placing the remains of the annihilated nymph by her mother’s grave had been Persephone’s idea. Hades had been less forgiving when they’d discussed it. “How is everything back home?”
“Empty as ever when you aren’t there, sweet one. How was this year’s planting?”
“The same as ever.” She hooked her arm into his and leaned in as they walked the walled garden paths. She quivered at the contact. It had been two months since her fingers had been upon his skin. She could feel his pulse and the warmth of his flesh. He smelled of raw earth, of cypress, and the cool waters— everything she missed about Chthonia. The Underworld. Her true home. Persephone glanced up and caught  him chewing the inside of his lip. His mind was distant, but she knew he would eventually reveal where. She let him ruminate while she spoke. “A bit less grain to sow this year, though. She was so anxious last harvest, it affected everything.”
“Your mother needs to stop worrying after her paramour.”
“I’ve told her as much. But can you even call Triptolemus that anymore? They share the Telesterion, but more as friends than lovers. They haven’t shared a bed since—”
“I regret mentioning it,” he muttered hastily.
“Ah.” She fidgeted. “Hermes may have picked up Minoan.”
“What?”
“Unless you told him that Bellerophon broke his family’s curse and was granted a place in Elysion.”
Aidoneus gritted his teeth. “Damn him and his meddling…”
“I knew it! I knew he was lying. He denied reading your last letter to me, but how else would he know?”
“I’ll have a word with him.”
“What if that’s not the extent of it? What if he tells them about this place?”
“He won’t. I made him swear on the Styx.”
Persephone turned to him. “If the mortals know that you— that we spend time here, there will be endless interruptions. They’ll stop sowing crops. Some will leave, and the rest will build a gaudy temple. And the favors and quests of the rustic gods and hemitheoi—”
“They’ll do no such thing because Hermes will keep his mouth shut.”
“Will he?”
“He will. He takes Stygian oaths seriously.”
“How will we send letters and parcels to each other now?” A shiver rolled through her as he cupped her face with his hand.
“Perhaps I should hand-deliver them.” Aidon leaned down and gave her the lightest, slowest of kisses. His dark eyes locked onto hers as he pulled back. “Though there’s something else I’m intent on giving you presently.”
Heat rushed to her cheeks. She threw her arms around his neck and collided with him, kissing him gracelessly in return, their teeth clicking together. He chuckled low and traced her spine with his fingertips.
“Eager, are we?”
“Come,” Persephone whispered. “Let me show you what I’ve been up to this season.”
Aidoneus picked up the half pomegranate and followed her up the stairs. “A full season of sowing and still you found the time?”
“Barely enough. I vanished just after Thesmophoria to spend a few hours here alone, and I think Mother is starting to suspect—”
Aidon kissed away the name. The last person he wanted to think about right now was Demeter. He inhaled Persephone’s scent of roses and lilac, larkspur and irises. “This is my time with you. And no one else. Not Hermes, not your mother…”
Not Orpheus? Her voice rang through his head.
Aidon stopped. Did she knew where he had been? That he had spoken to the hymnist?
“His name was in your mind. Were you thinking about what Eumolpus said? Do you think…”
“I don’t want you to be disappointed again, sweet one,” he interrupted sharply. “I can’t bear it. Not after last time.”
She nodded.
He needed to distract her, or his visit to Samothrace would come pouring out unbidden. And going further down that road would only raise her hopes fruitlessly. Especially if she knew he was motivated enough to speak to Orpheus himself. “I practiced a flower while I waited for you.”
Persephone smiled. “You did?”
Their hieros gamos had not only created Elysion, but— to their mutual delight— had conferred upon each other some of their unique talents. Persephone had even called up iron from the earth seven winters ago. “Watch, sweet one.”
Aidoneus concentrated on the ground before him, and felt the beating warm life rush through him, from his feet upward. Each time he tried it he marveled. This must be what she had felt throughout her lifetime each time she created a new living thing. At first he’d worried that he would taint life itself if he tried to imitate her— that his efforts would result in a blight simply because of who he was. But they were the Gods of the Earth, he remembered, one and the same, infinitely bound and part of each other. He closed his eyes, feeling the telltale pulse in first his abdomen and rising through his chest as a bulb grew, opened, and split the ground. The stalk shot upright, bursting at the tip into a purple iris. He heard clapping and opened his eyes. Persephone exhaled softly, her hand gripping her hips. “My favorite part,” she said, “is feeling it move through you.”
“‘It’?”
“The earth, everything I have ever called up in— it’s hard to give it a name. More of a feeling. But it moves so… differently through you.”
“And you can sense every bit of… it.” He already knew the answer.
Of course I can, her voice rang, stronger this time. She turned and started strolling through the palace, showing him a centuries-old tapestry she’d found in the collapsed storage room, the vibrant ochres and deep blues sealed away and saved from the ravages of sun and wind. She picked up her skirts and climbed the stairs to the gynaikeion, giving him a glimpse of her ankles and mud stained feet. Aidon followed, listening to her describe how she’d made  it into a place fit for them to sleep, to make love…
“Aidon?”
He smiled. “I was distracted. Forgive me.”
She  bit coyly at her lip. “It’s similar, but just a single room. I thought black fleeces would work, but they’re hard to find in the world above. Used for sacrifices too often to…”
“To me.”
“So they seldom sell them to anyone but priests. It took me a bit of searching, but I eventually found what I needed.”
“How?”
“An agora in Locri. They were guarded at first, especially since I’m a woman. But no one asked questions after the gold came out. I suppose it helps when your husband is the richest being in the cosmos,” she said.
Aidon laughed. He looked up, and instead of the familiar dome patterned with stars, this flat ceiling was covered with tiny jasmine blooms— their growth carefully trained and arranged to reflect the summer sky. One vine wound toward the center, marking the tail of the Scorpion, and another the bow of the Lyre.
The Lyre… had she chosen this grouping of stars for a reason? He pushed it from his wandering mind. Aidon wanted to peel Persephone’s clothes off and press skin to skin, to seat himself as deeply within her as he could. But he also wanted to give her due respect as she showed him the work she’d done  since they last met here.
This, he realized, was why he was creating these nervous distractions. But her breath was hitching, and he could feel her skin warming and prickling every time she glanced at him, could feel the flutter in her abdomen as though it were his own, and hear the slight tremble in her voice. His wife was being coy. Stalling. She wanted him to make the first move, the first touch. He would torture her a moment longer.
As Persephone drew closer to the fleece covered divan, his gaze rested on her hips, the pins that held her peplos taut over her skin, and the ornate girdle he had timidly left as a gift in her chamber on the fifth day he’d known her. How different it was now. Her back was turned. He plucked a seed from the pomegranate and held it under his tongue. He was as impatient for her touch as she was for his.
Aidoneus flicked his wrist, and fibulae scattered to all corners of the room. The girdle fell muffled in the heap of fabric, and Persephone gave startled gasp. He chuckled, ambling toward her as the rest of the peplum slinked from her breasts, her only adornment the flowery crown she wore in the spring and summer. Her blue-grey eyes were wide with shock and her hands instinctively covered her breasts and mons.
“It is good to know,” he said, stepping free of his own clothes, “that after all these years I can still surprise you.”
“I-I…” The blush creeping up her neck told him all he needed to know.
One piece of cloth remained, the only one not held by pins. Aidon reached behind and untied his loincloth by hand and let it drop to the floor. He gripped the half pomegranate in one hand and lifted the crown from her head with the other, then casually tossed the woven flowers aside. Aidon could feel the heat of her even through the half a pace between them. Her heels and chin lifted up so she was level with him, her eyes were lidded and her lips neared his. She relished in his guttural groan as she brushed her hand up his hip, his stomach and chest. “You’ll have to put that down.”
“Oh, will I?” He smiled and lifted the ripe fruit between them.
“What else do you plan to do with it?” She took a step back.
“Kiss me, wife, and find out.”

Based on a Tumblr meta about hieros gamos rituals in ancient religions. Set on a Greek island in the Bronze Age. Very mild dubcon and underage vibes, but as far as I’m concerned everyone is the age of consent and participating voluntarily.
Plot what plot. Part 1 of 3, I think.

Validating the Twin-Flame Path
Tumblr media
What Exactly are Twin Flames and their purpose... This is the MASS confusion going around and now has become almost a social norm. There is a PURPOSE, a validity to the concept for the actual movement or growth as a collective to raise the cellular frequency of energy also known as love to and for the world by Twin-Flames. Why?  This is my reason for writing this.
I have gone through a process of being “awoke” and now am “woke”... haha. But how?, why?, when?... all of this has becomes part of the process and what I call my “upgrade(s)”. Since I was young, I have been empathetic, had divination abilities- dreams before they happen, connections with the dead- aka psychic abilities. I do carry the markers of what the occult or mystics use to validate this in the physical as double crosses on the center of my palms for example.
Alright! I will be moving forward to the validations and purpose... I will be posting podcasts soon for a more in-depth explanation of the process of how I got through the process (to which ever points, when ever I did whatever)...THAT’S FOR ANOTHER TIME.
Okay, now,
I had a dream about a man, in the dream I became aware that I would be marrying this man from my dream. I then, four days later met this man in the physical... Many unusual events took place but the significant date was February 24th (2:24). Time past by with many unusual events (soon to come) and we were then married on June 6th, 2016 (6:6-16) another significant date. Now, I put the dates in parentheses this way because it is significant to the validation.
  Understanding Purpose
Twin-flames (Aeonic Pairs) are Two Bodies/Beings (physical, dimensional, spiritual) and One Soul (of the same frequency, from the same source of origin) that may or may not meet in the 3-D (physical world you and I are currently communing in). In this case, we have meet in the 3-D and are married (spiritually, physically).
Origin or Source is written, painted, created and grown through out history in several different ways, forms, languages and concepts. Our origin is known as the Christos-Sophia line (Oraphim, Christ Consciousness, crystalline energy). Based in Egypt, Israel, Sumerian, Greek Myth, Christianity and Islam, basis- The Torah, The Bible, Islam and Hinduism aspects or derivatives. Which are 12 (Lost Tribes) of the 70 Origin Tribes of the Divine Council. That sets the path or prophecy for truths to be spoken to or shown by the Universal (kabbalistic/ scientifically derived) and/or with Biblical connection.
 Troving Through Visions
Visions are a part of being aware or connected to different frequencies in/on multiple dimensions while being conscious in the physical or 3-D, no, I am NOT saying that all twins have the capability to see visions or dream of instances before they happen. I Am explaining my Path.
After a while, my then boyfriend, now husband (man from dream) and I were in bed sleeping when, I was awoke from a dead sleep to find myself in a vision. It was physically thunder storming out side and raining. A vision, not a dream, not REM, no astral projecting- WIDE awake and paralyzed by en enormous power. My physical 3-D body was, awake and very aware. In my vision, I was consumed by a very conductive, powerful, all loving, all knowing and completely pure energy.
This energy I could feel was Source, Origin, God- CREATOR (will be explained soon in a Podcast), I was told that I can no longer hide from the truth and must fulfill my purpose. What that was? I had not clue but I was tracking that this was something important and could explain all my abilities, why I was different, my life, my childhood, my purpose- everything. I just could feel it.
Through it all and Now
This has been a long and strong powerful process so of course, I connected/prayed and received/ got my prayer answered. I knew in this process not that needed my final validation before moving forward but, just wanting to ensure I was not some mentally unstable individual with eluded delusions to explain my purpose in this life. Aware of 11:11, 12:12 portals and understanding how the Universe/God is speaks (for another time). During my upgrade I was shown Gen 2:24 & Tim 6:6-16 and Deuteronomy 6:6-16.
Validation
Twin-Flames become their strongest or create pure energy when able to conduct Hieros Gamos/ Sacred Union/ Sex in the 3D (explained later). Our date as Twin-Flames for this was 2/24 = Gen 2:24
Genesis 2:24 English Standard Version (ESV)
24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
from www.BibleGateway.com- there are several versions you could choose for yourself a version that you may prefer.
Mission Purpose
My husband has a tattoo on his forearm of The Last Supper which he got in Japan in 2007 (this place and time has purpose- for another time). Below the portrait of Jesus and his Apostles at the Last Supper it says King of Kings. As I was finishing my upgrade cycle I realized that the dates in our life had significance, I mean, I understand this Universal number thing... Just for the curiosity of it maybe our wedding date mattered. For that was the day that we moved the ocean with our Sacred Union in the 3D, which was blessed (for another time), it had to be if our first union was so, I went and searched just the numbers on my Bible app- 6:6-16.
1 Timothy 6 English Standard Version (ESV)
6 Let all who are under a yoke as bond servants[a] regard their own masters as worthy of all honor, so that the name of God and the teaching may not be reviled. 2 Those who have believing masters must not be disrespectful on the ground that they are brothers; rather they must serve all the better since those who benefit by their good service are believers and beloved.
False Teachers and True Contentment
Teach and urge these things. 3 If anyone teaches a different doctrine and does not agree with the sound[b] words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching that accords with godliness, 4 he is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy craving for controversy and for quarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, evil suspicions, 5 and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain. 6 But godliness with contentment is great gain, 7 for we brought nothing into the world, and[c] we cannot take anything out of the world. 8 But if we have food and clothing, with these we will be content. 9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
Fight the Good Fight of Faith
11 But as for you, O man of God, flee these things. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. 12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 13 I charge you in the presence of God, who gives life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who in his testimony before[d] Pontius Pilate made the good confession, 14 to keep the commandment unstained and free from reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 which he will display at the proper time—he who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.
And
Deuteronomy 6 English Standard Version (ESV)The Greatest Commandment
6 “Now this is the commandment—the statutes and the rules[a]—that the Lord your God commanded me to teach you, that you may do them in the land to which you are going over, to possess it, 2 that you may fear the Lord your God, you and your son and your son's son, by keeping all his statutes and his commandments, which I command you, all the days of your life, and that your days may be long. 3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and be careful to do them, that it may go well with you, and that you may multiply greatly, as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has promised you, in a land flowing with milk and honey.
4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[b] 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
10 “And when the Lord your God brings you into the land that he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give you—with great and good cities that you did not build, 11 and houses full of all good things that you did not fill, and cisterns that you did not dig, and vineyards and olive trees that you did not plant—and when you eat and are full, 12 then take care lest you forget the Lord, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. 13 It is the Lord your God you shall fear. Him you shall serve and by his name you shall swear. 14 You shall not go after other gods, the gods of the peoples who are around you— 15 for the Lord your God in your midst is a jealous God—lest the anger of the Lord your God be kindled against you, and he destroy you from off the face of the earth.
16 “You shall not put the Lord your God to the test, as you tested him at Massah. 17 You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies and his statutes, which he has commanded you. 18 And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may go well with you, and that you may go in and take possession of the good land that the Lord swore to give to your fathers 19 by thrusting out all your enemies from before you, as the Lord has promised.
Is this Message strictly for US (my husband and I),  I am not sure.
But, What I can say is that I am not here to confuse you or teach you false teachings. I am here to Guide those who are at this Understanding in their process to accept the Truth and move forward on to their mission and/or purpose here on earth in this lifetime.
I will be posting more blogs and having my Podcasts finished soon to help level your frequencies, guide you and help explain the process.
Thank You for Reading.

Sept 2019 Astrology ~ Reality Re-weaving is Underway
Sept 2019 Astrology ~ Reality Re-weaving is Underway
By Marcia Sisterstar
Hello, Beautiful,
It’s been three days since the Moon and the Sun performed the sacred marriage of cosmic energy that renews our connection with life each month. The hieros gamos, the ancients called the timeless magic that’s unfolding all month from the Virgo house of your birth chart..
What the second of 2019’s three consecutive new supermoons has just delivered to you, is a game-changing infusion of Virgo power. And, in quintessential Virgo style, while it’s officially over, it’s far from finished.
That’s because as Luna made herself new, she and the Sun were surrounded by all three planets of the inner solar system. Mercury, Venus, and Mars. Known as a stellium, it intensifies the power of the sign by orders of magnitude. All month you’ll be feeling htat power — in the most intimate and immediate parts of your life. How you think, what you love and value, your drive and ability to take action — it’s all sourced by these three planets.
And for the first half of this lunar cycle, they’re re-weaving your reality — breath by breath, thought by thought, choice by choice.
The Moon and Venus, the solar system’s two primary agents of Cosmic Feminine energy, have already begun their reality transformations (within and around you) as they’ve conjoined the Sun. Today and tomorrow, it’s the core agents of the Cosmic Masculine — Mars and Mercury, whose codes drive your action (Mars) and perception (Mercury) — who are in the transformation zone with our Star.
This morning, Mars transmuted himself in the Sun’s fire as he made exact alignment. In 9 degrees of Virgo, the Red One created the seed of the motivation and action style that will lead you through the next two years — ones that you’ll remember for the rest of your life. In the coming days, that seed will be powerfully supported by Saturn and Mars, and then stress-tested by Jupiter and Neptune.
*Tomorrow night, it will be Mercury’s time to enter the fires of our solar system’s Great Heart. In the days ahead, a transformed Messenger will follow the Red One into the cosmic realignment zone that is your life for the tests that will ready him — and you — for th adventure of a lifetime.
For Mars, this is a whole new beginning. For Mercury, as for Venus, it’s an initiation into the wisdom phase. Both are becoming the Evening Stars who will soon be guiding us through one of the most exciting, bewildering, shocking, and reality-bending times of our lives.
Virgo: the zodiac’s most misunderstood sign goes multidimensional
Too often seen as an OCD nag and neatnik, the Cosmic Virgin is in fact a reality re-weaver. Far more than the zodiac’s maid service, tidying up the messes of our lives, she’s actually the force within us all who brings spirit and matter, cosmos and earth into deep, creative alignment. And this month, she’s going multidimensional.
When Luna, now a delicate new crescent, formed a 45-degree semi-square with the Sun this morning, she was signaling us: her incubation period is over. She’s ready for action.
And so are you. Not just any action. The action that will re- weave spirit and matter together, on the multiple levels of your reality where profound shift is occurring. There’s some extremely potent dimensional weaving in play throughout September — and far beyond. If you’ve been watching 11 consecutive days of rain falling over the Amazon, as circles of prayer, meditation, and energy work formed around the globe, or of Hurricane Dorian’s slow shifting away from the coast of Florida, as similar groups formed, you’ve been witnessing that potency. If you’ve been tapping into the field with your own prayers, meditation, or energy work, you’ve been experiencing this interdimensional re-weaving yourself within you as well as around you..
Even then, when so much is happening beneath the surface, it can seem as if “nothing” is happening on the outer level. Don’t let that lead you to underestimate the power of what’s underway, within and around you — or to ignore it. The Virgo seed that’s ready for action is infused with the codes of quantum breakthrough — delivered by Uranus in the mighty flowing wave astrologers call a trine to the New Moon — and those codes are making their way through the global field like seeds bringing the spring through the dark, heavy earth to the surface.
In this case, you’re the seed, the fertile and resistant earth, and also the surge of the new. That’s going to become more clear than ever over the next eight days. — when an almost dizzying array of conjunctions, trines, and oppositions are rewiring not only your perceptions, your values, and your motivation and drive. They’re also rewiring your ability to navigate multiple realities.
The narrowing gap between timelines and reality fields
Within and around you, metamorphosis is occurring. It’s happening in the narrowing gap that we normally experience between short-term developments — a new moon, some new intentions, and new beginnings for your personal life — and the longer-term movements of the outer, reality-shaping planets and the solar system itself.
Our longer term direction is towards a much deeper connection with our galaxy — and beyond. New planet discoveries in the solar system’s outer, trnasformational edge, like the cascade of discoveries about our universe have opened new pathways in human consciousness.  The breakdown of old systems makes it much easier to step into these expanded realities — if we can integrate the energy. Otherwise we may find our personal circumstances collapsing with the old paradigms. Even then, though , we are wired into the Universe, carriers of expanded reality codes, even when things seem most hopeless. That’s what it means to carry the Universe within us.  The inside-out job of reality transformation
Transforming reality, is an inside-out job, not the other way around. Our part is to connect to what is already dormant within us — with our hearts, our intentions, and our bodies too — and to align with, integrate, and ground what we uncover within.
The transformation of deep reality structures is well underway. Pluto and Saturn have been closely conjunct all year, and are now just over four months from their first conjunction in Capricorn — the sign of the most ancient and enduring structures — since 1285. Paradigms were collapsing 700 years ago, too —  as both a 200-year holy war and  feudalism came to an end and new and unimagined reality is opened up.
2020 begins with the historic conjunction of Saturn and Pluto. It will end with the first air-sign conjunction of the two reality-shapers, Jupiter and Saturn in 500 years. Their last air sign conjunction was in the same sign where the two guru planets will meet on the 2020 Winter solstice — Aquarius, our consciousness destination in this unprecedented sea crossing. That 1405 meeting gave rise to the period some historians refer to as the “miracle centuries” that transformed Europe.  The good future is already within you. It’s time to bring it more fully into your life, and our world.
What they will give rise to in 2020 is taking shape within us now. The work we have to do to birth a new reality is already present. Our challenges and our desires are already pointing us to the path to the good future.
It’s the very crises we face, personally and collectively that are pushing us to tap the power to transform. The keys to unlock that power have been within us since we were born. In a time of global crisis, the codes that connect us to the Universe, and allow reality timelines to shift, are waking up.
Reweaving your reality
Over the next two weeks, the entire inner solar system is participating in re-weaving your reality in the most personal and immediate of ways — as the planets in the Virgo stellium make a mind-blowing series of 21 connections. Following the conjunctions of Mercury, Venus and Mars to the Sun, they’re all conjoining each other — and the edge-dweller Orcus, who carries the sovereign and reality-creating power of your soul vows.
In rapid succession, the inner trio will then go on to form squares, trines, and oppositions — 14 in all — to Jupiter, Saturn, Nessus, and Pluto. Throughout this process, they’ll be realigning the relationship between your thoughts, values, and drive with abundance, manifestation, domination, and power — and making possible a far deeper level of integration than ever before.
This is happening from within you. It’s already there. Before “doing” anything or “making something happen,” let your intentions, perceptions, and choices come into deeper alignment — and intend, see, and choose from there.
8/31-9/3: Creation and consolidation of new ways of seeing, wanting, and acting:
The Sun conjuncts he Moon, Mars, Mercury, and Orcus
Thee Moon, Venus, Mars, Mercury, and Orcus conjunct each other
9/2-12: Confronting the dominator and expanding the new by dropping the dead weight of disconnection
The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars oppose Nessus, the Abuser
Venus, Sun, Mercury, Mars square Jupiter
9/7-14: Discerning illusion from inspiration
Mercury, Venus, and Mars oppose Neptune
9/14:   Moving forward as Saturn stations dirct and begins to move forward — th day of a Pisces Full Moon
9/21:   Unraveling illusion from inspiration and holding a bigger space for the Real
Jupiter squares Neptune for the third and final time, opening a bigger space for a deeper, wider, and truer connection to the Oneness.
Medicine for Reweaving
Virgo is extremely sensitive and can be overwhelmed by over-stimulation.
By sending overwhelm into the Earth as you make direct connection through bare feet or hands, or  connect with the Earth Mother’s frequencies by holding her crystalline forms, you open a channel of access to her vast reservoir of  already aligned high-frequency cosmic energy.
By adding the power of breath — breathing in through your feet from the heart of the Earth, and exhaling out through your crown, all the way to the heart of the Universe — you’re accessing the air element at a time when none of the solar system’s core planets are in an air sign. It’s air that gives us perspective, keeps our fire burning, and prevents our water frequencies from becoming stagnant and our earth frequencies from getting stuck.
Until Mercury enters Scorpio  in early October, Neptune (and the Moon, for just a couple of days at a time every tne days or so) is the only planet in a water sign. To avoid becoming brittle and parched, give yourself abundant access to the life-renewing qualities of water. Drink lots of it. Take long showers or baths. Read poetry — or better yet, write it. Listen to your emotions, and also to music.
The times you took birth for have arrived. It’s time to stay in your one-of-a-kind magic than ever before. May it bless you, and all whose lives you touch, over and over, every minute of the exciting days ahead.
With all the love, and the blessings of the stars,
Marcia (aka Star Sister)

The Virgin Mary: Goddess Imagery Revealed
Excerpts from my most recent paper on Mother Mary, the Gevirah Role in Ancient Israel & the Heavenly Mother Connection….going beyond the apparitions to give a reason for my faith in our Mother in Heaven.
by Michelle Wiener
The Gevirah Role in Ancient Israel
Mary is often referred to by Catholics as the ‘Queen of Heaven’ in conjunction with Revelation 12:1, where she is described as “a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars” (KJV). As Jesus’ earthly mother, Mary serves as the gevirah, or heavenly advocate to her son, with the twelve stars being a reference to ancient Israel; thus she reflects the ancient royal customs from which this imagery is derived. In ancient Judea/Israel, the gevirah served in an advisory capacity to the king “as a cultural and spiritual image for the Israelite people” (Hammer 2008, 13), although the official capacity of this role remains a matter of debate among biblical scholars. According to the Catholic Biblical Quarterly, “Of the sixteen queen mothers named, seven appear to be Jerusalemites, at least two were foreigners, and five may have come from the provinces of the country” (Andreasen 1983, 191). While a considerable amount of debate has surrounded the cultic function of the gevirah as it pertains to the hieros gamos, or sacred marriage rituals practiced in the Ancient Near East, the primary function of the gevirah was “to be a counsellor and a source of wisdom” (Andreasen 1983, 188). Certainly the Queen Mother was one of great influence upon her royal subjects as she served in an advisory capacity to the king.
In her doctoral dissertation, Ginny Brewer-Boydston argues for the regnal formula of the gevirah (gebira) in I&II Kings as a operating as a force for either good or evil concerning the moral direction of the kingdom, with the Queen Mother also bearing the responsibility for the sustaining or downfall of the nation, as “a son’s success directly reflects upon her and her instruction” (Baylor University 2011, 1-2). One of the biblical examples apart from the Kings is that of the instructions given by the mother of Lemuel in Proverbs 31:1-9, in which she advises him against strong drink and ‘lewd’ women in hopes that he remains focused on his primary role as ruler and his obligations to the kingdom. Though unnamed, the mother of Lemuel serves as a force for good to her son’s kingdom. This address is rare, given the fact that “manuals of instruction for kings and princes such as this one are well known from the Ancient Near East, but nowhere else is it addressed to a king by his mother” (Andreasen, 1983, 192). In my observation, inclusion of this set of instructions in the Hebrew Wisdom Literature would alone suggest the level of influence of the gevirah in ancient Judea, along with possibility of the official recognition of her role in the kingdom. With Proverbs itself being connected to King Solomon, I believe the Chokmah connection may even suggest a cultic function, as Wisdom is mentioned in Proverbs chapter eight.
Brewer-Boydston notes the influence of Bathsheba, King Solomon’s mother, as a force for good among the nation of Israel. Although Bathsheba is brought into the king’s palace against her will by way of scandal, she finishes the course with great strength of character, as she, under the direction of the prophet Nathan, “helps to effect Solomon’s succession, ensuring her status as the queen mother” (Baylor University 2011, 190), later crowning, and even serving, as chief advisor to her son. In this instance, Solomon is clearly not the crown prince, yet Bathsheba is able to secure her son’s throne by reminding the dying King David of a prior oath he made, even though the content of that oath is not entirely clear. If she had not done so, David’s son Adonijah would have reigned instead and she might have lost her position, as well as having endangered her own life and that of her son. By advocating for herself and her son, she saves the kingdom as well, which might help explain why her son, the king, bows down to her and places her at his right hand as his counselor, as “the right hand was symbolic of honor, power and authority” (Baylor University 2011, 199). In doing so, King Solomon lends credence to the role of the Queen Mother, setting this regnal formula paradigm in place for future Judean courts.
Unfortunately, more Queen Mothers proved detrimental to the kingdom rather than beneficial, being credited along with the king for the nation’s moral and political demise. According to Brewer-Boydston, “They propagate a foreign cult, counsel their sons wickedly, ensure the death of their sons, and kill possible heirs, all of which bring a negative judgment upon their sons’ reigns” (Baylor University 2011, 174). Jezebel is the most familiar of the wicked biblical Queen Mothers, although initially she served in the Northern Kingdom of Israel as wife of King Ahab, but the lesser-known Queen Mothers included Maacah, Athaliah, Nehushta, and Hamutal, among others located in the Southern Kingdom of Judah. Athaliah, who is mentioned in II Kings 11, was so powerful that she “was able to usurp entirely the throne in Jerusalem and hold it for some six years” (Andreasen 1983, 180) before being killed in the Jerusalem Temple by her political rivals. As Athalya Brenner points out, “Both 2 Kings 11 and I Chronicles (especially chap. 24) connect Althaliah with Baal worship, even though her name contains the theophoric element yah[u] (yhwh), like the other names of figures in the story” (Jewish Women’s Archive, 2009; italics/parentheses belong to author). Both Athaliah and Jezebel share in common their connection to the Baal cult, which brands them as ‘bad’ from the perspective of the Deuteronomistic writers.
The foreign status of at least three of the aforementioned women – Jezebel, Athaliah, and Maacah, in particular, most likely had some bearing on the biblical narrative’s evaluation of their role as Queen Mothers, thus casting them in a negative light. Maacah is deposed of her post as Queen Mother by King Asa as part of his religious reforms, due to her erecting an image to the goddess Asherah as “an alien element introduced by her in the Judean cult” (Ackerman 1993, 390), although as Ackerman attests, the strictly foreign status of the Asherah cult is debatable, as there is room to suggest that Asherah worship may have been incorporated into the Jerusalem Temple as “part of the state cult” (Ackerman 1993, 390). The successive religious reforms of Hezekiah and Josiah suggest that the Jerusalem Temple itself housed a representation of Asherah – most likely a pole –or perhaps even several cultic objects, as they kept getting destroyed, along with the vessels and garments weaved by the women in honor of the Mother Goddess mentioned in II Kings 23:4-7. Since the political and religious establishments were intricately connected, it would seem to me that the reforms of these three Judean kings would have a direct bearing on the political structure and its representation in the cultic life of ancient Judea, thus the deposing of the Queen Mother would suggest some connection to the goddess Asherah, along with her banishment. Perhaps this connection between Asherah and the gevirah was much more intricate than originally assumed.
Mother Mary as Celestial Gevirah
Whether the gevirah is the mother, grandmother, or perhaps even the consort of the king, her influence upon the male leading figure makes her a powerful figurehead in the life of the nation. Mary is traditionally viewed in Catholicism as simultaneously “Daughter, Mother and Spouse” (“Mary, Queen of Heaven,” Slide 3) in terms of her relationship with the various members of the Trinity. Within the context of ancient Judea, the gevirah not only exercised great political authority, but most likely retained a connection with the Jerusalem Temple, although the exact nature of this role is not entirely clear. Nevertheless, the figure of Mary remains shrouded in mystery, and her role as the Theotokos, or Mother of God is prefigured in the Old Testament through various cultic images connected with both the Temple and Tabernacle, and as reflected in the lives of the Old Testament matriarchs, of which include Sarah, Rachel and Hannah, even Esther, and Judith, as typologies that “point to future realities” (Feingold 2015, “Mary Prefigured”) concerning God’s plan of redemption. Mary has also been called the ‘New Eve’ who will crush the head of the serpent, according to Genesis 3:15. Certainly, the cultic nature of her role is emphasized, along with her political status as a member of the Davidic line.
The reference to women weaving hangings for Asherah in II Kings 23: 7 may offer some clues into the nature of Mary’s role as gevirah. The Infancy Gospel of James gives some additional insight into the early years of Mary that are not contained in the four Gospels. According to the Infancy narrative, Mary is chosen by lot among “the undefiled virgins of the family of David” (ch. 10) to weave the veil of King Herod’s refurbished Temple. The veil was gold, white, blue and scarlet, and the lot fell upon Mary to weave the purple and scarlet threads. While Mary was doing so, the angel Gabriel appeared to her to announce she would be overshadowed by the Most High to give birth to the Messiah. Once again, Mary’s link to David in the Infancy narrative is crucial, along with Mary being specially chosen for this role within the Temple context. Although not strictly a Queen Mother, Mary was called to be a mother in the celestial realm beyond time and space, as the veil represented the “hidden state of eternity” (Barker 2011, “Mary and the Temple”). The theological implications for this role are astounding when one considers the possible Asherah connection, if indeed Asherah worship was part of the cultic life of ancient Judea as Ackerman suggests.
Traditionally, Mary’s title has been that of intercessor, which implies her status as chief advisor to her divine son, a role especially reserved for that of Queen Mother. As it is explained from an Eastern Orthodox perspective, “If the Lord is petitioner and high priest in His capacity as the one offering Himself in sacrifice, she is the petitioner before Him….as an intercessor before the Son, as the humanity of His divine humanity” (Bulgakov 2009, 76). As such, Mary is Co-Redemptrix alongside Christ. The Third Ecumenical Council held at Ephesus in 431CE declared Mary to be Theotokos, or the Mother of God, in reaction to Nestorius’ Christotokos doctrine in keeping with the view that the divine and human nature of Christ operated independently of one another, and therefore Mary could only give birth to Jesus’ human nature. Although Theotokos had more to do with Christ than Mary, “The Council of Ephesus acted as a spur to devotion to Mary throughout the Roman Empire, initially in the East but spreading to the West.” (Llywelyn 2016, 11). It would appear to me that Mary’s role as ‘God bearer’ elevates her to the role of the heavenly gevirah, giving her unparalleled status in the history of redemption.
Over time, new doctrines emerged concerning the exalted gevirah status of Mary. The Immaculate Conception, declared official doctrine by Pius IX in 1854, along with the Assumption of Mary, were not doctrines that developed overnight, but rather over a lengthy period. Concerning the Immaculate Conception, “It was originally thought, up to at least the time of Aquinas, that Mary was conceived in the normal way” (Svendsen 2001, 30), meaning she carried the taint of original sin and went through three different stages of cleansing during the conception and pregnancy of her own son. By contrast, Orthodox tradition rejects the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception, as only the West is preoccupied with original sin; nevertheless, “in Orthodoxy, belief in the personal sinlessness of the Mother of God is like fragrant incense, a cloud of prayer condensing out of the incense of her pious veneration in the Church” (Bulgakov 2009, 47). The Assumption of Mary is a more recent doctrine declared by Pope Pius XII in 1950; nevertheless, it is the definitive doctrine confirming Mary’s status as the celestial Gevirah, as well as it “gives us a glimpse of the glory that is yet to be revealed” (Staples 2014, 197). The Assumption, which is “the compliment to the Immaculate Conception” (Staples 2014, 197), is predicated upon Mary’s sinless life, as only in her purity could she be bodily assumed into Heaven in order to resume her preordained role as our advocate before God, as the Revelation 12 ‘sign in the heavens’ attests.
Mother Mary as Wisdom Personified
Revelation 12:1 describes a mysterious woman “clothed with the sun,” which Catholics interpret as a reference to the Virgin Mary taken up to heaven in her bodily form in a resurrected state. Recently, there has been much hype surrounding this passage in the news, with the planet Jupiter moving into the constellation Virgo. While the purpose of this paper is not to prove, or even debate, the accuracy of this celestial event; it is still worthy of noting that this event has been on people’s minds, along with the possible levels of interpretation reflected in the Old Testament typologies found there in this rather mystical text. Nevertheless, the previous verse in Revelation 11:19 pointing to the “ark of his testament” (KJV) seated in the heavenly Temple is often ignored “because of the division between Chapters 11 and 12” (Staples 2014, 201). The biblical typological parallels drawn between Mary and the Ark of the Covenant are striking: (1) Just as the Ark of the Covenant housed the Ten Commandments, Mary housed the Incarnate Word in her own womb, (2) an urn was placed in the Ark containing manna gathered from the Sinai desert, whereas Mary carried the Bread of Life, and (3) the Ark housed the budding rod of Aaron, symbolizing the Aaronic Priesthood, whereas Mary carried the Eternal High Priest (“Mary, Queen of Heaven,” Slide 9). From a Mormon feminist perspective, one could say Mary was the first (and only?) woman to hold the Melchizedek Priesthood in a very literal sense.
Another Old Testament typology that often goes overlooked is the Mary-Wisdom connection prefigured in Proverbs chapter eight in which Wisdom is personified as a woman who describes herself as one who “was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him” (Prov. 8:30, KJV). Here Wisdom is presented as a created being “set up from everlasting from the beginning” (Prov. 8:33, KJV). Lawrence Feingold of the Association of Hebrew Catholics explains that the Hebrew word for wisdom, chochma is feminine with a dual meaning in Catholic theology: “to the uncreated Wisdom in God (the Logos), and to the perfect response of creation to that wisdom, personified in Mary” (“Figures of Mary” 2013, 6; parentheses belong to author). In Mary rests not only the expectation of Israel, but also the hope of the Church as the New Israel, as she holds the title of Co-Redemptrix with Christ; “it was through Mary’s intercessory role that new life is brought into the world” (Staples 2014, 272). Mary is able to stand as a representation of all of Israel as the “daughter of Zion par excellence because she sums up the expectation of Israel for the Messiah” (“Figures of Mary” 2013, 5; italics belong to author). Mary is the personification of Wisdom by virtue of her actions and steadfast faith; she is also the Bride of God who “alone responds with perfect fidelity and correspondence to His gift of righteousness, justice, love, mercy, and faithfulness” (“Figures of Mary” 2013, 6). As personified Wisdom of Proverbs 8, Mary is the antithesis of ‘Lady Folly’ of Proverbs 9 (Smith 1987, 337), just as the gevirahs of the Old Testament are dually represented as wise and foolish, depending on the context.
Mary’s association with personified Wisdom may offer some clues into her inherent goddess nature in terms of her connection with the aforementioned Hebrew goddess Asherah, who is popularly associated with the Tree of Life, as “the religious symbol of the goddess, the asherah, was in Israel a wooden pole, or perhaps a tree” (Smith 1987, 334). It is important to note that ‘asherah’ is most likely a generic name for a goddess, as well as the name of the Canaanite mother goddess linked with the fertility god Baal. An inscription found on the wall of a tomb at Kuntillat Arjud suggests that Asherah was venerated in the northern Samaria alongside Yahweh (Smith, 1987, 333). Due to these discrepancies, it makes it difficult to reconstruct these images in a meaningful way that lines up with biblical theology without sounding idolatrous, or even polytheistic, for that matter. Nevertheless, images of Asherah remain scattered throughout the Bible through Old Testament imagery like the Tree of Life in Genesis and the burning bush of Moses, as was symbolized in the Temple by the brightly lit menorah, as “the Asherah was the almond tree/menorah….and the servants of the Lord were its branches” (Barker, 2012, 65). The symbolism remains consistent throughout the Hebrew Scriptures; even Aaron’s budding rod is tree imagery.
It is astounding to consider sheer volume of tree imagery that appears throughout both Old and New Testaments, and even in the Book of Mormon where after seeing a vision of the “Mother of the Son of God, after the manner of the flesh” (I Nephi 11:18), Nephi is asked the following question, “Knowest thou the meaning of the tree which thy father saw?” (I Nephi 11:21). The parallels drawn between Mary and Asherah cannot be mistaken. Mormonism is unique among other Christian denominations in respect to having a doctrine of Heavenly Mother in place, although Heavenly Mother is not yet given a name. Bruce R. McConkie, then member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, states that all women are created in the image of Heavenly Mother, adding “mortal persons who overcome all things and gain an ultimate exaltation will live eternally in the family unit…thus becoming Eternal Fathers and Eternal Mothers” (Mormon Doctrine 1958, 409). If the Virgin Mary is our exemplar as women, then she is truly the one who reveals the image of our Mother in Heaven to us as Wisdom personified. This revelation remains true to my own faith, as I am awakening to the holiness of the Virgin Mary as Heavenly Gevirah, an extension of my own personal devotion to Heavenly Mother.

Mystery Babalon: The Bhaktic and Ecstatic Rites of Babalon
https://liber-al.com/?p=19195&wpwautoposter=1539674844 Thelemic Productions, USA, 2016. Paperback. 474 pages. Brand new print on demand. Ships from USA. At last, a book about Babalon that is actually a book of Magick! Mystery Babalon: the Bhaktic and Ecstatic Rites of Babalon is an incredibly ambitious book designed for both the life-long devotee and occasional practitioner. People of all types, preferences and persuasions will find useful tools here to help them in their quest for union with Babalon and Her energy. You may pursue a Bhaktic Path which is devotional and ritualistic in its nature, or you may pursue the Ecstatic Path which is sensual and carnal in its Rites. And of course many people pursue both paths, as the choice is yours according to your own Will. Within these pages you will find sound information and practical guidance from a Priestess of Babalon who has practiced the Orphetic Mysteries for almost three decades. Learn how to set up your Shrine, how to prepare yourself for the Rites, and how to perform them. There are Rites for solo devotees, lovers or small and large groups. Everything has been put at your fingertips to get you started with the ways of Babalon, like no other book before it! Hagia Aureavia has adapted these Rites for the general public from some of those used in her private Temple over the years. Designed for a broader uninitiated audience, these Rites have been made as non-denominational as possible so as to be appealing to people from all backgrounds and inclinations. Within the pages of this large tome you will find five sections. Part 1 is Philosophy & Cosmology which focuses on expounding the ontology and teleology of Babalon and Her Allies, as well as the new (yet in actuality very ancient) philosophy which they divulge to mankind. Part 2 is Preparations for the Shrine and for the Rites. Part 3 are the Invocations, Hymns, Adorations and Prayers which are used throughout the Rites within the book. Part 4 is the Bhaktic Rites of Babalon, which forms the beginning of the heart of the book. Here you will find a bevy of devotional Rites to perform within your Shrine. This includes the Daily and Periodic Rites, Rite of Devotion, the Rite of Convocation, and the Bhaktic Rites of Babalon. Given along with these Devotional Rites to Babalon are the optional Rites to Ra Hoor Khuit. These rites are for those who also feel a calling to the Brother of Babalon, who is the Lord of the Aeon. This includes the daily Adorations of Ra Hoor Khuit are given along with the many Mudras given by the Brotherhood of the Midnight Sun, the Devotional Rites of Ra Hoor Khuit, which are powerful rites utilizing both the Cakes of Light and the Cakes of Life, and for those few brave women who aspire to be concubines to Ra Hoor Khuit as delineated in the third chapter of Liber Legis, there are the Blood Rites of Ra Hoor Khuit. Part 5 is the Ecstatic Rites of Babalon, which forms the complimentary rites to the Bhaktic practices of the previous section. Here, the Balanced Ecstatic Path is explained.
