Here is a Great Morning Exercise for YOU... Grab a pen and sheet of paper and write the words "What Makes Me Happy?" Just write for a few minutes until you have 5 or more, but feel free to write as many as you like! Do you React or Respond?   And do you know where your ability to choose between these two comes from?  💜   It is easy to be Reactive to a situation. But with some awareness and practice we can be Responsive... 💜   When we are able to respond rather than react, we are met with more ease and grace in all areas of our lives. 💜   One of the keys to responding is to take a pause and think about what is about to come out of your mouth. Ask yourself, “Where is this coming from? ARE YOU RESISTING YOUR RESISTANCE? We are in a time in history where it has become very easy to resist our own resistance… Not sure what that means? 💠 (Watch this clip and follow the link below to view the rest of this important broadcast for free!) 💠 Resistance can get so strong that it's like a bad weed in the garden. And a bad weed that's left unchecked will eventually spawn more of it's like. 💠 All you've got to do to create another bad weed is to resist the resistance. 💠 When you do that, not only will your circuit break, you'll end up with a couple of breaks. And one of the ways in how you'll know this, is that pain will start to increase your life. It'll either be physical pain or emotional pain. 💠 I invite you to check yourself when you're resisting someone, when you're resisting something… ask yourself- are you resisting their resistance that you're already engaged in around this person, or around this thing? 💠 And remember that as that resistance gets stronger, our life becomes harder. 💠 Also remember that a life of ease and grace is available to everyone, even in these difficult times that we are in.
