the name of it is escaping me, but you know the things on the sides of Grievous' head? How they swivel and flatten and readjust? That's one of my favorite things about him, mostly because what if they droop a tad when he's sad. What if they just emote with him. I think that'd be cute, but that may just be me.

I do believe that they’re simply parts of his audio receptors to mimic his old ears, since they kept a lot of his “old looks” so to say. and I do agree, they’re one of my fave parts about him too hadfsdh

I do believe that they Do emote with him tho a lot more than we think, like when he’s surprised and the like!! since they DO move, if only a tad bit back and forth. I wish they made his lil robo ears movable in the clone wars series, cause it would have been so cute to watch them move around while he talked and got angry fgdhdfhd

a part i always think about weirdly when thinkin about his lil ears is when Kenobi fuckin.. pulls open Grievous’ chest and for a second when it looks to his face u can see his ears just move forward in complete surprise cause B O I WHAT YOU DOIN--

What would you do if you died...and woke up the next morning in Alarak’s body?

For me: I’d make a really powerful but out-of-character Alarak who’s a total goofball(which is unbecoming of a Tal’darim) but also keep the tough side(thanks, Gurren Lagann) and will obsess over Terran stuff(especially a buncha superheroes known as “The Avengers”). Also, I’d wonder why I didn’t wake up as Tony Stark(who I ship with Steve Rogers) or anybody else, but I’d be REALLY determined to hook Alarak myself up with Artanis, so Alarak X Artanis can be canon. But as time flies by, I’d find myself falling in love with him, not just as Alarak, but as Leyenar too. And then comes all the trouble...

As the BAMF Highlord of the Tal’darim, I opt to solve all the problems and also get all friendly with Vorazun on the Antioch mission. After Amon is de-feeted, I still decline an alliance with the Daelaam but tell Artanis not to worry, saying “I’m not really leaving, how can I leave Aiur when the one person I love most in the whole entire universe lives there?”. I also leave him something to remember me by, and warn him “If you get with somebody else, I won’t forgive him or her!” In the real world, a teenaged Leyenar Oh notices similarities between her and Alarak, and gets delighted that Alarak X Artanis is already canon. 

For @highlort: She said "If I woke up in Alarak’s body the next day, I’d keep everything to myself. I’d freak out internally. So basically I’d be RPing Alarak in his own body, until I start to get used to it, until the power gets to my head, until I become Alarak himself. F*ck yeah, I’d play into that. I’d not have to worry about sh*t anymore. Everything is Mine.”

❣️ Which slashers do you think deserve more attention?

Art the Clown from Terrifier. I have mixed feelings about the scary clown trope (I’m not a fan of IT, for example) but I was legitimately endeared by this guy. He’s very… weird, I guess, and definitely worthy of being called a more modern slasher.

Most recent horror movies (And by recent I mean post 2000) seem to try and take on this dark, gritty, very serious feel and you know… I don’t care for that as much. I need things to be a little bit campy to feel completely in my element.

I’m not saying I like bad movies better than good ones but… okay I am saying that.

agreed; stormsong was Not That Good.

The thing is, Stormsong starts pretty well. You have this strong order that MIGHT have fallen into evil, but how? why? who did it? you know they’re bullshitting you about what happened to the fleet but you don’t know for sure and can’t just barge in and murder everyone. You must find allies in secret, and make plans to find out what’s going on and....

... then it ends. There’s no mystery, there’s no solving the issue, villain steps up, announces he’s a villain and then you murder your way through things until you have enough magic things to confront the villain things. It could’ve been a zone of espionage and paranoia, but instead it’s... not. And the main story is over so fast, and the rest of the zone doesn’t feel related to it the slightest.

I guess you could argue it would’ve been too similar to Drustvar, but I think they could’ve made things sufficiently different if they’d tried.

So I made a short story to go with it:

After the battle with Amon, Kaza’droz Rak’Shir’d Artanis and guess what? He lost. Horribly. And what happened next was unbelievable. Artanis wasn’t Tal’darim, so he let Kaza’droz live. The Hierarch’s incredible strength stole the Second Ascendant’s heart, and therefore, he came to respect Artanis. When Kaza’droz found out his liege Highlord Alarak was in love with Artanis, he was so happy that he FLIPPED! That’s how Kaza’droz became the #1 Alarak ❤️💙 Artanis stan.

big same. I actually quit playing DbD for a while (I couldn’t see bc my glasses sucked) and what brought me back was the Doctor came out as the new killer, and his GIGGLES were to die for. im so glad you like him asdaushd

I go off and on with DBD so I don’t burn myself out like I did in the first year playing. Doctor is so fun, I got my first 4k ever with him!
