Not my image but sharing it for the purpose of education and understanding for all dog owners, more so with those who use dog walking services in High Park during the daytime (8:00am - 6:00pm) The park is everyone and is the best experience for any dog surrounded by nature with so much to be stimulated and entertained by/with, however in saying so I must bring forward a concern I observed while riding through the park this morning and hope that the city of Toronto will create a bylaw and strictly enforce it that all aggressive dog's must have a separate entrance to another off leash area designed for dogs with such behavioral concern's are lead through a variety of challenges along its walk allowing the energy it had carried to the park to be absorbed by the power and force of nature, this would be also permitted with a permit obtained by/from the City where if the dog is extremely aggressive it can only be permitted to walk in the park only from 11:00pm - 3:00am and again by special permit to and including a fee for each dog. This concern comes about after I experienced some agression from a dog that had a muzzle on it and the walker of the dog trying to maintain order while offloading what I observed was up to 6 dogs and entering the same off leash area is very dangerous not just for the smaller breed's it can also be risky for the other visitors to the park whom have a greater right and privilege to be in use of the park by their numbers alone to see this through, it is paramount that all dog's are safe and their owner's happy with the use but if professional dog walkers want to use the park noting that they are earning revenue from the use of the park with the residents and the majority of dog's being and their owner's placed at risk, this should be taxed accordingly and permits issued through the appropriate department and monitored by by-law enforcement officer's whom can also check to ensure the dog's are all up to date on their immunization among other, safety first. I watched people walking with small dogs picking them up out of fear of their dog being attacked and this should be mitigated greatly with proper management and oversight, and would it hurt to have a track and pool built just for dog's in the park which is a fantastic way of raising awareness and also perhaps finding a forever home a dog in need of a good loving home.

Get ready: Ontario to open Employer Job Offer stream The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has made important changes to the Employer Form requirements. Ontario will begin accepting applications to the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream tomorrow, July 21. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is expecting an influx of users to access the portal tomorrow. They say users may be placed in a priority queue, and if this happens it is not a technical error. The system will automatically prevent further registrations from being submitted once the limit has been met. People applying for this stream must access the OINP e-Filing Portal directly from the government’s webpage. Click the button that says “Submit an application.” The OINP recommends not using a mobile phone to submit the application. The process takes about three hours to complete, according to the government webpage. The Foreign Worker stream had opened for one day earlier this year. There was a brief pause in intake due to technical issues but the window to apply opened and closed on the same day, March 3. In order to be eligible for this pathway to permanent residence, candidates need a job offer from an employer in Ontario.
