We set a goal to try out hiking trails to Es Vedra for our retreat. No guide, no car and with @hotzcatz having to trust me being her first time on the island. We walked from San Josep to Es Cubells (because there was no bus), took a trail up and changed our direction going off the beaten (or researched) tracks using our intuition and a little bit of mapping even though I broke my phone cable and made power banks obsolete. After finding Es Vedra we had to walk all the way back to San Josep as fast as we could to make it on time to catch the last bus back to San Antonio. 30 kilometers, a 400m elevation hike, an average of 45000 steps, a lot of cereal bars, 8 hours of walking and unexpected sunburns, the Sangria at dinner is hitting us way harder than we expected. But we did it. We made it to this. And as always it's a magical sight. We felt proud, we connected with nature, with bonded with each other because that is what we want to deliver to you.
