International Day of Disabled Persons. - What I love about Circus is that it is inclusive of everyone. I always felt welcome there. - Everyone deserves to feel included. Everyone deserves to go after their dreams. - It doesn't always register that I actually live with disabilities. Because I am managing them the best I can to avoid severe dysfunctions I count each day as a blessing, since I do not know how many more I will be able to have doing what I do. - Seeing and feeling my body at its best of its ability is a gift I do not take for granted. I work daily to delay worsening my conditions, which sometimes means not pushing above my limits, packing my ego and prioritising recovery. - There are a bunch of incredible badasses with disabilities who inspire me everyday from students, colleagues, friends and fellow performers. They give hope that one day no one will be bullied but embraced for being different and show that you can have a fulfilling and successful life. What gives you motivation? 👀 We hope that @thefourcepodcast will give you some interesting views on fitness bringing you 4 different perspective from 4 different badass fit pros @iamkatymoran, @katherineberlie and @leah.liz . 🤟 After spending the first 3 years building my fitness business alone I aspired to grow differently this year. Creating and getting involved in projects such as @thefourcepodcast, @thebadasscircus and @playtimefitness including a group dynamic definitely brought a total new outlook to my career. Serving others is my purpose, being accountable to others helps me keep the momentum going because I feel stronger alongside kick ass people and it is a great feeling to know that having the support of a collective creates a bigger impact on people's lives and I am excited to see what this all brings.
