She sometimes did this when she was alone, believing nobody was around. Well, no one except for Tonton of course, after all, who would her little piggy tell? Sometimes Shizune worked better when there was some sort of background noise, either a song playing over the radio, or if she was so inclined, she would either sing or hum a tune to herself. “…The Six O’Clock alarm would never ring, but six rings and I rise. Wipe the sleep out of my eyes, the shaving razor’s cold and it stings…”

So focused was Shizune on cleaning and singing that she hadn’t noticed Anko walking into the office… of course, there was the whole ninja art of stealth thing, so, even if Shizune hadn’t been singing her little song, Anko could easily have made her way in unnoticed! “…Cheer up sleepy Jean, Oh what can it mean to a Daydream believer, and a homecoming Queen?”

“Yeah! Good job!“ she hollered, applauding. “What a great set of pipes you’ve got there!“ Anko stopped clapping, but continued smiling at her. “I had no idea you could sing, Shizune. You’ll have to do karaoke with the other jounin and me one of these nights. Unless you’d be too nervous.“

Shizune has her hands on Tsunade's breasts, feeling them up with a bit of a blush on her face. "I don't understand why Rangiku-san keeps insisting you need so many breast exams... your breasts are just as healthy now as they were the last time I checked..." She couldn't help but feel like this was a prank.

“Mmmm, mmm... I don’t either, must be some shinigami thing...” Tsunade’s breath was heavy, letting out small moans from time to time as she enjoyed Shizune’s skilled hands. She knew Rangiku was just messing with her but if it meant she got groped by Shizune more often she didn’t really mind.

"Ah, good morning Soi-fon-san." Shizune bowed politely while she had a tray in her hands. "I baked some cookies as a special treat for the genin, would you like to try one?" There are little heart shaped cookies with pink icing and chocolate chips.

A slight inclination followed as the other bowed, tray in hand. As unexpected a venture as this was, she wasn’t above taking perhaps, just one—two of the sugary snacks.

“Th-thank you. It’s very thoughtful.”

Temari had desperately needed some sort of reprieve from her long week. Coming to Komoha was usually a good time, but this time it was nothing but hard work and business. She needed this hot spring time to soothe her bones.

She honestly wasn't expecting to see Shizune as she stepped inside, especially not like that. Her reaction did make her chuckle after a few seconds. "I've been here for a few days actually. You've been so busy that we hadn't seen each other." She stepped inside and began to undress.

"You can calm down. It's not a big deal if you're topless ya' know."

Treasure chest opened! Tsunade acquired a naked photo of Shizune holding her favourite brand of sake. There's a note 'meet me back at the house for a good time xoxo'

“Helloooooooo Nurse~” The Hokage whistled as she looked the note and photograph over with a strong hint of lust in her eyes, and an equally strong blush across her cheeks from the alcohol still in her system.  She may be borderline drunk, but it wouldn’t last long at the rate her metabolism worked.

Of course, the good mood soured slightly once she realized what she had just said. “Never saying that again... Felt weird. But damn if I’m not going to make my way to that body!”

the fact that you indulge me on exploring Sakura and Shizune's relationship as senpai and kouhai (three guesses who this is and the first two don't count xD). We need a Tsunade for our trio!

I propose a rarepair: Kabuto/Anko! Alternatively, Kabuto/Shizune or Kabuto/Obito.

I could see what you mean about the Kabuto/Anko ship as what a dear friend of mine  super-kame-love  had also mentioned on their blog. But for some reason, I really ship these two post war because since Kabuto is now free from Orochimaru’s influence, while Anko is naturally suspicious of Kabuto, would confide with Kabuto and sympathize with him knowing the feeling of being taken advantage of the one person they both thought cared for them. I could see them starting a private relationship at first but since Anko is already used to the past stares and hate she once endured after Orochimaru left the village, wouldn’t mind being seen in public with Kabuto. Kabuto on the other hand would need constant reassurance from Anko since the bad attention he could get would be too much for him to handle. Ahh, the possibilities! 

Kabuto/Shizune? I have been low key thinking about the ship after I’ve been rping with hisho-eisei-hei with the hilarious thread of being set up to date, and despite that our interactions are little, there is some ship potential with those characters. Though canon wise... they’d probably kill each other at any given chance. Also I once read a fanfiction of the ship and I thought it was wonderfully written since I like how they kept their personalities and how the ship could happen if it’s written well. Sadly I forgot the name but it was amazing and it’s somewhere in tumblr.  I could see these two having secret flings since Kabuto has some attraction to Shizune but he’ll be the bad boy lover who probably likes Shizune but not enough to leave or betray Orochimaru for.  I think they would have a few flings before both decide to break it off since it might interfere with their jobs and loyalties. 

As for Kabuto/Obito... despite it probably being difficult to ship since they really hate each other, is the one I really want to do. No chance of them being “lovey dovey” or wholesome that’s for sure. But more like casual flings or each trying to one up the other in a non rival way other than just using each other to satisfy whenever the urge pops up. It’s shocking by how similar they are to each other and yet these two don’t like each other.  Hilariously my muse is thirsty for them and knows full well just how repulsed Obito is to him physical and moral wise. So any Obito within his sights might have to endure his flirtations or insults since he knows that he can get away with it since Obito needs his army after all. After the war however and if Obito survives this verse, I could see their interactions as awkward at best and Kabuto having to apologize for how he treated Obito back then and the two might possibly end up as friends in some way.  Though for a ship to happen, I don’t know.  This ship is the one that I’ve been wanting to have despite it probably not leading anywhere other than for ship sake. Please don’t judge me so harshly for it. >_<

Surprise Christmas visit from Shizune! She shivers slightly (because she has nothing on under her kimono~) and brings Anko a bottle of her favorite alcohol and a box of mochi... plus dangos!

“Shizune, you’re going to catch your death. Get on in here and share my kotatsu with me!“ Anko let Shizune in and guided her to the kotatsu, setting the treats down on top of it. “How nice of you to bring these goodies! Let’s crack them open!“

Shizune embraces Tsunade from behind, resting her head on the woman's shoulder and rubbing circles along her stomach. "So, Rukia and Soifon seem to be getting used to the place. How are you with the new guests, milady?"

“Mmm, comfortable Shizune?” Tsunade smiled and patted her assistant with a relaxed sigh. “They seem to be doing well. They’re Rangiku’s friends and everyone else around here already knows each other so I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel a little left out. But it’s nice to have the place bustling with life like Cynthia’s villa is.”

“I’m just glad everyone’s getting along...”

This was a sight all too familiar. An unruly office and piles upon piles of paper covering the office, likely the result of being oft-neglected by the one in charge. Unfortunately, it was a common occurrence in the Divisions just as it appeared to be here. The Captain would be amiss to say she'd never done the same though.

Soifon would have come forward to help but, with the way the towers of papers tittered, she feared the movement would finally bring them tumbling down.
