What's are your top 3 fave receipts ever?

Hm. I don’t know if these are my favorites, but they’re the first three I thought of. I always liked the New Zealand vacation anon Gabi got.

Receipts like this collection from people who lived in London and ran in adjacent crowds.

The Jamaica receipt from 2014 (when the public story was that they hated each other)

In general, I find the older receipts more believable because the fandom was different in those days. It was much bigger, but it was more cohesive and we just didn’t have people who constantly make up stories to make fun of larries or whatever their idiotic purpose is. I also think HL have tightened their circle a lot as their solo careers began and even more so as Harry really blew up so we get less and less.

the ones from my poll that i couldn't find links for, but i vaguely remember the receipts, so:

hl hosting game night : apparently in the celeb world, harry and louis often host game nights which are very well loved by their friends and they're both very competitive and are always winning

the christmas tree chaos : louis got a christmas tree delivered but it was delivered to harry's public house's address (i believe it was his place near spaniards inn)

harry calming louis: apparently sometimes louis got very anxious and hyper back stage and the only person who could calm him down was harry (i think it was by touching his back? i'm not very sure)

however, i do know that @twopoppies @daisiesonafield-blog and @awesomefringey have really good tagging systems and all of them have tags for larry receipts (even specified by the year!!) so yeah you should go check out their blogs for all the receipts!

I can’t find a link of the receipt, it’s an old one (2017 I think) from tumblr and the blogger was told in one London restaurant that they hosted another day a private dinner for HL and Beckhams. So I believe that at least British celebs know about them, not sure about Americans though

Yeah, there's been loads of reciepts over the years about them in resturants etc. I vaguely remember the Beckhams one, but i can't find it on my own blog. I like this one. And this one. As i said, i think everyone who's seen them together knows. Celebrities, journalists, stage hands, music producers, valets, caterers, waiters and christmas tree delivery drivers knows. Fans also know. They only hide in public. It's the worst kept secret ever.

Sada what’s up with cal being bts with Louis at that la show and calling his wife aunt Jen and his kid playing with Freddie. I didn’t know they were close? What was this receipt of people seeing Louis at Wisconsin and cal was involved? And also I remember Red Hot Chili Peppers for some reason? Do you remember? What’s your opinion

I mean what’s up is probably hilarious and tied to Larry depending on how you want to look at everything and the angles you come at it.

The first thing is that Louis and Cal knew each other during 1D and Cal was thanked for the 1D footage, so if nothing else of course Louis has some relationship with Cal professionally.

Then you take into consideration Cal and his family was the family Louis sent Freddie off with at the end of the LA show section. This means that Louis likes and trusts Cal enough to watch his “son” (or no quotes if you think Freddie’s actually his son) and that’s where it starts to get funny because Cal’s son Jackson (also a kid holding a signed for Louis) is also Harry’s godson Jackson. The one he got the tattoo for.

So now we’re at the Larry conundrum we always come to because Harry and Louis have been together since 2010 and have a very interwoven world. Harry is Jackson’s godfather. In a world where Harry gets a tattoo of his name we can assume that means they have some sort of close relationship. In theory this means Harry and Jackson (and Cal) hang out frequently regardless of what we see. Louis has a “son” the same age as Jackson. Freddie either has a close relationship with Jackson or not - but by the film and what we’ve seen… they definitely are trying to imply Freddie is friends with Jackson. So Jackson is close with Louis. And so Jackson, Louis (and Cal and in theory Freddie) also hang out with some frequency.

Now you have to ask yourself: do Harry/Louis/Cal/Jackson/Freddie hang out time overlap? The most simplistic answer is “possibly”. We’ve seen times Harry and Louis have been in LA at the same time. And as you mentioned, Louis visiting Wisconsin. So there’s a good chance they’d cross paths just by being in the same family/friend circle.

So if they do occasionally see each other why does part of fandom still pretend Harry and Louis hate each other? Going one step further if you’re someone who doesn’t believe Freddie is Louis’ son you then ask yourself: “why would Louis be hanging out with Cal and his son by himself? Is he just that close? That makes sense.” And again. Jackson’s godfather - who has Jackson’s name tattooed on him (this is really the piece of evidence I’m using as a measure for how close they might be because generally you don’t do this???) - also is close to the family

In conclusion:

Harry is Jackson’s godfather and has a tattoo of Jackson’s name

Jackson was at the LA show with signs, being linked closely with Louis

By the transitive power of interwoven close friends, HL are at the very least still amicable and connected and at most, both Jackson’s godfather 🥰 Larry is real 2023 etc etc (this line is a joke… mostly)

Allie, I saw a tweet on an elonour account. Do you remember the holding hands pic El posted last year (on Louis' birthday) in the pic we can clearly see it's the room from Jamaica resort. Louis had posted a picture in that room on his insta with 'always' as caption. My question is - Was louis with el in Jamaica and not with Harry as we have believed it to be?

Hi, anon. I don’t remember what pictures you’re referring to, so if next time you can attach pictures I appreciate it 😂 sometimes it’s very hard to remember every small little details. But I believe there were several occasions where HL were both in Jamaica between 2016 and 2017, so the timelines and receipts and whatever assumptions are based on that. Harry first went to Jamaica in mid/late 2016 to write HS1 and I personally think it’s pretty safe to say Louis was there as well a few times during that period, he was still with Danielle when that happened.

But since you’re talking about Eleanor I’m assuming you’re talking about early 2017. IIRC there is in fact a narrative where Louis and Eleanor actually got back together in Jamaica. I don’t remember much about it but I’m pretty sure they were there together, there are some pap pictures of them there and even with fans at the airport or something. So it makes sense that she has pictures from that period when they went stunting there. I don’t particularly remember where Harry was at that time but I wouldn’t be surprised if he was there and Louis just brought the beard with him in the same way did in Italy LOL I mean- I don’t know what else to tell you, love. You can believe any theories you want. I think I have some stuff under my LARRY IN JAMAICA and you may also find something if you look for timelines of that period and the narratives about Elounor 2.0. I hope that helps!

hello! ive been a larrie for over a decade now and i'm pretty much inactive on tumblr nowadays, only come here from time to time (currently because i'm sick at home haha)

anywaaay, this is not a receipt or anything but i just find it so fascinating how everybody and the moon seems to believe that hl are together...at least it seems like it lol. i live in europe and my boyfriend lived together with an exchange student from the us in the beginning of this year. one time we were sitting in their living room and we started talking about harrys music i believe. my bf doesnt believe in hl's relationship so he always makes slight jokes about it - which he also did in front of the guy from the us and said something along the lines of "[my name] actually believes that harry and his former bandmate from 1d are in a secret relationship lmao can you believe" and this guy just stares at my bf and with the most serious tone says "well i mean they are though."

and then there was silence lmao.

although the guy works in the media industry, he's not involved with the music industry at all, he works in an entirely different field - so i don't think he has any insider knowledge.

it's just nice to see that apparently this seems to be general knowledge lmao.

Re If HL are exclusive, I remember a receipt about H and an encounter with another man at the Toy Box. I don’t think it’s that far fetched that they either tried out having an open relationship or had other hookups while taking a break from one another. It doesn’t mean that they didn’t decide later to be exclusive and monogamous.

I’ve been following HL for last couple of years.. there were many receipts or articles about their relationships, many stunts happening, people saying all sorts of things, that harry is a queerbaiter, louis is homophobic, how their songs are not appreciated by certain group of people.. but one common thing I’ve observed is that whoever met HL or people part of their band or crew always has nicest things to say about them or how humble or sensitive or understanding they’re.. that is very telling how as an individual they both are..😇😇

Yep. 100% that. I’ve literally never heard a bad thing said about either from people who actually know them/have worked with them. In fact, most of the comments are people being pleasantly surprised by how genuinely nice/kind/respectful/generous etc. they are because everyone knows what assholes famous people can be.

@ the last anon, that is true. there have been people who live around the areas where HL live who have spotted them together, though it's unlikely they'll behave as a couple publicly and thus the real receipts are more chill, like them going to a restaurant together or walking together, etc. there was, however, a receipt of them holding hands near louis' public house from 2019 that is likely to be true, because some info from it was privately told to a reliable blogger long before the receipt was even sent in.

Hello Marte! Because I’m new larrie, I’m digging through their past and I have a few questions

What is the “legend” about larry in their tent in Leeds? I read the masterpost about them attending Leeds festival so I know why it was important for them and larries and how it was basically the last public moment for them to be seen together before their harsh closeting/h*ylor etc but fans keep making fun about their evidence in their shared tend and I even saw cute fanart for this theme lol. Are there some receipt about them being too loud during night or what?

Them in the Wellington bar - why is everyone talking about it? I only saw potato quality photo but there’s nothing like them touching/kissing etc so I don’t know why it is written in the larry history?

Jay’s wedding - again I read cute masterpost about this event and my only question is - why there isn’t any photo of HL together? I read that it was during the “larries ruined their friendship and now they are mortal enemies” so it’s even funnier when I see photos where Jay introduces H to Tomlinson family‘s nearest and how Louis’ grandfather hugs him with huge smile. But never saw photo of them together. And also I read that the wedding ceremony was in the smal chapel for only the closest ones and H was (suprise suprise) there too - is that true?

About Leeds, the only thing we know is that they shared a tent. The rest is made up headcanons from fans. I haven't heard any credible rumours or seen any reciepts, that i remember from the top of my head at least, about what might have happened in that tent.

About Wellington, they didn’t (Louis didn’t at least) know they were being filmed by fans at the bar. They were both drunk and inhibitions were lost. Louis can be heard yelling BOYFRIEND! towards Harry (disputed). Louis went in for what seems to be a kiss, but Harry ducked, turned him around to show him the cameras. Wellington is just basically larries complaining about the grainy footage of something that might be proof of larry being real.

About Jay's wedding. It's true that it was during that mortal enemies time. There aren’t any pics of them together at the wedding. It was a very publicised wedding and Louis was there with E stunting. It's very apparent that H gets along really well with L's family. The wedding ceremony was in a small chapel, we didn’t get any pics from inside. We don’t know if H was there or not, it's just headcanons and speculation, but it's pretty safe to say he was. Why would he be as Louis' boyfriend?

This one isn’t a “receipt” in the traditional sense but Louis getting a Christmas tree delivered to his “Hampsted Heath” house according to the Christmas tree delivery service will never not be funny.

A not so spoken about “receipt” is the fact that during the 1D groupie era (2014/2015) if you ever claimed to have slept with Harry or Louis all the “experienced” groupies would know you were lying because Harry and Louis didn’t sleep with groupies.
