Not too sure about you but these past few days have felt hard going and I thought we all needed something to smile about and this picture is a happy picture. Hope it puts a smile on your face and that it reminds you of a time when things didn't feel as heavy as they are now. However, this too shall pass.
I know this image was your tribute to Andrew Kronylak (@akornylak ) Todd ( @tc.bukowski ) - but Thank You so much for the amazing representation of how awesome climbing is and how awesome life can be. Climber: @willbutt

- Arena Kennelmaster
Third release of the Patreon, featuring Machamp, Machoke and Machop!
POKEMON
The Machamp evolutionary line is more or less based on great apes in Monster Hunter, mainly Rajang.
Machop and Machoke started off humanoid, but in the back were weak limbs that folds onto the body that would only become as strong as its main arms when it finally evolves into Machamp.
Machamp behaves more or less like how Rajang would, but its moves resemble human martial arts. It favours grappling moves, and tends to try to catch rival Pokemon off their feet before pummeling them to the ground.
It is said that early hunters observed Machamp's moves in order to hone their monster hunting techniques.
ARMOR
Machamp Armor is loosely based on Deviljho's armor, though I did try to incorporate fighting gear into its design.
Holdbreaker is an original skill that allows hunters to quickly escape a monster's pin and grab attack.
WEAPON
Machamp Dual Blades resembles massive hands of Machamp. Wearing it would look like you are karate-chopping a monster to death.
Machamp Hammer resembles a massive fist, so you can use it to punch and pound a monster to death too.
Frankly I do not have much of an idea how Fighting-type would work as a weapon, but I imagine it to be able to KO a monster more.
Women are Enthusiastic Climbers Ready to Take up Challenges
We see the world change every single day. Earlier women used to be calmer and at home most of the times. But today they are out there to face challenges and to grow as an individual. They want their freedom and have set goals for themselves that they want to achieve. Women are much more empowered than they were before and thus, they are willing to fight for their rights in the society. In fact, they are doing better than men all around the world. They want to explore several fields and all the opportunities that surround them. Not only are they good homemakers and professionals but women are enthusiastic about adventures also. Women all around the world have gained self-confidence in the last decade. They love to travel, try different sports and even enjoy rock climbing.
Climbing is a fun activity which requires you to have strong stamina, strength in your muscles and strong grip. Both men and women enjoy climbing. But women wear initially demotivated them to go for such adventures as there were no great products available for them in the market. There are several sports stores but they do not consider what actually women are looking for. Women who are climbers look for sports bras that hold their breasts strongly. It is very important to find the right climbing sports bra which restricts bulging, tight pulling or bra straps that are very tight. Out of many sportswear brands to find the one that is right for is a difficult choice. HoldBreaker is a brand that has specially designed a bra that will fit your choice.
HoldBreaker’s climbing bra is a specially designed bra that is made exclusively for female climbers. It gives really hard support to the breasts; its unique V-shape gives a great look. When you are climbing, it is important that you don't get distracted or feel uncomfortable. Climbing is a risky adventure and so one must take extra care about him/herself.
HoldBreaker’s rock climbing bra is an amazing sportswear that all female climbers must have. It is designed by a female climber herself and it is a product that is recommended by many. The soft bra straps make it comfortable and do not restrict the movement of the shoulder as well. If you are a climber then this is a product that you should add to your collection. The climbing bra has great durability and comes at a very affordable price. Once you buy it, you won't regret it at all.

We all know the plight of climbing in uncomfortable clothes. And this is where HoldBreaker got its start.
HoldBreaker founder Emine Guler originally worked in finance. But outside of the office, she was a climber. And even with years of climbing under her belt, she could never find a bra that had a comfortable fit for the sport. So she designed her own.

Here's a short list of female climbers I put together who are contributing to diversity and a richer climbing community. Each one of these climbers have accomplished so much in their chosen professions and still underneath the climbing umbrella.
I'm sure I could have written more about each one but I suggest that you look them up if you are unfamiliar or if you want to know more.

How to make your own adjustable PAS (How to tie a Purcell prusik)
A Purcell prusik is basically a prusik on a closed loop. You can use this technique to make a personal anchor system. Benefits: It's adjustable - you can lower onto the rappel, or make yourself more comfortable at a hanging belay. It's not static - if you happen to fall on it the knot will slip, meaning less impact force. It's cheap - 3m of cord will be plenty and won't break the bank.
Here we've used 6mm cord at a length of about 2.5m. Measure it out to suit your own anthropometry - you want to make sure you can reach the end of the line to un-clip it whilst fully extended. Here we've made a closed loop with a double fisherman's knot.

Reposted from @anna.davey Awesome feet first practice comp route 🙌 Really nice mixture of technical, burly and insecure climbing set by @mishamc93 . Took me 1 min 20 to climb as I faffed around at the end feeling a bit unsure if the last hold was good or not🤦🏻♀️
@asyagrechka - we are super impressed! If this what you can do after 16 days of quarantine, there's no stopping you when you're free to roam the beautiful boulders in #Fontainbleu. Bravo/wow and Hell Yeah! doesn't even come close 💪💪💪. Super impressive.
And super happy to see that the HoldBreaker X thank top doesn't ride up and that it stays down even at some of the awkward positions 🤣🤣🤣
Let's put some power in on Sunday! @anna.davey rocking the black HoldBreaker X Climbing Sports Bra.
One of my favourite expression sessions. When I want to train my fingers but also some power but I'm short on time and skin, I super set them. For me it's generally a 10 second hang on 10-15mm then 5 pull-ups straight away, all with +10-15kg added weight (honestly it does how fatigued I am). I then rest 3-4 minutes and do 6 sets. I'm done in 25ish minutes and I find it extremely effective, it was my most common home isolation workout. This can be adjusted to all strength. From a unweighted 30mm hang with pull-ups to a 10mm hang with more weight. I don't advise hangboarding until you've climbed consistently 4-5 days a week for at least a year. I do custom hangboard programs to suit all types of strength, equipment and time commitment (through my website ❤️) - #repost from @anna.davey
All this exercising at home is gonna make you all super strong and you'll totally crush all your projects this season 💪 - and don't worry, we have the perfect climbing sports bra to support you all the way!
Here's @sofya_yokoyama totally killing her core workout 👊 .
