#tbt Ground Turkey (Gyoza) Dumplings with a sweet & spicy red chili sauce! I love Chinese takeout especially dumplings but as often is the case you really don't know what's really inside. I decided to make my own which for starters I know exactly every single ingredient and more importantly I made my version a little more healthier. The dumplings and sauce are made from scratch which is a little time consuming but not as hard as you might think.
