TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS: If you truly want to progress with your fitness and exercise in workouts this year then you need to follow these three steps. 1. Pre-plan your work out 2. Record your progression 3. Record when you LAST worked out Number three is the least recorded. A lot of people will work out without a plan & will not record what they do in the gym. This is general knowledge. However making a note of when you last worked out can really show you where a major weakness could be.
