My workout journal for January. Start weight 196 End weight 193 I got a gym membership again after not having one for a little over a year. I didn’t achieve some of my goals, but I definitely accomplished a lot this month. More water ✅ Lost weight since the beginning of the month ✅ Started taking vitamins ✅ The only downsides of this month is my back and neck have been giving me problems that kept me out of the gym. I’ve had surgery on my back so sometimes it just has spasms that debilitate me for a few days. But I’m excited for February and exceeding the goals I’ve set.

TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS: If you truly want to progress with your fitness and exercise in workouts this year then you need to follow these three steps. 1. Pre-plan your work out 2. Record your progression 3. Record when you LAST worked out Number three is the least recorded. A lot of people will work out without a plan & will not record what they do in the gym. A lot of negative issues have been pushed out of my life that now I can concentrate on myself! Ive always been a curvy girl and proud of it but when I start to feel pain I know it’s time to wake up and pay attention! My duuuudes so let’s review: I started back to the gym in August and did a ~fitness challenge~ that a personal trainer work person offered. I paid $50 for the programming and my dudes????? I? Had some success??
I’m down 20 pounds, I’ve taken 5 inches off my waist, I can run two miles. I played a hockey tournament this weekend and I felt strong. I feel stronger and I also feel motivated to continue. Which is cool!!
I won’t post my progress photos because.... gross. But I’m very happy with the results!

So....2 years ago (I found the date for entry one which was not completed) I bought this workout journal. I put my first date in it, 12/5/2015...and that is as far as I got. This morning I took some white out and covered up that date and replaced it with 7/24/2017, the first day of my new program. Not only will the program help me shift, but the journal will too. The journal asks for details for things like what I'm grateful for, my live life fit goal, what I appreciate about my body, food, work, and mood, fit tips, a quote, journal space and a section for things that inspire me. How could I just let this collect dust? Personally, I do know that I have an issue with buying things and not using them (event though that is the point right). I'm not sure exactly why I do that but I'll buy composition books for workbooks so that I can "reuse" them. I'm getting over that now.
