Mukuro knew her luck would run out eventually, she just wasn't expecting it to be now of all times。  Her body felt exhausted, and she could feel her muscles ache as she sat down on a nearby fallen log, she overdid it when it came to traveling, it seemed, pushing her body a little beyond its limits, but that's the fault in being in this human form of hers, it needed rest and she wasn't ready to do so yet。

However, just as she was about to let herself relax a little, maybe build up a bit of energy before hitting the road, Mukuro soon began to feel that all too familiar feeling of someone nearby, either having spotted her or maybe it was just a person passing by, she didn't know, but her guard hiked up regardless as her gaze slowly searched around for the source of the feeling。

Her gaze stopped when landing on a nearby figure, she wouldn't do much in terms of a friendly greeting, maybe a small nod if they were to pass her by。

There's a 9'6 celestial waiting outside of Lucifer's home. A powerful knock rapping upon the doors. Seems Lucifer is a popular person today.

The door is soon answered, Lucifer grinning that flat Cheshire grin full of fangs like he always does when met with new guests that he aims to be polite toward, thankfully having, more or less, mostly calmed down since his talk with Cain. “Hello there, Raptor, my good man. Ah yes, the human world. Full of many many things be it anger, pain, sadness, or happiness. As well as the occasional soul that refuses to cross over for any rhyme or reason. Be it they have unfinished business or other reasons unkown to most. This soul in particular had been evading reapers for nine years now, her reasons for doing so unkown. Luckily there was some information on her for any reaper to go off of.

Name- Roxie Meadows

Roxie is a tricky case, somehow always managing to evade being guided over to the other side. She died in a car crash over nine years ago with her daughter, Luka Meadows, being the only survivor.

It is unknown why she refuses to let us guide her over, but if she keeps this up she'll likely fade from existence at this rate.

It's speculated that she's haunting her daughter as she's never to far away from the girl. In conclusion it would be best to find the Luka and it's likely you'll Roxy as well.

There have been been attempts to find Luka Meadows, but she has somehow managed to evade our sights as well. From what other reapers have said, the girl os not normal. She is in fact a half-devil. Her power is unkown but soul seeing seems to be one of them.

Luka Meadows is approximately sixteen years of age now, she has albinism and heterachromia with her right eye being red and her left eye blue as well as white hair, she stands at about 5'6 and is rather scrawny for her age.

While there isn't much detail on the daughter of the soul refusing to cross over, it should have been painfully obvious to any reaper why Roxie was refusing to cross over.
