contusion confusion
pairing: seungcheol x afab reader word count: 4K synopsis: your clumsy lab partner left a bruise on you. seungcheol seems disproportionately upset by it, but it makes way more sense once you understand why. themes: college au, best friend seungcheol, double sided repressed feelings, possessive and jealous seungcheol. warnings: smut, mentions of bruising/marking, mention of reader being smaller than seungcheol.
a/n: i started this literally one year ago and lost steam. and then blonde.fucking.scoups comes along and truly does a number on me. anyways, bon appetit, LOL
Tumblr media
“What the hell happened to you?” Seungcheol’s eyes widened as you stretched your legs across his lap on the sofa.
“What?” you blinked at him, taking your eyes off of the television momentarily.
“What’s this bruise from?” he asked, resisting the strong urge to touch the bluish purple mark just above your elbow.
“Ah, that!” you shrugged, “I almost tripped the other day in lab. Mingyu grabbed me, but he might as well have let me fall! Who knew someone could bruise you just from grabbing you! Like how strong is that dude even?” you rolled your eyes. Grumbling, you returned your attention to the screen.
Seungcheol stewed next to you. While he had no real claim or reason to be upset at your lab partner, every time you brought him up, it made him want to strangle someone.
Mingyu was so tall that you had to readjust the titration burette between replicates. Mingyu was all sweaty because he had come to lab right after the gym. Mingyu didn’t cover his face while sneezing.
Seungcheol eagerly awaited next semester when he wouldn’t have to hear about this man anymore.
Swallowing, your eyes flitted nervously to your best friend’s hands, which were stroking your calves absentmindedly as he watched the show. While just a mindless gesture on his part, you were struggling silently with the way it made your insides turn just slightly into jelly.
“Cheol, that tickles!” you finally pulled your legs away, curling into a ball against the armrest of the sofa.
“Oh, sorry,” he smiled sheepishly at you, seeming distracted. It almost seemed like your friend was sulking, but you couldn’t understand why. You were watching a sitcom!
“There you are!”
You looked up to see your lab partner standing over your table, clutching the straps of his backpack.
“Oh, hey Mingyu,” you furrowed your brows at him, “Did you need something?”
“I thought we were supposed to be working on our lab report today?” he cocked his head at you, wondering if he had gotten the time wrong.
“Oh shit!” you cursed, “I’m so sorry Gyu, I totally lost track of time!”
“That’s okay,” he laughed, “It’s not that big of a deal. You want to work on it now?”
“Sure!” you nodded, glancing at Seungcheol and Jeonghan, who were immersed in their computer programming assignments. “Do you mind if Mingyu joins us? We have a lab report.”
“Yes, we heard,” Jeonghan rolls his eyes at you, “Sure that’s fine.”
“Thanks,” Mingyu nods before taking the seat next to you.
“Did you start anything for it yet?” you asked, pulling your lab notebook out of your backpack.
“Whoa, did I really grab you that hard that day?” Mingyu exclaimed, seeing the purple bruise on your arm.
“Yes, it fuckin’ hurts too!” you squinted at him, annoyed.
“I didn’t think you could bruise someone just by grabbing them. I guess I’m just super strong, huh?” Mingyu preened.
“You’re so fucking annoying,” you threatened to punch him.
Jeonghan observed Seungcheol’s shift in mood with mild interest as you and Mingyu muddled your way through your lab report.
“I need some coffee or I’m going to rip my eyeballs out,” you announced after calculating mole fractions for far too long. You stood from the table to move towards the cafe in the library. You tapped your fingertips on your wallet mindlessly as you calculated how many shots of espresso you could consume without your heart bursting out of your chest.
“YN!” a familiar voice greeted you as they tapped your shoulder.
“Ah, hey!” you smiled at Bina, your lab partner from last year. “Ugh, I’m working on a lab report and it is giving me flashbacks to last semester!”
“Oh my god, please don’t remind me!” she rolled her eyes. You two had barely managed to scrape through that class. Unlike you, it had been her only chem requirement, so she was free of the horror of lab reports now. “Who’s your lab partner this semester?”
“Mingyu Kim,” you scrunched up your nose slightly, “God bless him, but he is such a klutz.”
“Wait, no. Mingyu? The Kim Mingyu?” Bina paled slightly.
“Why? Do you know him? Is there tea?” you looked at her with wide eyes.
“No, god I wish. He’s just so hot to me! I’m jealous, I would slog through another semester of chem to be his lab partner.”
“Would you?!” you gaped at her, thoroughly alarmed. “You’re sick in the head over this man,” you laughed heartily.
“No, probably not,” Bina chuckled after giving it some more serious consideration. “But I’d think long and hard about it.”
“We’re sitting over there if you wanna stop by and say hi. I’ll introduce y’all,” you offered before placing your order with the cashier.
“I might do that,” she craned her head to see exactly where your table was. “You’re sitting with Seungcheol too? My friend is infatuated with that man. They’re in Comp Sci together. Can she come say hi too?”
“S-sure,” you answered blankly. You had no stake or claim, but something in you wanted to scream ‘NO!’ when you heard Bina ask that question.
“You’re the best, we’ll be over in a bit,” Bina smiled brightly at you, giving you a squeeze.
“Okay, I’m ready to resume crying,” you announced when you returned to the table with your beverage.
“Okay, good, cause I’m ready to take a break from crying,” Mingyu looked up at you pitifully. “I think I figured out 4. So then if we can figure out 5, then we just need to pull together some nonsense for the discussion.”
“Okay, okay,” you nodded determinedly. By some miracle, question 5 was just some simple dilution practice, so before long you and Mingyu were typing furiously, chipping away at the remainder of the lab report.
“Hey YN!” Bina’s voice pulled you out of a sentence about how (DUH) important it was to switch pipettes between samples.
“Oh, hey Bina! What’s up?” you waved excitedly at your friend, eager to do some meddling for her.
“Not much, how are you? Long time no see!”
“Yes, luckily you’re done with your chem requirements, otherwise you’d be here crying with us,” you laughed as Mingyu and Seungcheol looked on at you with interest. Jeonghan had long ago put on a pair of noise canceling headphones and was ignoring everybody. “Mingyu, Bina was my lab partner last semester. And she was a lot better than you are,” you couldn’t help but tease.
“Hey!” Mingyu pouted.
“I mean at the very least she’s my height, so I didn’t have to readjust the biuret every time we titrated,” you rolled your eyes playfully at Bina.
“It’s not my fault you’re both short,” Mingyu protested, eyes flickering to Bina for some support.
“If it makes you feel better, I was terrible in lab too,” she offered up sympathetically, “YN is my patron saint of chemistry. Did she ever tell you about how I exploded two crucibles one time?”
“No!” Mingyu looked at her with interest, “Was YN also very mean to you and made you finish your work way ahead of time?”
“Yes!” Bina giggled excitedly, “Like why can’t we pull all nighters like normal people?”
“Hell no, I’m not disrupting my sleep schedule for y’all. No thanks,” you shook your head stalwartly. “Anyways, you two should exchange numbers so you can complain about me on your own time,” you chuckled. Bina and Mingyu seemed to agree and set about that task enthusiastically.
“Ah, sorry I’m being rude, this is my friend Hayoung! We’re in a writing foundations class together so we were working on that.”
“Hi,” she waved at everyone shyly.
“Hayoung, what’s your major?” you asked.
“Computer science, focusing on human & computer interactions.”
“Ooh?! Love me a girly in STEM! These two are comp sci as well! Do you all know each other?” you asked, mostly Seungcheol as Jeonghan was still intent on ignoring you.
“Maybe? You look kind of familiar, but I don’t talk to many people in class,” he chuckled honestly.
“I think we might have a class together?” Hayoung smiled.
“Oh wonderful! You two should exchange numbers too! Maybe you can work on comp sci stuff together,” you suggested. They weren’t really giving you too much to work with, if you were being honest.
“I’d actually love that,” Hayoung’s eyes creased into a smile, “I don’t know that many people in the major.”
“Is it because they’re being sexist?” your eyes widened and you raised a fist theatrically, “I’ll fight them all for you. Cheol, you will too, right? Jeonghan’s not much use in a fight, if I’m being honest,” you commented quietly, glancing at the target of your teasing.
“Sure,” Seungcheol’s face creased into a real smile as he watched you whisper about Jeonghan animatedly.
Hayoung and Seungcheol exchanged phone numbers as you watched on excitedly. Hayoung was clearly pleased, but Seungcheol was making a face as if he had tasted something odd, but was too polite to say anything about it.
“Bina is so cute!” Mingyu remarked happily after they both left, “Lucky you with your cute lab partners!”
“Yeah,” you rolled your eyes at him, “I love doing unpaid babysitting in the lab.”
“Cheol, can I crash on your couch?” you spoke after he picked up your call.
“Yeah, of course! Are you okay?” Seungcheol’s brow furrowed, worried.
“Yeah, I’ve just been sexiled,” you grumbled, starting your walk towards Seungcheol’s apartment. He met you about halfway and the two of you caught up on the walk back.
“How are things with Hayoung?” you asked, not quite making eye contact.
“What?” his hand slipped as he was moving to turn the doorknob.
“Hayoung, did you guys ever meet up to work on comp sci together?” you asked, lips pursed as you followed him into his apartment.
“Oh, no, she texted me but I forgot to text her back,” Seungcheol shrugged.
“Text her back, you jerk!” you poked Seungcheol insistently, “Hayoung’s cute! And she likes you.”
“That’s good for her,” Seungcheol grumbled, irritated at your attempt to push him towards someone else. Maybe his cause was truly hopeless.
“You’re acting weird,” you glanced at him oddly before flopping down on the couch.
“No, you take the bed,” Seungcheol ignored your statement and plopped down near your feet, tapping your legs lightly.
“No! I’m not gonna kick you out of your bed!” you protested.
“No, seriously, sleep on the bed. I always wake up before you anyways. I’ll end up waking you up if you sleep out here.”
“I-,” you tried to think of another excuse, but he wasn’t your best friend for no reason. He knew you just as well as you knew yourself. “Okay,” you acquiesced, hopping up from the couch to walk into his room, “Do you need anything from here before bed?” you turned to ask him, hand on the doorframe.
“Nope, I don’t think so.”
“Okay, thanks again for letting me crash,” you smiled at him before pulling the door not quite closed behind you.
Once inside, you dropped your bag and helped yourself to a t-shirt and pair of shorts from Seungcheol’s drawers. You laughed at the way you were swimming in the shirt.
“I look ridiculous,” you laughed, walking back out into the living room. “Cheol, look,” you spread your arms out to your sides, showing Seungcheol the way that his t-shirt just swallowed you.
“I-,” his brain stopped for a few moments. He wouldn’t say anything, but he could in fact see your nipples as you tried to show him whatever you were showing him. “What?”
“Your shirt is too big on me,” you folded your arms over your chest, irritated that he had been listening.
“Oh yeah, well I’m bigger than you,” he replied curtly.
“Well, yeah,” you glanced away from him. He was in such an odd mood today! You grumbled just a little bit before flopping down on the bed. You were tired.
Tossing and turning, you fought for a long time to push down the arousal that was building in your gut. Being enveloped by Seungcheol’s scent was making your brain go haywire. You could feel yourself throbbing and you bit down on your fist in an effort to try and distract yourself, but that hadn’t worked. Glancing nervously at the door, you contemplated seeking some relief, but the idea of doing it in Seungcheol’s bed while he was just outside the door inspired guilt, worry, and worst of all, excitement.
You managed to ignore yourself for about ten minutes before your left hand snuck down between your thighs, stroking them softly. Sinking deeper into Seungcheol’s pillows, you closed your eyes and imagined your best friend’s hands softly caressing and spreading your legs apart. You were embarrassed to hear the wet sounds of yourself opening up, but not embarrassed enough to stop. Your right hand came to tease the sensitive undersides of your breasts as your fingertips stroked languidly through your folds.
In the living room, Cheol wrestled with whether to disturb you or not. Several minutes ago, he had noticed that one of his textbooks was still in his room. He’d been planning to get ahead on a problem set, so it wasn’t as if he needed to disturb you, but he also didn’t see himself falling asleep anytime soon. Chewing his lip, he noticed that the door was still slightly ajar and decided to retrieve the book as you must not have gone to bed just yet.
When his eyes first landed on your face, your brows were knit up in utter concentration as your hands worked feverishly under the covers. Your front teeth had your lower lip pinned down as you bit back the loudest of your desperate noises. Seungcheol’s pupils dilated as he registered what was happening. Frantically, he tried to back out of the room, but his sweater caught the edge of a pamphlet that had been hanging off the bookshelf, sending a handful of items clattering to the floor.
“Fuck!” your eyes shot open, panicked as you met Cheol’s gaze, “I’m, you-, help!” you squeaked, pulling the covers over your face as you wished to vanish off the face of the earth.
Seungcheol’s mind went blank as he walked towards you, placing his hands over yours to pull down the covers. You peered up at him through your eyelashes, so overcome with embarrassment that you failed to register the look of hunger in his eyes.
“I’m so sorry Cheol, I didn’t, I shouldn’t have done that here!”
“What?” he cocked his head to the side, brain not really functioning.
“It’s your bed!” you looked at him as if he was crazy, “I just-, you smell so good,” you spoke without thinking.
“I…,” he looked you up and down, “You’re telling me I inspired this?”
“Shit, I shouldn’t have said that, oh my god!” you groaned, trying to shrug under the covers again. Seungcheol’s large hands held you still and you watched in disbelief as he brought your left hand up to inspect it. The shine of moisture on your fingers was mortifyingly telling, but he surprised you to your core when he brought your hand to his mouth and sucked your wet fingers inside.
“Huh?!” you choked out, eyes fluttering shut as he tongue stroked between your digits, tasting you thoroughly.
“You should’ve told me about this sooner,” he told you, voice gravely with desire, “I’ve been torturing myself trying to ignore how much I think about you.”
“Oh?” you blinked at him in disbelief.
“Yes, oh,”  Seungcheol rolled his eyes at you, “Now let me help, as you requested.”
His fingers wandered. His eyes widened slightly when he felt just how wet you were. The rumble that emitted from his chest almost sounded like a purr and you found yourself quickly breathless at his ministrations.
“Cheol,” you moaned, melting slightly as his substantially larger fingers swirled dizzyingly through your folds. He smirked down at you, more than pleased to hear your saying his name in that manner.
“So needy,” he chuckled, eyes flicking over you.
“Well I was halfway there when you walked in,” you teased him and his eyes flashed at you, a subtle warning.
He raised one eyebrow at you before sliding his fingers inside of you. You choked on your breath at the intrusion, though your legs parted asking for more.
“You-, your fingers!”
“Mm, how do they feel?” he smirked at you, confident.
“I knew they’d stretch me out, bigger than mine,” you panted and his eyes widened at the realization that this wasn’t the first time you’d imagined this.
“You think about me a lot?” he raised an eyebrow at you, now cocky.
“No,” you lied, glancing away to avoid his eyes.
“My thick fingers spreading you open,” he continued anyways, smirking when he felt the way you reacted around him.
“Seung-,” you whined, overwhelmed at the way he teased you.
“God I like hearing you say my name like that,” Seungcheol shook his head, as if in disbelief. “Can I see you?” he asked, other hand itching to peel back the comforter.
You nodded wordlessly. You were slightly mortified to reveal yourself to him in this way, but his other hand quickly distracted you. You watched his eyes rove across you appreciatively until they trained in on your bruise, his jaw clenching.
“I’ve been thinking about this all week,” he exhaled sharply.
“Why? It wasn’t on purpose!”
“No, it’s not-,” Seungcheol paused. “That’s not why. I was annoyed because the idea of getting to be the one to leave marks on you has rendered me…basically unable to produce coherent thought.”
“Oh? OH,” your eyes widened, gears in your brain turning. “I mean…all yours, Cheol,” you smiled sheepishly at him.
“Really?” he groaned, looking at you appreciatively as he thought about exactly where and how he’d like to mar your skin.
“Seungcheol!” you snapped at him as he continued to mumble to himself.
“Maybe a handprint here?” he grazed your upper thigh with his palm, eyes dancing mischievously at you. “Or a necklace of hickeys,” he growled as he nipped at the base of your neck. He had decided to seize the opportunity to tease you, and as much as you liked it, you only had so much patience.
“Cheol, please,” you pouted, grabbing at his collar, “I can’t take anymore of this.”
“Yes princess,” he pulled an old nickname out of the vault. You melted.
“Mmmpf!” he smothered your next protest with a kiss.
“Seung. Cheol!” you moaned desperately as his hand grabbed your thigh, hard.
The strength in his grip set your nerves alight and your head fell back against the bed, arching your chest up towards him. His mouth took the opportunity to latch onto the underside of your breast, biting down firmly. Your hand fisted itself in his hair.
It was so much sensation. It was so good.
“Hn,” he pulled back with a breathless smile. His eyes flicked down to the spots where his mouth and hand had been and his lips curled into a cocky grin at the bright red marks. With any luck those would be bruised nicely tomorrow.
“That was…a lot,” you murmured as you caught your breath.
“In a bad way?” Seungcheol’s brow furrowed with sudden worry.
“No,” you smiled at him, slightly fuzzy, “In a good way. A really good way.”
“Really?” his eyebrows raised back up with delight. “So you won’t mind if you bruise a little?”
“I don’t think I’ll mind even if you bruise me a lot,” you answered after some thought.
Your best friend’s eyes darkened. The way you had rearranged his words hit the possessive button in his brain like crazy. His lips nibbled and nipped their way down your torso while his hand came to cup your breast. His grip was on the hard side of firm as his lips latched onto a spot on your inner thigh. His tongue stroked across the sensitive skin as he sucked firmly.
Your thighs parted of their own accord as you squirmed at this building onslaught. As you shifted, you could hear the wet sounds of yourself spreading. Open and inviting.
“Cheol, please,” you tried to pull him towards you. “Please,” you panted.
Seungcheol, the bastard, increased the intensity of his sucking before releasing his lips with a loud ‘pop!’. The jolt of the disconnection sent a shiver through you and the spot where his mouth had been now felt woefully cool.
“Pretty,” he looked at the red mark appreciatively. The thought that you would be reminded of this encounter over the next weeks sent a streak of pride through him that was unexpected.
“Seungcheol!” you grabbed his face by his cheeks, directing his attention to you. “If you don’t fuck me right now, I’m going to kick you out and take care of it myself!”
His eyes widened and he chuckled sheepishly before reaching over you to pull a condom out of the nightstand. You watched, almost painfully aroused, as he undressed and unrolled the condom over himself. His cock bobbed proudly as he pulled his sturdy torso over you, slotting himself between your thighs.
You sighed when his cock came to rest against your core. You could already tell it was going to be good.
“Seungcheol, please,” you placed your hands around his jaw. “Need you.”
He nodded, reaching down to slip himself inside of you. A soft gasp escaped you as his head pushed in and you couldn’t help but relish in the stretch. Seungcheol took his time sinking into you. The whines and gasps that you made were way too good to be rushed.
“Cheol,” your hands clutched at the back of his thick neck until he was pressed flush against you. “Fuck,” you exhaled into his ear.
Seungcheol’s hand was gripping your hip so hard as he struggled to keep control of himself. Of all the things that he found overwhelming, the way you pulsed and squeezed around him, the little sounds you made as he had pressed into you…the worst of all was the way you smelled. His hand fisted itself further in your hip as he inhaled you, a most intoxicating scent.
You clenched around him as his hand tightened. He was sure to bruise you there, too, and you couldn’t wait. Knowing that you’d be able to see these marks as evidence that this wasn’t another crush induced dream made you feel crazed in a different way.
“You feel perfect,” Seungcheol groaned against your skin as his hips started to move. “I just knew it.”
Clench.
You hooked your legs around his hips as he pumped into you deeply. Each thick stroke pushed you dangerously closer to the precipice and you were ready to fall off the edge.
“Cheol,” you pulled back slightly to meet his blown out gaze. “I’m there.”
“Go ahead,” he encouraged you, aching to feel you come apart around him. “Be good and come for me.”
Your eyes squeezed shut as you let go. Your hands clutched desperately at his shoulders as your pussy fluttered around him. You didn’t even know what kinds of sounds you made as you simply didn’t have the presence of mind.
“So good,” he smiled, closing his eyes and resting his forehead against yours. “So good,” he grunted before his hips shuddered and he emptied himself inside of you.
You wrapped your arms around his torso as he slumped down on top of you. He smiled when you gave him a squeeze with your entire body.
“So you’re kind of possessive, huh?” you chuckled softly after you’d regained your sanity.
Seungcheol squeezed his eyes shut with a laugh. He hadn’t realized it, or maybe it was just because it was you, but yes. Yes he was.

[ 15:17 ] when the world stopped moving
even though you and mingyu had been separated for years, there was always a grey area in what your relationship really was.
the people that caution against staying friends with your exes? you should’ve listened to them.
you weren’t together anymore. you both were so immature when you were. mingyu was emotionally unavailable and clingy, and you were in a terrible place mentally. the two of you never fought, but his presence had started to make you feel ill and resentful which just made you feel worse.
so why, after all these years, does he still ignite a foolish spark of excitement in your stomach? why can you still imagine a future with him when you look at him?
do his eyes pause on you a second too long or are you imagining it? sometimes, when mingyu hugs you his hands linger on your neck. you stand so close that your shoulders brush. he whispers things in your ear, and you blush feeling his breath on your ear.
but you’re not together. so you always pull yourself out of his grasp, offer him a sad smile, and walk away.
it’s so hard to watch you be happy.
it seemed almost too easy for him to move on.
year three post-break up. why does it still hurt? why does it still ache like an old wound?
looking at his life from a distance feels like someone is pulling stitches out from an old injury, sans anesthetic, sans warning. it’s supposed to be healed…so why are you still bleeding?
you could go months without seeing him and be perfectly fine. but one flash of that heart-breaking smile, one note of that warm raspy voice, and you go tumbling back to what you know.
he’s a famous photographer, backpacking around europe and asia and south america, traversing africa and the middle east, and you’re stuck in your old apartment—the same one he lived in—brushing the dust off memories of a bygone era.
it’s so hard to know that i’m not.
you hear the click of the camera. the sun is warm on your skin, brushing the back of your eyelids in an orange glow. the fountain burbles quietly as water splashes into the pool.
santorini. late summer.
without opening your eyes, you cast out your hand, fingers searching for mingyu’s. you know he’s somewhere near. you can hear him fumbling around with his camera.
“stop filming me,” you murmur, squinting in the bright sun. your boyfriend is squatting on the concrete, his trusty 35 mm camera pointed at you. his left eye is pressed to the viewfinder, his fingers twiddling with different controls as he peers at you through the lens. you roll your eyes playfully as you toss your head back against the chair.
“then stop being my muse,” mingyu replies, shuffling closer. you let out a shriek of laughter as he tosses the camera onto a pile of towels, suddenly wrapping his arms around your torso. mingyu presses his mouth to any exposed skin he can find, on your shoulder, your arms, your hips, your knee, your stomach, your face. he smells like sunscreen and wet skin and mint.
you grasp mingyu's chin in your hand, pulling his mouth to yours, smiling against his sun-burned lips. he tastes like fresh peach and sparkling wine.
‘cause you know i love your brother and your mom like they were mine.
sometimes mingyu still calls you. his voice crackles over the speaker of your landline.
you have one new message.
“just wanted to say hi. it’s about 1 AM here. i hope i don’t wake you.
“i’m in venezuela right now, doing some commission work for nat geo...i know you said you always wanted to visit. it’s so beautiful here—sometimes the sky turns completely purple and red during the sunset, and you just see the sun peeking out from over the plateau.
“my mom asks about you a lot. she misses you and she wants to know if you’re still studying art history.
“she’s always buying those snacks you like, saying i need to send them to you. i keep telling her no, it’s—it’s not like that anymore, but you know how she is.
“anyway, wish you were here.
“i miss you.”
end of message.
love is more than words and i also hurt you.
the worst part was that you didn’t even fall completely out of love. it hits you one night, in the dead of winter, during a conversation with mingyu.
foolishly, you had agreed to catch up with him over dinner.
“i’m sorry for how it ended,” you say in a quiet moment, swilling the wine in your glass around the bowl. mingyu doesn’t respond immediately.
he’s quiet as he says, “no need to apologize.”
“mingyu—” you take a deep breath, willing your heart to still. “i don’t know if it’s just me, but is there still something here? the calls, the voicemails, your mother.”
when you finally look at mingyu, he looks sad.
“i still like you. and i want to try again.” you sound like you're pleading.
mingyu smiles, but the look is familiar— it’s the same apologetic smile you often give him.
“i like you, too,” he says. but then he hesitates.
your heart lifts. do you even dare to hope? you miss mingyu so bad, it’s like part of you has been forgotten for eons, and when you’re around him it’s so easy to fall into old habits. the smiles and the laughter. the touching.
“—but i just don’t know what i want.”
here come your dreams, crashing down around your ears.
“let’s just stay friends for now."
you plaster an understanding smile on your face. your stomach is collapsing in on itself.
you don’t know if you can go through life, pretending like you just want to be friends with mingyu. but the thought of cutting him out of your life is so much more devastating, so suffocating that you feel like your throat might close up.
“yeah, no—yeah, of course. i get it,” you reply, and every word feels like a knife to the gut.
mingyu’s eyes are still sad. remorseful. he places his hand over yours, and his thumb skims over your skin.
you really wish he wouldn’t do that.
“who knows…,” mingyu begins, and by the soft rasp in his voice you know he’s going to break your heart, “if we’re both still available in a couple years…”
years.
the first tear falls.
you’re back in limbo.
when the world stopped, i just wanted you to hold me.

Title: Lucid Dreams - Chapter 2
Word Count: 2962
Warnings: Mingyu is featured heavily in the first few chapters and is directly involved in significant plot events. Due to recent events, I understand if reading these chapters may make you uncomfortable, but be aware that you’d be missing core story elements by skipping them. (Details)
Notes: While this chapter is part of a larger story, it can also be read (I hope..) as a standalone Mingyu x F!Reader (Light angst & Fluff) !
Lucid Dreams Masterlist
Chapter 1 |
Tumblr media
Yn followed Mingyu’s lead as he guided her through ordering. It wasn’t too dissimilar from a regular café, but he still walked with her to and from the lockers, letting her take the pillow and put her phone and wallet inside, smiling widely when she trusted him to keep the key while she slept. Clearly that was a boost to his ego, especially after his low mood just minutes ago. Yn sat and waited at her table; it wasn't long until the drink was ready.
“Here you go,” Mingyu set the glass bottle in front of her, along with a white napkin and a glass straw. “One Sleepy Mingyu!” There was already an awkward blush on his cheeks, but his smile was wide as he clasped his hands together with pride, like this drink was his child at its first recital.
Yn couldn’t help but want to laugh at the sound of a drink being named after someone like that, and how said person was the one who served it to her. The entire situation felt absurd. And yet she didn’t feel as nervous as she had felt when she walked in. Perhaps it was Mingyu’s vulnerability earlier and knowing that she wasn’t the only one who was nervous, but now she felt unusually comfortable.
“Thank you.” Yn smiled back to him and examined the drink. It did, in fact, look as was advertised. The glass of the bottle and straw were nearly crystal clear, and the hue of the soda itself was a powerful royal purple. The way the bubbles ran up the sides and sizzled at the top made it seem especially refreshing and sophisticated, and there was a bit of condensation on the bottle from how cold it was.
Mingyu still stood by the table, hands held in front of him expectantly. She could hear his breath hitch when she finally took a drink.
It tasted like a mix of all the familiar grape flavors Yn knew. It was a strangely fitting mix of two distinct flavors from her memory: the artificially sweet grape juice from school lunches, and the bubbly grape spritzer from family gatherings. However, this was much better than either of those, creating its own memorable taste. It was ice cold and rich in flavor, with the perfect about of fizziness to disperse it enough and make the strength of it bearable. It tingled as it went down, as if actual light sparkles were in it.
Yn moved away from the straw just enough to be able to speak, tilting her head to look Mingyu’s way.
“This is really good.” He sighed with relief, putting a hand to his chest as if his heart had been racing. He mouthed vague praises for a moment before returning to his professional state.
“That’s good to hear! Please enjoy it, we'll keep you safe while you rest.” Yn giggled and thanked him, letting him practically skip back to the register in his glee.
Yn leaned back in her chair, holding the bottle and letting the straw rest between her lips, trying to relax. Sleeping in a public place wasn’t on her list of things that were easy for her to do. She worried that if the sleep aid couldn’t make her drowsy enough to sleep now, then she’d have trouble getting back home. Would Mingyu be crushed if I don’t sleep after drinking his drink? She didn’t mean to have thoughts like that; it felt cheap, like she was pitying him. But something about this place, about how Mingyu and Junhui acted, drew her in and played on her curiosity. She wanted to understand what unique experience they were talking about. That meant giving herself to the process, as strange as it was.
Her worries were needless, as not even two minutes after setting the empty bottle aside and leaning forward to rest her head on the pillow on the table did Yn fall asleep.
Tumblr media
There was a jazz band playing, but she couldn’t see them. Yn couldn’t see anything, actually.
It smelled like lobster, rice, and wine. She heard some distant chatter and the sound of dishes being cleaned.
“So, how did you like it?” A voice spoke clearly, as if it was right next to her. Everything around her slowly came into view with each blink.
She was at a restaurant. An expensive and modern one. The ceiling was high, with full length windows, sheer black curtains, and crystal chandeliers. Her feet clicked against the marble floor as she shifted in her seat, and she noticed she had on expensive black stiletto heels. The dress she wore was a bright purple fabric with a black lace layer over the body and sleeves. The outfit wasn’t hers, but was one she could only dream of owning, as it flattered her body perfectly and made her feel dignified and rich.
The voice Yn had heard was coming from a man in the seat across from her. His shirt was fitted and ironed, a beautiful royal purple with a black lace collar and cuffs, matching the black of his dress pants. His face looked familiar, and his name was on the tip of her tongue.
There was an empty plate in front of them both, yet she could smell what should have been there. There was still wine in the glass though, and it smelled just like the kind she had at home.
“It was really good actually.” Yn spoke without thinking; not having thought at all.
“That bracelet looks really pretty on you.” The man spoke again, gesturing to her wrist as she held the stem of the wine glass. It was a small and simple bracelet, with square cut amethyst gems laid in hefty silver. It was perfectly sized to her wrist, and looked brand new, or at least very well cared for. It wasn’t hers either.
“Thanks Mingyu.” His name slipped from her lips, and she were shocked to hear it, finally able to recognize him. He smiled to her shyly, tilting his head with a sparkle in his deep brown eyes.
Why him?
Neither of them said anything for a few moments. Mingyu's gaze lingered on Yn while she nervously observed her surroundings. There were other tables with other couples or parties of guests all enjoying their meals, but they were all faceless. Their chatter got louder when she looked at them.
What's going on?!
“Wanna go outside?” Mingyu asked suddenly, urgently, and right on cue when the chatter began to make Yn anxious. Her senses caught up with her by that point and it felt like they were in overdrive. It was begging to overwhelm her, so she was grateful for his perfectly timed offer. Yn held onto his arm when he offered it, oddly without hesitation, and followed him into the chilly night of the terrace. The chatter stopped completely, the jazz music was stifled, and the dishes were replaced with the sound of cicadas in the distance.
“Oh wow, this is beautiful Yn.” He was audibly impressed, as if the night sky was something she had handcrafted. The terrace was at the back of the restaurant, and it seemed like nothing else existed other than what she could see. There wasn’t any light pollution and not a single wisp of a cloud, only twinkling stars and planets of different colors. The moon was a warning crescent, but was bright and sharp, high above them. Yn was in awe, just as he was.
Mingyu moved his arm out from hers and to the back of her shoulders, fingertips barely touching the fabric of her dress. It wasn’t as cold outside as she'd expected it to be, but Mingyu’s presence beside her was still warming. Any encroaching anxiousness she had felt had been washed away, much quicker than she had expected, and was replaced with wonder.
“What do you see?” He asked with an incredibly soft tone and volume, making her heart flutter.
It was hard to make out any shape or figure. Even the constellations she thought she knew weren’t visible. Mingyu waited for Yn's answer, but after a glance at her confused expressions, he spoke up.
“Look up there, at that cluster of stars.” Mingyu leaned in closer, now holding onto her shoulder, and pointed up into the sky. Yn followed his finger across the stars and found the cluster he saw.
“Now trace my finger with your eyes, okay?”
“I’ll try.” Yn chuckled, but he remained focused and slowly began tracing what he saw for her.
“Oh! It’s a puppy face!” She exclaimed as he finished the second floppy ear. The cluster had been the puppy’s nose.
“Yeah! He looks like he’s having a lot of fun up there.” Mingyu commented with a smile, finishing off the picture with a goofy tongue hanging out of the puppy’s mouth.
Yn kept searching the sky for something to show to him, but all the blinking lights seemed to keep shifting. She was still grinning as her eyes scoured the sky desperately.
She could feel Mingyu’s fingers against her shoulder, the weight and size of his hand on was unfamiliar, and she felt every tiny movement acutely. It wasn’t helping her focus at all.
“It’s okay.” He said kindly, letting go of her shoulder to rub the lower center her back, trying to offer comfort. It felt like he’d given up on her drawing something for him like he had for her. The butterflies in her stomach froze at the thought of his disappointment.
“Wait! Look there, under the moon.” An airplane suddenly came into view, flying slowly in the distance, its lights slowly blinking just like the stars in the dark night sky were. Mingyu stayed silent.
“When I was a kid, I thought airplanes in the night sky were shooting stars.” Yn admitted openly. Mingyu hummed with his hand held still against her, excluding his thumb, which massaged the middle of her back carefully. The motion was almost mesmerizing, threatening to melt her heart if she focused on it long enough. A stranger should not have this kind of power over her, intentional or not. She knew that, yet she didn’t feel afraid, or put off.
“Make a wish.” Mingyu said offhandedly. It came off as a teasing joke, but that’s exactly what Yn did as a child. Wishing on stars was the kid-friendly way of asking the universe for mercy. That’s what she told herself as a teenager, finding comfort that way. At the very least it was fun, and gave her something to hope for.
Yn thought for a moment before answering, choosing to take his teasing seriously, but did not know why her response had come to her mind.
“I wish for you to not be afraid of making mistakes or being wrong.”
She felt his stare move to her suddenly, and the touch of his hand on her back was gone. Still, she continued.
“You’re doing fine, Mingyu. You have good ideas, and you work hard. The only person you should ever have to prove your worth to is yourself. You’ll be alright.” She had no basis for what she said. No reason for him to believe her.
“Thank you.” He whispered.
It felt like it was what he needed to hear.
Tumblr media
“Yn? It's time to wake up.” Someone was shaking her shoulder. It didn’t feel like Mingyu’s hand. It wasn’t Mingyu’s voice.
“It’s been a little over two hours Yn. If we let you sleep any longer you won’t feel very good.”
Yn groaned from having slept upright in the chair and her face tingled when she lifted her head from the pillow, as if she hadn’t moved at all in her sleep. The fact that she hadn’t fallen out of the chair was a miracle in itself. She rubbed her eyes a little too roughly and blinked as they adjusted to the light.
“Junhui?” She asked, having only that option to go off of at this point. The man chuckled.
“Nope, he clocked out about an hour ago. My name's Chan.” He pointed to the name printed on his collar with pride. That smile wasn’t one Yn could forget, and it clicked in her head that she’d seen him before too. He was the one who noticed her and let her pass on the sidewalk before, and Junhui must’ve been with him.
“Oh, okay.” Was all she managed to say. He chuckled again, understanding her grogginess.
“I’ll give you a few more minutes to wake up. I’ll be right back.” Yn merely nodded, noticing that the bottle had already been cleaned up. Eager to stretch her legs, she stood up and walked around.
It was about noon now, the store was warm and the music was still as lo-fi as it was two hours ago. The two girls from earlier had also left, and there was no one else around.
Yn's eyes went to the coolers. They weren’t fully stocked, maybe three or four of each of the juices and sodas, only two of each smoothie. I guess things like that are hard to stock when you make them all yourself, and don’t get many customers.
“We make them ourselves, you know.” Chan piped up from behind her, startling her slightly. Mingyu was with him.
“I told her that.” He pouted. Chan seemed younger than Mingyu, yet talked to him like they were the same age.
“Oh, well from what Jun said, you could barely even make it through the example run.” Chan teased.
“Hey-“ Yn and Mingyu spoke at the same time. But she didn’t pause like he did.
“-he tried his best. And Junhui was really nice about it.” It sounded more defensive than she meant it to, and Chan raised an eyebrow at it, but conceded all the same.
“Sorry, it’s his first time having a new customer. We just like to keep him humble.” Chan elbowed Mingyu’s side, and the taller boy played along, but looked at her with a look that assured her it was fine. As sincere as his smile was, Yn still noticed the redness and puffiness of his eyes.
“Let’s get you rung up, huh?” Mingyu suggested, waving her over to the register as he quickly went behind it. Chan mumbled something about coming off like the bad guy, but she was too focused on Mingyu.
“How did you sleep?” He asked softly, just loud enough for the two of them. As if anyone was around to hear. Yn instinctively leaned in a tad closer.
“Pretty well, actually. I’m still a bit fuzzy-headed but I feel more rested than I usually do when I take naps.” Yn failed at small talk, as usual. Mingyu nodded along regardless.
“How does your stomach feel?”
“Uh.. fine? I can still taste it in my mouth but it isn’t bad, and my tummy isn’t upset or anything.”
“Okay good,” He seemed happy to hear it, “We just want to gauge how each visitor handles each drink so we can change how we mix it for them if we need to.” He justified. Ah, right, just standard procedure questions.
“Are your eyes okay?” Yn's question was blatant and caught him off guard. He didn’t answer right away.
“You look like you’ve been crying.” Why does it hurt so much to see it? He’s a stranger. And yet she knew that she’d worry about it all day if she didn’t ask.
“Ah, I’m fine. Nothing to worry about.” It was a dismissive response, but it felt inappropriate to press on.
“So… oh! Since this is your first visit, we’re only gonna charge you half price of your total! So if you’d like to get anything from the cooler, or order something else, now’s the time!” The mention of the coolers made Yn glance to them and she felt embarrassed at what drink caught her eye instantly.
Yn walked to the cooler and grabbed two bottles of Mingyu’s grape soda.
She then walked back up to the counter and set them both onto it a bit too harshly. Mingyu held back a laugh, and she held her hand out.
“I need the key to get my wallet.” Yn felt her face heating up from embarrassment. Luckily, the key was just under the register, and he handed it to her quickly. She heard him scanning the two drinks with a hand scanner as she strode over to the lockers.
“Chan already got the pillow.” He said amusedly as he watched her look for it by her table. Yn tsked at him and went back to the counter, finding her card easily.
Mingyu read her the total, asked if she wanted a paper bag, put the drinks in the paper bag, took the key back from her, and handed her the receipt all in a quick and practiced flow. Yn had already put her wallet away in her back pocket, along with her phone, but it was when she reached for the paper bag that she hesitated. Mingyu did too.
“Yn?” He was asking for her attention when she was already staring at him. She didn’t answer, despite feeling the urgency to.
“Do you still make wishes on shooting stars?”
“…” Mingyu began to panic as soon as the question left his mouth. His eyes darted over Yn features, searching for any sort of answer from her. After a painfully long moment, she finally did.
“I haven’t seen one in a long time.”
“Make a wish on an airplane then. For me.” It wasn’t really a question, but not quite a demand. Mingyu regretted it even before he finished, and he felt sick at the sight of her fearful expression after her quick and unexpected response.
“I promise.”

can't stop thinking about that seungkwan marking ask, so how do you think svt members would mark you and what would druve them crazy when you're marking them
Tumblr media
seungcheol: he takes his time when he’s marking you, he’s very calculated and makes sure to only leave marks in your most sensitive areas. i can’t see him liking being marked, but he does love when you suck lightly on his neck
jeonghan: would much prefer to mark you over you marking him, and he leaves them everywhere!! like you have to stop him sometimes tbh. when you get the opportunity to mark him, it’s generally on his chest or thighs
joshua: loves being marked and loves to mark periodt. i feel like when he’s marking you, he likes to try and leave them littered everywhere on your skin. when you’re marking him, he loves gripping your hair and feeling your teeth graze his skin
junhui: the type to pin you down and cover ur neck and chest with hickeys, loves being able to show them off as well and let everyone know you’re his. has a secret kink for when you mark him, it turns him on beyond belief and he’s probably cum from it on one or two occasions
soonyoung: this man would get so carried away with marking you, he’s messy and there’s lots of teeth involved, it’s almost animalistic tbh. also has a huge thing for being marked, whines and whimpers constantly
wonwoo: he would be similar to seungcheol in the sense he wants to mark you up lots and takes his time with you, but also...he loves being marked (as much as he says he doesn’t) it drives him crazy and when you mark him you can tell he’s getting ready to be extra dominant with you
jihoon: he much prefers to mark you over you marking him, just loves seeing how you react and watching with a smirk at the red and purple patches that appear on your body. he doesn’t really let you leave marks on him
seokmin: gets so flustered whether he’s giving or receiving marks. a blush stays on his face but he’s so good at giving hickies that you forget how flustered he becomes. and he’d be so submissive when you mark him, so cute
mingyu: he is very messy when he marks, lots of biting and red splotches littering your body, loves to suck on your skin basically all the time. when you mark him, he’s so sensitive and whines So Much like you would only have to leave one or two for him to get hard
minghao: doesn’t mark often, but when he does it’s slow and teasing. he loves hearing your soft sighs and whimpers and the noises go straight to his crotch. when you mark him, you have to make sure you get the sensitive spots to make him groan
seungkwan: flustered baby. no matter what. he loves giving and receiving marks and just loves being able to show the marks off to his friends. his lips would feel really nice against your skin too
vernon: tbh i feel like he much prefers to receive marks over giving. he loves just laying back and feeling your lips and teeth against his skin, watching the skin change colours. whenever he does mark you, he makes sure to be careful and only marks in areas that can be hidden easily bc he’s Shy
chan: becomes super obsessive and possessive over the marking, loves marking your inner thighs to rile you up and also along your hip bones. when you mark him, he gets so impatient and can’t stay still for more than a few sucks and bites before he’s flipping you over

Wonwoo (전원우):
-----------------
“Beauty of Colors”
synopsis: Everyone's world is black and white until they find their destined one; a soulmate. Once someone meets their soulmate, their life would burst with color, and only if that soulmate dies, would the color disappear.
parts: 1 - “Beauty of Colors” | 2 - “Beauty of Love”
genre: soulmate au, romance
characters: wonwoo x reader, ft. mingyu
a/n: my first little imagine in a long time since I've been working on the l&l:tttbilb series :) + some requests have been in my inbox for a long time - I'm sorry - and that's because I've been only doing the ones that I have an idea for + feel a spark from. I was able to think a lot about what ideas I can imbed into my writing too...
----------------
“Mingyu, do these colors look good together?”
Mingyu walked over to Wonwoo, slouching and tired. Mingyu was in a deep sleep until his roommate, Wonwoo, woke him up to help him choose an outfit. This happened all the time because Mingyu could see colors and Wonwoo was still stuck in a black and white world. Everything was black, different shades of grey, or white. Nothing beautiful.
“Why would you buy a green t-shirt like that?” Mingyu asked.
“Green? I thought that it was blue?”
Mingyu shook his head and got up. He walked over to Wonwoo's wardrobe and picked out an outfit. To Wonwoo, that outfit was just a mix of grey colors.
“Here, wear these. You can recognize what is black, red, purple, white, and yellow, right?”
Wonwoo nodded and walked over to his wardrobe. Living in a black and white world for so long, of course, he would have been able to pick up some colors by their shades of grey; though he didn't even know what each color looked like, he could only hope that they would be beautiful.
“This one is a light brown called 'Khaki'. You bought it because it looked nice and trust me, it does look pretty nice on you. Wear these black pants together with them and these. I don't want to get up just to help you with outfit ideas!”
Wonwoo chuckled softly, knowing that he could count on Mingyu for his outfits.
Mingyu jumped back on his bed. His face buried in the covers made his voice muffled. “By the way, where are you going?”
“Me?” Wonwoo was changing. “I'm going to the flower shop nearby. Our place looks so dead.”
“How do you know that? Your world is black and white, of course, everything looks dead.”
“Well, it's better for there to be something that people call beautiful in our dorm, even if I can't see the beauty of it.” Wonwoo smiled softly, looking at his reflection.
-
With no colors to see, Wonwoo could only depend on books, but each book that he read would only describe colors by their names. Red would only be red. Blue would only be blue. Green would only be green. Sometimes, colored would be described as ‘vibrant’, ‘dark’, ‘passionate’, ‘lovely’, ‘light’, etc, but as a person with no color, Wonwoo couldn't tell what everything looked like.
From reading so many books and from his friends who could see colors like Mingyu, he was able to notice a few things about the world. The sky was blue most of the day, with white and grey clouds. Sometimes it would be orange, purple, and be extremely beautiful. The grass was green. The water was blue but it was sometimes green too.
Rainbows consisted of every color. Each flower species could have a different color. Animals could be different colors as well.
Even the book that Wonwoo is reading right now while on his way to the flower shop described a dog being light brown, a mischievous cat being grey, and eyes to be blue. A historic romance novel written by an Englishman who was able to see colors.
The more that Wonwoo read about these romantic encounters, the more his curiosity for his own meeting grew. Sometimes, he didn't want to even think about it and just let it happen. He knew well that he wasn't the type to fall in love at first sight and only when you have fallen in love, would the color be permanent.
With a dark book in his hands, all Wonwoo did was read. Occasionally, he would look up to see which direction he was headed but he knew the neighborhood like the back of his hand and passed by the flower shop many times.
Whenever he did pass by the flower shop, he would just stop and stare at it. Flowers are often deemed as beautiful by everyone and just looking at their shape and form, Wonwoo could see that they were potentially beautiful.
With his head looking down at the book that he's holding with one hand, he read every sentence on the last page.
When he reached the final sentence, he let out a small smile and closed the book. He was in front of the flower shop. Wonwoo looked up from the book that he was now holding at his side, only to surprisingly, collide with the person leaving the shop.
-
You were working part-time at a flower shop but since there weren't a lot of customers, you spent most of your time reading at the front desk.
You loved to read since the pages were just white with black writing. With no idea about colors, you just read and read, reading about colors, love, and various other things. Reading was like an escape from the monotone world even if the book and the only pictures available in your head were also monotones. It was hard to explain the exact feeling of it, but it was just somewhat more enjoyable than staring at colorless screens of people doing various things.
The novel you were reading was a romance novel, taking place in the 1900s. It's about a woman who is an actress and a man who works for the mafia. The woman is being targeted by many and the mafia man is one of the many who wanted to kill her, but they become allies after he sees his late girlfriend's resemblance to her.
You were on the last chapter when-
“Hey Y/N, can you take a look at the flowers outside? Bring inside the wilting ones.”
You looked up from the book you were reading and got up from the stool you were sitting on. Swiping the book in your arms, you opened it out in front of you and headed toward the entrance of the shop.
“Okay ma'am,” you replied sarcastically and belatedly, your footsteps small, your eyes distracted by the words on the pages. You flipped the page and there you were, on the last page of the book, your nose still in the book as you walked slowly to the entrance.
“I didn't hire you to slack off!”
The owner of the flower shop was your older cousin.
“Yes, yes, I'm going,” You replied, quickening your pace as you approached the last sentences of the book.
“As the tears drip from my eyes, I feel slightly happier that I won't have to spend my death alone, even if it would have been better to spend my days with you.”
“I brush my hand against your cheek and our eyes meet.”
“Thank you for making my last days memorable, I was at my peak of happiness because you came into my life and loved me.”
“I didn't want to take you with me but life seemed to make you unhappy as well, was this your choice?”
“Our lives were able to burst with color for a while, so, see you in our next life, Charles Reed.”
You opened the front door as you finished the last sentence of the book, feeling your heart drop at the emotionally tragic ending.
You were still stuck on that ending, staring down at the book's last sentence. How could they receive such a sad ending when the only thing the actress, Madonna Parker, wanted was happiness? And Charles Reed only wished for a family of his own, away from his dirty work and past?
In the middle of your thoughts, distracted from the black and white world, you accidentally walked headfirst into someone who was coming into the shop, knocking your book out of your hand and his book out of his.
You didn't even get a chance to look at his face, you immediately apologized and reached for your book, only to get confused.
There were two copies of “WISH” lying on the floor, beside some flowers.
You were about to reach for the one that had landed in the muddy part of the dirt, only to have your hand brush against a hand belonging to the man that you bumped into.
“Don't worry, this one was mine,” he said.
One second after those words slipped from his lips, unknown colors started flooding your world. Your eyes widened as you saw the dirt become brown like the cover of the book, the stems, and leaves of the flowers grow green, and the flowers surrounding your two burst into yellow, orange, pink, red, white, purple, all sorts of colors that you've only heard of.
You looked up and met eyes with the man. He had incredibly sharp visuals, his features were beautiful. His eyes, his dark brown pupils, his hair, nose, lips, jaw, everything was beautiful.
Still crouched in front of the store, you excitedly turned your head around, looking at the flowers that were blooming with rainbow colors.
The man seemed to be fascinated as well. Both of you were in awe, just admiring the beautiful and vibrant colors of the world. The black and whites were gone and there was real color! Shades of real color!
The sky that was described as ‘blue’, you could finally see it. The grass that was described as ‘green’, you could finally see how that looked like. A world full of colors.
Just then, both of you, at the same time, smiled brightly. You grabbed the other book that wasn't muddy and stood up.
Both of you could barely speak as you two stood up.
Facing each other, you could see his smile; warm, beautiful, and just, more beautiful now that it had color. You could finally see the different skin tones of people that passed by, the different colors that painted the world...
You turned back to the man.
“This is... I don't know what to say.”
“I'm Wonwoo,” the man smiled warmly. “I guess I'm your soulmate.”
“Is this how people do it?” You wondered out loud.
He chuckled softly. “I don't know, maybe?”
“Maybe I should have read more romance novels about our world.”
Wonwoo chuckled.
“Same. I guess we were reading the same novel too.” Wonwoo said, smiling.
“This book isn't even that popular, is it? It's like our population, 1 book in a few billion.”
“And we just happen to have the same one, on the same day, at the same time,” Wonwoo did find the coincidence a bit creepily cool. “And you're my soulmate too.”
You smiled at Wonwoo then asked, “Would you like to go somewhere with me?”
“Is this how it's supposed to go?”
“Well, since our world is built like this, there's no way to avoid this situation. Everyone wants to see colors and I do too, so let me be with you for a little longer.”
You turned around and opened the door to the flower shop, now recognizing the colors of the interior and your cousin.
Wonwoo suddenly took your hand and stopped you from leaving.
“Aren't you scared?” Wonwoo asked. He didn't believe that you could trust a stranger so easily even if you two were soulmates.
“Why would I be?” You replied, smiling brightly, your eyes sparkling. You could see all the colors behind Wonwoo's figure, illuminating him. “The world destined us together for a reason. We won't ever know it if we don't take the chance.”
Wonwoo stared at you in awe, slowly letting go of your arm. He watched you go inside the flower shop. The colors were so vivid, so bright, so beautiful, almost blindingly gorgeous. It was nothing like he ever thought it would be.
He almost couldn't believe that the day finally came and it was so unexpected. He surely didn't expect a stroll to get flowers would allow him to meet the person who would bring colors to him. Not to mention, he passed by the shop so many times, just never went inside.
Was his soulmate there all this time?
Now he knew the beauty of it.
The beauty of the world.
The beauty of flowers.
The beauty of color.

Since we’re sharing kinks, what do you think the members kinks are? And if you can’t or don’t want to do all the members I totally understand!! If not all, maybe the kinks of scoups, vernon, and/or jeonghan? ~ and yes big dick wonu for the win honestly
yes anon wonwoo big dick <3333 i wont go into all their kinks bc it’d just get really long but i’ll list what i think their #1 kinks are! to spice it up i’ll try not to do ones i think most of them have (dirty talk, marking, hair pulling, etc) to give it some flavor
svt member’s #1 kinks (imo):
seungcheol - spanking/ass play, i really think he’s into asses, i mean his ideal type is??? nicki minaj??? he likes them thicc!!!!!! so i think he’d just like anything to do with asses, spanking more so bc it brings the aspect of impact play but i can also see him wanting to incorporate anal or butt plugs into sex too. i think he also knows that he himself is thicc so when he’s subbing hes totally down to switch the roles as well
jeonghan - bondage, not even a question! i think he’s super playful during sex but is also a switch dom lean so using ropes/cuffs for him shows his dominance while still being able to tease and have fun. i also see hannie as a member who only fucks with love behind it so sexy times would be with someone he trusts enough to tie him up and vice versa
joshua - quickies, does this count as a kink? idk lol but i think joshua is the type that would love just a quick fuck in the middle of the day, something to take the stress off and also bc like go fucking right?? also the adrenaline of being in a rush and/or being in a public place would make him feel twice as powerful so he’d get really into it
jun - pegging, I REALLY THINK HE’D BE INTO IT OKAY YOU CANT CHANGE MY MIND like i see him as pretty open so he wouldnt have any reservations about taking it up the ass and as long as your slow while starting (cause that shit hurts if not done properly) i think he’d really love the feeling of being pounded into and being dommed in that way. he’d also be so enthusiastic about it, prob send u a text during work like “babe look at this strap it’s purple with glitter can we get it?”
soonyoung - roleplay, SOONYOUNG WOULD LOVE DRESSING UP FOR SEX its both sexy and playful!! esp if it’s a fantasy he had that’s been marinating for a while, like fucking a professor or having a masseuse rub him everywhere and making him cum without even touching his cock. roleplays are such a good kink for him because he gets to do some kinky shit but it’s also not too serious and hes a switch so who’s domming and subbing can flip easily
wonwoo - dumbification, imo the ULTIMATE form of dominance with dirty talk is dumbification. honestly as someone who has this as one of their top kinks (aha wassup wonu holla at ya girl) i think u really have to have trust someone to let them just.... freely call u stupid in any context lmao so wonwoo would get off knowing that you’re so vulnerable to him in that way; not even just sexually but also mentally with how secure u are with him and what u let him do/say to u.
jihoon - public sex, i have a theory that jihoon would fuck once in the studio just out of desperation but would find it so incredibly hot. just the adrenaline he gets while hes scared of getting caught sets him OFF and the way you clench around him when theres a tiny sound and youre scared youre about to get caught *chefs kiss* he loves it
minghao - fucking with music on, idk if this is a specific kink but i think hao is really into slow sensual sex with candles on where he takes his time. he’d try to move at the rhythm of the music and it’s all so slow that he can really feel everything. it’d also kinda turn him on if he’d be listening to music and just randomly one of the songs you fucked to came on shuffle and he’d just get flashbacks of that time. i think he’d be really into it
mingyu - size kink, ALRIGHT LISTEN do i think mingyu’s height feeds his ego? fucking absolutely. so it gets his dick hard whenever he feels even bigger than he already is bc he feels so much more in control. with that being said, i can also see him getting off on being dommed by someone who’s smaller than him bc theyre putting him in his place despite the fact that this man is like twelve feet tall, so the size kink works both ways. even him being dommed by someone bigger than him i see him being into bc it makes him feel small..... basically he likes feeling overly big or overly small lmao
seokmin - mutual masturbation, i’m still a vvvvvv firm believer that seokmin fucks with love so for his kinks i think it’d have to be smth that he would do with someone that he’s comfortable with and can be vulnerable for, and mutual masturbation is that mixed with the kinkiness of seeing how badly your s/o wants you. esp when desperation sets in, i can see him being into hearing your whines or cries bc he wants you just as badly
seungkwan - nipple play, OK I HAVE A THEORY that seungkwan would really only fuck with someone he loves (even more so than seokmin) so i can imagine a situation where seungkwan just hasn’t really explored his body and the first time you guys fuck your hand brushes over his nipples and he just.... fucking loses it bc hes so sensitve there and he never really knew bc he didnt think to try touching himself there. so following that incident he makes it a point to play with his or your nipples bc now hes aware of how much of a difference it makes when it comes to his arousal
vernon - oral, hear me out: ur on ur knees, vernon’s cock in your mouth, giving him the gluck gluck 3000, he’s the type to hiss and just be like “fuuuuck” and throw his head back. ok that had nothing to do with why i think he has an oral kink i just wanted everyone to hear that lmao BUT i think during sex he just want to please his partner and really make them feel good and being able to look up at his s/o while theyre moaning and pulling on his hair would just set that mf off
chan - corruption, originally i saw chan as someone who would be slightly intimidated by a super experienced partner but after thinking about it i can totally see him eventually just getting so horny that he wanted to be absolutely wrecked. like the fact that the person he’s with is so well versed and knows how to get him off while also taking away his “innocence” gets him so mf hard i think it’d turn into something he’s super into

Tent Bonding
Mingyu x Reader
Fluff, slight angst, implied sexual themes
1,663 words
Summary: it’s your annual camping trip with your friends, but there’s a change of plans this time around..specifically in love
Tumblr media
The woods that surrounded the small campsite went on for miles, the lights of the city seeming to be non-existent. Shades of orange and yellow in the sunset lit up the clearing, casting bright shadows off of the trees. You stood on the outskirts of the site, admiring the calm environment. It was a nice change compared to the busy city, the sounds of traffic replaced by the small chirps of birds and the scurrying of the animals running amongst the forest floor.
“Yah! Watch the food, that’s all we have!” Seungcheol’s sudden voice carried through the trees, scaring off the birds that had taken shelter on the branches. You turned your head over your shoulder, peering back at the scene behind you. Soonyoung held the basket of food close to his chest as he tripped over dirt piles and twigs, Seungcheol following close behind, his hands extended, in case Soonyoung fell- not that he was worried for his member, the food was his priority, of course.
You stifled a laugh, covering your mouth with your hoodie sleeve.
“Hey y/n, wanna help me set up the table?” Joshua appeared in front of you, a bag of appliances in hand. You nodded your head, following him to the large picnic table. The table was across from the tents a few of the boys were setting up, right in front of the fire pit that was poorly dug in the ground.
Joshua passed you one end of the dark blue tablecloth, unfolding the cloth over the middle of the table. Once spread to each corner, you taped the end pieces underneath the wooden table, not trusting the wind to keep it in place. Josh grinned, giving you a half-five, “easy peasy.”
You laughed, nodding with what he said, “just be glad we didn’t get tent set up-“
You both turned your heads, chuckling at the chaotic mess the boys were as they miserably set the tents up. One of the tents were lopsided, the other two not even put together quite yet. The cry’s and complaints were heard even across the clearing, the boys laying across the grass in frustration.
“Should we help them?” Josh spoke through giggles, his smile wide across his face
You contemplated your answer. It was highly entertaining watching the boys struggle, as they were so confident in the car. You could still hear their cocky remarks, “were men Y/n! We can put up a simple 2 step tent, okay. Have faith in your friends!” Plus, you were still pissed at Mingyu for acting like a douche over something as simple as you wanting to ride with Jeonghan to the site.
“I dunno, watching Mingyu struggle has been the highlight of my day so far, asshole deserves it from earlier.”
Joshua hummed, understanding why you were mad at the dark haired boy, “it is highly deserved”
“It is-“ you were cut off by the shout of Seungkwan, his voice echoing long after he finished talking.
“Hey you two!”
You and Joshua tensed. Seungkwan marched over, tent sticks in hand, “why are you standing here being useless while I work so hard to put up the tents?!”
Seungkwan held up his hand, shutting up Joshua very quickly, “I don’t wanna hear it, follow me”
You unwillingly followed the grumbling boy, watching as his hands flew left and right as he complained about “how lazy some people are”. Gripping your hand, Seungkwan tugged you to help setup with the left crew (composed of Mingyu, Seokmin & Chan), while Joshua was pulled to the right (Vernon, Seungkwan & Jeonghan).
You stumbled over the hammer that was carelessly lying about, earning a few snickers from Seokmin and Chan- though they immediately shut up when you stared them down.
Seokmin waved you over, patting the spot in the grass next to him, which happened to be right by Mingyu, “come sit, y/n! We need all the help we can get”
You could feel Mingyu’s eyes on you as you moved to sit down, though ignoring it didn’t do too much as your face heated up anyhow; whether that was from nerves or the fact you were still pissed at him, you wouldn’t know. Now you were a fumbling, pissy, mess as you turned your head to ask Chan a question, “Hey Channie?”
Chan hummed, his eyes quickly darting up to meet yours before he refocused on the tent,
“Who’s in what tent?”
That seemed to get his attention as he nervously slid his hand on the back of his neck, avoiding yours and Mingyu’s gaze as much as possible, “well we only have 3 tents, and they’re uh-“ he began to stutter, “pretty big, so we couldn’t fit anymore in the car-“
Oh you didn’t like where this was going.
Chan finally raised his head from anxiously toying with the grass in front of him, “but I figured I could squeeze in one of the small ones from last years trip-“
You cut him, a short sigh leaving your lips, “meaning Mingyu and I will be sharing one, right?”
Chan gulped, mumbling an mhm. Seokmin darted his eyes back and forth from you and Mingyu, who was currently chewing on the inside of his cheek, “that’s not a problem right? I mean, I can always stay with you, y/n-“
“No.”
Your eyes snapped in Mingyu’s direction, his lips in a thin line above his clenched jaw, “that won’t be necessary, they’re fine with me. Right, y/n?”
His eyes dashed to yours, not budging from their place. You quickly nodded in agreement, no clear words forming a response.
The sound of someone clearing their throat in front of you caused all 4 of yours heads to pop up, meeting the confused face of Seungcheol, “is everything okay here?”
A chorus of yeahs and mhms broke the awkward silence, Seungcheol casually shrugging it off with a pout, “anyways, it’s dinner time. We can finish these up afterwards”
Tumblr media
You had never been to such an awkward dinner. At least for you and the guy across from you it was.
The entire dinner was spent by ignoring Mingyu’s glances, or the few times he bumped your knee with his own. The other boys continued to laugh and wreak havoc as per usual, but you and Mingyu seemed to be in your own worlds.
You cleared your throat, catching Minghao’s attention next to you, “I think imma head to bed”. Minghao sympathized with you, he knew how close you and Mingyu were, and he hated seeing you two act as if you didn’t know one another.
“Alright, please try and work it out?” You could only budge a sad smile at him, muttering a quiet goodnight. He patted the small of your back as you got up, tossing your plate in the trash bag that was strung on the tree for you.
Meanwhile, Mingyu creeper mode was activated as he silently watched the encounter. He could feel the guilt eat away at his stomach, he hated when you were upset. And knowing he was the cause, was even worse. Minghao exchanged looks with him after you left, a silent agreement settling between the two as Mingyu trudged after you.
Tumblr media
When Chan said the tent was small, you forgot just how small he had meant.
The tent was barely big enough to fit a sleeping bag, let alone 2. Meaning you and Mingyu were to be up each other’s asses the rest of the night. Your shoulder deflated as you sighed, a disapproved look etched on your face.
You began to roll out the sleeping bag on the hard floor of the tent, adjusting it so it was as close to the wall as possible. With all the rustling of the bag as it slid around, you didn’t notice the sound of the tent unzipping. That is, until someone coughed right next to your ear.
You let out a sharp screech, body jumping out of its skin before you fell to the ground in shock. After you recovered from the almost heart attack, you whipped around to be with the sullen expression of Mingyu. His features resembled a puppy as his eyes were innocently looking into your own.
He moved to sit on his own sleeping bag he had set up earlier, “I’m really sorry for how I acted earlier, y/n”
You fell back onto your butt, sitting criss cross across from Mingyu. Your lip was hues of red and purple, your teeth had been gnawing on since he entered.
“I know”
Mingyu shook his head, a guilty look present in his eyes, “no, y/n. I shouldn’t have acted like that, you’re allowed to be friends with whoever you want” He paused, thoughts going haywire as he looked at you, Your face showed anger? sadness? He wasn’t sure, all he knew was he didn’t want to ever be the cause of them again.
Sucking in a breath, Mingyu quickly rambled, “I-I like you, Y/n- actually, no. I love it you”
Your heart stopped, pulse slowing down for a split second before rapidly speeding up, “w-what?” Your voice was soft, confused even.
Mingyu smiled, canines on full display. He shifted closer to you, smushing your face between his hands, “I love you y/n”
Before you could register what you were doing, you smashed your lips onto his, teeth clashing from the sudden push. Your cracked lips mixed with his own, the taste of the beer he had with dinner smothered the previous taste of champagne you had drank. Your brain was a fuzzy mess, and your stomach wasn’t so far off either.
You pulled back, a trail of saliva dripping onto your chin. Mingyu pulled his sleeve down, wiping it off, a sheepish grin etched on his face.
“I love you too”
Mingyu melted at your words, quickly reattaching his lips to yours. I think you know how the rest of the night went.

The Warehouse
Tumblr media
Can I request like maybe a Halloweeny smut (??) with Wonwoo in like an abandoned factory (like the gose ep with the ghosts) or escape room but reader is not a fan of scary stories and terrified of clowns but she accepts the adventure anyways because detective!mode Wonwoo is such a turn onnnn thank you so much and please if you decide to write something like this don't feel pressured to post around Halloween 🎃 I always enjoy reading your stories! Thank you for your time and hard work! 😽
AN: Sorry this took me so long to write! I tried to get it done by Halloween and failed to do so :/ but I hope you still find it enjoyable!
Warnings for: Sex, sex in a public abandoned warehouse, mentions of clowns and dolls, being a slightly terror fic, also no condoms, and creampies.
-
“So... We have to stay here all night?”
“If we want to prove that this place isn’t haunted, that’s what we have to do.”
“And... We’re sure it’s not haunted... Right?”
Wonwoo didn’t respond to you as he thumbed through the contents of his bag, seeming to go back through his mental list of things you two would need for the night. You watched him for a few moments in silence, but eventually your anxiety was making you just a tad too distracted. You sighed and looked down to your feet, kicking up the dirt beneath them.
Finally Wonwoo let out a content sound and resecured his bag over his shoulder.
“A place can’t be haunted if ghosts aren’t real,” Wonwoo said assuredly. He looked over at you and hummed thoughtfully. “You don’t look so sure however. Don’t tell me you’re scared.”
When Kwon Soonyoung had come to Wonwoo about an abandoned factory he wanted to repurpose, Wonwoo said yes to the job of proving it wasn’t haunted before Soonyoung had even finished what he was saying.
You weren’t sure why Wonwoo was always eager for the overnight jobs- always trying to stay up late in strange places that people swore up and down held cold spots and scary creatures. It certainly wasn’t those projects of his that you looked forward to. Personally, you were a very easily frightened person.
Just someone closing a book too loud in the library could make you shriek in surprise. So, normally, when it came to Wonwoo’s spookier adventures you tended to busy yourself playing video games safely indoors with Kim Mingyu.
But recently with Halloween being just around the corner, Wonwoo was busy with debunking so many places that he didn’t really have the time for you. It wasn’t anything he had said or done but... You knew that if you wanted to actually spend some time with Wonwoo you would have to suck it up and go on this one trip with him.
So you packed up for a overnight trip and begged him to let you come watch him work. It took a little bit of persuading, but he decided that he would let it slide if you assured him you would be okay.
“So... I just know that I’m going to regret asking this but... What exactly is supposed to be the problem with this place anyways?” You asked Wonwoo. He glanced back at you, his eyebrows high in surprise at the question.
“Oh you don’t know?”
He turned his attention back to the camera and hummed.
“Story has it that this used to be a factory for this really popular toy in the late 80s called Q-Tee. They had the whole management set up here. Like they oversaw the process of everything, including marketing. The toys weren’t doing great here... On account of them scaring children at night, so they decided to give the brand a mascot to help them sell better.”
“The mascot was supposed to be kind of like a Santa Claus, but the kids were scared of him too, and turned out the guy had a few screws loose. He ended up kidnapping a bunch of children- and almost killed them all. But before he could cops busted in. He didn’t want to go to jail so he got a gun and shot himself and now supposedly he haunts the place, still trying to get people to buy the toy.”
Wonwoo shrugged.
“Honestly, it’s not creative, but I guess it’s enough to freak out people who want to buy the place.”
You shifted uncomfortably but tried your best not to worry too much. Out of all the things that you were scared of ghosts certainly weren’t the worst thing that could be haunting this place.
“What was the toy anyways?” You asked him lightly, trying to make yourself sound brave.”
He once again shrugged.
“Clowns would you believe it.” Your heart stopped. If there was one thing that you absolutely could not handle it was a ghost clown. A clown doll- scary but can be destroyed. A clown itself- simply avoidable despite those terrifying painted eyes. But a clown ghost? Unavoidable. Avenging and- probably your number one biggest nightmare.
You grabbed on to Wonwoo’s wrist, holding him a little tighter as he switched on the camera.
“But don’t you worry,” Wonwoo continued, clearly not noticing your sudden change in attitude. “We’re here to prove that the ghosts here aren’t real. And no one has been to this factory in years. So, this job will be a piece of cake.”
Hours passed and nothing.
The room got darker, the clock kept ticking, Wonwoo turned another page in his book.
You sighed. You couldn’t believe that on top of being in a place right out of your nightmares you were bored. And desperate for something to do.
You got to your feet and began to look around on some of the shelves in the room that you were in. You could see something small in the back corner of one of them, so you reached forward for it curiously. You wrapped your fingers softly around it, and turned it around.
The item itself was soft in your hand, and had on a purple and silver diamond outfit. It was covered slightly in dust, but that wasn’t what bothered you. The pattern gave you a bad pinch of nostalgia, that made you hesitantly drag your eyes up to the face of the doll.
You screamed and threw the doll back towards the shelf when you saw the painted face of a clown.
It was hideous, with large white diamonds making its eyes look even bigger, a bright red nose, and dark skin that made the chipping white paint even more off putting. You raced back over to Wonwoo, burying your face into his chest
“I saw one,” you screeched.
Wonwoo laughed and peeled you off of him.
“It was just a doll,” he said lightly, patting your head in- frankly- an awful attempt to calm you down. “Don’t tell me you were scared of a doll?”
“It was not a doll it was a clown doll,” you stated back pointedly. “And I’m not scared of dolls... Well not that doll, I’m just... Scared of clowns.”
Wonwoo laughed softly at you, his fingers taking you by your shoulders carefully.
“There aren’t any clowns here,” he assured you softly. “And there haven’t been for many many years.”
The look in his eyes made you want to believe that what he was saying was true. You felt yourself ease down a little, your fingers lightly brushing against his.
“You promise?” You asked. He nodded.
“I promise.” He assured. “In fact... I’m so confident that you will be fine, that why don’t we do a little something to pass the time hm?”
At first you completely missed the implication in Wonwoo’s voice. Assuming that he was talking about maybe reading a book together or playing a round of Among Us on his phone. But instead of that you suddenly felt a cool hand slip under your shirt. You wiggled under the touch.
“You want to do that...” You looked around the warehouse nervously. “Here?”
Wonwoo hummed, his other hand chilling the skin beneath it as he rested it against your stomach.
“Why not? There’s no one around?” Wonwoo’s voice was comforting despite the location and honestly, where your heart should be racing due to environment, your heart was racing because Wonwoo’s hands on you were completely intoxicating.
You let out a long whine.
“We still shouldn’t do it,” you whispered quietly. Wonwoo gave you a smile.
“Oh, and is that a no?” He asked softly as he lifted you up, placing you gingerly on the table. You wrapped your legs around his torso and rolled your hips against him.
“I guess I’m not really one to say no to sex with you,” you said with a grin.
Wonwoo smiled back at that, his fingers digging into your hips.
“Hm, then I guess here is the perfect place to do it.” Wonwoo dipped his head down at that, his lips brushing against the nape of your neck. You whined softly and tilted your chin upwards so that he had better access to you as he began to kiss at the warm skin there, his teeth nipping at you every once in a while.
With each little touch a shock ran through your body, sending heat right down to your core.
You whined and wrapped your arms tightly around Wonwoo’s body. Your eyes started to drift down his body, trailing over first his broad shoulders, down his chest. As you were looking at him Wonwoo smiled and took the bottom edge of his shirt, pulling it over his shirt and tossing it over onto the floor. You groaned at that, throwing your head back.
“Wonwoo we just washed that shirt,” you whined. Wonwoo just grinned at you as he discarded the rest of his clothes.
“We can wash it again.”
He leaned forward and began to kiss your neck again, effectively shutting you up. You whined and squirmed under him, but he soon grew tired of your movement and placed his hands on your hips as he kissed you to still you. You were pretty happy with just letting Wonwoo explore your body with his lips, each kiss sending a small shiver through your body- but after a while you got eager for more...
You wriggled a little under his grip again until he loosened his hands and then you brought your hand down blindly until your fingers had wrapped around his thick member. You smiled and began to slowly struck it, feeling pleasantly surprised by how turned on Wonwoo clearly was by the little moans leaving his lips with every twist of your wrist.
“Hmm, how does that feel?” You teased lightly. Wonwoo didn’t respond, instead he grunted and in one swift motion, pulled your button-up open, and threw your pants and underwear to the side.
You whined as cold air hit your body, and you wrapped your legs around Wonwoo’s waist to try and warm up. Wonwoo chuckled.
“How does that feel?” He parroted back to you. You tried to send him a glare for the reaction but before it could really hit it’s mark, you felt a finger slide into you.
Wonwoo’s fingers were cold and big and yo felt your whole body jolt a little bit when yo felt his digit slide knuckle deep into you and then curl at the end.
“I can’t believe I’m going to let you-” The finger slid out of your body before you could finish speaking about it made you whine lowly, your thighs quivering. Wonwoo didn’t think twice before slowly beginning to ease his finger in and out of you, watching in amazement as your pussy took his digit.
He made quick work, working one- two- three fingers into your pussy, until his fingers were a dripping mess and you were literally begging for his cock.
“Fine, fine, but next time be a little more patient.”
Wonwoo slid his cock deep inside of you, and at first he just sat there- HIs cock throbbing inside your dripping pussy while his chest heaved up and down with breath after breath.
And then, finally he began to slowly slide out. You groaned in pleasure, your fingers curling into his back at the friction the action caused- Only to yelp when Wonwoo suddenly pushed himself hard back into you.
He sat there again for a few moments, just listening to your whine’s and half-hearted pleas for him to continue, before slowly sliding out again and pushing himself back in.
If nothing else, Wonwoo was a bit of a sadist in that way when he fucked you. He liked to find his own pace and fuck you at it no matter how you felt about the pace. If he found pleasure in the sounds you made while he was fucking you- that was all that mattered.
And he always found pleasure in the sounds you made when he was fucking you.
Every thrust made your toes curl, and made you want to cry out as complete and utter pleasure washed over you.
You could feel yourself approaching an orgasm, and Wonwoo seemed to notice too. He opened his mouth- surely to comment on it when suddenly his eyebrows furrowed. He began to quicken his pace fucking you- he was getting closer to an orgasm as well- but he kept glancing up.
“What?” You asked. “What’s wrong?” “It’s nothing...”
His eyes flickered upwards again.
“Wonwoo-” “I just... I could have sworn I saw something.”
You twisted your body around to see, but the movement just made Wonwoo’s’ cock slam right into the spot that made you moan even louder. Your eyes slammed shut and you wrapped your arms tightly around Wonwoo’s neck.
“Wooo-”
“Oh I know what I see now,” Wonwoo said, a hitch of horror in his voice as he spoke. You looked back up at him, eyes wide in fear.
“What? What do you see?”
“A ghost,” Wonwoo responded, his voice barely above a whisper. Then, without warning his hands jumped to your sides, making your whole body lurch. You screamed and as you did, you felt yourself beginning to cum.
Wonwoo felt it too as he pinned you down by your stomach and fucked you hard through your orgasm, unloading his cum into you with a loud moan of his own. Once he had finally collapsed on top of you, you grunted and shoved him over.
“You... You fucking sadist.” Wonwoo bit out a laugh.
“Come on,” he insisted. “It was fun wasn’t it?”
You didn’t tell him it was.
“We are never doing this again.” But it was kind of fun.
And you two did do it again.

This has been 98% done for weeks, but I couldn’t write a proper ending for the life of me. Huge, giant thank you to Mars (@joheun-saram) and Danna (@unoriginal-username15432) for beta reading this and helping me try and scrounge up an ending I didn’t hate! ❤️❤️

You can swear that Mingyu texted you the right address. The house number on your phone clearly reads 1230, which matches the numbers on the beige paneled house in front of you. The street is quite dark for it to be nearly 10:30 pm on Halloween night, but the music is loud enough that you can hear it from the sidewalk.
You glance at your texts once more and make your way up to the porch, music blaring as soon as you open the door. The inside of the house is not as dark as it looked from the outside, but it’s still dim, and there aren’t enough lights. Surprisingly, it doesn't smell like cheap beer and weed, which you’re used to smelling, having been to many house parties. Instead, the air is reminiscent of burning incense and something that you can only describe as a coppery scent.
Squinting, you see if you can recognize any of the nearby faces, but you can’t place a name to anyone around you. You pull your phone out of your clutch and shoot a quick text message to the group chat to see where your friends are.
Y/n: Hellooooooo I just walked in. Where are you losers?
Mingyu: Wow and only an hour and a half late
Wonwoo: We’re in the kitchen
Vernon: I will literally down all of these jell-o shots if you don’t get your ass in here
Y/n: IF THAT INCLUDES THE CHERRY ONES I WILL END YOU CHWE 😡
Vernon: 🍒👅
Y/n: 🔪🔪
With nothing but cherry jell-o and strangling your friend on your mind, you miss the multiple sets of eyes staring at you until you put your phone away. A group of costumed party-goers is watching your every move from where they’re standing near the staircase. At least two of them have glowing red contacts, which doesn’t help your unease. Eager to leave, your eyes scan the room, and you decide to venture to the left of the house, away from most of the crowd.
Upon reaching the kitchen, you don’t see Mingyu, Vernon, or any of your other friends. The kitchen itself is empty altogether. After sending a quick text telling your friends to stop fucking with you, you decide a drink is in order.
A quick survey of the dismal spread tells you your only options are clear bottles of red wine and a punch bowl of what you can only assume is jungle juice or another alcoholic punch concoction.
Deciding on the punch, you ladle yourself a cup. It’s oddly thick when you scoop it, and it drips instead of pours into your plastic cup. Taking a sniff, you notice it’s the same coppery smell that got your attention when you first walked in. Up close, the scent makes you gag, and you recoil. What the fuck is in this drink?
Before you can take a cautionary sip, the sense of a presence has you halting and whipping around, only to knock into the solid body that appeared behind you. Two sturdy arms belonging to the man who caught you wrap around your waist, keeping you from busting your ass completely.
“Shit, I’m so sorry!” You laugh awkwardly and try to remove yourself from his arms, but his grip is much stronger than yours.
“No need to apologize, doll. It’s an honor to be this close to you.” You narrow your eyes at him. Something about his tone is off, and you don’t like it. With a quick survey of him, you see that admittedly, he’s extremely good looking. Between his dark, curly hair, thick thighs, and tattoos peeking through the sheer sleeve of his grey shirt, he’s definitely your type, but again, something is off, and you can’t pinpoint it. Even in a bunny-eared headband and a painted-on pink nose, it doesn’t seem right to be here with him like this.
“Well, uh, thank you,” Again, you attempt to wiggle out of his hold, but instead, he pulls you closer, burying his nose into your neck. “What the f-”
“Do you have any idea how divine you smell?”
“Thank you? Look, just l-let me g-go,” A sudden fuzzy sensation takes over your body, and your ability to form coherent sentences seems harder than earlier. You hadn’t even taken a sip of punch, so you know it can’t be that.
The mystery bunny man uses your lethargy to his advantage and places a few kisses on your neck. His lips are cold and send a chill through your body. You want to shove him away, but your mind is hazy.
“This’ll only hurt a bit, doll, but you’ll like it, I promise,” he murmurs into your skin. Your mouth won’t let you ask what he means, but then you feel the sharpness of his teeth grazing your skin. Your brain is screaming, but no sound leaves your lips. This is wrong. Very, very wrong. Are you seriously about to be bitten by a vampire?
“Jungkook, what do you think you’re doing?” A deep voice ringing out through the kitchen has the man you now know as Jungkook pausing before his teeth pierce your skin.
He lets out a scoff and pulls away from you. “Oh, come on, Hyung, what does it look like?”
The man enters your vision from behind Jungkook, and you make eye contact, doing your best to plead with him without words.
“Let her go and stop using your powers on her. Poor girl’s eyes look as dead as your heart.”
Jungkook mumbles something you can’t hear under his breath and releases the hold he has on you. You slump back, and in an instant, the fog that was swirling around your head lifts. You blink a few times as your senses return.
“You’re no fun.” Jungkook pouts at the other man before stomping out of the kitchen, leaving the two of you alone.
After watching Jungkook go, the man turns back to you, his chocolate eyes scanning you from head to toe. You can’t help but shrink further under his gaze. His vibe is different from Jungkook’s, less menacing, but he is just as attractive, which still makes you nervous. Slicked back black hair showcases intense eyebrows and a chiseled jaw. He’s tall and not as muscular but can still clearly throw you around like a doll if he wanted to. And honestly, you kind of want him to.
“I do apologize on behalf of him. He’s the youngest of my brothers and still behaves recklessly sometimes.” He smiles widely, and you see fangs poking out, even though he is very clearly wearing the signature purple suit of the Joker. “I’m Taehyung, and I like your costume, by the way. Are you a leopard?”
You adjust your leopard print jumpsuit, suddenly very aware of how form-fitting it is. “Y/n. And no, I’m Scary Spice. You know, from the Spice Girls?” This makes him chuckle.
“Of course, my mistake.”
You point towards his outfit. “If you’re the Joker, why isn’t your face done up to match?”
Taehyung shrugs. “It’s an old costume that I threw on last minute. I didn’t have much time for the whole thing.” He’s still smirking at you. “What’s the matter, kitten?” He asks, but his tone suggests that he knows exactly what you’re thinking.
You do your best to ignore the way his use of the pet name affects you. “I just want to find my friends. They should be here waiting for me.”
“Oh? Who are your friends? I know everyone at this party.”
“Uh, do you know Mingyu, Vernon, Wonwoo, or Seungcheol? They’re dressed as the other four Spice Girls, so they’re not hard to miss.”
After a few seconds of thinking, the man shakes his head. “Nope, can’t say anyone by those names are here...but I think you knew that already.” He starts to advance towards you, trapping you in place. “It seems you’ve stumbled into the wrong Halloween party, kitten.”
You dig your phone out of your clutch and double-check the address, showing it to him. He shakes his head. “That’s the next street over.”
Something had told you before even walking into the house that something was wrong, but hearing Taehyung confirm it proved that you weren’t just paranoid. The smell of copper and the red liquid in the kitchen, the alleged glowing contacts of people in the front room, and the fact that Jungkook nearly took a literal bite out of you all pointed to what this was. You believed in the supernatural, sure, but it was never at the forefront of your mind that you would run into a supernatural person. Until tonight.
“How interesting,” Taehyung starts. “The realization that you’ve shown up to a party hosted by a house full of vampires doesn’t seem to stress you out nearly as much as it should. Why is that?”
You’re honestly not sure, and when you tell him that, he laughs. “You know, you humans are always so fascinated with the supernatural, especially with us. We’re truly not that different than you all, you know.” Taehyung has you pressed against the counter, and you know he can hear how fast your heart is beating. You watch as his eyes flicker from brown to a deep red color.
The way he’s looking at you is different from Jungkook’s earlier gaze. The latter made you feel helpless since you had seemingly lost control over yourself. It was scary, and you are more than glad that Taehyung swooped in when he did. With him, though, the way that he’s hovering over you and studying your face is exhilarating.
Maybe you’ve finally lost it. Maybe every failed relationship you’ve had has finally gotten to you. Perhaps you’re that desperate right now. Either way, being in the arms of a vampire is better than any human you’ve been this close to.
“Your heart is racing right now. I already know the answer, but tell me anyway; what are you thinking?” He’s so close to you that his lips graze your earlobe. All of your senses are on high alert in the best way possible.
“About you.”
“And what about me?”
“Kissing you.”
Taehyung chuckles and licks his lips. Slow and deliberate. “Oh my, how forward of you. We’ve only just met, kitten.”
You stutter as a blush creeps up your neck. “I-I’m-”
“I’m only teasing you.” Taehyung’s nimble fingers come up to toy with one of your bra straps peeking out of the neckline of your jumpsuit. “I’ve been thinking about kissing you since you walked through the front door.”
He watched you walk in? How long had he been watching you? Before you can ask him, his lips are pressing into yours with a sense of urgency as he brings his body closer to yours. The marble countertop digging into your back is insignificant compared to the way your body buzzes in response to Taehyung. His mouth tastes sweet, and his lips are so soft, which are both heavy contrasts to the way his broad hands are gripping your hips so tight you’re sure you’re bruising through your outfit.
The way his teeth nip at your bottom lip elicits a soft moan from you. He uses the opportunity to suck your tongue into his mouth, and your quiet sounds grow louder, as does the stickiness in your panties. His sharp canines graze against your tongue, and you’re so close to begging him to take you on the kitchen floor of this strange house. Just as you begin rutting against his muscled thigh between your legs, he pulls away, leaving you panting and whimpering.
“You’ve got to go now, kitten.”
“Wh-What?” Your body is still buzzing while Taehyung looks much more composed.
“Your friends are waiting for you.”
“But I don’t want to.” You whine out, sounding childish, but you don’t care. You can’t believe he’s just going to leave you like this.
“Just close your eyes for me. Can you do that?” He’s whispering in your ear again, and your knees nearly buckle.
“Taehyung, I want you so bad.” Your words echo, and they sound slurred. It’s harder to open your eyes.
“And you’ll have me, kitten. Soon.” He places a kiss on your neck, and the same woozy, disconnected sensation you had felt with Jungkook washes over you. You can’t open your eyes, and you want so badly to say something to Taehyung, but your tongue feels impossibly heavy, and you seemingly have forgotten how to speak. Before you can gather any more thoughts, everything goes quiet and dark.
Tumblr media
“Y/n? Wake up.” Hearing your name brings you out of your sleep-like state. As your eyes open and adjust, you anticipate the chiseled face of the vampire you were just kissing, but instead of seeing Taehyung’s piercing red eyes, you’re met with Mingyu’s brown ones.
Sitting up fast, you see your friend kneeling in front of you. Vernon, Wonwoo, and Seungcheol stand behind him with matching looks of concern mixed with annoyance.
“What’s going on?” You ask, thoroughly confused.
“We’ve been looking for you for like an hour! You stopped answering our texts, so we practically turned the house upside down, trying to find you!” Vernon explained.
“Come to find out you’re just here in the living room. Passed out on the couch.” Seungcheol deadpans.
Looking around, you see that you’re lying on a grey cloth couch. Around you is the rest of the party. A few people are glancing your way in concern, but for the most part, the remainder of the partygoers don’t notice you or your friends. The room is well lit and reeks of beer. The complete opposite of the house full of vampires you had just been in.
Or that you thought you had just been in.
“Where’s Taehyung?”
“Who?” Mingyu offers you his hand, which you take.
“Taehyung. Dark hair, dressed as the Joker.”
“The only guy here I’ve seen dressed at the Joker is Minghao.” Wonwoo gestures to another mutual friend across the room whose tongue is currently down a Harley Quinn’s throat.
“Well, now that we know you’re not dead in a ditch somewhere, are you up to actually enjoy the rest of the party?” Vernon asks as he adjusts his Sporty Spice track pants.
You agree and follow your friends over to another group of people you all know. Your head doesn’t hurt, and the fog over your mind is completely clear, but you’re still confused. Recalling the handful of shots you threw back before you left home to pregame, you try to remember if it was enough to cause you to blackout on the couch. Your dream felt so real, from how Jungkook influenced your mind to the pure need that Taehyung filled you with. You can practically still feel his grip on your body and his mouth on yours.
When Vernon offers you a glass of water, you down it in less than a minute to calm your vivid memories of Taehyung and the dull ache between your legs.
Tumblr media
Only another hour goes by before you, and your friends say your goodbyes and pile into your respective Ubers. Once you’re home, you get ready for bed with your mind still stuck on your dream and Taehyung. You think of him as you undress and shower, not able to resist touching yourself at the realistic sensation of him.
He’s still on your mind as you settle into bed and attempt to distract yourself by scrolling through Twitter. You’re so caught up in your head that you don’t even notice the figure reclining on your couch across the room until he clears his throat.
Nearly jumping out of your skin, you sit up and whip around, ready to fight your intruder. You abandon this quickly when you see him stand up.
“Taehyung?”
“Hello, kitten,” his smooth, deep baritone echoes through the quiet room. He is at your bedside in no time, your studio apartment not leaving much space between the two of you, to begin with.
“I-I thought, uh, I thought you were a dream,” you stutter as he crawls onto your bed. You notice he’s no longer in his Joker costume, but a pair of black slacks and loose, white button-down instead. He still looks breathtaking. “I was with you...but then I wasn’t? I was with my friends, and you were gone, and I-”
“Ssh,” he places a finger over your lips. “Don’t worry about that right now, kitten. I’m here now, and we need to finish what we started.” His hand travels up your thigh as he speaks, fingers dangerously close to your core. “I heard you in the shower a little bit ago. I know how much you missed me.”
Did you fall asleep with your phone in your hand? Is this truly happening?
You aren’t entirely sure, but the way Taehyung suddenly tears your shirt open and latches his lips around your nipple feels very real to you. The number of times he has you orgasming into the night is also very real, and the soreness you feel throughout your body stays with you even as you wake the next morning.
It’s obvious Taehyung is determined to make sure you stop doubting his existence and thinking your time together is some sort of dream, even if it takes him the entirety of the day and into the rest of the weekend.

Tumblr media
“Okay, but I would rather not go to a strip club to celebrate my 22nd birthday. I would’ve been fine with bbq.” Mingyu says as he steps out of the car with Minghao and Seokmin at his side, excited smiles on their faces. He glances up at the sight in front of him, raising an eyebrow when he sees a small bakery.
“I feel like we should go to a strip club at least once in our lives.” Seokmin tells him, to which Minghao nods his head in agreement. Mingyu’s eyes widen in confusion when the two lead him into the cute bakery, with a theme of baby pink and leafy plants used as decoration. Mingyu opens his mouth to protest when Seokmin walks up to the counter, only to freeze the moment the cashier pops up with a knowing smile.
“Jun?!” He glances over, winking at Mingyu as he walks to the other counter, raising it up to let the three of them in. Another coworker of Jun’s takes over the register, waiting for another customer.
“Happy birthday big guy.” Jun greets Mingyu, patting his back as they follow him into the kitchen.
“You guys are making me work on my birthday?” Mingyu asks with wide eyes as they step past the kitchen. Minghao lets out a giggle at that, shaking his head while Jun and Seokmin roll their eyes. Jun opens a door, showing a glowing staircase leading downstairs. He turns to glance at Mingyu, lips curving up into a smirk. “You’ll see.”
Mingyu raises an eyebrow at the sound of a bass as they walk farther down the stairs, only for his mouth to drop open when they finally make it to the bottom floor. He takes in the dark purple lights illuminating themselves on the ceiling and floor, noticing a crowd beginning to gather around the stage. The ceiling is made of mirrors, and he sees his reflection from above. He’s about to look around more, but immediately covers his eyes when a girl walks past him in nothing but a thong and a bra. Seokmin and Minghao laugh at Mingyu’s innocence, and Jun shakes his head with a smile.
“You’re allowed to look, Gyu.”
“But they didn’t give me their consent.”
“Mingyu, we’re in the middle of a strip club. That’s their work attire. You can look, but you cannot touch unless they give you their consent.” Jun explains, but Mingyu still continues to cover his eyes. Minghao and Seokmin giggle, patting Mingyu’s back as they continue through the club.
“The bakery you work at is an underground strip club?!” Mingyu asks Jun, still covering his eyes as the four guide him towards the front row seats near the stage. “Yup, only those with an invite are allowed to come here.”
“Who decides who gets an invite?” Mingyu gets placed onto the seat, and Minghao removes his hands from over his eyes to be able to see the large stage with a pole right before him. Seokmin sits down beside him, as does Minghao, while Jun just stands in front of them with a knowing grin.
“I do.” Jun answers, and Mingyu’s eyes bulge out of their sockets.
“Since when?!”
“This place was handed down to me by an old friend a year ago, and now I keep things running. I renovated the club a bit, the poles weren’t in the best condition and such.” Jun explains nonchalantly, settling down beside Minghao.
“And you managed to not tell anyone in our friend group… how?” Jun chuckles, as do Minghao and Seokmin.
“I’ve mentioned it before! You typically just close your eyes when I’ve talked about it at our hangouts though.” Mingyu raises a hand to the back of his neck, scratching it in confusion at how he’s the only one who hasn’t known about Jun’s double life. He’s about to ask another question when the lights dim, and then turn back on, then repeat two more times. Seokmin and Minghao grin excitedly, and Mingyu jumps slightly at the start of the loud hoots and cheers from the men and women in the seats behind him.
“What does that mean?” Jun just points towards the stage as his response, and Mingyu turns his head to see a figure hidden by the darkness of the stage.
“You’ll see.”
You let out a breath as you wait for your cue, biting your lip to hide back your smile at the sound of loud cheers behind you. You hear the first beat of the song, earned it, and you turn around slowly. A playful smirk makes its way onto your face as the cheers get louder.
Mingyu’s breath gets taken away from him once the light finally hits you, and Jun knowingly smiles at his reaction. You glance up at the crowd, eyes hooded seductively. Similar to that of a tiger going in for its prey.
a/n: horanghae <3
Jun leans back in his seat, high fiving Minghao and winking at Seokmin, feeling accomplished. All while Mingyu watches in a state of awe as you dance down the stage, slowly inching off the sheer pink, floral robe you’re wearing.
He notices a twinkle on your face, and he feels his heart rate increase when he sees the single diamond under each eye. Your hair falls in waves, giving you the appearance that you’re soft when the way you’re moving is anything but. You smirk as you grasp one of the poles on the side, doing a slow spin around it. You smile at the loud cheers, finally letting the robe slowly fall behind you as you walk towards the pole at the center of the stage. Mingyu clenches the arm of the seat tightly when he sees the pink lace, feeling like he’s about to pass out at your beauty. There’s glitter painted all over your body, giving you the appearance that you’re sparkling under the different lights being shined onto you.
an angel, Mingyu thinks to himself as he watches you do a pirouette.
You grasp the pole, and your eyes trail down to see Jun sitting in the front row. You almost raise an eyebrow at the sight of your friend/boss, only for you to glance to his right and see an incredibly handsome man. You spin around the pole, arching your back as you finally face him again. You give him a smile, sending him a wink, which sends your audience into a frenzy. Seokmin lets out a loud laugh at Mingyu’s reaction, finding him clutching his dress shirt tightly in his hands at the fact that you noticed him.
Minghao and Jun cheer loudly as you grab the pole with both hands, lifting yourself up into the air and doing a fan kick. Mingyu watches with a clenched jaw as you let your feet touch the floor again, leaning your back against it for a quick second.
You smile at the feeling of his eyes on you, excited for him to see the climax of your routine. You grasp the pole with both hands, and give enough momentum to flip yourself upside down, spinning around on the pole for a moment. Before you adjust your hand placement, and let your legs open into a split. Mingyu’s mouth drops open at the sheer power you have, and you grin at the screams.
You land softly onto the stage, and walk down the steps to the floor. The men and women cheer loudly, calling your name in an attempt to try and get you to perform this next part with them, but you pay them no mind.
you’ve already got your eyes on someone.
Mingyu watches with wide eyes as you walk up to him, and Seokmin squeals when you do a pirouette in front of him. You place both hands on either side of Mingyu, and you lean in close to his face, making sure to arch your back as you do so. You smile when you notice how flustered he is, and you step back after blowing him a kiss.
Mingyu watches your back as you dance away, failing to notice that it’s the end of the song. He stares as you go back up to your pole, kneeling in front of it. You grind up against it at the last line, before leaning back into your ending pose. The cheers are deafening around you, and you smile at the money getting thrown onto the stage. You bow at the crowd, making sure to lock eyes with Mingyu, before turning around and walking down the stage.
All while Mingyu stares in a trance as you disappear behind the curtain.
“Who is she?” He asks after a moment of sitting in silence. Jun smiles, having already expected the question.
“Yn, her name is yn.” Mingyu stares at the curtain for a moment, hoping that you’ll come back out.
“She’s beautiful.” Mingyu mutters, and Minghao chuckles along with Seokmin. Jun gets up from his seat, patting Mingyu’s shoulder.
“She’s the best performer here.”
Tumblr media
“Hi Junnie!” You greet cheerfully as you enter the bakery, walking up to the counter to order. He turns around and frowns at you, and you scoff at his reaction. “You want cookies? Again?”
“Bitch!” You reach your hand up to slap his shoulder and he laughs, backing away to go and get you the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Taking a quick glance around the cute bakery, you smile softly at how starkly different it is downstairs. It’s similar to that of your double life.
university student by day, most popular stripper at the bakery by night.
You purse your lips once you consider the idea of buying something else, knowing that your classes run a bit longer today due to your lab in the afternoon. You flip your hair over your shoulder as you peek through the window of the display box, trying to see if you want to order something else before you head to your classes in an hour.
“I recommend the mangotale.” A deep voice says behind you, and you grin, turning around to thank them when you pause. Mingyu’s smile slowly falls off his face as he stares into your eyes, finding them to be a lot softer when you’re not performing.
“You’re yn.” Mingyu mutters, and you nod your head in response, words failing to form in your throat. His black hair is fluffy and lays over his forehead, a contrast to it being styled up the night before. He’s wearing a simple muted green polo and jeans, and you find that he seems tiny compared to his actual height. You open your mouth to ask for his name when,
“Ah, so you two finally met.” You and Mingyu both turn to Jun at the same time, who is walking back up to the counter, box of cookies in hand. You let out a smile and clap excitedly at the sweet treats, making Mingyu coo internally at how cute you are.
but also question your duality because how can someone be so cute yet so sexy and borderline intimidating at the same time?!?!
“Yn, this is Mingyu. Mingyu, this is yn. Now kiss.” Jun states nonchalantly after you hand him your card. You choke on your saliva while Mingyu gives Jun a death glare. To which he just smiles and shoots him finger guns.
“Isn’t that a bit soon? I don’t kiss on the first date, let alone before the date is even considered.” You tell Jun, giving him a look that says:
I will murder you in your sleep if you continue to play matchmaker even though Mingyu is incredibly handsome and definitely my type. Do. Not. Test. Me. I swear to God I will literally break into your apartment and-
“Well, I can treat you to coffee?” Mingyu asks, and you pause your internal monologue to glance at the attractive man. He’s staring at you with a small smile on his face, waiting for your answer, and you gape at him like a fish out of water. Jun chuckles at your reaction, placing your card towards your hand and leaning back against the counter to watch what unfolds.
“Y-you wanna treat m-me to coffee?”
“Jesus Christ yn, you’re literally the most confident person on stage and yet off stage you’re panicking over Mingyu asking you on a date.” Jun states, and you turn to hush him. Mingyu lets out a giggle, and you feel your knees get weak at the wonderful sound. He tilts his head to the side, waiting for your response, and you take that moment to muster up the confidence you have on stage.
atta girl, Jun thinks to himself as you glance back at Mingyu and flash him a bright smile.
“Yes, I would like to get coffee with you.” You finally answer, and Mingyu lets out a breath of relief. He turns towards Jun, giving him thumbs up, before turning back to you and giving you a big smile.
“Well, what would you like?” Mingyu asks as he gestures towards the display box of baked goodies, and then points towards the menu with a list of drinks. You giggle happily at the prospect of you being on a date right now, before biting your lip to hide another smile from coming up.
Jun chuckles quietly at you, she’s the most attainable girl at the bakery and yet she’s so giddy about being on a date with mingyu.
“Let’s try the mangotale.” You say, pointing at the mango jelly filled bread that he suggested to you earlier. Mingyu grins at you, feeling that this is going to be the start of something beautiful when you glance back up at him and give him a bright smile.
“Wonderful choice.”

Tumblr media
The sky is a hazy purple when Kim Mingyu reappears in your life.
There’s streaks of red on the horizon, like a bitter reminder of what it has taken to slowly heal, and something restless inside you is able to settle at the sight for a few moments as you look on from your porch.
You can tell it’s him the minute his figure solidifies past the sunflower field, but still, you rest your hand on the rifle warily. He doesn’t see you until he’s staring down your barrel, and he slows significantly.
“Stop right there.” Unwavering, you cock your rifle, aiming it straight at him.
“It’s me.” Mingyu blinks, halting, holding his hands up. He seems taller than you remember, honeyed skin curving over firm muscles.
“I know who you are.”
Kim Mingyu. You flash back to the moonlit night, tinted in deep blue and black, silver highlighting itself across his back like a sculptor’s pride. You shake yourself out of it quickly.
No use in dwelling over dreams held too closely to the heart.
“Take off your clothes.”
“Huh?” Mingyu’s features draw together confusedly, with a tinge of embarrassment.
“I need to make sure you’re not marked. It’s not like I haven’t seen you without them before.” You add on, unimpressed at his pace, and Mingyu reluctantly obliges.
“I would have enjoyed a nice candlelit dinner or something before this, didn’t know you were so possessive-”
“Oh, shut up.” You bite back a choked laugh that you hate being unable to control at his words, and Mingyu grins.
He’s got a new scar rippling across his shoulder as he turns slowly in a circle, and the others are committed to memory, traced under your fingertips more than enough.
“I think you trust me enough to know I don’t have a mark down there.” Mingyu smirks amusedly, eyes flicking down to his boxers.
You glare at him, letting your aim drop. He puts on his clothes methodically, tilting his head at you.
“You do remember that the sunflowers repel marked ones right?”
“Evolution is a sneaky bitch.” You sigh, leaning the rifle back against the rail, and Mingyu steps up the rickety porch, standing in front of you.
I missed you. You want to say. I’m glad you’re alive.
“Why are you here?”
“I dunno.” I wanted to see you if you still were here. “Nowhere else I could have gone.”
“Didn’t you know?” You crack a sarcastic grin. “We have the entire world at our fingertips.”
                                                  ♜ ♜ ♜
The Apocalypse is expected.
You’re taught about it in school, the news broadcasting daily updates about another storm, another decrease in air quality, another hole in the atmosphere. The sky bled further to red every day, until you and Mingyu barely remembered its true colour.
The Virus, however, throws the world further into tempestuous chaos.
Till this day, no one knows exactly what bacteria, what symptoms, anything, except that a sickly circle mark appears somewhere on your skin.
With governments already crumbling, the disease made them shrink further within themselves, the upper class secluding themselves, and the lower succumbing, while the middle struggled, and you and Mingyu were the very latter.
Being next door neighbours, it was predetermined fate to be close friends with one another, walking home from school together, swapping lunches, and sharing secrets. Maybe even sharing a life, a love, a bond, unbreakable unless by death.
“It’s morning.” Mingyu comments, peering out the curtain, judging the light in the sky. Neither of you had slept since the announcement on the news that the Virus was now in your city.
“They’re not coming back.” You state flatly. Mingyu knew it as well, and only sighed. “They’re probably walking around downtown, not even knowing their own names.”
“They’re still our parents.” Mingyu argues weakly.
“Not anymore.”
Grim silence falls.
“Hey.” Mingyu cracks a hesitant smile, nudging you in the side. “Y’know what this means?”
Your wary stare doesn’t betray your curiosity, but Mingyu knows you.
“We have the entire world at our fingertips.”
Some kind of world, you think bitterly as you recall the memory. Yet Mingyu has a half smile on his face at your repeated words of the past, as if the world and your memories in it were meant to be savoured.
You supposed he was somewhat right.
The sky is healing back to blue and something inside you slowly begins to mend with Mingyu at your side.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
“You haven’t changed anything.”
“Of course not.”
Mingyu trails his fingertips along the walls. The wallpaper is peeling now, showing the bones of the structure that held too many memories to change. It felt disrespectful to shift anything, and cleaning the rooms even if they weren’t used, gave you something to do.
“Any word from the others lately?”
“I get letters from ‘Cheol, ‘Hannie, and ‘Shua. By pigeon. Can you believe it? Leave it to ‘Shua to tame pigeons in his spare time.” You snort, and Mingyu laughs at the image of Joshua with a pigeon. “They tell me about the other when they get news.”
“So no one else has visited?”
You shake your head.
“You’ve been alone?”
“I’m never alone.”
Mingyu swallows the lump in his throat. You don’t need to elaborate. He understands.
“I’m scared of forgetting them though.” You whisper. “Jun. Soonyoung. Seungkwan. Hansol. Chan.”
Junhui. No one knows where he is, except Minghao. He wanted it that way, whispering in soft Mandarin to his friend, and Minghao had disappeared for hours after Jun closed his eyes forever.
It was Minghao who pulled the trigger too, Jun pressing the pistol into his hand trustingly, the circle mark creeping out from under his t-shirt collar.
Soonyoung. He’s in the sunflower field, the one who had told you all about their repelling abilities. The sunflower boy, quiet yet exuberant, always facing the light.
He went too soon towards it, getting the group of you out of an abandoned mall populated with marked ones, deep gashes bloodying his clothes. His last breath was in Jeonghan’s arms, in the second bedroom of your house now.
Seungkwan and Hansol. All that you found of them was torn tie-dye cloth, and a battered navy cap, after they didn’t come back from looking for supplies. The last thing they had said to you, you remember clearly. A crooked smile, a breathless laugh. See you later.
Chan.
It was too soon to think about Chan.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
It was a week later when you both agreed to venture out of your house, and to go to the school. It was eerily quiet in your neighbourhood, the red from the atmosphere elongating the shadows.
The school is dark, and you barely make it two steps in when you encounter others.
“Who’s there?” The voice is loud, demanding, and with the shuffling that follows, you can tell you’re outnumbered in the dim light.
There’s a click of a gun, and you and Mingyu freeze. He scrambles for your hand reassuringly. Squeezes it once.
“Names. Now. And why you’re here.”
“We wanted to see if anyone would be here. If anyone could help us.” You stammer after you state your names.
“They’re okay. They’re in my class.” Minghao steps into view solemnly, and suddenly you both feel like you can breathe again.
There’s twelve of them.
Seungcheol, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Soonyoung, Wonwoo, Jihoon, Minghao, Seokmin, Seungkwan, Hansol, and Chan.
A tentative system is already set up in the days they’d arrived before you, and it’s easy to fit in. There’s a lot of travelling by foot until Jeonghan learns how to hotwire cars, tired of walking. There’s a lot of scavenging for weapons and food, competitions made out of it. There’s lots of soft singing, fooling around, and lots of quiet nights, holding each other.
The house is long abandoned by the time you all stumble across it, and it’s quickly shaped into a home.
You remember planting sunflower bulbs. Attempting numerous recipes to accommodate the scarce ingredients and everyone’s tastes. Sticky notes and knick-knacks everywhere. You couldn’t say it was broken when the group diminished in number, but the gaps left with each mourning never went away.
Soon enough, it was only you left in an empty house you still called home, despite lacking everything that once made it one. You, with the wispy dreams long gone, and the nightmares.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
The door slams open, and you wake up, the scream dying in your throat along with the night terror, and you forget you’re not alone anymore when your bedroom door bursts open.
Mingyu holds you close, soothing whispers falling from his lips, rocking you back and forth gently, and you shove him away like his touch scalds you, and in a way it does.
It’s burning, the evocation of the past, and once he relents, a shuddering chill falls over your body.
“Who was it?” Mingyu asks softly, and you can’t look at him. The moon shines too bright for your liking through your window.
You heave, eyes fluttering shut, shaking as a mix of sweat and tears drip down your cheeks.
“Chan.” You croak.
Mingyu imperceptibly flinches as if the gunshot reverberated just outside again.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
Chan was always clinging to you.
It was something the others all teased him about, picking favourites, and you remember his indignant response every time.
“If they don’t have a problem with it, why do you?”
And you never did have a problem. Chan was like your little brother, much like to everyone else in your ragtag team, doting on him in a world where loving care was scarce. You wished you could have shielded him from it all.
“I’m tired.”
“Then go to sleep.” You murmur with a teasing gleam of a smile, comfortingly smoothing his hair back. He’d been having nightmares more frequently since Soonyoung was laid down in the sunflowers, and it was common for one of you to stay up with him.
“Not that kind of tired. I keep… I keep seeing them. I want it to stop.” A tear rolls down his cheek, and you move to brush it away, but he beats you to it, struggling to sit up.
“Channie…”
His head falls to your shoulder, choking out sobs. You hold him close, praying to whatever higher being that may exist to spare him from further despair. And if no such thing existed, you’d swore to make one into life out of your own blood and tears.
“I’m not a baby anymore. You know that right?” He sniffles once he calms down.
“I know.” You blink, startled at his sudden statement.
“I know I’m the youngest… but I can take care of myself.”
“I know.” You nod, and Chan stares piercingly at you, before slumping down against his bed frame.
“I’m tired.”
You don’t say anything, unsettled at his sudden shift.
“Can you go get me a glass of water? I think it’ll help me sleep better.”
“Okay.”
“Thank you.” He calls out, and you pause, smiling at him. He returns it.
You drop the glass when the shot rings out, shattering across the floor, water cascading like the blood on the floorboards just above you.
You run up, uncaring of the glass shards, collapsing to your knees when the sight unfolds in front of you, thundering footsteps of the others hot on your heels.
They have to pry you away from his body, and you’re positive you’ve torn his shirt in your struggle, the blood on your hands unrecognizable from his or from your ripped off nails. The dark stain still lies on the wood under your feet when you dare to venture into the room painfully.
You sobbed for nights on end. You weep this night too. Mingyu sits by your side.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
“I think we should ask the others to come back again.” Mingyu clinks his spoon against the side of his cereal bowl, wincing when it resonates, as if increasing the severity of his suggestion. Yet it’s said in a tone of careful deliberation that has you knowing he’s thought it out.
So you pause in slathering butter on your toast. Setting down the knife and slice of bread, you lean your palms on the counter, thinking.
You wondered if Jeonghan still had trouble sleeping at times. You wondered if Jihoon still liked to write lyrics on whatever slips of paper he could find. You wonder if Minghao still stopped to look at the rain whenever it did. You wondered.
“Okay.” You nod finally, and Mingyu perks up.
“Yeah?”
“Yeah.” Turning to stare out the window, you watch the sparrows swoop across the long abandoned telephone wires.
“I think it’s time.”
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
Everyone leaves soon after that.
Everyone except Mingyu.
You don’t blame them. There’s promises to find ways to keep in touch. But it hurts all the same. And there’s no doubt it’s harder for you both to survive alone.
“Hey, wait, stop.” You grab Mingyu’s arm suddenly, nearly scaring the living daylights out of him as you make your way back to the house from scavenging for extra supplies and food, your voice hushed in the dark evening.
“My parents were wearing jackets like that the last time I saw them.”
Mingyu looks over at where your gaze lies, lost between the figures of two people undoubtedly victims of the Virus. Though Mingyu supposes he can’t call them people anymore.
“Let’s go.” Mingyu tugs at your arm. When you don’t move, he does it again, harsher.
“But…” You’re adamant, digging your heels in the dirt firmly, wistfully staring at the couple, staggering around a long abandoned car.
“Don’t you remember? They’re probably walking around downtown, not even knowing their own names.” Mingyu persuades, and you take a reluctant step with him.
“But what if it’s really them?” You persist, and Mingyu makes you stare into his eyes. The expression that meets his is chilling. Your gaze is clear, unmuddled, and somehow, that’s more terrifying to him than if they were glazed over by a lost delirium.
You pull out of his grip, and before he can stop you, you call over to them. A cold shiver runs down Mingyu’s spine as they look up at you both, ambling over, and he grabs you again.
“What are you doing?” He hisses.
“Aren’t you tired, ‘Gyu?” You state simply, helplessly. “Aren’t you tired of being alone?”
Something in Mingyu’s gaze hardens, like glowing tempered steel doused in water, and he yanks you back, pressing you to his chest, two shots firing off from his hand.
You squirm, shouting at him, and he claps a hand over your mouth, pulling you along with him. He drags you all the way back to the house, even after you stop resisting.
You disappear up the stairs the minute he lets go, and he watches you. He waits a few moments before following you, biting the inside of his cheek.
He finds you in Chan’s room, sitting on the bed cross legged, staring forlornly at the stained wooden boards.
“I know you’re hurting. It hurts for me too. But don’t take it out on me. Please.” Mingyu whispers from the doorway, and when you look up, he slowly walks over, sitting beside you carefully. “And I’m not tired of being alone.” He adds on quietly. “I’ve always had you.”
“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it like that. I’m really glad to have you by my side. Honestly. I just… I miss Chan. I miss everyone.” You lean on his shoulder tiredly.
“I know.” Mingyu says softly. “I know.”
He interlocks his fingers with yours, squeezing once.
“But there’ll be a time when we can be back together again.”
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
It’s late springtime when they start to come home.
The air is warm, a gentle breeze often caressing your cheeks, and the sun lingers longer, a telltale sign of the upcoming summer.
It was a long ideal, letters taking weeks to send and the whereabouts of each group or person completely in the hands, or wings, of Joshua’s pigeons.
You’re pinning laundry to the clothesline when Mingyu thunders down the stairs, flying past you from the hallway.
“What’s going on?” You call, eyebrows furrowed concernedly, and he skids back, a grin curving beautifully across his face.
“Someone’s here.”
Dropping whatever was in your hands, you race after him, and you can’t help but break into an identical grin as you see Wonwoo and Jihoon stepping onto the porch. You both stand opposite each other from the doorway, until Wonwoo speaks drily.
“Long time no see.”
“No shit.” Mingyu laughs, striding to give them both a hug, and you join them, cheeks hurting from your joy. Jihoon even returns the embrace.
Minghao shows up that night, seeing him in the dim distance as you light the lanterns on the porch, calling the rest of them who are catching up over the dinner table.
“Nice to see you again.” Minghao smiles warmly, genuinely happy, and you’re all eager to throw your arms around him. “Alright, alright.” He giggles softly, nodding as he pries you off, walking inside and joining the group.
Seungcheol, Jeonghan, and Joshua are the last, appearing the next morning, just before the sun rises, with Mingyu, Jihoon, and Wonwoo still sound asleep, Minghao making tea for you and him.
“You’re awake early.”
“So are you.” He states pointedly by the kettle, and you smile. “Dreams?”
Your expression turns solemn at that, and you nod. Minghao pours the steaming liquid carefully, sliding the cup to you before he speaks again.
“I see Junhui most nights. Sometimes it’s nice. A good memory. Like when he let the chickens fly away because he thought they couldn’t fly. Or just the sound of his laugh. And sometimes…” Minghao hesitates, swallowing harshly. “Sometimes it’s me pulling the trigger over and over.”
You don’t realize you’re crying until Minghao hands you a tissue, and you brush at the wetness on your cheeks gently.
“Thank you.”
He smiles, a bit melancholy, and rises, beckoning you to the porch to watch the sunrise, hands wrapped around the warm mugs. You sit and wait in comfortable silence until it’s broken by a rumble of an engine pulling up.
“Surprise!”
“Joshua Hong, what the fuck!” You yelp, standing incredulously as they step out of the car. “Is that really you?”
“The one and only.”
“I mean this in the most admirable way possible, your arms are huge.”
“Not bigger than me.” Seungcheol grins, and both of them flex, Seungcheol burying his head in his hands embarrassedly afterwards as everyone laughs.
“Yes, we get it, but without me, no matter how many muscles, you’d probably be dead.” Jeonghan drawls, slinging his arms around their shoulders. “Did you guys have breakfast yet?”
“Not even a hello?” You laugh, the others join you as bickering breaks out, and when the dawning sunlight floods through the windows, something inside you feels like the last piece has fitted in your soul, finally complete.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
“What would you say if I went away for a little bit?”
Mingyu brings it up over washing dishes, the rush of running tap water almost drowning out his nervous inquiry. You don’t pause in your drying of a plate, yet you wonder if he can see the way your hands tremble.
It’s been a few months since Chan was buried next to Soonyoung, and you were doing better. Slowly, like honey trickling down the beehive on the old maple in the backyard, the result of hard labour like the bustling bees.
“A little bit? Or a while?”
“I don’t know yet.” He admits, and you swallow.
“Will you be okay?”
“Will you?” He asks in response, and you exhale.
“I think so.”
Turning off the water, Mingyu flicks the water off his hands into the sink, and then taps your cheek to make you look at him.
“I want you to be sure that you’ll be okay.”
“I will be.” You say more strongly this time, almost like a resolution to yourself, and MIngyu’s gaze lingers, before it drops with a nod.
“Okay.”
“When will you leave?”
“Tomorrow morning probably.” He laughs, but it sounds forced. “I don’t have many things.”
You nod, smiling weakly.
“Okay.”
He opens his mouth to say something, then closes it. You finish doing the dishes in silence.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
Noise becomes a constant in the house, or outside of it, as the days get warmer and more hours are spent in the sun.
Today was no different, Seungcheol, Wonwoo, Jihoon, and Mingyu washing the car, while Minghao and Jeonghan sat with you on the porch watching them.
“So.” Minghao starts, and you raise your eyebrows.
“So.”
“You and Mingyu?”
“What about me and Mingyu?”
“God, I’ve been waiting for years for you idiots to realize, and you’re telling me it still hasn’t happened?” Jeonghan sputters, and Minghao snorts.
“Something had to have happened.” Minghao agrees.
“I can't say if it was something or not.” You admit quietly.
“But it wasn’t nothing.” Minghao implores knowingly, and you lapse into silence.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
You’re awoken by a pounding at your bedroom door the same night. It ceases for a few seconds, making you think you’re dreaming until it starts up again.
“I’m coming, I’m coming!” You shout, untangling your body from the mess of tossed covers, and you can’t help but feel irritated even if there was any threat of danger. You don’t bother turning on the lights, the moonlight bright enough. Throwing open the door, you glare at a disheveled Mingyu, as if he ran his hands through his hair too many times. “What?”
“I need to tell you something.”
“This couldn’t wait until the morning?” You gripe, and MIngyu’s face falls, and you realize it couldn’t wait till the last moment before he left. You soften, slightly ashamed. “What is it?”
“You’re my best friend. You know that right?”
The words sting, and you’re not entirely sure why, but you nod.
“I know.”
Mingyu swallows. His hands flutter at his sides, uncertain, and you can’t help but feel the same at his behaviour.
“Mingyu, what’s-”
His lips fall onto yours, you think that’s the only explanation, but they’re soft, gentle, in a way that encompasses you with warmth and you can’t help falling into the embrace.
“You’re my best friend.” He whispers between kisses, over and over, and the words take on a new meaning with the tender look in his eyes as you fall back onto your bed. “You know that right? Tell me you know.”
“I know ‘Gyu. I know.” You murmur breathlessly, cupping his face, and the moon seems to shine just for him.
You knew Kim Mingyu in the sun like it was his natural element. But Kim Mingyu in the moon was like the supernatural, silver stealing across his jaw, his biceps, shoulder blades, every sharp and smooth curve that had you in its deadly soft clutches.
But it was still Mingyu. Your Mingyu. Your best friend.
                                                 ♜ ♜ ♜
“Morning.”
Mingyu chimes cheerily, ambling into your room and drawing the blinds back, sunlight blinding your groggy state.
“Mingyu, what the fuck?”
“Jeonghan said we can borrow the car for the day.” Mingyu swings the keys from his hand excitedly. “I may or may not have woken him up to ask so he didn’t care, but still.”
“To do what?”
“Roadtrip.” Mingyu shrugs, smiling, as if to say what else? “I’ll meet you downstairs in ten minutes.”
You use an old map from the dusty attic space, tracing a route to the beach, and packing some sandwiches along. It’s soothing, the wind flowing through the rolled down windows, Mingyu’s old sunglasses perched on his nose as he drives and sings to some random song that resurfaced in his memory.
He sets up the blanket and basket of food while you stand at the tip of where the tide came in, watching the lulling waves roll.
“What’re you thinking about?” He huffs, tucking his hands in his pockets as he stands next to you, glancing at your solemn features.
“Do you remember,” you start just as Mingyu’s about to repeat his question, “that night?”
“You’ve gotta be a little more specific there.”
“The night before you left.”
Mingyu stares out across the water, wind ruffling his hair.
“Yeah.” He answers simply.
“Why me?” You blurt.
“What?”
“You could have had anyone, so why me?”
Mingyu knows you’re not talking only about that night now, but the entirety of your existence together. Maybe it was the fate of next door neighbours. Maybe it was the fact of the Apocalypse that numbers had strength. Or maybe…
“Because you’re the only one I want, you always have been. Is that really so hard to believe?”
“A little.” You whisper, and Mingyu looks at you finally.
“I’ll be by your side as long as I can. You don’t have to return anything. Just let me do that and I’ll be happy.”
“Then why did you leave that time?”
“Because I was scared. I couldn’t help but think that one of us might get the Virus. Then… I don’t think I would have been able to do it.” He admits, kicking at the sand lightly.
“You’re stupid.”
“Thanks.” Mingyu snorts sarcastically, and you sigh.
“You’re stupid to think that I wouldn’t want you by my side always. You’re stupid to think I depend on you too much, because people need to depend on each other. And… and you’re stupid to think I don’t love you.”
“You don’t make any sense.” He shakes his head, but he’s chuckling softly.
“You’re my best friend. You know that right?”
You clasp his hand firmly, looking at him, and he returns your gaze, slowly tugging him close. You press a kiss to the corner of his mouth, and they curve upwards gently as he murmurs.
“I know.”

A/N: I refer to Wonwoo as woo in this, I am NOT talking about Monster Woo, just to be clear.
Tumblr media
Wonwoo’s busy schedules and you being a major tease (as if it was your job) was a struggle for him to put it simply. He had been occupied with recent promotions, and therefore little time was spent with you, but when he came back to the dorm exhausted; you didn’t hesitate to silently taunt him relentlessly. Knowing he didn’t have the energy to do anything about it, you were able to get him riled up without the usual “consequences”
The boys happened to have a day off to rest, no practice, shows, performances or interviews. You being comfortable with the rest of the boys, you texted wonwoo to ask if you could come over, wanting to cook them dinner. They were more than likely to just order some form of takeout, so you wanted to take the opportunity to make something somewhat nourishing.
Given the go-ahead, you stopped by the store on your way there to grab ingredients for the dinner. Being let up by their manager, you drop the copious amount bags onto the kitchen table. The boys peak out their heads one by one from random rooms, reacting to the foreign shuffling in the kitchen.
“Y/N what are you doing here?”
“oh, woo didn’t tell you? I’m making dinner for you guys!”
Loud sounds of approval erupt around the dorm, causing you to let out a small giggle.
“Now one of you is gonna have to tell me where everything thing is, I’m lost”
All of them look away and attempt to walk away, but you manage to grab one of them.
Your assistant guiding you through the kitchen, you finish making dinner. Setting the table and calling out for them to come eat, doors whip open and bodies fly off furniture.
It was no surprise that ‘woo was eyeing up your body, even in the midst of eating.
Reaching over the table to grab a portion of rice, your shirt rides up, revealing the lavender lace basque you chose to wear, just by chance anything was to occur that day.
Sitting back down, and going at the food on your plate, making food for 13 men requires copious amounts of effort.
Wonwoo leans over to your ear to whisper something,
“it's like you want me to fuck your right here”
Not knowing he saw what you were wearing, you inhale and choke on your food. Coughing up the food you inhaled, drinking down some water.
“jeeze y/n, are you good?”
“Yeah yeah I’m fine, just eating too quickly” nervously stifling as all eyes are on you, but the boys soon go back to their food and conversing.
Wonwoo’s hands didn’t leave your thigh for the rest of dinner, occasionally squeezing; arousingly high.
You had soon all finished eating and you were thanked graciously for the meal
“You go relax y/n, Mingyu and I will clean up after dinner” Hoshi says
You and the rest of the boys get up and leave the kitchen, heading to the living room. You get yanked back, coming chest to chest with Wonwoo. His eyes are boring into you, full with a lustful glisten, and a dirty grin across his face. Knowing exactly what he had wanted to do, you slip out of his grasp, dashing around the house sliding on the hardwood floors, trying to avoid hitting walls and furniture. He follows your trail, sliding behind you, both trying to keep your balance. You squeal out of excitement, the anticipation of getting caught is exhilarating. Some of the boys watch you both, snickering and some confused, some not aware and watching the show on the TV.
You manage to make it into the hallways and land in front of his room door. Frantically trying to open the door before he gets to you, flying into his bedroom and turning around to him sliding in behind you, shutting the door behind him.
It’s as if you had been starving him, which he kinda was when it came to sex between you two.
Hastily closing the gap between you, he grabbed at your waist, eager to get his lips on yours.
You aren’t sure how he managed, but before you knew it you were flung onto the bed, lying on your back. He practically rips off his shirt before he’s leaning over you, tugging at the bottom of yours. Raising your arms, he slides off your shirt, eyes immediately glued to the way the lingerie forms your body.
He tugs at his bottom lip, eyes now softly roaming your face.
“You’re so beautiful y/n, but where’d....this come from?”
Your cheeks pink at his attention, “well I had the plan to come over and wanted to be prepared” you say in a soft giggle.
You’re both smiling wide, your hands pull his head down to kiss him again. It’s not like you hadn’t been kissing him during the sex hiatus, but it’s different in these situations, butterfly’s swarming your stomach.
Wonwoo’s hands slide down your torso to undo the button of your jeans, attempting to slide them off before he steps off the bed and tugs them off and doing the same with his own.
“You have no idea how badly I’ve been waiting for this” his eyes wide, like a baby being teased with a sucker.
He drags himself back over your body up to your face, making intense eye contact the whole time.
You knew he’d be excited, but this was some burning craving, it was thrilling to see him like this.
His lips peck your cheeks, gliding down to your neck, leaving dark reddish-purple marks downwards to your collar bone and chest.
You lay your hands on his chest, pushing off so he falls to the side, getting up off the bed wanting him to admire you for a minute. You didn’t wear this for nothing.
Propped up on his elbows, his eyes roam over your body. Not wanting to delay any longer, you grab the waist of his boxers and slowly tug them off. Keeping strong eye contact, trapping your bottom lip in your teeth, you move up his body and straddle his hips.
Softly pressing your lips along his neck, breathy groans escaping him, hearing him vocal makes you go wild inside.
You feel his now very much erect length press up against your own heat, you can’t help but slowly rock your hips against it.
His breath hitches and you feel a shiver run across his body.
Hand laying on his chest, you guide them downwards, caressing the softly toned stomach you came to love, tracing the faint lines of muscles as you come further down.
Looking back up at his face, you can tell he’s growing impatient with your teasing.
Almost immediately you shift yourself so your face is in of reach of his hard length. You run your hand over it and he lets out a soft moan.
It wasn’t long before he was hard as a rock and your nose touching the base of his stomach, precum coating your tongue. His groans are gravelly, running his hand through your hair, tugging at it slightly.
Resisting the urge to gag, you continue to roll your tongue over the tip and push so it hits the back of your throat. You look up at him, his eyes locking with yours. Seeing you with your mouth wrapped around him cause Wonwoo to sigh out and lull his head back onto the pillow.
The grip on your hair tightens and his breathing becomes shorter
“Shit baby, I’m gonna come”
You move your hands from his thigh down to his caoie and fiddle around with them, completely pushing him overboard.
He releases into the back of your throat and you continue to milk him out.
His hips buck from the overstimulation, making you pull yourself back up, grinning and wiping your mouth.
He leans up towards you and flips you onto your back once again, his fingers dragging along your side and down your waist and hips. His face slowly closes the space between you and plants a tender kiss on your lips, tugging at your bottom lip. His hands slide over your heat, causing a whimper to escape your mouth.
“My turn”
He smirks and presses his thumb onto your clit, rubbing in gentle circles. You grab his wrist, shaking your head, wanting the night to be about him. Your cheeks become hot out of sexual frustration, but you didn’t want to tire him out, it is a rest day in all consideration.
A slight pout on his face, “you don’t want me too?”
“I don’t want to tire you out babe”
“I’m anything but tired right now baby girl” a slight mischievous tone in his voice.
Leaning back over you, he covers your chest and stomach in small kisses on the way down. He slides his pointer finger through the strap of your panties, tugging at it as he grazes the inside of your thighs with his lips. Becoming slightly demanding of your now prominent needs, you writhe under the heat of his breathe on your skin.
Noticing your impatience, his hands press down on your waist, restricting your movements. Bringing your legs up and together, finally slipping off your panties, the lack of warmth shocking you slightly.
You bend your legs back down as he drops the clothing behind him, grabbing you by the knees and spreading your legs. You close your eyes and lay your head back into the pillows, preparing yourself for the tingling to rush over your body, and soon enough it did.
His tongue gliding across your slit.
“it hasn’t even been that long and your already soaking” he scoffs
You hold back from smacking him upside the head, opting for tugging his hair.
His hands sliding to the inside of your legs, he pushes them further apart, making your most sensitive part even more exposed.
Engulfing his mouth around your clit, beginning to nurse at it. Your hips twitching backwards, moans leaving your lips.
After some time of this, you start to whine, now only noticing the fact that you haven’t finished.
“Woo, please let me cum” you whimper
“ah ah ah, you’ve been bad, all your teasing should be accounted for love”
He leans up to come face to face with you, holding your chin up.
“Did you think your taunting would go forgotten?”
Not really sure what you thought, you tried to avoid eye contact, only for his hand to pull your face back to his.
Unexpectedly, fingers slip into you. Gasping loudly, your walls immediately clench around him. The same dirty grin across his face as he had in the kitchen earlier that night. Sliding his fingers back and forth painfully slow, the pad of his thumb moving towards your clit, massaging soft circles.
Whimpering out soft mewls, he picks up pace. Mind going fuzzy with ecstasy, time and surroundings becoming insignificant. Kicked out your trance with a tingling knot forming in the bottom of your stomach.
Your hand sliding down to meet his hair, tugging on it slightly, he glances up to see your scrunching face. He moans, the vibrations pushing you that much further.
You moan sporadically, his fingers still pulsing through you, mouth attached to your clit. Your hands clench at the sheets beneath you, your stomach becoming tenser by the second.
“Are you gonna cum for me, baby?”
Unable to form words at the moment, you nod your head.
Your response received, he adds a third finger and increases the pressure against your clit. Attempting to tighten your already fierce grip on the sheets, he slides his free hand up and grasps your hand, fingers intertwined. Your stomach loosening and clenching once again, a wave of release flushing over you. Your breathing hitches, riding out your orgasm while he continues.
You let out a heavy breath as he pulls away. His hand letting go of yours and reaches towards your face, brushing away the hair stuck to your face.
He gets up to clean himself off, bringing you a warm cloth and a black t-shirt for you to slip on.
You bundle yourself up in his duvet, pulling his laptop over your lap from the floor. He jumps over top you but catches himself just above, both of you start snickering, playfully peppering kisses all over your face.
Falling to the side and sliding into the bundled blanket with you, his feet running up your bare thighs; you let out a high pitched yelp
“aaahheh, Woo your feet are freezing!” whining out
“And your legs are warm, you aren’t gonna let me freeze are you?”
You huff, pulling his arms further around you, directing your attention to choosing a show. He nuzzles his face into the crook of your neck, looking up at you and then too then towards the screen.
A slight rap at the door catches both of you by surprise, Mingyu peeks his head in through the slight opening.
“Are you guys done yet? I need to grab my toothbrush”
Wonwoo snickers, you hide behind the pulled up blanket. Mingyu rushes in and out of the room, a quiet “byyyeee” trailing out as the door closes.

Tumblr media
“Please let me cum, I’ve been so good for you”
His whines and pleas were music to your ears, and the sight was even better. He was currently laying on his back while you straddled his thighs, a vibrator held to his cock and his whimpers getting louder and louder by the second.
How he had gotten into this position you ask? Well, it had started once you got home that afternoon, and you had been waiting for this to happen for a while. Probably for longer than you liked to admit, but now that it had played out so nicely, you knew it was worth the wait.
Your relationship with Mingyu was very dynamic, in the sense that you both enjoyed being the dom and the sub. While Mingyu had said he preferred being the dominant, you knew that if you could coax him enough, he would be able to enjoy being the submissive once in a while.
You had teased him the whole morning before you had to leave for work; leaving soft kisses all down his neck and grinding against his half-hard cock, before getting up and leaving him to deal with a raging boner and load of desire for you.
Before you had even walked out the door you could hear him whimpering for you. You stepped back into the bedroom only to find said man sprawled out on the bed, stripped right down except for his boxers, and one of his hands palming himself through his boxers, a loud moan erupting from him once he saw you standing in the doorway watching him.
“Please...”
You smirk and walk over to him, your mischievous and playful eyes meeting his dark and lustful ones. Slowly placing a hand over the one he was using to palm himself with, he sucked in a breath and waited to see what you would do, albeit impatiently with the way he was squirming around under your touch.
“What do you want baby boy?”
The pet name made him whine as you continued your ministrations on his clothed cock, a small patch of wetness now seeping through from his pre-cum. He continued to whine at the way your hand was moving and how you were now nibbling and lightly sucking on his neck, the feelings sending him into euphoria.
“Please let me cum”
He watched in horror as you removed your hand and gave his neck one final nip, moving away from him. You smirked at his crestfallen face, knowing that he was definitely falling into a submissive state, just where you wanted him to be.
“No, you can wait until I get home. And if you touch yourself or cum before I get home, you will be punished, okay baby?”
His whine that ended in a groan gave you all the indication you needed that you had done your job, and finally left the house to go to work, shutting the door softly behind you. Now that you were alone with your thoughts, your mind began to spiral with all the things you could do to Mingyu when you got home later that afternoon.
A few hours into your shift at work, you were finally able to sit down and check your phone and catch up on social media things. One thing, or in particular, many messages from one man, caught your attention almost immediately, swiping open the messages to a ton of whines and pleas.
[Gyu <3] 12:34pm: Baby,,, I need you so bad
[Gyu <3] 12:34pm: My cock is so hard right now, it’s so hard not to touch myself
[Gyu <3] 12:36pm: Please, I need to cum so badly
[Gyu <3] 12:40pm: 1 image attached
You drew in a breath as you clicked on the photo and let it expand to the whole screen, and you felt a pool of arousal form in the pit of your stomach. It was a photo of his cock, standing up and an angry red, the tip starting to turn a shade of dull purple. You could see his slightly defined abs contracting and while you couldn’t see his eyes, you could see he had his bottom lip pulled in under his teeth, obviously trying very hard not to touch himself without your permission.
You quickly started typing out a response to him, knowing that it would drive him absolutely crazy, but would be effective enough until you could get home from work and deal with him yourself.
[You] 1:02pm: Aw does baby boy want to touch himself? Make himself feel good? Why don’t you touch yourself for me then baby, but if you cum you will be punished when I get home. Understood?
His reply was almost immediate, a ‘yes’ and a quick photo he had snapped of him finally wrapping a hand around the base of his cock, pleasure evident across his face. A smirk pulled across your face as you glanced at the time at the top of your phone; only a couple more hours until you could go home and see how fucked out Mingyu really was.
You hadn’t even been able to turn the key in the lock of the door before you could hear his whimpers. Turning the key lightly, you let the door open with a soft thud, before shutting it and toeing off your shoes and peeling your coat off. The whines got louder the closer you got to the bedroom, and you couldn't help but peek in to see how Mingyu was doing, and you felt even more arousal pooling throughout as you watched him.
He was completely bare now, having stripped off his boxers hours ago. His cock was still red and hard, and he was thrusting furiously into his hand, trying so hard to make himself cum. You quietly opened the door to stand close to him, him not having realized you were home as he was too immersed in his pleasure.
You watched him carefully, his face contorting into one of pure pleasure as he had begun the build-up to his orgasm, his chest moving up and down rapidly and his hips bucking into his hand to meet the thrusts. You quirked an eyebrow as he finally came, long white spurts of cum covering his chest and stomach. As his breathing slowed, he opened his eyes and practically screamed when he saw you standing there, a small smirk on your face as you bent down to his level, lips hovering above his.
“What did I tell you before I left for work baby boy? I told you not to cum, and now I have just seen you make a mess all over yourself, care to explain?”
He was whimpering now as you took his still half-hard cock in his hand and begun to pump it again, the overstimulation sending shocks down his spine. He took a few ragged breaths before managing to stutter out a response to you, something along the lines of “I’m sorry,,, couldn't help m’self” while his cheeks became a dark red hue.
“Well I guess I’ll have to punish you now won’t I baby?”
He whined some more, knowing that your punishments were always on the more extreme side, not that he complained. He watched as you opened the drawer in your bedside table, pulling out handcuffs, a cock ring and a vibrator. He gulped at the sight of the vibrator, knowing that if you used it, he would cum immediately.
“Move your hands to the headboard”
He did as you said immediately, hands quickly moving up so that you could cuff his hands to the headboard. Making sure they were secure, you tugged on them lightly before kissing down his neck and onto his chest. His breathing became more rapid as you went further down his body, before stopping right above his aching cock, now leaking precum.
You took his heavy cock in your hand, giving it a few pumps before sliding the cock ring on and making sure it was snug. He moaned out at the feeling; he would never admit it to you, but he really did enjoy being submissive to you. You always gave him the perfect amount of pain and pleasure, as well as the best aftercare.
The dull sound of the vibrator pulled him from his thoughts as he brought his attention back to you, eyes glinting with lust and mischief. You brought the vibrator to his nipples first, eliciting a loud gasp from him as you ran it softly across his chest, playing with the intensities for a bit to watch him squirm.
When you moved the vibrator down towards his thighs, you could see them shake with excitement. An idea had popped into your head, wherein you placed the vibrator on the tip of his cock without warning, pulling a loud moan from his lips.
“I’m gonna cum!”
You immediately pulled the vibrator away, watching as he thrashed on the bed at the loss of an orgasm. You laughed at the sight, his face now a rosy pink colour and his hands pulling strongly on the restraints. He opened his eyes to look at you with his lust-filled eyes, practically black at this point.
“Please let me cum, I’ve been so good for you!!”
You had been edging him for some time now, waiting until you could see his thighs clench or his abs contracting, before pulling away from him and watching him almost cry from how desperate he was for his release. His cock was extremely red now, and the tip a dark purple, streaks of precum leaking down towards the base.
He had tears streaking down his face also, the amount of times he had pleaded and begged to let you cum only to be denied meant that he was extremely sensitive and even the slightest feather touch to his cock would send him into a mad frenzy, chasing his release like a mad man.
“P-please,,n-need to c-cum,,,,”
His voice was strained as he begged once more, the vibrator on the highest setting at the base of his cock while you had wrapped one of his nipples in your mouth, sucking gently. You pulled off with a pop, and looked him right in the eye while moving the vibrator up and down his shaft, his face contorting once more.
“Why should I let you cum baby boy? You didn't listen to me before I left for work, so now you’re paying the price”
He sobbed violently as you held the vibrator to the tip of his cock, watching at how his body shook from the amount of orgasms he had been denied thus far. You finally decided to give in, pulling the cock ring off the base of his shaft and turning off the vibrator.
You took his cock in your hand and pumped quickly, moving your head down and pressing a quick kiss to the tip. You suckled softly on the head, his back arching off the bed almost comically. Watching his actions carefully, you gave him a silent motion to say that he could cum, right as you engulfed his cock and began to suck on his cock like your life depended on it.
As soon as you had motioned that he could cum, he immediately let go, hands pulling roughly on the handcuffs as hot ropes of cum filled your mouth, which never seemed to end. He was seeing stars and blacked out for a few seconds from how intense his orgasm was, and finally relaxed back into the sheets, head spinning.
When he came to a little while later, the handcuffs were gone, and his boxers had been pulled back up. Everything had been cleaned up and he thought that perhaps it had just been a figment of his imagination, until you walked back in with a bottle of water and some fruit on a plate.
You handed him the plate and the water which he accepted gratefully, before you sat next to him, hands fiddling with the hem of your shirt. He watched you as he munched on a strawberry, eyes back to their playful nature.
“Thank you”
You immediately looked up in surprise, looking at Mingyu who had a grin on his face. You gave him a quizzical look, before he continued on, eating another strawberry and having a sip of water before continuing.
“I deserved that, I really didn't mean to cum before you got home i promise,,, thank you for punishing me”
A blush had crept up your cheeks, not even able to look the man in the eye before he pulled your chin up with a finger, making you look him in the eye. He smiled at you, canines showing prominently, before leaning in and giving you a kiss that was so full of love and passion it made your heart flutter. Just when you had laid down together and snuggled in, Mingyu turned to you once more, a giggle erupting from his lips.
“By the way, that was the best orgasm of my life”

"Is everything organized as we requested?"
"For the millionth time, Boss. Everything is just as how you two imagined it. Not a single thing is out of place." Jihoon said, his hands behind his back as the room glowed gloriously.
"And the guests?" Jeonghan asked as his eyes took in the dream that had been pulled into reality, his hand rested on the white table.
"We... Still haven't received any replies after the invitation was sent." Jihoon responded.
"It's been a week since we've sent it out..." Jeonghan sighed, shifting his narrowed gaze to the shorter.
"Well, it is possible for them to be occupied, Boss. Besides. Although it is sad that only The Silver Lions, Marceline, and family members will be the only ones attending aside our members as a whole, it is still worth carrying out." Jihoon explained. The other breathed in, nodding as he collected himself. "It is your big day after all. Both Joshua and yours."
"I just... Don't feel right about this. For it being today."
"Don't become paranoid because the rest may not be available. Perhaps many are but the boys have refrained from telling you and Joshua." Jihoon suggested.
"Perhaps..."
Tumblr media
Joshua looked into the mirror, staring at his reflection as Mingyu’s sister worked on his hair, styling it perfectly with a wide grin as the room was bustling with joy and excitement. But as he finished getting ready, the wedding close to beginning, Joshua couldn’t help but feel something tighten within him. His stomach churned, and he felt cold, unusually cold as if he was preparing for a bitter winter to begin as he sighed softly.
“Joshua Oppa, loosen up!” Mingyu’s sister giggled, patting his shoulders as the older blinked, swallowing the lump that had begun to build within his throat. “You look as if you have seen a ghost. And, that ghost is already waiting with the rest!”
Joshua laughed at the joke, but shook his head as he turned to face the younger girl, his head tilted. “I know, I know. I’m trying but…”
“Cold feet?”
“Oh! No, no. As much as I am nervous, no, anxious, I don’t have cold feet. I mean, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a while, so, of course not. And, we both really want this.”
“Then what’s the matter?” Another questioned, causing the two to shift their gaze towards the door that was opened, Minghao’s head peeking in as he had an eyebrow raised. “By the way, you look amazing, hyung,” He complimented as he entered, closing the door behind him.
“It’s just… I don’t know,” Joshua shifted, his dark brown eyes landing onto the bouquet of water lilies and white roses, staring at their pure white petals with furrowed brows. “Do you suppose this isn’t the perfect time? Not that long ago, we returned from the Bahamas, and, I don’t even know who else is attending since you said you’d keep it as a surprise,”
“You’re worrying your pretty little head over nothing, Oppa,” Mingyu’s sister snorted. Minghao chuckled, his head giving a slight jerk as he walked over, patting the older’s shoulder.
“It’s going to be perfect, hyung. Trust me. There’s no better time to do this after a nice time away to spend quality time with everyone. Especially when we had the pleasant surprise of another wedding that we’ll be attending soon when winter comes,” Minghao reassured.
“I-... I suppose so. But,” Joshua lifted his head, smiling at him with a raised eyebrow. “Can you at least tell me one friend of ours that is coming?”
Tumblr media
“I don’t really think it’s necessary to have arranged seatings for everyone,” Wonwoo began, fixing his tuxedo as his gaze overlooked the entire dining room, appearing as if it were all made of gold and the purest of white material. But he snorted, picking up one of the nametags and showing it towards Mingyu. “Especially when you’ve put dear old Seungkwan with Seokmin and Soonyoung,”
“They need to fix that issue of theirs one way or another. Besides, who doesn’t miss their chemistry?” Mingyu responded, taking the nametag and placing it back down.
“I don’t,” Wonwoo joked as he ran his fingers through his silvery hair, his glasses glistening. “But let’s just hope they can behave at the very least with those who are attending.”
“They will, don’t worry. Not to mention, this is the literal golden couple who’s waited for this for a while and managed to reunite after two years, aaaand have a child. They wouldn’t even dream of ruining it unless they want to face Jeonghan hyung’s wrath,” Mingyu nudged, causing the other to roll their eyes playfully in response.
“That’s the last thing we’d want. But, where’s everyone?”
“They’re rolling in, didn’t you see?” Mingyu responded with a raised eyebrow, smoothing his suit.
“I’ve seen The Silver Lions, our members, and Marceline. But I haven’t seen anyone else like Kiki, Hendery, or Jennie.” Wonwoo noted peculiarly.
“I haven’t seen them as well. And I was sure that Arin and everyone would’ve already come in here by now. But, Jihoon hyung’s handling that, isn’t he?”
“I thought Minghao was,”
Tumblr media
“Look at you being Jeonghan hyung’s best man!” Samuel grinned warmly as he hugged Seokmin, the other wrapping his arms tightly around the younger.
“I mean, who else would be?” Seokmin chuckled, grinning widely towards the boy they adored. “But I’m surprised you’d come, Sam! I thought your Done assigned you with a mission?”
“Oh, yeah. He did. But I got it done right away and came here on my motorcycle,” Samuel responded as they walked into the cathedral that was already filled with mafias. “You think I’d honestly miss their wedding? Our hyung’s big day?” He raised an eyebrow.
“Not at all!” Seokmin said as they greeted numerous people, bowing their heads as they walked towards the opened seats.
“Where’s everyone else?” Samuel questioned, eyeing the people.
“Who?”
“You know, everyone that we met or you’ve guys have met. Like Kiki and them, and your boyfriend! What’s his name… erm… Bacon Hyun?”
Seokmin snorted, laughing as he slapped his hand onto the younger’s back, shaking his head. “Bacon?! Samuel! His name is Baekhyun. He’s not a bacon, he’s a ghoul~”
“OH!” Samuel said, turning red from embarrassment as he laughed with him, hugging his stomach as he looked around. “My bad! But, yeah. Him and everyone else. Where are they?”
“I think they’re coming in shortly,” Seokmin responded. “I mean, we did receive replies from a good majority of them when the invitation was sent like, a week or so ago, so, we’ll see.”
“Are you sure? Cause, the wedding is about to start, hyung-”
"Wait... WHAT?!”
Tumblr media
As Jeonghan stood at the altar, suppressing his sudden jerks and twitches, he took in the people sitting within the pews, tightening his grip on his hands. It wasn’t the feeling of claustrophobia, the amount there, or the fact that it was being held within a private, holy, chuch. But as he scanned over the people, no one they had initially invited were there. It was a cathedral filled with mafias with an exception of a vampiric woman sitting tall and proud. He didn’t see Jamie, someone who supported him and Joshua when the other was pregnant, he didn’t see his group and the others’ twins they had become family towards since the start, or their gracious Jiaqi, the boys’ soulmates that they adored and accepted . . . none of them. Although Jeonghan understood that there were other matters to attend to for everyone individually, the voices clung to him, whispering into his ear of the danger creeping into their blessed day.
As Joshua proceeded within the marvelous building, his heart leaping, he could only look towards Jeonghan, who stood at the altar with a large, sweet, and warm smile, his eyes softened. It was the Jeonghan that was buried deep below, the Jeonghan that Joshua first fell for. And for a moment, Joshua felt as if time froze, only to imprint such a memorable moment in his life that was all that he had ever wanted with Jeonghan. But his heart fell when his eyes shifted to find that none of their other friends had attended, the building only filled with the people belonging to them, or to The Silver Lions.
As Joshua and Jeonghan stood face to face, the Priest speaking, Seungcheol sighed softly within the sounds of sniffles, admiring the couple that would be wed before their very own eyes. Looking towards his right, he nudged Jihoon, whispering to the Consigliere. “Isn’t this marvelous? After 7 years, it’s finally becoming something I’ve only ever heard Jeonghan mumble under his breath about,”
“Indeed it is, Mr. Choi,” Jihoon responded.
“It’s alright to address me without the formality, Jihoon. We should be comfortable on such a grand day, shouldn’t we? Especially when it seems that The Purple Rose is flourishing with so many these days,” Seungcheol said, eyeing the new additions within the allied mafia.
“Actually, a good majority were unable to attend. At least those with Jeju Island,” Jihoon informed, a small smile blossoming on his face as they proceeded with the ceremony, nearing their vows.
“Oh, really?” Seungcheol raised an eyebrow, sitting straight with his hands folded on his legs. “Well, it seems like you’ve all been mingling with plenty,”
“I… beg your pardon? I thought they belonged with you,”
“Oh, no, no. I couldn’t possibly bring so many. They’re still adjusting with the new arrangements we made after the alliance was reinstalled.” Seungcheol said, slowly pausing as the two looked at each other. “But… if they’re not mine or your own…”
“I-...” Jihoon shifted in his seat, finding his in-ear piece as he cleared his throat, speaking with a dark and quiet voice. “Begin to have everyone evacuate immediately but subtly. This wedding’s been invaded,”
Tumblr media
“And finally, do you, Hong Joshua Jisoo, take Yoon Jeonghan to . . .”
As Jeonghan and Joshua held their rings, waiting to slip them on the other’s fingers, tears forming in their eyes as joy, he noticed the shifting within the pews, the look of discomfort and concern slowly blossoming on their faces despite the smiles and the crinkles in their eyes. The shift of emotion poisoning the air was suffocating Jeonghan as he took Joshua’s hands, the other eyeing him peculiarly, likely observing the sudden change in expression.
"I do,"
"And do you, Yoon Jeonghan, take Hong Joshua Jisoo to-" And suddenly, Seokmin took Jeonghan’s arm tightly.
“We need to go,”
“Leave?”
“Immediately, hyung. There’s-”
Screams rippled through the cathedral, causing many to drop down within the pews to use them as protection as the sounds of gunshots thundered. Jeonghan immediately reached for Joshua, pulling him into his arms to protect him as they stumbled behind with the priest yelling. As the three hid, they heard glass shattering as wood was blasted off, splinters exploding.
“May The Purple Rose crumble, and their descendents turned to ashes!” A crowd bellowed, chanting it like a ceremony as Joshua curled within Jeonghan’s embrace, the other shuffling through his golden suit for his pistols.
“For once, can we not have some sort of peace!” Joshua yelled in frustration, before pushing Jeonghan onto his back as a chunk of the wooden altar broke as a round of bullets broke into it.
“No, it seems impossible,” Jeonghan growled with rage as they shifted, pressed side-by-side as they held their weapons within their hands tightly.
“Seems like some odd cult with that chanting of theirs,” Seokmin rolled his eyes as the room became a bloodbath.
“I did NOT plan for our wedding to be ruined!” Jeonghan snarled, nailing the intruders that held rage within their eyes.
“I know, and we’re all so sorry!” Minghao shouted in reply, grunting as both him, Soonyoung, and Mingyu shifted underneath a pew, kicking it up with their combined strength as it slammed against a group of men and women of the opposing group, forcing them down. “This could explain WHY no one else we invited didn’t come!”
“I’m sick of these people constantly meddling with everything. First, a group takes Jun and the Silver Lions’ members, another comes and nearly takes Joshua as a bargaining chip and nearly sends us into ruin,” Jihoon said through gritted teeth, his voice entering into the in-ear pieces as he attacked viciously, buying time for the rest to leave, “And now they’re ruining a fucking wedding!”
“You’re telling me,” Joshua threw his dagger, only to let out a gasp when he turned to find a man with a gun directed at him, only to fall lopsided as Jeonghan released his trigger, saving Joshua and pulling him up.
“Not that this is anything new, is it?” Jeonghan raised an eyebrow as he wrapped his arm around the other securely, helping to usher him out as the priest followed them, flabbergasted.
“I am now very thankful I let Vernon’s sister babysit Jane,” Joshua sighed as he ran with them, entering into the hall.
“Aren’t we all thankful?” Mingyu said as he followed the two, protecting them as they were being pursued.
“D-Does t-this m-mean w-we ne-ed to re-reschedule the we-wedding?!” The priest stammed frightfully, causing Jeonghan to scoff.
“You think we’d want to tie the knot without our loved ones here, and right when our wedding is ruined with an attempt to annihilate The Purple Rose?!”
“F-Fair. Fair, s-sir,”
As they burst through the doors, racing outside, all of them gasped and diverted to the right as cars pulled in, various men and women swinging their doors open and firing at them. Guiding the herd of startled sheeps and wolves, Jeonghan gritted his teeth as he left Joshua, handing him to Mingyu as he fell behind to Seungcheol, grabbed his arm.
“Alright. We’ve got to figure something out quickly before they shoot us down one by one,”
“I’ve got an idea,” Seungcheol replied, looking straight ahead before shifting his eyes to Jeonghan. “But you’re not going to like it,”
“But will it work?!”
“Fifty-fifty. At least, it’ll give you and Joshua the chance to get out of here first, and buy enough time with the shock,”
“I am NOT abandoning everyone here,”
“Don’t worry! All that matters right now is getting Joshua and you somewhere safe! Or at least to where the two of you planned to spend your honeymoon! Delilah has already arranged for backup, and they’re fast on their way. I’ll remain here with the rest until then. But you need to work with me on this. Especially Marceline,”
Tumblr media
"Wonwoo's hit! He's been hit twice!" Someone shouted, Jihoon's heart racing as Wonwoo was jerked up, blood blossoming on his back and within his thin as the other yelled in pain, teeth gritted.
"CLIFF!"
"THEN DIVER-" Before Jihoon could bellow a direction, dirt was kicked up, causing them to curse and protect their eyes as tires screeched and the bullets rained. Before they knew it, they were at the cliff's edge, surrounded by various people standing and panting, or others stepping out of the cars, armed.
Cursing and mumbling in despair, everyone began to huddle together, becoming a clump of wait remained of them. But too many were injured to create a quick divergent, and there was no other escape or way to attack in their weapons dull, and their guns emptied. Standing firmly at the head of them was Jeonghan and Seungcheol, their heads held high despite the obvious: They were the prey, completely at their disposal. There was no such thing as mercy.
And slowly, they fell into despair . . .
"You know... I thought I'd make it to the day we got to see Junhui's wedding at least, ya know? I actually tried not to make such a mess..."
"Seokmin, don't say such things." The other whispered.
"We're cornered. We have NOTHING, and our guns are now empty." Seungkwan growled.
"We stand strong!" Soonyoung responded firmly, but his hands trembled.
"I didn't even get to give Arin her gift... I didn't want to just have her have my hoodie and heart only..." Mingyu sighed, lowering his head with his arms outstretched. "Heck, even Wonwoo hyung never confessed crap yet,"
"I was planning to take Jiwon on a date... I was gonna bring her to the paint room because I finally cleaned it for the two of us, right when the hyungs' went to their honeymoon..." Minghao said, his head twitching as Jun held him by the shoulder tightly. "Instead, we got tricked.."
"T-This can't be it, hyungs!" Samuel said. "There's got to be another way!"
"Samuel... I don't think we can get out of this like before." Chan admitted with despair. "At the very least... We stand together, yeah?" Chan sighed as Seungcheol ruffled his hair, nodding with a look no one could have described it with.
"Seokmin-ah... I'm sorry. Seungkwan and I are sorry for everything. We're sorry we fell apart because of something so stupid..."
"It's okay... I'm sorry too, Soonyoung hyung and Seungkwan-ah..." Seokmin sniffled, wrapping his arms around the two, who patted his back.
"MAY THE PURPLE ROSE CRUMBLE! THEIR DESCENDANTS TURNED TO ASHES FOR THEIR HAYNES CRIMES! AND MAY THEIR ALLIES PERISH ALONG SIDE THE DEMONS THEMSELVES!"
"Not. Yet." Jeonghan growled, holding Joshua close to him. "At least, we won't let you have the benefit of taking down the most diabolical mafias here, you pieces of shit."
"Careful of that mouth of yours, you monster," A woman spat, cocking her gun. Many shifted, Joshua gripping onto Jeonghan tightly, ready to turn in front of him hadn't the other held onto him firmly. "This is karma for the terror you have brought! You don't deserve to live!"
"You're right." Jeonghan smiled subtly, eyeing them all with narrowed eyes. "I'm nothing but a monster who should've tied every time I was on the brink of death. But I defy it all,"
"Not this time. No one here will ever live and take that beloved crown of horrors from that fucked head of yours!" A man snarled.
"Fine." Jeonghan grimaced. "But, allow me to have the benefit of ending The Purple Rose before your eyes, and take my life as a married man. I'm sure you're more human than me to allow such a thing?"
"Jeonghan, what are you doing?" Joshua said with large, round eyes as the other sighed, taking his hands as they were pushed towards the edge of the cliff, holding each other desperately.
"Completing everything as planned, yeah?" Jeonghan said as his head jerked, his twitching nearly uncontrollably due to suppressing for far too long. "The priest, please..."
Joshua stared at Jeonghan with glistening eyes, shaking as he held Jeonghan's hands tightly, staring at him for what appeared would be the last time he would do such a thing.
"Do you take Hong Joshua Jisoo as yours... T-To love and cherish, through sickness and health, through hardships, until death do you part?" The priest gulped. And as Jeonghan and Joshua slipped their rings shakily onto each other's fingers, intertwining them as Joshua's lips trembled, sobbing.
"I do."
"Then... you may kiss the groom,"
And as Jeonghan wrapped his arms around Joshua, kissing him patiently as cries filled the air, others gagging in repulse, Jeonghan whispered against Joshua's lips.
"Do you trust me?"
"Always, you sloth," Joshua sniffled softly, running his fingers through the locks he's touched over a billion times.
"Then don't let go. No matter what happens. Don't let go..." Jeonghan whispered, wrapping his arms around Joshua's waist, the other looking at him with overflowing love and sadness, nodding as he held onto his husband tightly.
Facing them as The Purple Rose and The Silver Lions rose their heads high, tears rolling down their cheeks as they stood firmly together, Jeonghan raised his voice, his eyes shifting to the sky, closing them as a smile blossomed on his face.
"May The Purple Rose continue to thrive! The group you fear at night will forever stand! The forgotten and the disgraced welcomed to the outstretched arms of their brothers and sisters of the damaged!" Jeonghan bellowed, causing what seemed to be hundreds of men and women to boo and scream in defiance as he opened his eyes. "AND MAY THE YOON FAMILY LIVE FOREVERMORE WHILE YOU ALL PERISH FOR YOUR FOOLISHNESS!"
And as those alongside them roared along to honor them, Jeonghan took a step back, bringing Joshua with him. And then, backwards they went, over the cliffs edge that caused screams of horror, another round of bullets raining down upon them as screams of agony echoed through the air.
But as The Purple Rose and The Silver Lions raced to the edge to watch as the newlywed vanished, they dropped to the ground in huddles, waiting for each to lay in pools of blood . . .

one . . .
But no one had done so. Instead, it was the opposing group that cried in dismay as they were the ones to face gruesome deaths. As the cars ignited to life, the firing continuing to rage down upon them, everyone looked around them, beginning to stand together as their members closed in on those surrounding them, gunning them down viciously. The Silver Lions sighed in relief, hugging and letting each other. But everyone crowded the edge of the cliff, peering over in search for the newlywed couple, but who died within each other's arms.
However, as they looked over, they all howled with relief and happiness when they found the unbelievable.
Marceline, the vampire, was hovering within the air with her arms wrapped securely around Joshua, even to the point her nails nearly tore into the fabric to ensure he wouldn't slip. But that was the issue: Only Joshua was there.
"JOSHUA HYUNG! MARCELINE!" Mingyu yelled.
"YOU'RE- HOW- WHERE'S JEONGHAN?!" Jihoon bellowed.
As they looked desperately to Joshua and Marceline, tears were rolling down their eyes, both a sickly pale as they stared up at them in dismay. Joshua couldn't utter a word, too shocked as he trembled uncontrollably in Marceline's arms. The vampire slowly shook her head, chocking on her words.
"He..." Marceline sniffled, rising to the boys as she handed Joshua to them. "H-He... I couldn't reach him in time..." Marceline admitted as the bullets subsided. "He got shot... I-In the chest... We... We fumbled b-because it set him f-farther away... and then he... He pushed Joshua to me as he dropped.."
Screams and cries of dismay rippled through the crowd, mourning as the cruel truth was revealed to them of the man. But the worse cry erupted from Joshua, breaking out from the state of shock as he dropped onto the ground, gripping the edge as he sobbed uncontrollably.
"H-He can't... He can't be dead," Seungcheol stumbled back, his eyes scanning everyone as his heart clenched.
"Someone find his body." Jihoon stated sternly, but he trembled, tears stinging his eyes, but he refused to cry among them without doing a thorough check. "We gather inside the cathedral and tend to the injured... And then we decide a temporary time to go offline and relocate..."

As everyone stumbled into the cathedral, Wonwoo being carried and placed within a room among those wounded, The Purple Rose was nothing but a cluster of frightful, mourning, and sick people. The slowly unraveled before The Silver Lions, too distraught as they all snapped due to their shocking loss.
"He's not dead. He's not dead. He's not dead..." Seokmin repeated in denial, rocking back and forth in his chair. Beside him, Minghao and Jun were mumbling under their breathes, refusing to be touched by anyone else as they cried in dismay, one covering their mouth, the other shaking their head with their hands over their ears. Mingyu sat within a chair in the corner, head dropped into his hands as he breathed in and out shakily. Jihoon paced back and forth, speaking with The Silver Lions' Underboss, Soonyoung, to discuss their plan. And Joshua was curled up, sobbing as he hugged himself, shaking his head as Seungcheol whispered softly to him, comforting him in whatever way he could.
But nothing could comfort Joshua that his husband, the lover of his life and the father to their daughter, was finally dead . . .
The rest survived. But death had claimed not just their brothers and sisters, but their leader.

"We pack everything once we return home... Everyone has been broken into groups, and their temporary place to remain until further notice is being arranged..."
"What about Jane?"
"She'll stay with Vernon's family until Joshua is safely within his temporary location, and we ensure it is safe to have her with any of us."
"How long will this take?... Can we not see each other once we separate?"
"I... We advise you not to. You're not ordered to not do so, but... For your safety and everyone else's, please don't."
"What about... The reset..."
"No!... Nothing of that... Not yet."
"Not until someone puts a bullet in their head, right?... Right?!"
"Minghao, please..."
"...That will be all. Until then... I wish everyone the best of luck... And may Jeonghan rest in peace."
"May he rest in peace..."

Hello. I am back with my bullshit, lol.
So, chapter 16, somehow got me thinking of a blissfully unaware Mingoo coming down from the high of having spent his rut with Wonwoo. I wonder if Mingyu immediately texted Wonwoo or thought for a few hours first about whether he should call on Wonwoo to spend his rut with him. I’d like to think it was the latter. Not that, Mingyu didn’t want to spend his rut with Wonwoo. Our boy wanted nothing more than to ravish his omega. Even if Wonwoo wasn’t going to spend Mingyu’s rut with him, Mingyu’s fantasies while he brought himself pleasure would only comprise of Wonwoo, and Wonwoo alone. But he did wonder if Wonwoo would agree, seeing how careful they were being with public appearances.
More than that, however, he worried if he would be able to control himself. Mingyu wanted nothing more than to care for his omega, to pleasure him. He was still, a bit insecure about their age difference and he didn’t want Wonwoo to see him as a too-young alpha who wouldn’t be able to restrain himself or look after his omega like a more mature alpha would. He pondered long and hard, debating with himself, trying to reassure himself that he cared far too much about Wonwoo to hurt him in any possible way, that he would not forget to pleasure his omega, even if he were in rut.
So after some period of deliberation, he, in fact, does end up texting Wonwoo. He waits, on bated breath, checking his phone every se often, for Wonwoo’s reply, especially after he knows Wonwoo would have woken up for school. He curses not being able to keep a picture, even a voice note of Wonwoo’s (because God, Mingyu loves that deep voice, especially when it gets higher as Wonwoo loses himself when Mingyu brings him to ecstasy) to assist in his orgasms.
Even after Wonwoo texts him he’d come (hehe, sorry, I still laughs at 69, I’m very immature), Mingyu scarcely lets himself believe that the omega would stay true to his word. He misses the omega’s touch, his scent, his everything. Mingyu loves their nightly (autocorrect changed that to naughty, lol) calls, but it’s still not enough. Mingyu needs Wonwoo in every possible way. He jumps off the bed and runs to the door, when he hears a knock. He has to rest his head against the door, take a deep breath, maybe even squeeze his cock to stave off an orgasm (because just the sight of the omega is able to make him come in his state), gather himself, before he opens the door, ready to ravish his omega.
The days he spends with Wonwoo at the hotel are the best of his life. To have Wonwoo be there for him when Mingyu was at his most vulnerable, it fills Mingyu’s heart with such elation and joy. To take care of Wonwoo, to have Wonwoo take care of him, Mingyu was supposed to be hazy with lust, but his heart cannot help but be so taken with this incredible man, whom Mingyu doesn’t know what he did to deserve.
It felt good, turned Mingyu on even, to see Wonwoo with a turtleneck, something he’d hardly, if ever worn before, I assume, to hide the evidence of their lovemaking. Tugging on Wonwoo’s collars and seeing hickies decorating his already perfect neck had every alpha part of Mingyu rejoicing. Yeah, he was that alpha, and he didn’t care or feel bad one bit. He couldn’t wait for their nightly (naughty, lol) phone call tonight. He’d let Wonwoo know, in depth, how much he liked seeing those purple love bites on him. He’d make Wonwoo show him all the other love bites he’d left. Mingyu couldn’t wait.
Well, now I’m sad that he won’t be able to do that. Oh, well. Bring on the angst!
While I love angst, it’s really kind of breaking my heart that Wonwoo may break up with Mingyu in the next chapter. I dunno which route you’re gonna go and maybe they’ll try to wait until Mingyu graduates rather than breakup. Either way, can’t wait.
As always, have a great week!
P.S. it’s like 2:00 am, but I couldn’t sleep without getting this off my chest first, lol. Also, I use a lot of commas, I noticed on rereading this. Toodles.
YES! I LOVE BEING ON THAT MINWON BULLSHIT (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ
I feel like this should have been fluffy since we get to see how happy Mingyu is and how head-over-heels he is for Wonwoo, but I can’t help but feel sad (。•́︿•̀。)
...he didn’t want Wonwoo to see him as a too-young alpha who wouldn’t be able to restrain himself or look after his omega like a more mature alpha would.
Mingyu really does try hard to be mature for Wonwoo, awww... You’re doing great, Mingyu! There are lots of alphas out there--ones who are much older--who won’t restrain themselves for an omega.
...he cared far too much about Wonwoo to hurt him in any possible way, that he would not forget to pleasure his omega, even if he were in rut.
MINGYU IS ACTUALLY THE SWEETEST! My heart hurts uhuuu... Their nightly phone call won’t be nearly as enjoyable that day.
Also, I love how your phone autocorrects ‘nightly’ to ‘naughty’. Your phone knows.
Ahh thank you so much for sharing this. Hope you’re getting some good z’s ♡
