If you want to build a PC but are having trouble navigating all the random letters and numbers, stats, figuring out what part goes with another, etc. then Logical Increments is a great place to start!

All you need to do is pick a tier based on your budget! You can see the total cost by hovering over the tier name or all the way over on the right, and all the parts within a tier are picked out to be compatible with each other and work well. Hovering over a tier also gets you a nifty little summary of how the build stacks up for different types of workloads (office work, gaming, streaming, etc.)

Each tier has a few different alternatives for each part, and you can mouse over them for a picture and a brief description that gives you an overview of what that parts capabilities are so you can better understand if it meets your needs, or if you want to go with a better option.

Scrolling down past the table of build tiers there are expandable boxes for each type of part that gives you a description of what that part actually is and does, some tips for shopping for that part, and more detailed information if you're curious!

If you've picked out some parts but are curious what other options might be out there, want to do some price comparison, run the list by a more computer-y friend, etc. then PC Part Picker is another great resource!

It gives you a handy-dandy tracker for the components you've selected for your build. You can click on any component category to select a part, then it does the comparison shopping between the different available merchants for that part (that it is aware of), keeps track of total power usage, has some built-in checks for compatibility between parts, etc. If you click on any particular part, it also gives you a price history chart at the different tracked merchants, so you can figure out if you're getting a fair price. If you end up wanting to swap a part out, by default it filters for only parts compatible with the rest of your build, so you can look through the options without worrying too much about that!

Been thinking a lot abt being a dragon with a big kobold population in your lair. It's like the sims but better, help them build cool houses and gather resources for your lil guys to keep expanding. You get the richest hoard in the realms in exchange for it! And they don't even mind when you burn shit down or fucking rampage through about something they just yip excitedly!!

Finally got my builds sorted and photographed! First up is my first build, Ms Enatsu’s apartment with her boyf Katsuki! The ‘house’ is what their flat would look like in an apartment building but I’ve made it more livable in the sims lmao.

Babette and Genie have like a weird agreement that neither of them is allowed to be alone with Angel cause they get so insanely jealous that one of them is getting more time with her than the other. Babsie went and broke that rule cause she just had to braid Anel's hair and tell her about crochet (part of the like 15 idea long list of Angel art.)

Genie is not happy at this sight and they're about to brawl in Babsie's bedroom which looks like Lisa Frank had explosive diarrhea in it. And now Angel herself is trapped with two homos who are totally willing to romance her slower than a snail. Babs has the patience of god himself and Genie doesn't even know she likes Angel so it's slow burn 80,000 chapters just to lightly kiss on the cheek at the end and very vaguely say I like you but so indirectly.

one of my fav things about watching older shows in an at-the-time contemporary setting is seeing all the old tech that was a part of everyday life. it's so fascinating how much is now obsolete but was so incredibly important for day to day use by people from all walks of life during that time period.

But instead of reading about like animals or something normal ish I decided to read an entire novel (which was mostly for kids) on immortality, it’s history and its future. And I think that was part of why I’m like this.
