Wahoo yippee I have something to show finally and it's all modding stuff right now. Thank you for the tags @morganlefaye79 and @pozerjacket❗️

I'm giving Valen, my main OC, his own custom hairstyle. I'm modeling a wolfcut for him in Blender right now and it's coming along good-ish. Which means that there's some fixing to do, like those short chunks that have to be moved and I have to give him a bunch of longer chunks curling around his neck, but overall I'm about 50% done (also nevermind the blonde, that's just so it's easier for me to see individual hair cards. He still very much is a brunette)

I fecking love wolfcuts and I've wanted one for Valen for ages so I finally put my head down and learned how to make it in Blender instead of hoping for one to be released one day 🌚

And secondly, I'm working on giving all of my OCs their own custom eye colours. Valen's are the first to be done and they're perfect; light, warm golden like honey. In certain lights, they look like they emit a glow

I'm also giving him his tapetum lucidum; modding this version in hasn't been as easy as painting and texturing his golden eyes, but they're coming along nicely. I'm testing out eye masks to see if I can give them reflectivity since his daywalker eyes don't emit their own light, they reflect light. That's still very, very much a WIP

Ryder overly proud lying in the arms of his boyfriend looking at you telling: Ja, this soldier boy belongs to me, and to me only. Thyjs staring attentive at you telling: he's mine, try take him away and you will regret it. At first I wanted them switched but then thought lets give it a try and see how Ry looks in Thyjs arms instead. Had them looking at each other but switched Thyjs to looking at the camera and loved his gaze so much I decided to switch Ry's as well.

Resul: less snuggly — but thefore more characteristic given their personalities.

This is in their apartment. I appreciate that the modder who did the mod decided to place the 'maximum pleasure' logo behind the bed. My thoughts always trails off this ambiente could be perfect place for a hot private BD session — and I gotta say I dig it because it just adds to especially Ry's character and taste so hard.

🟨 TUTORIAL: ━ How I make my Couple/Synced Poses!

Heya! 👋 @humberg asked about it in DMs and I thought it would be cool to make it a small-tutorial with visuals!

This is for fellow poses-modders, a step-to-step guide on how I make my Synced Poses; meaning poses that fits into each others

As always, this isn't THE way of doing it, just sharing my own workflow :3

Before anything tho I recommend checking the "Animation'' section of the Modding Wiki here, to grab xBaebsae's templates and get started on pose making!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

I personally get references and inspiration from DAZ poses, couple/duo photography, or free-to-use references like @/grey-fuckers-unlimited here on Tumblr! I recommend checking their blog

I'll use my Carrying Pack as an example

First, I pose my Carrier / my main pose / my A pose

a rough posing first as I'll probably need to come back to it later to tweak it with Pose B

I save my .blend file as Carry01a and export it to .fbx!

I then open a new blender project, with the MA template, and import my Pose A FBX

I can now pose my Pose B to fit roughly into Pose A!

I save my .blend file, Carry01b, and export my Pose B to FBX as well, if I need to go back to my Pose A to tweak it a bit (especially the fingers)

And that's basically it :3 you can resume the regular pose making workflow, baking both poses in the non-linear tab in their respective .blend files and export them over your .glb container

If you keep the character from the Template in the center, the poses will Sync correctly in game!

I saw that Angy/xBaeBsae releazed a template with multiple armature in it, tho I haven't got the chance to play around with it just yet! :O But it should allow for an easier Couple Posing workflow

First, I wanted to test both Wash's boxers and Humberg's poses … and as you can see, one mod got the upper hand over the other (sorry Ash) ♥ And when I see these photos again, I realise that Enzo really trusts Jay. He never undresses in front of others and never takes off his gloves (except when he's at his camp) because he's terrified of what other people might think of his burns - he hates them himself. So seeing him in his underwear and giving Jay that bright smile means he's really confident and in love ♥♥♥ And how JJ looks at him .... aaaaaah, i'm melting !

WIP WEDNESDAY (18/10/23)

it’s that time of the week- happy wip Wednesday! (how is it Wednesday already?! Where has the week gone?!) Anyway- so bunny- what have you been working on this week?

CP2077! VIRIDIAN COMPLEXION MOD (INSPIRED BY MAKEUP FROM THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO)

Ok I’ve not touched Wolvenkit or any modding tools in literally months. But I saw a few screenshots of Rooney Mara in character as Lisbeth Salander (from the 2011 girl with the dragon tattoo movie) and it made me want to load up modding tools and try something again. So far I’ve literally only just got a test complexion made - it’s currently too thick and patchy - but it’s a start. And a start is better than nothing… for now I’m Just playing about with markmaking and stuff for now - just spitballing and seeing what works !

WIP Wednesday

I always liked that Sweater for Fem V but didn't like the original questionable colors (as usual with vanilla stuff tbh). So i thought why not giving it some nicer colors (and patterns!) for my next mod project. And then there's also this cool Keffiyeh in Phantom Liberty and i think it looks so comfy with the Sweater.

But that Scarf also would look cool on Johnny and when i make that for Johnny i can also make a complete mod for Masc V as well. But then Johnny/Masc V also need a fitting top. And since i like this tight Longsleeve they got this.

And honestly i really like how comfy and fitting both look 😌

All will be available as AXL and with 34 colors. Refits for Fem V for all Vanilla Bodies and EBB (probably). Masc V will be Vanilla Body only.

Then and now - shippy edition! 💜

Enabled and inspired by @pinkyjulien @humberg @arcandoria @breezypunk @kharonion and everyone else who's done something similar XD My little VP and modding journey featuring Vince and Kerry over the last few months!

So, I figure, most of you can relate to my disappointment when I realized at the end of my first playthrough that there's so little interaction possible with the main NPCs outside of their respective questlines. The text messages your LI sends you are adorable, yes. Being able to sleep in their bed and then waking up next to them? A+ game design, 100/100, every game with romances needs this. But where is my option to hug, kiss, spend time with Kerry? Rude!!

Still though, I was undeterred to create some shots for my new favourite blorbos with my vanilla game (I had never heard of AMM then (or at least was too chickenshit still to install it)).

2023/Feb/06

Behold, my first attempts at creating something shippy (and I do still like these a lot) - title: Kerry meets Nibbles.

The idea behind this is probably kinda self-explainatory XD I had these as desktop background for so long, it feels so nostalgic to look back at them now. I think I have some slightly edited versions somewhere but cannot find them for the life of me, but there's no big difference really, just some slight colour/contrast editing.

I was always a bit bummed out by the fact that Kerry's default outfit for idling at the villa is the one with sunglasses on (while over the progression of his questline he wears it less and less as he gets to know V better, as if he is letting his guard down). But oh well! Also yes, that was and still is my favourite photomode pose for V really, because it is very versatile:

But that's... really it when it comes to opportunities for shippy moments outside of the quests.

2023/Feb/09

I was yearning for more!! As you can see, these are only 3 days apart. I had done some research and learned about the "[NPC] Interactions Enhanced" mods that I highly recommend for the options to kiss and hug your LIs alone :3 And! More shippy shot opportunities, because Kerry will finally be somewhere else in his huge-ass villa besides the sofa or the bed, and take off those beloathed sunglasses:

Hhhh.... I can't tell you how happy I was about this shot. I remember yelling to my friends on Discord about it half in tears (none of them really knowing much about the game yet apart from my occasional screaming about all the angst and plot twists). I think I described it as "Vince finally feeling some actual, real happiness, daring to imagine a future", just content and relaxed, having a late night talk with Kerry. I still like it a lot, and because of the mod enabling me to take this pic I still low-key wanna look into quest-modding some day and see if I can make something in a "romance-enhanced" direction. The "Kerry calls V and wants help with cleaning up the villa" quest we all deserve xD

2023/Feb/12

Another couple of days later, and with one toe dipped into modding now, I finally installed AMM (I think, since this was around Valentine's Day, this must've been when I saw a tutorial by @pinkyjulien on how to pose your blorbos for kissing poses with AMM, and my mind was blown XD). My first attempt to even get anything accomplished was kinda frustrating though (because I wanted to do too much too quickly). In a couple of the other "then and now" posts I saw earlier that the more common approach for getting into AMM used to be "swap your characters with NPCs around the city" and I was like.... "oh, yeah, that would've made things a lot easier" 🤡 Nope, I went right in with spawning them in and trying to squish them together with poses that somewhat matched XD

The following were my first AMM-posed screenshots that worked how I wanted them to, and aösdhfdsaf I am somewhat self-conscious about them still. What is a "look at" feature? What are expressions?

I never shared these publically before but hhhhh... this is it, this is the moment where the brainrot started. They're at Dark Matter, talking about V's childhood in Charter Hill, musing about how it's insane how they both occupied almost the same spaces for such long periods of their lives and only never ran into each other due to their age difference. I'm actually still (slooooowly) working on a little comic with this scene/story as topic, cause it is so essential and important to me (based on a random spontaneous decision I made about V's past before even knowing the Dark Matter existed... right across from V's childhood home asdöasdhfjds. Setting the whole "we were destined for each other" trope I have going on with them so much in stone ;A;). This is one of the shoots I'd also really like to redo with my current VP skills... maybe when I've finished my hand-holding poses, cause yeah... hand holding ;__;

2023/Jul/13

Five months later, still stupidly in love with each other, still regularly back at the Dark Matter because the place is so gorgeous and important to them. Kerry's getting some more outfits slowly but surely (even with sunglasses!), I have a much better understanding of AMM and the VP possibilities in general now. These two unlocked completely new ways of creative expression for me that I wouldn't even have dreamed of possessing or wanting to follow. VP has become such an amazing creative outlet, for creating all those little scenes I wish I existed in the base game, or which I'd love for them to have in their future.

Am I crying about fictional pixel men too much? Maybe. But over a short period of time they've become so important to me, and I got to meet so many cool and inspiring people in this community after not really feeling part of or even drawn to creating for a fandom for a long time anymore. Can't wait to update this post some time in the future to see where my and their journey will lead to!

I feel like my progress is kinda slow, and I wish I had more time to dedicate to them and all my creative endeavours, cause they'd deserve it for all the joy they bring me xD But alas... Fingers crossed for more spare time and better time management in my future! Thanks for reading this far and coming to my blorbo talk 💜

Man, Vikt and Kerry have been through a lot, and VP is no different in that regard. 😂 Honestly, their ship occurred entirely on its own; it wasn't at all planned when I started Vikt's file. So, through snapping shots, I've been able to work on establishing they.

— then...

Like most, I started with NPC swaps in Night City clubs, which served well enough but kept my vision narrow. (I didn't know custom lighting was A Thing yet, Reshade was completely new to me, and spawns/poses scared me jkshdf.) This at least started the engine of what I would call "their public vibe", how they show affection in crowds and public spaces.

But I started wanting to improve more, constantly inspired by the gorgeous VP of the community. So, I started to dip hard into AMM... and then mods.

— and now.

Wow, how they have grown. 🥺

Posing is, for the most part, a lot more natural now, and I found the niche I always want to capture from the start: their dynamic. How they look at each other, how they express their love for one another. Capturing their essence when it is just the two of them and no one else. This is something I love doing in art form, and seeing the progression to accomplish that in VP is honestly staggering. 😭

It can only go up from here! 👏

1.) I'm still figuring out Hiro's NPV, and getting his mods updated but planning on playing around with that, and seeing what happens <3 Nothing too crazy, and going to mess around with AMM and OTIS and not put too much pressure on anything.

2.) I should go make a pillowfort account and a intro/pinned post but it feels like a lot of work--soon though! I probably won't update as often as I do on tumblr but it's still good to have as a backup.

3.) I also want to go add new pinterest pins to the brat's boards, Hiro's is huge and Avi and Ares don't have that much yet, so re-working those and adding stuff to their spotify playlists.

4.) I'm also still working on the bio for Hiro, and spicy headcanons, as well as various other templates

5.) I'm really tempted to start another cyberpunk run with Hiro but with the new DLC and revamps to the mechanics anticipated, I'll try to wait till September, and just start fresh, as much as I'd like to now. (I'm not allowed to get Baldurs Gate until after or I'll never focus on anything, and just stew in indecisiveness.)

— Sad you do not see much of Thyjs, tho — Couldn't lift the cussion (for Ry's head to lay on it, besides it would have blocked the view onto Thyjs even more) -> Keep telling myself: yo focus is on Ry here, it's alright.

Second is such a CUTE pose! <3

— So hard to pose (bc I'm a noob yet) and get a perfect angle (the amount of time I rotated around over these two gave me a headache) — had to adjust colors in post processing (bc time moved on changing the light falling in) -> Keep telling myself: it's alright. It's good enough. Over all it was fun to do and learn new thing and I just wanan say, @humberg your poses are all so overly cute and well made! Such a sweet addition for mlm poses! <3 I cannot wait to play around more and learn with them to be better skilled making even better shippy pics!

I like to imagine they woke up and rolled around so Thyjs ends up half on Ryder in this weird position, too sleepy to care it's kinda uncomfy because his head is placed perfectly in the crook of Ry's neck.

*it's the white silver one but it turned out grey now because I refused to spawn a light since I like the ingame light falling into the Glen apartment a lot. :,D

Also this one goes here under the cut: It's the first I did, but I couldn't find a nice angle to be satisfied, so I let it be and went one with the upper ones. I'll come back to it some other time! They soft.

1. Mods for public release

I'm modding again for the public because I'm currently done with my personal projects and I need something creative and stressful to occupy my time <3 first thing is a face complexion for masculine-framed Vs since I don't think they have enough pretty-fying mods 🌚 that flattened out face (diffuse) is what a complexion looks like before it's packed and all those little details you see are painted on there by me; the freckles and moles, the lips, the undereye textures, I placed those there to try make a more realistic and textured skin. As you can see, it needs some work still, mainly fixing up the normals (the 3d texture of the skin) so that those skin details are more obvious. But I can do that easy peasy

And I'm working on another set of tattoos for both feminine and masculine framed Vs; this set is a little different than most tattoo mods and I'm surprised there's not more mods in this style since it's hella popular everywhere rn. I'm not 100% sure what it's called but I think it'll look cool and kinda edgy™️. Again, needs some more work - fixing the transparency, placement, and some geometry. It's surprisingly hard to make a mish-mash of a bunch of flash tattoos look purposeful and organized who would've thought

2. Two new side OCs that likely won't get too much screen time but are essential to a couple of main OC stories. Ilya and Mars are their names and they work for the same company Valen does, Ares Systems. They're essential for a couple of things and then I'm not sure what to do with them afterwards 🌚 I just like designing characters who look like they could potentially be extras in a final fantasy game I am sorry

I was tagged by @kharonion forever ago (thank you <3) and I've been working on more intensive projects that don't have a lot of updates atm :( Modding is my worst enemy and greatest friend but I do have one ongoing project that never seems to end and that is

I'm practicing making full body texture edits/complexion edits on Valen - this includes giving him better skin texture (painting it on), better body hair, and better nip textures OUGH here's what I have so far

He's also going to get his own modeled body rig but that's taking me a little longer. He needs his voluptuous hips and tits and shoulders but I have to learn how to do it and I'm gods slowest learner

Also them <3 Gemini and Kaito. I'm trying to build them a little better before sharing more lore and what not, plus finishing up their specific mods. I am highly predictable of course they have yellow-ish eyes and neck something or others I am gods silliest oc maker

What can I show you now?

1st.

A week ago I saw Kala released a new(er) eye mod all with white rings like Ryder has. I was tempted to try out some specific ice blue ones on Ry. Voilà:

For those who do not know; Ryder's original eyes had been ice blue (some visual trait that runs in the von Scharfenberg family for centuries). For reference here's him in 2066 again:

A more or less shorter history how Ry's actual eye mod came to be used:

When I created him my original thought was to give him yellow eyes (Kakto eyes – eden on sacred geometry) because I once again got inspired by Supernatural — yup the yellow-eyed demon xD. But back then I could not get the supposed eye mod to work. Vijay's eye mod however worked without any problems and so I selected Ryder's gray ones with the white ring instead he kept until today and is going to keep them as well (unless a better mod comes out or I can manage to edit them in some way because they sometimes look a bit lifeless - to less contrast or sth.). My plan was to have V's and Ry's mods not conflicting so I do not need to drag and drop in and out all the time (but this was wishful thinking).

The ice blue ones however might be a thing I may want to use on past days Ryder (2071—74). It requires me to rewrite some minor parts and retake some pics (I want to redo some day anyway) but it makes sense to me: He's had ice blue, then changed them to ice blue with a white ring and some time later got his gray ones he got now installed to match his overall dark dress code.

buuuuuut

I gotta say like them on him, he makes me weak — yet the white ring doesn't come through so nicely as in his gray ones, so he looks less intimidating in my opinion. And to be intimidating is what he wants in the first place, so people stay away. So gotta keep those darker ones. <3

The next second, he is kissed all the way down along his chest by warm darkened lips and every inch of the wet traces left by Ryder’s tongue seemed to burn on his skin. The fangs ensure to arouse his skin even more. De Wit manages to kick his clothes completely off his legs and just decided to pull those damn Jinguji briefs down too, so he could remove it from the younger man’s hips now that Ry was on top. The younger man aimed for traveling down south, and his tongue could instantly feel the change of surface, moving from sweet tasting, almost silky warm skin over to colder hardened cyberware tasting rather metallic yet still exciting while he scratched his nails along his chest and soon they followed down along the wet kissed path Ry’s tongue left. “Never tasted a metal belly.” “It’s just metal,” Thy answers as he feels Ry’s tongue exploring now the part where a navel was supposed to be. Nonetheless, Thyjs let out a satisfying sigh. It felt completely different, since the sensors under the metallic cyberware only told him, there’s some rather soft pressure right now, but watching Ry doing it, and how he’s doing it, makes Thyjs go almost crazy making him say “I almost pity now I replaced my belly to be stronger.” Ry looks up with a mischievous grin. “Guess I need to go explore somewhere else then where there is more sensation, hm?” he asks and proceeds further making his lover gasp even more.
