got rejected from my dream school !!!!
#fucking sobbing#watching people post about getting into their top schools is actually making me so upset rn#cause like#what more did i need to do to be in that position??#i got the 4.0 gpa with my yearly gpa increasing every year at a steady interval#i swam varsity all four years on top of swimming 15+ hours a week outside of school for my club team that i’ve been on since i was 5#and my sat scores weren’t perfect but i was still well within the top 96 percent tile#like#i i wasn’t even applying to ivies or anything like that. i know i wouldn’t make it into an ivy. but come on. what more did i have to do?#i held a steady job in customer service since the summer going into high school on top of babysitting 3-4 days after school every#week for the past two years#i threw away my entire social life for swim and work. and it’s literally all for nothing.
