Hey y'all, just wanted to pop in again to say that I've been learning a lot about recycling and the importance of sustainability this semester and wanted to share my insight about it here! Firstly, I've learned that its not just about what you eat but where you get your food from, and eating smart is more than just eating healthy. Research into who you support and buy from is an important step in sustainable eating, especially since many big companies don't source their food ethically.
