jesus christ i lost my temper today at this one individual from my university 😭😭
it eould have been okay IF IT WASNT IN FRONT OF THE TEACHER OVERSEEING OUR TRAINING
#literally kms#i just got rly pissed bc she kept shifting the blame and acting extremely rudely towards others#AND NOT DOING HER PART IN THE COURSE#one of my friends has been holding lessons with her and my friend has made ALL the lesson plans#all the powerpoints#ALL THE PLANNING#and then she comes in LATE doesnt know where any of the stuff is and not even looking at the plan -> everything goes to shit#like no structure to the lessons and one teacher saying one thing and the other something else#and when someone tries to tell her abt it she acts like a victim#apparently i bullied her bc i told her that shes rly hard to work with#and like I know it was wrong of me to yell (am gonna apologize for that)#but im not sorry at all abt anything i said#just abt the way i said it#bc she absolutely needs to know that she cannot act like that when working with others#(also we’ve had to like remind her of her own classes and like what grades shes teaching and WHEN bc apprently reading texts or taking notes#is impossible#like im tired of her acting like she does nothing wrong and any critique shr gets is bullying#like someone telling you to plan your classes isnt bullying you jfc
