quinns hand made contact with the back of jacks head. “knock it off, jack.”

jack groaned, shoving his head into his arms. he groaned again, this time the noise being muffled due to the his arm. “she wrote a song about me, quinn.”

quinn rolled his eyes. “you don’t know its about you” he told.

jack scoffed, head shooting up. “she literally called me out. the parties, that stupid red sea reference, even the chorus. its so obviously me. and then her newer single that dropped thirty minutes ago?’

quinn shrugged, “could be about trevor”

jack rolled his eyes, “no way in hell, quinn. they never hooked up and her newer one is about some guy hooking up with her later on—“

“you sound obsessed, jack.” quinn told. jack looked down, embarrassed.

“whats jack obsessed with?” trevor asked, walking inside the kitchen. he stole a grape from jack and popped it into his mouth.

trevor scoffed, “why are you so hung up on it? its just music.” trevor shrugged.

“hes upset because hes getting called out.”

jack groaned again, head hitting the counter.

quinn rolled his eyes again. “you’ve gotta stop doing that dude. listen— she probably made these ages ago and just now got to releasing them.”

trevor popped another grape in his mouth. “not too sure about that, but i know she started writing them when you two broke up.”

luke slowly walks in. “seriously? you guys are torturing the man talking about his ex.”

jack nods, signifying lukes words to be true.. luke goes into the cupboard to grab a plate. “just ignore it.” he shrugged.

trevor snorted. jack sent the boy a glare, causing his laughter to abruptly stop. “how can i just ignore it? shes getting big and her music is everywhere already.” he asked.

quinn gave him a look. “then face it, jack. you can’t keep putting yourself in denial for something you caused.”

jack let out an exasperated groan for the 100th time. “gee, thanks quinn. way to make me feel better.”

“dont start giving him shit, jack.” luke spoke.

jack rolled his eyes. “whatever, im going to my room.” he got up and went for the stairs.

all three boys looked around at each other. silence fell through the room. suddenly, the sliding door opens. “whats going on?” cole asked.

“quinn picked his side of the argument.” trevor spoke, slightly glaring at quinn.

quinn gave one back, “dont act innocent, trevor. you screwed her over too. you and jack need to own up to it and stop cowering like little kids. you are both in your twenties for fucks sake. grow up.”

quinn went off to his room, leaving a wide eyed group of boys behind.

jacks brows furrowed as he listened to the song in his earbuds. his girlfriend napped next to him as he sat up on the bed. he hates to admit it, but he kinda deserved this.

“lets fast forward to three hundred awkward blind dates later. if shes got blue eyes, i will surmise that you’ll probably date her. you dream of my mouth before it called you a lying traitor, you search in every model—“

he stopped the song, taking his earbuds out and tossing them to the floor. he cheated, and now was dating the girl he cheated with. it was sad, really.

fiona, she was a woman who loved money. jack, was a man who loved attention. maybe that’s why they were together. but she wasn’t horrible like people said, right?

quietly, he went to tik tok and made a fake account, that way she knew he didn’t stalk her profile. i mean— she has no idea he even uses it still.

jack searched fionas name up, ultimately clicking on her profile. she had one video up. he clicked on it.

she was lip syncing that really terrible audio that went ‘he chose me, he dont want you. he chose me’ and honestly, jack was appalled.

but before he could open the comments, she started to wake up. he swiped out of the app and deleted it, tossing his phone to the side afterwards.

“hey baby.” he smiled.

I was going to make a post writing ALL the plot that inspired these sketches but it got too long for a little post IM CRYING KANDJ so instead have a little context for every single one (*・ω・)ﾉ

All in the same story Post-Apocalyptic scenario under cut!!

Some Julian design sketches, i changed little about his appearence as i think he would not need to, he knows how to hide very well from the rampaging monsters and hes kinda inmune to them anyways. Finds Randy unconscious and takes him as his talking companion (even if he doesn't talk) 'cause being alone in the apocalypse can't do you very good, can it?. He is actually admiting to know his secret for a while so he wakes up (he doesn't).

A concept i dreamed of; when the Ninja needs it, the suit will protect its user so basically it helps him when hes to tired to fight, (doesn't matter if hes not conscious). It is also capable to show the Ninja see content from the Nomicon without directly accesing to it. The appearence of the suit is directly linked to the state of the Ninja, it resembles bandages as a consecuence of the injuries and mental burden the he currently has. with them being the most simple form of the suit (only for healing, not fighting). Randy is not 100 conscious and cannot take the mask off until he completely heals. Gosh i love sketching edgy scenarios.

MORE peopleee, this time Theresa and Howard (i can't draw any of them ugghhh), Neither of them even have an idea of whats going on, so they team up to find their friends (Debbie and Randy specifically) and at the same time figure out a solution to this crisis, or at least thats what Theresa thinks, in reality Howard is trying desperately not to break a promise he made to Randy "help everyone in case the worst happens" (dude just wants to help). They get to know each other better and since Randy is missing Howard just likes to assume hes Ninja-ing, to not think of "the worst case scenario". Eventually they save Debbie later and find out what happened to Randy and his new "thing".

You and Jake met when you were still in australia during school.

The boy is just naturally friendly so you guys became friends very quickly.

Besides that you two were the smart kids in your class.

So you guys liked to challenge yet also help each other for classes.

Like you two can go from "Hah! I'm a point higher than you! makes me smarter" "oh shut up"

to "Okay can you help me with this formula?? I could barely understand her in class today" "Of course!"

Biggest rival yet closest friend type thing hehe.

Okay so the boy is good at everything.

Academics, sports, talent and such a nice boy.

Of course you were gonna fall for him.

Now you weren't gonna lie, you were heartbroken when Jake told you he was gonna leave Australia.

However you were also completely ecstatic for him cause he was chasing his dreams.

You even were there to send him and his family off at the airport.

"We don't even know if I'm even gonna make it past auditions Y/n!" He chuckled.

Though as you made your way out of the airport you suddenly got a text from him.

after that man did you vote for him like CRAZY.

You weren't really sure if you should text him during this as he was busy and timezones and such.

so you ended up never sending the texts.

So you unfortunately lost touch.

But you always tuned in to I-LAND to see how he was doing.

The day he was announced as a member of an enhypen you shedded tears.

"Knew you could do it Sim." You said to yourself.

As you continued your life in Australia you were able to get yourself a partner.

They were honestly wonderful to you.

Soon enough though you got a scholarship to a University in Korea.

Unfortunately your partner didn't want to do long distance.

You tried to convince them but they were pretty set on it.

It also kinda led to an argument so..

Oh well..

After you moved and settled in you actually got a text from Jake

"Hey there stranger, it's Jake! Hope you remember me. My mom told me you moved to Korea. Wanna meet up?"

You never texted back so fast.

It was so good to see each other again.

You guys gave each other the biggest hug.

Jake showed you around Seoul to get you familiar with the place.

While catching up of course.

He even taught you some extra korean along the way

"Your pronunciation is good but also kinda cute hehe" He teased

"Not as cute as yours when you were on I-LAND" you teased back.

After that day you guys became close again, despite his hectic schedule.

He always tried his best to make time for you.

He was always just so comfortable around you and he loved everything about you too.

And he wanted to tell you soon.

That soon is today!

Today happens to be your birthday.

and the boy decided to take you on a date and then finally confessed.

So early in the morning he took you for breakfast then you went to the library.

For lunch he brought you to an animal cafe.

Probably a dog cafe but if you like cats more or maybe you can’t be around dogs for some reasons then he'd take you to a cat cafe.

Finally before dinner he took you to an arcade where he was just an absolute dork.

He played any games you wanted.

He also actually planned to let you win all of them..

But…

Boy got competitive 🙄

But! He made it up by winning you any plushie you want.

Took him a few tries but he got them.

Suddenly as he was trying to win you another prize your ex called.

You then excused yourself to answer the phone.

Our poor Jakey quickly got nervous.

What are they calling for?

Are they asking for them back?

No they didnt want a long distance relationship..

But.. what if?

I think they're worth any distance..

No its their birthday! maybe they wanted to be nice and wish them a happy birthday but who still says happy birthday to their ex..?

"Jake you good?"

"아! 깜짝이야!!!”

He didn't even realize you were back he was so lost in thought.

"You scared me!!"

"Clearly, You okay tho?" You giggled.

He took a deep breath then nodded, before finally asking who that was.

You then explained how it was your ex and how they wished you a happy birthday.

But.. they also asked if the two of you could get back together.

Jake was starting to sweat.

"W-what did you say?"

"I said no of course! I don't like them like that anymore, plus that chapter is just over." You explained.

THANK GODDD

"..Good." He mumbled.

"Good?"

Jake smiled and took your hands before finally confessing to you.

"Good cause I wanna be with you instead. Can I Y/n? Can I be yours?"

To say you were stunned was kinda an understatement.

AND YOUD BE DUMBER THAN DUMB AND DUMBER IF YOU SAID NO.

So without any hesitation you quickly pulled him into a hug.

"It would be an honor to have you as mine Jake."

And with that he finally took you out for dinner at your favorite place.

-On the other hand Lightning does it at the most random moments

-Unless your're Sam or Brick who constantly encounter them doing this, you wont know if theyre serious or just messing with eachother

-For the most part they do this for fun and like to think of it as their own special way of showing affection

-Mommy issues x daddy issues exclusively*

-Going off from the last one Lightning always wanted to talk about what happened between him and his dad to Scott but he wasnt sure how to

-Scott then proceeded to tell Lightning about his Ma and how she used to beat him on how for most his childhood had deal with her liking his sister and treating him like shit to help him feel more comfortable

-Lightning's Dad always had high expectations and put a lot of pressure on him and ignored him when he failed, how after Cameron won, His dad had been ignoring his existence to the present

-The two often bonded over their parental issues

-Scott grew up eating dirt and gruel, the most he can cook is toast, bacon and eggs on the other side lightning is can cook amazing steaks and salads

-Scott of course pretends to hate Lightnings cooking, but in reality he made the best steak and salad you could ever dream of

-Lightning always calls out Scott for how skinny he is and always forces him to eat more steak

-Scott often replies to this with when is all the muscle in your body you get from steak going to work on his brain

-Lightning was willing to teach Scott how to properly cook a meal, leaving him a few simple ingredients to which one lightning since he realized he was missing some, when he came back Scott already burned himself and caused a fire

-they were supposed to be making hot dogs that night

-Scott likes tell Lightning hes a shmuck for being all rich and succesful and dare him to spend a week with him on the farm, to which of course Lightning said yes

-He quit after learning that all they had for breakfeast was a can of corn

-The amount of internalized homophobia i can fit in these two

-The two were very nervous to tell their parent about dating amother man but both their families were supportive

-Lightning started to fall for scott around the time he and courtney broke up

-Lightning and the other members of team dude were trying help Scott cope with the fact that courtney was just using him

-On the inside Lightning was kinda happy they broke up, mostly bc he knew courtney wasnt good for Scott

-Scott and Lightning insult eachother as a form of flirting with the other however the two arent too big on regualr flirtjng and compliments unless they feel like it

-They bust out the good tunes on saturday nights with some imagine dragons bursting through the radio/j

-As I have mentioned before, Scott and Lightning arent too big on regular romance but they do have their moments,

-Scott tried to cook something for Lightning bc he was having a bad day, and completly messed up and burnt the thing to a crisp, he was near tears at this so they just wrapped themselves up in blankets and cuddled for a while

-Both Lightning and Scott have scars after roti and they often caress the others scars as a form of comfort or reasurrment

-Scott has undiagnosed PTSD and depression, he often feels the need to push his feelings down and cover up anything he might make others feel like he is a nuisance

-He often has Nightmares or Panic attacks of Fang, Lightning feels guilty bc he is not good at comforting people and often needs Sam's help to make sure Scott doesnt hurt himself,faint,or hyperventilate too much

-In these situations the best thing Lightning can do is hug Scott and hope it calms him down

-Lightning likes watching sports live on tv or even better in the actual stadium, his favorite sports to play/watch are Football and Basketball, Scott despite not playing it himself argues with Lightning saying Baseball is better

-Lightning responds saying if he likes baseball so much to name every baseball player

-They enjoy doing stupid shit together, shit that could get them in trouble with police, stealing things,shoplifting,jaywalking, well thats Scott for the most part, all Lightning has ever done is steal a really expensive motorcycle

-They enjoy the others hobbies a lot, Scott always goes to Lightnings games and Lightning is always up for watching Scott hit and break bottles with a baseball bat

on his face - you turn to look at him, staring him dead in the eyes - and he stares back, the moon reflecting onto his face - “you’re my bestfriend” he silently whispers, scanning your face for ANY reaction from you - and your heart starts rushing and your head starts beating and all you know is that he is in love with you. and you are in love with him.  - the night continues in a rush of kisses and rushed feelings - he of course had to go back to florida - but now he keeps a picture of the two of you in his wallet - and you see him in everything around you - you two facetime everynight and talk about everything with each other - because you are in love, true love - bonus: when sapnap gets home dream’s like “whats up with you” - and sapnap just shrugs and grins  - “spent some time w my best friend” - “IM NOT YOUR BEST FRIEND?” - dream LMFAOO - can you tell im in love with this SONG quackity (hits different from midnights (the till dawn edition)):  - I KNOW THIS SONG HAS A LOT OF DIFFERENT INTERPRETATIONS OKAY - im very aware of that its all i speculate and talk about - its like that one meme with the guy and the bulletin board and hes like “DO YOU SEE THIS” - but i interpret this song as someone singing to a person (bonus points if theyre a friend) they have a major crush on!!! except their crush is dating someone - and you can tell that the person they are dating aint it for them - its giving you belong with me - in this, you’re quackity’s neighbor - and you two have lived next to each other for a while  - to the point where you two have become kinda good friends! youd eat dinner together, have some movie nights, etc - you could say you know him pretty well - well ig you didnt know him as well as you think - one night you knock on his apartment door, looking for someone to hang out with whatever - ignore that you had a crush on him that you were actively suppressing - and his girlfriend answers the door all nice like “hi! how are you!” - and youre like “im good, are you?? who are you?” - and quack pulls up behind her and is like “OH meet my girlfriend!” - and youre like “oh! nice to meet you!” - then you shuffle back to apartment ASAP - suddenly it hit you that the person you had a crush on was unavaliable - and suddenly you felt the anguish that comes from him being in love with someone else - it made you wanna throw up - you call another friend up and meet up at a bar, ready to drink your sorrows away - and the bar you go to is playing the song you and quackity listened to everytime together - you groan and explain everything to your friend who’s just like “oh my! love is a lie, don’t worry - it happens to everyone” just to get you by - but you knew this wasn’t like any other time - youve been so willing to move on in the past - it hit different this time because it was him - you drink so much you start slurring his name and your thoughts are plagued by him - someone puts you into a car and sends you off to your apartment - you slump onto your bed, and fall into a restless fit - dreams of his hair, and his stare, and his sense of belief. of times you once believed he could love you.  - you dreamed of you melting his world like an argumentative, antithetical dream girl - the next morning, you hear a key turning in his door  - and you cant help hope but hes coming in to check on you - so you rush to open the door - he jumps and looks at you startled - “hey! my girlfriend and i heard you come in from the bar last night! must have been a wild night!” he chuckled, wishing you the best of health as he retreated into his apartment - you stare at the spot he was just standing out, letting out a big sigh as you groan, your hangover catching up with you - “catastrophic blues, moving on was easy for me to do. it hits different, it hits different cause its you”  - be glad i didnt pick “youre losing me” for this cause damn

What's your thoughts on Garfield

i really really like garfiel!! its been a while since ive read arc 5-6 though so like specific plot details get a little murky in my brain (....also arc 7-8's chaotic plotline sometimes too HAH), but yeah like. garfiel and his family add to like those familial relationship themes in rezero i think, and im Invested in their family drama. and yknow i do like garfiel a lot on his own. dudes like a shounen protagonist in the best way possible i think? like i like that hes introduced as a somewhat unpredictable minor antagonist in arc 4 - i remember being interested when reading arc 4 wn (this was before s2 came out HAH) bc it was like. whys garf acting like this from loop to loop. whats going on with him. AND THEN HIS BACKSTORY REVEAL AND THE TRIAL AND THE REVEAL THAT HES SO YOUNG HAH... its perfect. explains his behavior perfectly. and my fondness for him was cemented in that exact moment.

so like garfiel isnt a rezero character that i obsessively go insane over atm (......thats reserved for subaru emilia reinhard otto heinkel i suppose......) but i really like him a lot. i like how he has like. slight misogynistic moments that he gets called out for LMAO T^TT but hes such a sweetheart with the elderly in sanctuary - hes a mamas boy...... and hes pretty earnest and determined at heart. and he likes to READ... HES A BOOKWORM... hes. such a teenage boy. the teenage boy of all time. that i cannot help but feel fond of him, and hes grown even kinder by arc 8 with all the connections hes made... like i absolutely lovee his arc 8 development. its amazing, and i cant wait to see where he goes from here!!! garfiel's arc 8 chapter with the theatre dream is one of my favorite arc 8 moments of all time!!!! and im terrified of whatll happen thatll cause garfiel's line in emilia's third trial :,))))) but very excited. and also i like the garfiel-heinkel dynamic okay sue me (dont sue me literally im a college student). and i think its really fucking funny that they were both cats in garfiel's theatre dream okay.

Hey, on the topic "quirks are diseases" again, I do think it would divided people here. Bc if you are born with Momo's quirk, wow, you made in life.

If you are born with Mineta's quirk? Tough luck.

But here a few things I want to say:

1) I talked about Rede and yes he wouldn't like people thinking quirkless are better( I think is lile at best 5% of people who do have powerful quirk) and soon a civil war would happen. Well, a dude who has a powerful quirk will be "liberate" in using 100% and envy speaks loud. Rede's end goal makes no real sense but is better than afo.

2) how the quirks came to be? Like overhaul was spreading this theory. So he lie...meaning people could have acess to this info. Quirkless are healthy one...does all schools teach about that?

3) if so, why Izu was abused? Ok say Aldera is mega shitty and never taught that. Ok. Still doesnt justify how shitty Izu was treated and he was healthy among his peers.

4) I have a hc now...that quirks users have a short lifespan compared to quirkless. Again, an intetesting concept hori wont touch with a 10 feet pole.

5) what this revelation proved? Nothing, aside Hori shitting on Izu AGAIN.

6) ok so...I do think Hori was influced by MCU but then started seeing the boys...and fails miserable. The boys does take dark concepts and explores (spoiler: they have a drug that can kill supers) it has a built up and consequences. Hori? Shits on Izu and wanks Bk's dick.

Like to sum up, this chapter proves how Izu shouldnt have been treated like that and he would be better off not being a hero. I just saw a sgdk fic where Inko - in an angst moment where she is right- asks in tears why Izu's dream has to cause him harm? Why he cant have anothet dream? Fair. He wants help people? Doctors exists. Fireworks too.

I think even if born with Mineta's quirk, you'd be set for life. The grape is cowardly but you can't deny his quirk could be highly useful as a hero. But I do get your point, quirks are a sickness no one wants a cure for.

1) ReDestro wanting people to be liberated in using their quirks makes sense - however the practicality of this not so much.

2) I bet schools (especially if some are hunting grounds for MPA recruitment) do not teach that quirkless are the 'healthy ones' because that wouldn't benefit them in any way.

3) Canonically, Bakugou being an abusive little shit is the main reason for Izuku being abused for being quirkless (although he even abused him before that point - being quirkless just have Bkg more fuel to torment him with.)

4) that's an interesting plot point - one Hori wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. But under a better writer, resentment from quirked people over them not living as long as the quirkless would make sense.

5) the revelation of quirks being from a virus meant nothing! Nothing at all! It only harmed the story - and added a heavy bias against AFO and OFA's nameless, homeless sex worker mother (thanks Hori *sarcasm*).

6) Hori may have been inspired by other superhero stories but fails in incorporating the origins of quirks in MHA.

Despite going to UA being how Izuku met his idol and friends - being a hero has only brought Izuku suffering, canonically speaking, he would have been better off doing anything else to help people.

I hate how MHA and Izuku's story has become THIS.

There is an Evil Bad Guy(tm), who, of course, wants power, and so when a kid is born with a strong enough power, it's more than likely they will be taken to join the ever-growing brainwashed army of Evil Dude(tm). Evil Villain Guy(tm) also carries forward... tests and experiments, to see if it's possible to evolve these powers and overcome their drawbacks.

This guy is my poor special little guy, Dante, and by that, I mean he's the one that I make suffer for my own amusement, i'm sorry, Dante.

He doesn't know his age, but he guesses he's in his mid-20s.

He was one of the child soldiers the Evil Villain Man(tm), and has been with him since he has memory. Now all he wants is revenge against him, and doesn't care about much else.

He was a favourite, because he was the first one to survive the tests and evolve the powers he has. (drawbacks are still a work in progress)

His power allows him to create limbs made from shadows, he specialized in wings. Altho he started only creating two wings, with the tests, he started calling more and more wings to his control, and they eventually stopped looking soft and feathery, and started looking more and more leathery, and he stopped using them to fly, more like spider legs to help support him and that he can turn into extremely dangerous and sharp weapons.

This guy over here is Nicholas. He is *drum roll* Evil Villain Guy(tm)'s older son!

Nicholas is in his mid-20s. He also has a younger brother, Theo, who is in his early 20s.

He was raised in blissful ignorance until he was a teenager, where he started figuring out his family's dark history. He started questioning his father's authority more and more, until, when he was around 16 years old, his own father commanded his assassins to get rid of him.

He was left for dead, but little did they know he had been hiding self-healing powers, and managed to survive and ended up joining a rebellion against his father, meeting Dante again ten years later, when he escaped. His brother is still with his father.

I'm very bad with names and can't choose, I have at least twenty options for each, but these are also some very important guys for them. All of their designs might change!! I'm still playing around.

The woman to the left is the leader of the rebellion, she took Nicholas in and knocked some sense into his head when he was pushing his body and powers farther than he should. She has electricity on contact powers, she uses it for the most shocking punches, or for charging whatever metalllic weapon shes holding to make it Hurt. Her drawback tho, is a loss of fine motor skills, her hands shake a lot because of this.

The guy in the right is Dante's uncle. Dante's uncle was a renowned knight, when he learnt that his brother, sister-in-law and nephew, his only family, were all wiped out in an attack, he lost his control and threw himself to battle with no second thoughts. His power is something of future visio; it doesn't go too far, just a few seconds or minutes (although he might get a few days or weeks worth of it in dreams), which made him unstouchable in battle. The drawback is the lost of his own eyesight. He is blind because of the overuse of his powers, and can really only notice light and very blurry shapes if he focuses (he usually doesn't). When he got tired of fighting he up and left, trying to forget and be forgotten, finding a village in the middle of nowhere and staying there to pass his days.

UNTIL his war-buddy, mister-in-the-center-drawing, came looking for him. They used to be the closest friends and he spent years looking for him after he vanished from the face of the Earth. He doesn't have any powers, but he is very much to Dante's uncle's levels of swordmanship and whatever-knights-do-ship (with the exception of. you know. literal future vision powers). They are boyfriends now.

Also Dante and his uncle meet later on, and this meeting is the reason Dante doesn't go off the deep end as it was very much looking like before. Dante's uncle knows Dante's real age and birthday, he never forgot.

Aoba entered to Izana's sano library when kaiji saw him

"bluey chan"-Kaiji said a with joy,he meet Aoba in a modeling gig (and because sometimes he saw him in Izana's library talking with him)

and Aoba looked stunning and calm ignoring how kaiji called him he know Kaiji was aware of his identity as Bluefire but it not mind him (after all kobe division is not less bloody than other divisions)

Aoba gaved him two things

A lolita black dress and a rose bracelet

"the dress is from me and the bracelet from Kururi she wish you a happy birthday but she's in the theater now and thank you for help me with the cosplay i planned wear in halloween"-he said and Kaiji nodded,in fact he helped Aoba with the cosplay of Hirst from record of ragnarok, although he is not much into crossdressing but Kaiji admited Hirst fits with him considering Aoba's bipolar disorder and mood swings that kaiji saw before

Aoba turn to izana and take from his bag a book,

"i know isn't your birthday but this is for you izana-san,is old but have value i hope you enjoy"-he said and Izana nodded taked the book

When Aoba out from the library kaiji noticed how Izana looked at the blue hair with a dreaming look

"ooh Aoba-chan,one day you will be mine and only mine and with it happen anything and anyone can us appart darling"-Izana said gigglint,his smile became a lascivious grin and had a blush thinking on the other librarian..his friend and his darling

But after say it izana noticed how kaiji hearded him and now he was looking him with surprise and a glow in the eyes

“….Kaiji don’t—“

“Holy fucking shit!!”

Izana cringed at his little brother’s crass words, his cheeks reddening-this time out of embarrassment-when Kaiji started laughing hysterically, leaning on one of the bookshelves to support himself. Izana didn’t even have the courage to shush him, he just sighed and covered his face in his hands, goodness, how embarrassing, for him to lose his composure like that and in front of his brother nonetheless, Izana prided himself on being able to control his…less than savory tendencies but there was something about Aoba that just left the librarian entranced, it was addicting and Izana couldn’t help but want more.

“Dude please, wipe that fucking look off your face, you look like you just busted a fat nut.”

Izana covered his mouth as he tried to muffle the sound of him choking on his saliva, giving his snow haired brother a fierce glare which made Kaiji giggle. “I have to say though, never thought I’d see the day you fall in love and with Aoba no less! That’s not a diss by the way, you got taste my dear brother.”

Izana sighed, hugging the book close to his chest and ignoring the way his heart sped up knowing that Aoba was just touching this book moments earlier. “Just…please, don’t tell anyone.” He softly pleaded and Kaiji patted his back in an attempt to comfort him. “Don’t worry, Iza, I could never stand in the way of a great love story in the making, just…be careful, will ya? You’re smart so I know you know that Aoba is way more than a pretty face.”

“I know.” He sighed out, a soft look on his face causing Kaiji to roll his eyes fondly. “Just let me know if you want any help, I’m pretty much a pro at this stuff.”

Izana raised a brow, silently calling bullshit. “Does that mean you finally have a partner-a long term partner-now?

Kaiji deflated slightly, actually looking sheepish. “Er, well…um..”

“I dont want to hear it, Kaiji”

“Fuck you too then, damn!”

Dream doesnt seem to like his character losing, which makes me wonder Why he did the Exile arc and whether he thought of the Long Term Effects of it

This has Always been a theme, back during season 1 he won the L'Manberg war And had arranged it so Tommy would have to give him a Disc back if he lost which would Continue the Disc War because he Didnt like that Tommy won against him the last time (just Barely, Tommy managed to get the discs in the Enderchest SECONDS before Dream shot him). He didnt lose Anything in the Pogtopia arc by betraying Pogtopia, because he came out on Top with the Revive Book and didnt Actually care about his allies.

Season 2 wouldve gone Fine, I wouldve had No Issues with it, had he not made the Disc War Finale staged. It was set up so this antagonist character who we have never seen lose before, FINALLY got his ass kicked and locked away after so long. And it turns out..... it wasnt a win at all for his victims? Because he staged it? And we never got to find out WHY he staged it?

He loses his friends, yes, but that was also Because he Willingly Chose that path. He decided to give up his "attachments" on his own, nobody made him, nobody pushed him to that, it was all his decision.

In Season 3, even though he's in Prison, he doesnt Lose anything worthwhile on screen. He, while Locked Away, still has FULL access to a whole ass Revive Book, he torments the Prison Warden with info about what he did to Tommy, he manages to send c!Ranboo into Enderwalk mode using Sapnap, he manages to Kill someone And revive them, he manages to kill Another Guy and Revive Him...?

Then we get the Torture Arc. Finally, something that has c!Dream actually Lose something And.... we Dont see it. We see 2 very short clips on screen (one of c!Quackity first entering the cell, another of c!Dream cowering and going "Yes Sir") but That's. It

Literally the Lowest point c!Dream was in throughout the entire series and we Barely saw it, leaving me struggling to feel sympathy for what happened. I watched something last night that tackled a similar topic and I felt Bad for the person in question cause their "punishment" (Psychological Torture it was in the show) happened On Screen. It doesnt work as well when a characters lowest moment is Mostly Off Screen.

This would be similar to if the entirety of Exile Arc was off screen and we just had a clip of c!Tommy going "Sorry Dream" or something along those lines. Last time I said this I had weird anons going "You want to see torture on screen?" and I'm like. They're playing this in Minecraft, theres Limits to what they can Show. This is how the Exile Arc managed to show an abusive dynamic while also sparing the Bloody Details (which we know were there by scenes of Tommy shouting in pain)

And After the Torture arc, c!Dream's behaviour did not change. At All. He stayed the exact same dude he was before it. He didnt get Worse (he literally murdered his abuse victim Before the torture arc).

After escaping the prison he didnt need time to recover or wander around without armor or food needing to start over again, he conveniently had an ally outside and was able to get into full netherite armor within ONE stream and was Back to tormenting people, specifically c!Tommy.

Dream likes playing a character that Always comes out on Top regardless of what happens to him, (and when he loses something it's either off screen or he CHOSE to lose that thing) and it Worries me because making that character abusive doesnt Work with that, as viewers will be rooting for the Abuse Victim to Win and Upset when he Loses Yet Again to him.
