Welp, guess I'll wait until Wuthering Waves gets a console release.

Tried playing it again. Closing Discord improved the ping during normal exploration (150ms, which is not that great, but miles better than 300-500ms). But then it shot up to 999+ during a fight and stayed that way. It became impossible to play.
