Sorry for the radio silence for like a month or so.

I’ve been trying to catch up with my reading since I went crazy with buying physical books and I got hyper focused on that. And then I forgot about the 15 or so drafts in the drafts. Lol

#GOD #I saved this as a draft cuz I was like ‘no I’m not gonna post anything when I’m mad’ but it’s been 24 hours and I have decided I am #rightfully pissed #the person who arranged this whole thing got the times wrong so there was nothing or me to cover by the time I showed up but an organizer #said she had pictures that we could use and would send them by tomorrow morning #I tell my boss the whole situation and he’s understanding at first and tells me to send the photos once they come in #queue fucking yesterday: I email the pics and he’s like ‘you don’t have anything better?’#no. you sent me to an event that was over. there was nothing to photograph. you are aware of the situation.#’well you need to understand that it’s important to get good photos for things like this but whatever this will work I guess’#so I spend all afternoon emailing other people at the event asking if they had pics we could use. finally hear back from someone #and send those over to my boss.#only for him to fucking say: I actually like the first photos better. we rearranged the layout for them #anyway pardon me while I go fuck myself ig #fucking vent.
