Dave was able to goto the U2 concert at the Sphere Las Vegas and gives his review of the amazing tech at the show and how the iPhone 15 Pro Max camera photo quality is. Report says that those using CarPlay tend to listen to AM/FM radio instead. Many updates to iOS including older versions with the latest 17.1 now out. To keep Safari up to date, install the latest macOS updates. The most recent version of macOS includes the most recent version of Safari.

If you deleted Safari and don't have a backup, reinstall macOS to put Safari back in your Applications folder. Reinstalling macOS doesn't remove data from your computer. Before reinstalling, you might want to use Spotlight to search for Safari. If you find it, but it's no longer in your Dock, just drag it to the Dock to add it back.

Adaptivity v7.7

Adaptivity is an app for developers and designers to visualise how iOS's Size Classes and margins for layout, readable content and the safe area look on real devices and how they change with respect to orientation, iPad Slide Over/Split View and Dynamic Type size changes. There are also screens to explore System Colors, System Fonts, System Images, and System Materials.

In version 7.7, the System Images view includes all the new and renamed images in iOS/iPadOS 14.5. Toggle between viewing the iOS 13, 14, 14.2 or 14.5 data sets. See iOS version availability information and which images were renamed in iOS 14. New widgets are available to show random SF Symbols from the most recent data set supported by your device. Configure the widget to choose the information to display and which category to select the images from.

New widgets are also available for showing Dynamic Type text styles. There are several configuration options, allowing you to choose various font properties and which information to display. By default, the widget shows text at the system's current content size configuration. This can be overidden to allow more easily comparing text at different content sizes.

Adaptivity is available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch on iOS 11 or later, and on the Mac App Store on macOS 10.15 or later. The app is a universal purchase; buying it on one platform allows the other to be downloaded at no extra cost using the same Apple ID.

No ads, no analytics, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions.

Apple releases iOS 14.4 RC and watchOS 7.3 RC for developers

When released iOS and iPadOS 14.2, it made a change to the naming system it had used to denote a beta release on the verge of being disseminated. This beta build of iOS or iPadOS, watchOS, etc. was once called the Gold Master and is now known as Release Candidate (RC). So today we can tell you that iOS 14.4 RC is now available to developers. This is expected to be the near-final beta build.
