The next generation of tech talents have immense field of opportunity in Africa. The fact that Africa has youngest population in the world and the trend is going to continue only shows that in future anyone looking for young workforce must turn towards Africa. As it has been discussed earlier, Africa has a huge young population. It is to say that there is huge workforce available. But to use the workforce to its fullest entrepreneur in Africa must apply an employee centric approach. The youth of Africa have acquired new knowledge and expertise. The most successful entrepreneurs must introduce a collaborative approach which will look into the development of the both the organization and the employees simultaneously.
