Quite possibly the best Craft Beer in the Northwest. Icicle Brewing in Leavenworth. Met a guy and his wife from my same hometown dwn in Eugene, Oregon. He went to Oregon State. We’re not the same. But at the same time, they were both really nice folks. I’m glad I met them. I’m an Oregon Duck🦆 thru and thru. I’ve been to breweries in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. This one always does stand out.

I was in a bit of classic Prog Rock tonight for this #VinylAndBeerSunday. I had the title tune of this 1977 album in my head during the nearly 500-mile drive from Washington state today. Depending on my mood, POINT OF KNOW RETURN from KANSAS is probably my number one or two favorite albums from the band. And tonight, this album is just what I wanted to listen to while watching the Pittsburgh Steelers lose. According to Untappd, the beer is one that I picked up in Washington and is no longer in production. The ENCHANTMENTS HAZY IPA - PRUSIK from ICICLE BREWING COMPANY is stellar with smooth hops, melon, and malt. I would have loved to pick up a six-pack of this one. One of my stops in Leavenworth. I visit every year. This was a one and only stop to this sausage place called München Haus. And the beautiful Wenatchee River. There’s soooo many places to stop and take photos along U.S. Highway 2 near Steven’s Pass in Washington State. And yes, that’s a boot full of beer and I bought the boot. I’ve been wanting one for awhile. The Craft Beer is the Alpenhaze from the local brewery called Icicle Brewing Company. Quite possibly there best Craft IPA.

The Icicle Gorge otherwise known as Icicle Creek in Leavenworth, Washington on Icicle Creek Road. The day was very cloudy. I usually go when it’s warmer out. The beer is a craft beer made at the local Icicle Brewing Company.
