So he's a rock Ptarmigan ( one of these )

But that's kinda what they look like in the winter to blend in and stuff, but in the summer they look kinda like this-

So I kinda drew him kinda in the middle of summer and winter kinda in the spring, so he would both be brown and white XD ( idk this gave me an excuse to give him patterns so his design wouldn't look boring lol )
