Hum… I don’t think I’m wrong with saying that the “core” YA are Eli (patriot) Nate (Iron Lad) Teddy (Hulkling) and Billy (Wiccan). They’re all about 16 when the series start, and they’re then joined by Kate (Hawkeye) Cassie (Stature) Tommy (Speed) and a teenage version of Vision. America and the others only arrive later in the story, and they turn 18 during that arc. But appart from Kate who’s older (she turns 21 in style>substance) and Noh-Varr, they’re all teenagers

That’s what I was thinking.

I find that mistake endearing. I don’t know why xD

I mean, it’s not technically a mistake, since consistent spelling wasn’t really a thing in 1672? But it’s just all so earnestly phonetic that it’s truly great. XD

I have to read about half of this out loud to figure out what he’s talking about, and ‘dollonne’ is still eluding me. 

(It’s something that can be bought and sold individually - our closest guess so far has been ‘doline,’ an obscure term for ‘washbasin.’ That or maybe d’hollande, as in aunes of holland cloth, but there’re no yardage notes. [insert shrugging guy here] )
