What we’ve been reading lately. . . We’re nearly finished with #thesilverballoon by #susanbonners and getting ready to read #oddandthefrostgiants by #neilgaiman (Viking inspired 🖤). . . We learned about Norway, Normandy, and the migration patterns they took to North America this week in #sotwvol2 . E’s friend from TN was over for a visit so of course we gave him a map sheet 🗺so he could join in on the fun too. . . I had 2 Viking Books from US unit in 2nd grade so of course we brought those out and read them too (so glad I hung onto them!). . . In science we are finishing our reading of the planets (currently on Saturn), and we really enjoyed reading more about Gallileo and his contributions (and the work he built upon) in #igalileo by #bonniechristensen .
