Expressing myself in english

I won’t want use this tumblr anymore, so i’ll use it for writing something in english and practice how to comunicate in english and practice for the toefl exam, which i’m going to take in mid january. Actually, that two kind of topics are too different, but i think i could be helpfull if i start to practice and get used to write in english, because it would made me feel confortable and confident about myself.

A great vocabulary, knwoing the grammar and how to write correctly the words is very important to get the score i need, and shows off i can express my opinios in english.

So let’s start with something really important. If you ask me why do i want to take the toefl exam, i would answer i need to take it to shows i am proeficient in english. I looking for a schollarship to study public health in the Europe. It’s schollarship program of a master’s degree offered by an instituition named Eramus Mundus. I’m going to apply to this program of public health studies which i shall choose two colleges to get the classes.

At first year i have an initial module to understand the fundamentals and principles of the public health, which last 9 months. At this frist module i can choose to study in Shefield, at England’s country town, or at a Spanish’s Country town, which name i didn’t remember by now. Then, all the students have to go to Paris to an integrated module, that has three months of during. Afterwards, every student has to choose an specialization module, where the students have deep studies about the temathics whose they opted to specialize into. If i am not wrong, there are 5 categories of specializations, each one in a different university. And, the last but not least, another integrated module in Paris, reuniting all of the students of the program.

Why do i choose this specific program of master degree? Because of the subject. In my few practical experience of my profession, i guess handling with groups is what most made me excited about. When i worked in a psychological and social reference center, i really felt i was doing something rewarding, and something i really liked to do, as it noticeable as it wasn’t a payd work. I didn’t recieve one single brazilian money to go there, but i was there at least twice at week, spending 4 hours trying to help the group to implement activities and therapeutical programs to the pacients.

it was one of the best professional experience since i’ve started to study psychology. I guess i find my way inside of the groups, as an institutional worker. I don’t like the ideia of me offering individual psychotherapy or counseling. I don’t know. Let’s try to keep this place to practing writing in english, not only about my feelings or things that happened with me. I thinking about find some articles and interviews and write opinions or to explain the main ideia of those. Let’s see what happens, and be prepared, ‘cause im bringin my A game bitches!
