I think I might be pansexual... how can I be sure? What if I'm just confused or curious?

Hi there!

You may be pansexual or you may be confused or you may be curious or you may even be all of the above! Whatever it is, know that it’s okay, you just need some time to understand yourself and your feelings and sensations better. It’s perfectly normal to question your sexuality and not know exactly who you’re attracted to and it’s normal to be confused, as sexuality is quite a complex thing. It’s not always so easy to define it clearly. And it’s normal to be curious too, because there so much you have yet to try out and experience and novelty is always exciting! How you define your sexuality can change multiple times throughout life, and there’s nothing wrong with that either. We constantly discover new things about life and about ourselves, and sometimes all that new information can change how we feel about things. There’s plenty of time for you to explore it all and figure out what exactly is your cup of tea. You are probably still learning what attraction truly means for you.
