Happy freakin Monday!!! Day 1 of #shaunweek with #insanebasics 😅 I did the original #insanityprogram back in 2010 which was/is tough! Insanity Day#1
Today i start Insanity!! I remember trying the workout program when i was in the 150's and struggling big time with my weight, i gave up.. i did not feel capable of finishing. I'm now doing heavy weights and feel like I'm ready for such a challenge. BRING IT ON! I'm ready to get shredded! I promise to keep you guys updated on my progress. I've taken a before picture which i will post later, perhaps when i start seeing change! If you are doing the program right now & have advice follow me! & if you have never tried the program--- don't you worry, i'll keep you updated as well!! XOXOX
