sometimes i just dont understand its making me extremely upset. sometimes i cant have someone explain everything to me. i feel so stupid. i feel dumb for needing someone to help me talk 24/7, needing a device to help me talk 24/7, copying and pasting what ive seen to type, someone to help me understand and explain things. sometimes i wonder if i deserve this much love. is it ok for me to need help to brush my teeth, to eat, to get dressed, to have a drainage bag (that i almost never talk abt bcz its so embarrassing sigh), to drink, to talk, to get groceries, to go from places bcz i cannot drive and will never be able to, to move, to breathe when im asleep, to understand, etc? i feel like a baby thats new to the world but no. im 18. almost 19 years old. im just severely disabled and its been that way since i was born. sometimes i wonder how would i be able to talk and understand on my own. how many friends id have thatd ever understand what i say.

can people with intelluctual disabilitys be programmed? can the core be the host? can the host have a lower emotional or mental age?

In a cult or high-control group methods of programming and standards are different from government agencies. Most people can be taught through conditioning to respond to stimulus.

Core/original alter/part is an outdated term. Dissociative identity disorder forms before a child’s identity comes together, therefore there was never any “original” to create parts from. In DID, those parts never came together.

Host-Alter(s) that function in daily living. There may be a “day host”, a “night host” for the cult, or hosts for various times in the person’s life. Host alters are responsible for most aspects of daily life. Teams of alters may divide up daily life into more manageable and specialised tasks such as socialisation, school, work, and taking care of the body.

Is there something there in my theories about object consciousness/sentience that could run parallel to like... how humans conceptualize intelligence and ‘levels’ of intelligence and who determines what is a ‘higher’ intelligence/cognition level and the discrimination that happens based on that? Yes but I don’t think I’m the best person to have those takes (I’m not intelluctually disabled myself, just have neurodivergency and some mental health stuff)
