不知道何為，iOS 13.2中的內存管理機制突然就變得激進了，多個app都遭遇了殺後台的現象，而且嚴重到了稍微切換不同的應用，後台中停留沒多久的應用就要重新打開才行，直接被幹掉了。

普通應用切換下還好，但是有些應用如果沒有保存信息，一旦被殺後台就會導致數據丟失了。

國外受影響的主要是Safari、Youtube、Overcast，國內的微博、微信也同樣遇到了這樣的問題，特別是微信，作為手機中的高頻應用，頻繁被殺後台是很影響體驗的。

對於這個問題，微信團隊也發表了公告，表示“尊敬的用戶，升級到iOS13.2版本，可能會導致App（如微信）在回到手機桌面或鎖屏後被系統關閉，下次打開需要重新啟動App。建議先不升級iOS版本，或耐心等待問題修復。 ”

這個問題主要是蘋果iOS系統引起的，不是微信能解決的，只能等待蘋果官方再生幾個iOS 13.3了。
