iOS13でiPhoneのSafariでの画面が真っ白になる時の解決方法

iOS13が2020年09月にリリースされてから半年が過ぎました。 しかしiOS13にアップデート後から「Safariの画面が真っ白になる」という不具合にあった方も多いかと思います。どうやらこれは「Safariのバグ」ではなく、「仕様」のようです。今回はその仕様を変更することで「Safariの画面が真っ白になる人」向けの情報です。
