Piccole vittorie e comunicazioni di servizio.

Questa nota non è altro che un messaggio forte che voglio condividere con tutte quelle persone che, come me, sono spinte da uno stimolo creativo originale e non hanno bisogno di copiare nessuno per esprimersi e farsi conoscere.

Sono dovuta intervenire in questi giorni, con la collaborazione di mio fratello, per segnalare a facebook un caso di avvenuto plagio, contraffazione e appropriazione di alcuni miei prodotti distribuiti sotto altro nome. Con la dovuta dedizione, ho ottenuto l'eliminazione di una novantina di immagini e la cancellazione di due profili.

Come qualsiasi altra persona, voglio che il mio lavoro sia riconosciuto appunto come mio e non di qualcun altro. Oltre a non ritenere questa cosa eticamente corretta e giusta, il mio brand ne riceve un danno d'immagine, perché spesso affiancato anche da prodotti scadenti, male lavorati, che possono o venire attribuiti alla sottoscritta o che sminuiscono il valore di Isafrosty. Questo non è accettabile.

Sono sicura che questo non sarà il primo ed ultimo caso; invito chiunque a segnalarmi contraffazioni e copie dei pezzi presenti in questa pagina e visti altrove. Prenderò le dovute misure come fatto recentemente.

This is an X Factor italian group from season 5 called "I Moderni". They're quite pop, funny and they've published already an album. I met them some months ago and I have to say they're amazing people, interesting in what I'm doing and so gentils to wear my jewellery during their live show. This is a music video of one of their song, a summer hit called "L'estate si balla" (transatable with Dancing in the summer). Look at the girl and her earing ;)!

Be creative, stop copying.

Yesterday I took my time and I wrote to facebook a long complaint to explain why I want to fight against some users that make use of my creation and my work in an inappropriate way. 

I've found a girl that have bought from me something and re-use all my stuffs to create a sort of concurrence with myself and her products. She put her brands on my creations and then so close to her cheap quality articles. It could be dangerous for me public image just allowed something like that. 

I've got a serious factory that produces for me all the jewels, one of the best resources in South Italy; laser cut, good plexiglass plate and practicians behind me are the keys of my success. And I want to focus on the adjective "my" to emphasize something that I've developed and I develop every day.

I hate the plagiarism.

I want to say something 'cause I think I have to do this, for me and for everything I've created since now. 

I really don't like people who copies other's ideas. It happens to me several times and I'm genuine thinking that a poor copy just damages me and the concept I put back of all my works.

Seeing something so sloppy it's an insult to all I do and I'll stop it in any case.

Don't let any stupid person steals your ideas and your dream.
