I'm not sure if this was already asked, but if Jane had skipped town when she had planned to, would Matt ever forgive her? How would he react?
Ooooh, now this is an interesting question.
I definitely think there's a small part of him that never would have forgiven her for it, especially since he'd already had a few vulnerable moments with her where he'd opened up and she, seemingly, had opened up with him, too. But mostly, it would have simply... broken that part of him that felt hope, that felt that maybe, just maybe he deserved to have someone care about him, or even love him one day, because he'd have read her letter - the kinder one, the gentler one, the one that said without saying, 'I could see myself loving you if I stayed.'
Ironically, despite her intentions - that she leave him a kinder letter, one that was honest and told him how much she cared for him - reading that letter after dhe left would have broken an entirely different part of him.
The loss of her, the idea that he'd been left alone again by someone who might have loved him, would have been all the proof he needed that he was a fuckup, that everyone in his life that he cared about was destined to leave him. He'd spiral, spiral right down into the decision that all he could do was leave them first before he hurt them so bad or put them in so much danger that they left him behind and, subconsciously, before they hurt him like the loss of his parents had, like Stick and Elektra and now Jane had by walking away. He'd retreat in on himself, curling up tight around that hurt and hiding behind the ferocity, darkness, and rage of the Devil because that seemed like the only way he could protect himself from being abandoned again when he wanted so, so desperately to have just ONE person who might... love him. It would have been a ticket to the S3 mindset basically, but because Karen and Foggy at that point didn't know about Daredevil, and because he hadn't met Maggie yet, no one really would have been in a decent position to help drag him up out of that spiral.
And Stick knew that, which is exactly why he tried to talk Jane into leaving, and why he gave her that letter to ensure she truly broke the more gentle, tender part of Matt. He knew this would push Matt into the mindset Stick wanted: that Matt was meant to be alone, that there was nothing for him but his 'duty', and there was certainly no room for friends, for lovers, or family.
One day it's possible he would have pulled himself out of it, and by then he likely would have forgiven her - either because he recognized she ran for fear of Cyrus, or because he simply blamed himself instead of her - but either way, if that domino had tipped, a part of him never really would have recovered or felt safe reaching for that kind of gentle connection again.

𝖂𝖊𝖗𝖊𝖜𝖔𝖑𝖛𝖊𝖘, 𝖜𝖔𝖑𝖛𝖊𝖘
and basic shit you should know before interacting I guess~
*Disclaimer: all the information this post contains will be based on things I’ve learned over the years and my personal modifications are NOT to be taken as the general rule. This is MY abo concept for this bot in particular. Yall are free to agree, disagree, take ideas, adapt to your own bot, etcetcetc. Bye. Also sorry this doesn't have a read more;;;; I tried :(
Hello, this is (not) JYPe,
and welcome to the first episode of “Admin’s abo concept isn’t probably what you think so we gonna go in dept on this shit hehe ”. This was originally going to be a one part documentary but I realized I would probably keep coming up with or remembering stuff and these would be so LOOONG so I decided to just do it as I go and I’ll use the hashtag “admins abo tmi ” for this yeah. But also remember you can ask questions if you have any or if you don’t understand something because I usually ramble a lot.
Today we’ll be talking about 3 things that seem to be the most important since they’re the most brought up on my RP’s and they are:
Turning/Transforming.
Heat vs Rut.
Mates.
So let’s begin!
🌙 𝕿𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖎𝖓𝖌/𝕿𝖗𝖆𝖓𝖘𝖋𝖔𝖗𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖌…
There’s two meanings to this concept, one is the concept of turning from human form to wolf form, and the other one is being transformed into a wolf by different means (these usually depends on which story you’ve heard, it can be being the 7th boy child in a family, it can be a bite or a scratch, it can be eating raw meat, etcetcetc).
*This change has now also been added to the Chan’s pack introduction.
What are the definitions of this words? Cambridge Dictionary defines them as:
Turn: to (cause to) become, change into, or come to be something.
Example: “Chan turned into his wolf form”
Explanation: Chan, already a werewolf, turned and changed into his wolf form.
Transform: to change completely the appearance or character of something or someone, especially so that that thing or person is improved.
Example: “Changbin was transformed into a werewolf.”
Explanation: Changbin, a regular human, was transformed /by a wolf/ into a werewolf.
𝕿𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖎𝖓𝖌…
In the classic folklore, turning consists of 2 phases, human with NO wolf characteristics whatsoever, (which is what makes it so hard finding out who the werewolf in town is) and fluffy wolf with some human like characteristics (being biped, having arms instead of four legs, body structure humanlike. The best examples I can think of are the underworld lycans mmm tasteful). Another general rule for classic werewolves was that the person and wolf were two different minds, the person never remembered turning and had no idea they were the werewolf terrorizing town. While being human, the person didn’t even have the wolf skills like hearing or strength. They were just regular boring humans. Another thing was that they had no control whatsoever and ONLY turned during full moon, but I’m not getting into that yet.
Here are some examples (it’s basically furries oop).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Moving on to my concept, I decided to have 3 phases of turning, consisting on:
Human: Basic, simple, boring human. No presence of wolf features whatsoever. YET they can still make use of their skills such as sensitive hearing, smell, extra strength among others.
Half-turn: Heavily inspired by Teen Wolf tbh, SOME features are present and can generally be controlled, such as eyes, ears, tail, fangs, claws. Can even be confused for hybrids. (sumn like this please appreciate my art)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Full-turn: they become big scary fluffy puppies. Let’s remember how they look like.
Channie Chan Chris
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
𝕿𝖗𝖆𝖓𝖘𝖋𝖔𝖗𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖌…
As mentioned before, transforming depends on which story you know and what you’re settling for. Generally we always talk about bites and deep scratches. Some of the most known stories about how to become a werewolf are being the 7th boy child born in a family on a full moon, or in Greek mythology, Zeus transformed some dudes into wolves after they tried to feed him human meat. There’s many different stories you can pick from, they’re just one Google away~
On my concept, though, the only way to transform is through a bite, even though I always keep options open.
I will probably be talking about the 3 types of wolves and deepening this a bit more later on.
🌙 𝕳𝖊𝖆𝖙 𝖛𝖘 𝕽𝖚𝖙.
Imma give you a wolf biology class because I know too much useless info and I WANT TO.
Rut: The rut is the mating season of certain mammals. The rut is characterized in males by an increase in testosterone, exaggerated sexual dimorphisms and increased aggression and interest in females.
Heat: The estrous cycle or oestrous cycle is the set of recurring physiological changes that are induced by reproductive hormones in most mammalian therian females. Estrous cycles start after sexual maturity in females and are interrupted by anestrous phases or by pregnancies. This cycle presents four phases, the one known as “heat” being the second one, estrus or oestrus, that refers to the phase when the female is sexually receptive.
What are seasonal breeders and what is mating season?
The breeding season is when seasonal breeders reproduce. Seasonal breeders are animal species that successfully mate only during certain times of the year. These times of year allow for the optimization of survival of young due to factors such as ambient temperature, food and water availability etcetc. Male seasonal breeders may exhibit changes in testosterone levels, weight, and fertility depending on the time of year. Female seasonal breeders will have one or more estrus cycles only when she is “in season” or fertile and receptive to mating.
Wolves fall in all of these descriptions.
What does all of this shit mean and why do I care lmao?
This means that if this was a logical bot I should only be doing NSFW like one week during 4 months a year LMAO no frfr
This basically means that RUT and HEAT are the seasons when the MALE and FEMALE respectively are ready to mate with each other to reproduce.
I’ve seen many male idol hybrids having heats instead of ruts, which I have no problem at all with and am sure no one else does really, but I think you should KNOW that a heat would not make them want to fuck, but get fucked. Heat would be the need to be filled and not fill others. A heat and a rut does NOT have to equal dominance or submissiveness in bots, anyway, that would be like saying being top or bottom determines who is dom/sub and that’s wrong, so just a PSA I guess.
Now, how does this affect my CB and ABO concept?
I’ve never, anyway, read anywhere of classic werewolves reproduction, which leads me to believe that they’re probably sterile. So I will stick to real life wolves rules but on my own way. Wolves are even monogamous and I dont go by that one lmao.
Reproduction rules on my ABO are really simple, ruts are once a month, around 5 days, and each of the guys have different characteristics for them. They’re only capable of getting someone pregnant during ruts, too. I just generally believe all girls are on the pill tbh and I never really use condoms but guys irl please practice safe sex wrap your or your partners willy before going freaky and stay safe.
Not sure if there’s something else to mention here? Let me know.
🌙 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖊𝖘…
Mates are the wolf equivalent of soulmates, but that’s bullshit. I mean, I’m not gonna say they’re not real, I just mean that the general idea of only one person for the rest of your life and if it’s not them you’re miserable is dumb when we’re talking about beings with feelings. Did you know wolves irl are monogamous and mate but if their mate dies they just look for another one and move on? Now you know.
The thing with mates and marks, in my humble opinion, is that they don’t mean anything. Peoples hearts change, feelings come and go, and my wolves are NOT about to drop everything they have for some person they don’t know who happened to be their true mate. In fact, Channie is the only one who believes in them. The mates issue is a bit complex if we think about it over each of the Chan’s, but on a general idea, the mates are not exclusive for the guys, and I’ll probably make a tmi on the boys at some point, but Chan met his mate and it didn’t work out, for example. Mates go further than the marking, btw, mates are a special, cosmic bond. Marks are just that, marks.
And talking about that, we do not vibe with marks. The original folklore states marks as the way a wolf has to claim their partner as theirs and keep away others, especially from an alpha, and they’re supposed to go both ways, so marks between human/wolf, for example wouldn’t be possible. There’s also two marks.
The first bonding mark is generally given during sex between mates and heals, and the second one in front of the pack (there’s a whole social status thing involved here but were not touching that yet) and its permanent. Also marks are literal WOLF BITES so no, they’re neither small nor cute. Just look at these teethies and picture the scar in a neck-shoulder. That’s your bonding mark.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(they're cute tho I uwuuu)
What I’ve been reading around in fanfics and seeing around is that bots have been mated and claimed with marks, which is ok if you’re into that. My chan’s, though, find physical marks archaic, possessive and toxic. And honestly I personally do too.
You may have noticed by now that even though the boys are quite possessive, they’re never trying to scare away others and their sole way of marking is love marks that heal eventually and scenting. Permanent marks are a nono.
They will NOT mark anyone as their mate. Especially Channie plz he’s baby.
This is a personal decision and it does not mean that marking is RIGHT or WRONG. I just personally see marking bites as marking your partner with fire or something and I dislike the idea a lot.
ALRIGHT I THINK THAT’S ABOUT IT FOR TODAY I FEEL LIKE I WROTE TOO MUCH ALREADY??? Feel free to ask questions or request certain topics! I think next topics will be Social Structure, Skills and maybe Self control or Moon Cycles.
If you read all of this WOW CONGRATS??? I LOVE YOU EXTRA MUAH
One question I got on the asks was “since their fur color seems to correspond with their hair color, what happens if they dye their hair?”
Nothing happens babe! When they’re half turned they will have really funny colorful hair, but when they fully turn their fur stays the same! hehe Don’t worry, Chan won’t be a clown red wolf heh
OK BYE MUAH MUAH

THE DUCK AVENGER PK2: #18 FAMILY AFFAIRS
Tumblr media
Now: Another flashback and another look at Corona.
Someone is running from… let’s just say police. The police are using their psychic powers, but running man is better at it, so the police is suddenly dodging fire.
Everett is watching this, because he’s suddenly changed jobs from aeronautic scientist to weapons maker. He activates a robot that performs a scan of running man’s psychic abilities, and then shoots a beam at running man that shuts down his powers. Well, damn, that’s not foreshadowing at all.
Tumblr media
It took a few years, but with PKNE this flashback might finally make sense. Assuming Everett did do various jobs over the centuries.
As Everett, called Zardoz at this point, is thanked by someone I’m guessing is his boss? The narration notes that Everett’s journey to Earth was one towards freedom, to escape the oppressive society he helped create. But, while it might have been the right choice, what right do we have to involve people who can’t chose?
I see where they’re going with this, but it is kinda undermined by the fact that Juniper and Korinna were small children. That’s a parent’s job, to make decisions for their children until they’re old enough to do it themselves. Doesn’t necessarily make it a good decision, of course, but it’s still part of the job.
On present time Earth, Everett is keeping an eye on the new probe Corona sent to look for him. Juniper comes to see him, claiming she’s still shaken after meeting Korinna and seeing how much she hates him.
Tumblr media
You beautiful liar, you.
Everett just says he wishes Korinna would let him explain why he had to take them away from their mother.
Elsewhere, the Avenger is taking a break from the aliens to go pick on regular burglars. While he’s busy demonstrating how much, much better he is than them, a big robot shows up.
Tumblr media
For the record, this is another issue where art is on point and shows that the artist knows exactly what they’re doing. He’s leaning against the wall, all casual, but also leaning away from the big robot.
It traps him between its stomach claws, and shoots a beam at him. Then these panels happen, demonstrating that, yep, you were right, it’s Everett doing something again.
Tumblr media
Did he finally figure out that comminicating is a good thing?
It doesn’t seem to have been harmful though, because Donald is at work the next day, tired but otherwise fine. He’s trying to listen to Rupert talk about how he’ll have dinner with Stella tonight, and have the Avenger noticed how their relationship’s changed over the last few months?
Donald is too busy worrying that Fitzroy might become the new boss when Bloom leaves, and completely misses that Rupert wants to propose to Stella during the dinner.
Hey, good for you! He’s come a looong way from the creepy dude drooling at windows.
Donald decides that if Fitzroy becomes boss, he’ll go back to polishing coins for Scrooge. He says this out loud, leading Rupert to wonder if he was even listening. Luckily for Donald, they arrive at the locker room, where Fitzroy is accusing everyone of stealing his signed photo of Bernie Silliams.
I suspect this is a reference, but I have no idea who Bernie Silliams might be in RL.
Nobody notices Bloom listening in on this.
Tumblr media
Somebody just accused his way out of the top job.
At Ducklair Tower, things are apparently not going well as a contract negotiation has stalled completely due to Ducklair Enterprises being fairly unpopular after the events of the previous issue. Everett tells Anymore he’ll join him where ever he is soon, but he’s not happy about leaving with Korinna still at large. Then an alarm goes off.
At Duckmall, Tempest wants Fitzroy to start their shift, but he’s too busy accusing everyone of theft, which causes strife among the other security guards as unfortunate comments starts flying and are taken in the worst way possible.
Rupert tries to calm everyone down, and Bloom is still paying very close attention.
At the Tower, Everett takes the elevator to the secret levels to see who set of the alarm. It turns out to be Juniper, who wanted to look at the cryogenic capsules. She thought the security system would allow her in, she is Everett’s daughter after all.
He lets her in, and she says she wanted to see them because the capsules were her home for years. It was quiet in there, while now she has to fear her sister.
Everett says she was never supposed to be in there for so long. If he hadn’t lost his memory when they crashed…
Juniper leaves that alone, noting that she spent her childhood in that capsule. She grew up in there, it’s home. Everett gives her a hug, telling her home is where she can feel the love of a parent, and always find comfort and answers.
I love this scene. It manages to sound like a real conversation, melancholic and filled with things they regret. It showcases the parent Everett wants to be, and the parent he isn’t. He wants to give his children all those things, but while he cares, well, he used a still out of it Juniper to draw Korinna in, left Juniper in the hands of random employees (Morrighan, really), and he waited way too long to explain what really made them leave Corona and what happened when they crashed on Earth.
But what I can’t get over? He sold the Tower to Scrooge. Even though the chances of someone getting into the secret levels are minimal, he sold the Tower, with his kids in it. What the actual fuck, Everett?
And it shows the daughter and person Juniper could have been and doesn’t want to be. It also shows that Juniper is really good at scheming. This scene is some masterful manipulation. Or at least it appears to be.
She asks what happened that caused the cryogenic systems to allow them to age.  Everett says he’ll tell her when he comes back from his business trip. A sad look from Juniper later, he’s calling his secretary, telling her that he’ll be late for the airport.
Tumblr media
Is he sad about the difficult talk they’re going to have or about what his kids are up to? The things you suddenly realize on reread.
At the airport, Korinna is convincing Everett’s pilot that Everett has arrived and everything’s ready for take-off. So the plane leaves.
At the Tower, Everett is talking Juniper through the system failure that allowed them to age. This is clearly not an easy conversation, and Juniper tries to tell Everett it’s not his fault, he was unconscious.
And Juniper makes her play. Maybe, if she could explain it all to Korinna, she’d understand and accept the situation.  Everett just wants to find Korinna and keep her out of trouble and Juniper asks is she can try. She reminds him that he tries using their bond, way back when she first woke up, but Juniper was too out of it to control her powers.
Korinna too was confused by her awakening and interpreted it as a trap. But now that Juniper is awake and in complete control of herself, she can find Korinna and bring her home. She’s determined to do this.
Everett is convinced.
Tumblr media
The evil smirking should really wait until you’ve won. Just in case.
On Everett’s privat plane that took off without him, the poor brainwashed pilot is sending out and SOS. He thinks there’s a fire on board, and it’s so bad he’s forced to use a parachute and jump out of the place.
At Duckmall, the stolen photo fight is still going, when it’s interrupted by a currently uninvolved security guard coming into the locker room and telling them to turn on the new right now.
Geena Onair is delivering the news that Everett’s plane went down in the ocean. The pilot’s fine, thankfully, I feel sorry for that guy, but in shocking news, there’s no sign of Everett himself.
Donald watches grimly. The timing is crap, he’s sleep-deprived as hell right now, but if what Everett predicted is going down, the Avenger needs to get to work. He makes his excuses and leaves, while Fitzroy tells him that if he knows anything about the missing photo… Tempest tells him to knock it off, they need to get to work.
The Avenger flies above Duckburg, drinking something Lyo claimed would wake him up. It doesn’t seem to be working. Lyo calls to ask if he can take the robot from last night apart. The Avenger says no.
He lands at the docks, where the PBI and Agent Sturling is. She’s been fortunate enough to not run into any weird therapists, so she’s still around and still doesn’t like the Avenger. She tells him to get lost, which leads Angus, who’s there of course, to demand what they’re hiding since they’re turning away the superhero.
At home, Rupert is getting ready for the big night. While getting dressed he notices that he has a signed baseball… oh, so the Fitzroy thing is about a baseball player then. He looks at it, considering.
While this is going on, the Avenger is listening in on what the PBI is doing. Or trying to, as Lyo’s equipment hasn’t gotten any newer. They’ve got divers on the plane, but can’t find a single sign of fire in the place. There’s also no sign of Everett, who was supposedly trapped by the fire, trying to save himself. Even the parachute is still under the seat.
This must be a specially built plane.
They need to talk to the pilot again. He’s at Ducktown Hope hospital, and that’s what the Avenger wanted to know.
At Ducklair Tower, Juniper is settling in, taking control of the probe that’ll help her find Korinna. It turns out to be the same robot the Avenger met last night.
At Duckton Hope, the Avenger is using the shield to figure out what really happened. It has a function that allows him to see people’s memories, and so he can see that the pilot not only was unfortunate enough to run into Korinna, but also Juniper at an earlier point. It also shows what he thinks happened at the plane, which is a sudden fire, Everett being trapped and having to jump.
There’s also an image of Juniper and Korinna gloating, which could not have happened since they haven’t met this issue, and it has to be this issue because of the outfits, but I guess it gets the point across. Everett is being set up by Juniper and Korinna.
The Avenger has some answers, but now the problem is, if Everett wasn’t on the plane, where is he?
This is when Lyo calls and tells him the robot woke up and left through a wall. The Avenger considers this a good thing. Everett had told him that if something happened he should find Korinna, and the robot is programmed to find him and his daughter. So follow the robot, and at least one of them has to show up eventually.
At Ducklair Tower, Juniper says Korinna is coming.
She does, right through the door. And the wall around the door. And she has the robot with her.
Tumblr media
Did everyone in this family take acting classes, or is it natural talent?
It attacks Everett, reaching out its giant hand and… picking him up by his tie. Okay, then. Korinna apologizes for not giving him a hug, she’s not a fan of exaggerated displays of affection. Like mom was trying to teach them.
Meanwhile, Juniper is having the robot perform a scan of Everett’s psychic abilities, much the robot from the beginning of the issue did.
While this drama is happening, a different kind of drama is going down with Rupert and Stella. They’re at a casual kind of restaurant, and Rupert is very overdressed. Stella doesn’t mind though.
Rupert, gathering his courage, reaches into his pocket, saying he thinks this is the right moment, taking out one of the wrapped packages he’s got there. He gives it to Stella, who unwraps it and… it’s the signed baseball.
Tumblr media
Oooh, nooo. I’m so sorry.
The Avenger is still following the robot’s signal, wondering if he’s making a mistake trusting Everett, because there are still so many unanswered questions. The fact that the robot has entered Ducklair Tower, at the secret level makes it seem like a trap. Question is, a trap for who?
He enters the Tower through the big gargoyles, and immediately runs into the security system.
Tumblr media
Thinking about it, this is really a show of faith in the Avenger’s skill.
Downstairs, Everett uses his powers to make the robot let go, yelling at Juniper to stop.
She’s not stopping. She’s going to neutralize his power. Well, it’s a good thing he’s also a wizard then!
That thought came dangerously close to killing the drama. The problem with overpowered characters.
He asks what’s going to happen then, and Korinna says they’ll stick him in the cryogenic capsules. He says that he can’t just go missing, but Juniper turns on the news, showing that he already has.
Tumblr media
Not much fun being on the receiving end, huh?
The robot uses another chest claw to pick him up and hold him still as he asks why they’re doing this.
For power. They were chosen to rule a world and their mom wanted to prepare them for that. Everett took that away from them, and they’re going to fix that. As soon as Everett is declared officially missing, Juniper will be in charge of his economic empire. Between that and their powers, they’ll soon be able to control Earth, and create a new Corona.
I think they missed the part about ONE queen.  Out of more than a dozen kids. We still don’t know what would happen to the rest. Also, there’s a spaceship on the roof. Or you could force him to build you one and go home. I feel you’re both having a bit of tunnel vision here. Kids.
Or maybe they worked it out between them, and decided to stay on Earth, with Juniper being officially in charge. No need to worry about competition there.
Tumblr media
Speaking of, I wasn’t aware this was a competition.
At Duckmall, Rupert is feeling sad on some stairs. Tempest and Fitzroy arrives, telling him that Stella is looking for him. Fitzroy makes fun of Rupert’s present, and Rupert tells him the baseball was actually for Fitzroy. Since he was so upset about losing the signed photo, Rupert thought the signed baseball might cheer him up.
Fitzroy takes this with all the grace you’d expect from him. He makes fun of Rupert for messing up his date by giving Stella the wrong package.
And FINALLY karma strikes in the shape of Commander Bloom.
Tumblr media
Sweet, sweet, satisfying karma.
Bloom had the photo all along, but after Fitzroy’s behavior in the locker room, decided to keep it and see how things played out.
At Ducklair Tower, the robot takes aim, and the wall explodes as the Avenger arrives. He notes that two of the Ducklairs aren’t happy to see him.
And then glares at Everett, telling him he’s not happy about the security system being left on. Everett apologizes, and gives the wham line of the issue. He couldn’t turn off the system, because his daughter would notice and get suspicious.
Juniper leaps on that, but Korinna tells her to finish neutralizing Everett’s powers.
The robot fires. A holographic image of Everett appears, playing the message he gave the Avenger earlier. The holographic Everett apologizes for the rough method of getting in touch, notes how their relationship has worsened ever since Everett returned to Duckburg, but asks the Avenger for his faith.
Tumblr media
I can’t quite decide whether this is a return to the Everett we knew or if he got slammed with half a ton of character development since last issue. Communicating like a goddamn adult!  Asking for help! Almost admitting it’s his fault this got so bad.
The threat that made him leave Dhasam-Bul is about to materialize, and it involves Everett himself and his daughter. He’s realized how dangerous they are, and had been hoping to reach Juniper at least, but as their powers grew stronger, influencing them became impossible. However, Everett could read the mind of the people they brainwashed into helping them plot against him.
Juniper is furious as she realizes that Everett was not just one, but several steps ahead of her all the time. Everett replies that he was hoping they’d listen, and forgive him.
The message keeps playing, now getting to the part about following the robot if something happened.
Korinna is equally furious. Forgive him, after he’s lied to them again?
Everett claims he’s protecting them from themselves, and the holographic message keeps playing.
In the arm of the droid, the Avenger will find a device he can connect to the shield, one that will neutralize Juniper and Korinna’s powers temporarily. There’s only shot.
Juniper and Korinna attacks.
Only one shot, so the Avener must not fail.
The Avenger fires, hitting both Juniper and Korinna at the same time. The two collapse, unconscious.
Tumblr media
That was tense. Everyone brought their A-game to this issue.
Everett says it’s over. He’ll take Korinna and Juniper back to Corona, where they can chose their own destiny. Fair, but I hope you like jail, Mr. Child-kidnapper.
The Avenger asks if he’s sure. Everett says yes. He was hoping he could change them, but a planet must continue in its orbit. Besides, maybe, while their powers are neutralized, they’ll learn what he couldn’t teach.
The Avenger seems skeptical, but drops the subject. He does however ask if it was necessary to go for a plan that required him to shoot Juniper and Korinna at the same time, considering how risky that was.
Maybe it wasn’t, but Everett was hoping it wouldn’t come to that. More importantly, he didn’t want to be the one to pull the trigger.
Tumblr media
This is such blatant emotional manipulation that I’m feeling insulted by myself, because it’s working.
At Duckmall, Bloom is making a speech. About baseball and teamwork. When he was young, there was a great batter playing for Duckburg, Roy Jobbs. Jobbs once had the chance to win the championship by making a home run. He could also have set a record if he managed that. However, the team only needed one point, so instead of risking it, Jobbs let another team member, in a safer position, earn the point. Personal sacrifice for the glory of the team.
It was a moment that stayed with Bloom. A leader needs many qualities, and one of them is believing that the team is more important than personal interests. Sometimes you need to sacrifice something you care about, like a baseball.
Tumblr media
Suck it, Fitzroy.
Tempest congratulates him, but Bloom tells Rupert there’s a girl still waiting for her present.
Tumblr media
*waves shipper flag*
At Channel 00, Angus is unimpressed by Everett faking his own disappearance. Angus will figure this out and expose him.
At Ducklair Tower, Everett is ready for the journey to Corona.
Tumblr media
See you in... oh, a decade or so?
Tumblr media
Oh, damn, I still owe him a punch in the face for One.
And that was PK2.
I am having some trouble putting my final thoughts on this one together, because while there are a lot of really good moments and several good issues, overall, I don’t think it’s well handled. Yeah, it got cancelled, and we all know that must have affected many things here, so I won’t comment more on that.
Have to start somewhere, so let’s go with the supporting cast.
The ones still left from PKNA are all underused to various degrees. It’s not bad at first, but the further into the series we get, the weirder their appearances are. Angus deciding to pick on Everett, fine, but then he doesn’t seem to do much. I get the impression his story was done, and that nobody was really sure what to do with him. Until he sneaks into Ducklair manor, where it finally seems like he’s getting somewhere, but then the issue after that is the last, so it goes nowhere.
Lyla. I am actually really annoyed that they brought her back for this. Again, she had a set-up that could have gone some really interesting places, working for Everett while being a friend of the Avenger, but that also goes nowhere. And her last big outing being about her ex is… meh. Lyla deserved better.
ONE. I genuinely think this was a mistake. Killing (or “killing”) major characters to show how things have changed or taken on a darker tone might work. But considering where this story went in the end, I don’t think it worked.
Everett is and always was a friend, just trying to protect everyone, yay! Have a medal.
Tumblr media
The Avenger understands and forgives, and will miss him, yay! But what about One? Even if Everett stands firm on his “just a machine” opinion, the Avenger knows better. It leaves a weird impression when the finale doesn’t even mention what Everett did/what the Avenger thinks he did.
And it wasn’t necessary. Okay, having the world’s greatest AI around the Tower pretty much destroys the story arc. Then have One do what Two did. If Two could transfer himself while being deleted, One should be able to do the same if he’s just being turned off. A transfer could have kept him out of the picture for a while, if that was necessary, while he pulls himself together. Not being in Ducklair Tower anymore, a place designed for One, could also help limit his abilities so he doesn’t have plot-breaking powers anymore. One having to deal with lesser tech, missing pieces of himself, while still being the Avenger’s partner, is in my opinion a storyline that could be really interesting. I also like the idea of One and Lyo meeting. And my fav still being around, I’m not even going to pretend otherwise.
Tumblr media
Between the loss of One, the Tower, Everett apparently turning on the Avenger… By the time we learn that Mary Ann Flaggstarr has been transferred, and replaced by someone who doesn’t like the Avenger, this is less “aw, no” and more ”someone really, really wanted the Avenger to start over from scratch in this series”. Like, all change is because of the writer, but sometimes the changes seem natural in-universe, and sometimes you get the impression the writer just wanted to change things to change things.
Tumblr media
Everything that happens seem tailored to isolate the Avenger as much as possible, and it’s too much, to fast for it to seem natural.
And that was a terrible send-off. Good thing Sturling wasn’t written as likeable, because that was not happening after just removing Mary Ann like that.
The new supporting cast didn’t really get wonderful treatment either. The cop duo just vanishes, Sturling could be replaced by anyone else who doesn’t like the Avenger. Lyo… I don’t really think they did much with him in the end, but I also like what’s there. Anymore Boring and Birgit Q are good, but the Duckmall crew are the winners here.
Considering that the focus of this series is a lot on having a normal life, the increased focus on Donald’s life really worked for me. Donald making a deliberate choice to keep his actual skills on the downlow, while still being good at his job and also a functioning human being among other people with their own issues and lives, it was great. Their mostly normal problems also works as a contrast to the more extreme problems the Ducklairs have, and the Avenger along with them. I  wish there had been time to focus more on the Duckmall crew.
On the “villain” side, I think they held on to the ~mystery~ for too long, which lead to a rushed finale. This is a series where I think the individual issues work much better than any of the plots that goes over more than one issue. Which is a problem when you have a plot like this, with the mystery, the antagonist and basically everything staring you right in the face every issue.
Everett is RIGHT THERE. All the time. Constantly up to something. Issues that could have worked without him has him in there anyway.
Tumblr media
It makes the plot seems small. and it kinda is. At heart, this is an already destroyed family having a terrible argument. The fate of the Earth, the Queen of Corona stuff, it’s, for the lack of a better word, window dressing for that story (fascinating window dressing, someon tell me more about Corona,  oh wait), but at the end of the day, it’s not really about those things as such, because this fight was on long before Juniper and Korinna are told about what they might have been.
For me, that means that when they try to do something that breaks with the tone they set in the first issue, it doesn’t work as well as it should. Stories focusing on other things doesn’t work as well as they could have. As part of the whole that is, individually, they might work fine (The Last Hunt was great).
There’s also some problems with the timeline, some plotlines end up feeling pointless, and I think the characterization of Juniper and Korinna gets yanked around a bit to suit the plot. I am left with the impression that there are  really good ideas here, but the execution is lacking. There’s also what I mentioned at the end of PKNA, that it doesn’t really deliver on what seemed to be implied then.
Overall, I think it’s a step down from PKNA. I think it suffers from the intense Ducklair focus. I think sidelining the old supporting cast was a mistake. I think the individual stories work better than the story arc as a whole.
That said, I still can’t help but like this one, more than it probably deserves. Certain mistakes aside, the first issue is a great start to a different kind of story, the Weight of Memory/The True Enemy combines into a gorgeous tragedy, and I love most of the finale. The Last Hunt is everything a stand alone issue should be. Just a Friend works better than it has any right to. The Duckmall cast was a really good addition to the story.
In conclusion:

Writing about my DnD sessions
Hey haven't been drawing much cause I sprained my hand a bit (mixture of repetitive motion at work and to much gaming). It’s feeling better now just feeling to down in general to do anything. so I decided to make a quick update about something that I did enjoy that happened a couple months ago. My first DnD campaign. ^_^
Okay so this is something http://imxthexhandler.tumblr.com
have been planning for a while and a friend of mine offered to DM. We didn’t have a name for our setting world I don’t think but between the three of us we had a map and a general idea of what it was like. General DnD setting with some other elements like Warforged with some different real world cultural settings fantasy tweaked depending on the part of the map.
I was a 1/2 Dwarf 1/2 Dragonborn named Kindlin’ I was starting out as a Barbarian with the Outlander background. Was kind of going for the angle of being this incredibly muscular, scaly, intimidating looking guy but really peaceful and timid, especially around people but having this feral nature that kicked in when he or his friends were in danger.
http://imxthexhandler.tumblr.com/ was a (variant) human Sorceress named Neith. she was using the sea sorcery origin I found in Unearthed Arcana and the reformed cultist background from Matthew Mercer’s Taldorei campaign. She was basically going for the angle of she was taken in by the cult but when she saw what was really going on she bolted but not until there was some kind of magic experiment that gave her the water nature. Eventually we were going to have her progress into a transformation story line where she became a water genasi.
We were supposed to have met by her carriage being attacked by bandits or wildlife and I coming to help. she followed me back to my camp after I ran off and convinced me to come along with her. I did it partially to help her and partially hoping she would help me find my father (who was missing)
Well that’s enough of the set up details onto the adventure! I’ll just do a general summery here. no need to bog it down with OoC stuff and rolls other than 1′s or 20′s.
we started out at my camp. we gathered up some rations and I said goodbye to my campsite which I had lived at for years. being raised alone with my father.
we then started the long trek to town. getting sidetracked along the way as I found some boar tracks and was hungry. (survival check) when I caught up to it I failed my stealth check (not the sneakiest thing ever) but I raged and slew it with 1 hit! (rolled 5 on a d6 damage dice for my hand axe +4 str +2 rage = 11 which is exactly what I needed apparently) after that I field dressed the meat cooked light lunch and then we looked up encumbrance and how much meat it would have made.. it was like 100 lbs of meat.. and Kindlin’ refused to waste any so I piled it onto my pack and tied it up as I slowly carried most of it. (gave Neith a smaller amount so she wouldn’t be weighed down.)
Neith not being the outdoorsy type we stopped for breaks fairly often (for rp not mechanics) and would chat. I tried to rouse our spirits with a bit of the violin as we played. It worked alright (roll of 11 with -1 charisma = 10) but not great. it also seemed to have attracted a bear. which Neith alerted us to.
the bear came toward us and I grappled the bear. Neith panicked and bopped it on the nose with her staff. after the bear failed to escape my grapple and got booped we were able to use an animal handling check to shew it off. tossing it a little meat as it left to show no hard feelings. :3
(DnD Life Goal: Wrestle a bear. Check)
That was the first session. Onto Session 2! (like a month later)
now unfortunately that was both my rages for the day but it had only been a few hours and we wanted to get to the city. so we pressed on. we came upon a small caravan that was under attack by bandits. 5 of them. Now I knew it was stupid to attack them head on, without rages, at level 1. but the last words Kindlin’s father told him before he left were “be good” and that included helping people beset by bandits. he tried to sneak closer to maybe help quietly.. that worked about as well as you would think. after he was spotted he tried to just keep the bandits attention while Neith tried to sneak over and free them. she was also spotted. seeing the bandits were about to attack Kindling threw off his wooden mask (oh yeah he wears plain wooden mask to hide what he perceives as his monstrous appearance.)  and unleashed a breath attack at them (lightning element)
he hits 4 of the 5 as they were approaching him in a basic line the one in front taking the brunt of it the others making their saves for 1/2 damage. I then pulled out my war hammer and readied for their counter attack. they came at me some missing but I was pretty sure I was gonna die. especially when Neith took 1 hit from the leader and was down to 1 hit point. She managed to retaliate with a ray of frost slowing down one of the bandits so I didn’t take all 4 of them at once. one of the caravan seeing an opening managed to free himself and attacked a bandit as well. I smashed one bandit over the head with my war hammer. One of the others calls me a monster and though I’m out of actual rages I go into an rp rage and drop my hammer, popping my claws. I dodge their attacks next turn and yell “I’m not a monster!” and slice into both their throats with my unarmed attacks.  the man from the caravan and Neith manage to take out the 4th. in anger the leader took a swing at Neith and she just managed to use Shield to block it. seeing he was outnumbered he fled. as an oppurtunity attack Neith swung and hit him but rolled a 1 on damage so the DM flavored it as a butt thwack adding insult to injury.
As I calmed down I looked at my bloody claws through my torn gloves and knelt down to wipe them off on the grass. we introduced ourselves to the caravan (luckily they thought I was just lizardfolk so I didn’t need a lot of explaining) and then I buried the bodies of the bandits. I recovered my pack and we hopped on the caravan the rest of the way to the city. I passed out and Neith tended to her wounds then slept as well.
end of Session 2.
Onto session 3!
So we arrive in the Dwarven Harbor city of Tideforge (I came up with the name) a massive city of trade built into a sheer cliff face overlooking the ocean. the dm described it as tiered lower being mostly the harbor and a few homes the middle being the trade portion and the upper level being reserved for the rich and nobility. she didn’t say this but I kind of pictured it as a sort of bowl like Cape Suzette from Tail Spin with Dwarven/pueblo Indian twist.
We look around for a while and my character is trying so hard to remember this place but is failing miserably on all his history checks. This was where he lived when he was a kid but it had been a long time. at one point I was examining an archway and didn’t realize I had wandered off from Neith to do so. After a moment she realized she lost me in the crowd and I realized I was alone. My char instantly became very anxious and frightened. Feeling isolated around all these people he didn’t know.
So yes that’s right. Yesterday my character wrestled a bear. No problem. He gets in the city and he is reduced to the crying lost child at the mall.
through a few checks and a semi pathetic hop to poke my head above the crowd of people Neith finds me and she calms me down and chastises me for wandering off.
We are then approached by a dwarf “white haired dwarven man approaches. He has white scruffy hair, an older gentleman with ice blue eyes. He's in studded armor, with a long sword on his back. One of the dwarves arms is also cocked at an almost unnatural angle, clearly stuck that way due to prior damage judging by the scars visible as well“
at first I have trouble remembering but after he calls me “lizard” I roll and get a natural 20. It’s my “uncle” Atland! I quickly give him a big hug then introduce Neith. He offers to show us around and this is the first person Kindling has met in a long time he is really comfortable around he begins just babbling stream of consciousness style about everything up to that point. ending about the time they get to a tavern with asking if Uncle Atland would like to hear him play the violin. something he learned after he left Tideforge. aaaand NAT 20 performance check! *meme air horn music*
(DnD Life Goal: Play Epic Public Violin Performance. Check)
after that there’s a lot of just us talking learning about what’s been going on in tide forge, talking to atland, inquiring about a temple for neith to seek shelter in and maybe help her figure out what’s going on with her and her powers and the cult. and we end the session. the last session is basically just us selling the meat then our dm getting a headache and ending early. and it’s been 3 months since then I think so yeah :( hoping to get back into it someday but *shrugs*
I did run a one shot with http://imxthexhandler.tumblr.com that maybe I’ll talk about next time in summery form. She said she was doing a detailed edit of our skype and posting it though so probably just let her do that. If you want the Full skype post of this campaign let me know. (it would be looong)

OMG I LOVE IT COULD YOU DO VILLAIN KIRISHIMA ONE I JUST LOVE THEM
Looong again. Violence. Look out for that. Kirishima is my sunshine child and I love him.
You were just heading back to the agency, since they had called you back for an emergency of some kind. You saw that the agency was in total chaos, but you had no idea why. There didn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary, beside people running around. The moment you stepped in, everyone stopped. They were all looking at you.
“What is going on?”, you asked.
“There-There is a package with your name on it.”, one of your co-workers said.
“There was some red liquid seeping throught the package so we opened it and…”, another one continued.“Just look.”
You walked to the table where the box was and took a look inside. The box contained a severed human head, and not just any head. It was Kirishima’s. Tve head moved a bit, so it was facing you.
“It’s your fault.” the head said
You fell down to the floor and started screaming and sobbing. Even when you woke up you were screaming and panicking. Kirishima sat up and wrapped his arms around you, to try and calm you down.
“Hey, hey calm down sweetheart. It was just a dream. I’m here with you, you’re okay.”
“But, but you were dead, and there was blood, and your head was.”, you sobbed.
“Just a dream (Name), it’s just a dream.”
You sobbed to his chest. These nightmares had been driving you crazy for the last few weeks. They were always about Kirishima dying in some horribly graphic way. Some nights when he wasn’t there when you woke up from your nightmare, you actually thought he had died. It was horrible and since you weren’t getting much sleep, your work as hero wasn’t going too well either.
“Was it a nightmare again?”, Kirishima asked, severing your chain of thought.
“Yeah, I don’t understand why I’m seeing so many of them lately.”, you sniffled.
“Do you think you can sleep?”
“I hope. I’ve got work tomorrow and I’d rather not be like a zombie again.”
“I’m starting to get a bit worried about this.”, he sighted.
“Me too, but we can think about it more tomorrow. I want to try and sleep now.”
“So do I.”, Kirishima yawned.
You laid down, and cuddled to his chest. He wrapped his arms around you, and was asleep almost instantly. You weren’t awake much longer either, and the nightmares left you alone for the rest of the night.
When you woke up in the morning Kirishima was gone. There was a note on the kitchen table, apologicing that he had left you alone. You smiled at his messy hand writing and boiled some water so you could make tea. Your shift would start in a half an hour, since you had the day shift. You ate breakfast and headed for work.
When you got to work there wasn’t many people present. The morning shift was ending and the next one was starting so most of the people were at the locker rooms. You headed there too, to change to your hero costume. When you were ready, you went to ask your patrol area for the day and headed out.
The moment you turned the first corner the nausea hit you. You couldn’t stand and your vision was fuzzy. You felt someone grab your arms and start draggin you towards a van, that was parked on the side of the street. You tried to fight back and yank yourself away from their grib, but the nausea made you feel very weak. They pulled you in and the car drove away. Someone tied you up, and the moment you were restrained the nausea just fanished.
“What do you thing you’re doing?”, you hissed.
“Our boss wants to see you, she wants to talk to you.”
You decided it was wisest to shut up and see where this situation would go. You were a bit interested of their boss, and you had a feeling that if you tried to run, the person with the nausea quirk would take you down pretty quickly.
When the van stopped you saw that you had been brought to some kind of an industrial area. The guys who had taken you, lead you to one of the old factories. There were lots of other people there, so it was propably a gang hideout, but only one stood out to you. A woman who had bright green hair. Her hair looked like it was moving, and when you focused you noticed her hair was actually snakes.
“Hello, my name is Medusa. I’m the leader of this gang and our name is Gorgons.”
“Lovely introduction, but what do you want from me?”, you asked.
“From you? Nothing.”, she smiled wickedly
“So why am I here?”
“As a revenge of course. I have some grudges towards the leader of the Red Dragons you see. And once we lure them here using you, we’ll destroy them.”
So she had business with Kirishima. You had gotten into a middle of a gang war it seemed.
“Why do you think the leader of the Red Dragons gives a shit about me. I’m a hero, not one of them.”, you laughed.
“Oh darling, I happen to know you are very dear to their leader. One of our members has been tormenting you with nightmares of his death for weeks now while gathering information.”
“So it was you people who have been driving me insane.”, you sighted.
“We need to have our fun. It was so fun to see you wake up screaming and panicking every night.”, she laughed
Shit, she knew about you and Kirihima. And she or someone from her gang, had been tormenting you for the past weeks. You needed to get out. You couldn’t just let this bitch use you against Kiri. So you transformed your arm to a bear claw and cut yourself free. You dashed towards the door. It would be foolish to try and fight since there were over thirty of them. Your escape was cut short, when the nausea hit you again, even stronger then before. You threw up and fell to the ground. Medusa was glaring at you, and the last thing you saw before passing out, were her yellow eyes.
When you came to, you found yourself chained to a support pilar. You wouldn’t be able to break these like you had broken the rope. Your hands were behind your back, and the chain was eating at your skin pretty painfully.
“Hey! Could you loosen these a little, my arms are dying.”, you yelled.
“Deal with it. We need you alive, not unharmed.”, Medusa said.
“Bitch.”, you muttered.
“What?”
“Bitch, or do I need to spell it out for you?”, you mocked.
“Like I said, we need you alive, not unharmed. Boys give her a beating, she is easy pray when tied down. Have fun.”, she waved.
“Come back you bitch. I can still bite you dammit.”, you shouted.
You cahnged your teeth for wolf teeth so you could atleast try and protect yourself. A few people emerged from the shadows. They walked up to you and one with a nose piercing, kneeled and brought his face really close to yours.
“Maybe I’ll start by ruining that pretty face of yours.”, he smirked.
He was just close enough for you to bite his nose. He shouted, and stumbled back. You spat his nose ring out of your mouth and snarled at him. The guy looked pissed.
“Oh you asked for this. Let’s get her.”
All of them came at you at once and you had trouble doing anything. You managed to bite one of their ankles when they kicked you, and maybe one wrist, but you weren’t sure. When they finally stopped, your nose was bleeding and your other eye had started to swell shut. Your stomach and chest would probably be covered in bruises later, and you weren’t sure all your bones were intact.
You had sat there, bloodied and beaten for a while, when the guy you ripped the nose ring off of came back.
“Okay you little bitch, it’s time to go see your boyfriend.”
He opened the chains so he could drag you by them. The chains were only around your wrist, and you felt like your arms were going to be torn off. He dragged you to a large open area, and raised you a little bit. You opened you eyes -or the one that wasn’t swollen shut- and looked around. You only saw the Gorgons. No sign of Kirishima or his Red Dragon buddies.
“They’ll be here soon. We just wanted to get you before hand so they could have the best welcome possible.”, Medusa laughed.
“You know, you made a mistake when challenging the Red Dragons. They aren’t just some small time gang.”
“Shut your mouth. Our guests have arrived.”, she hissed.
You looked towards the huge door way, and saw Kirishima. You couldn’t really mske out his expression, but you assumed he was angry
“Hello, Red Dragons. I have a little gift for you. Be thankful she is alive.”, Medusa chimed.
She nodded at the man who was holding you, and he threw you towards Kirishima. You somehow managed to land on your feet, but fell to your knees pretty much right after. Kirishima hurried to you and threw the chains away. He picked you up and started to carry you away.
“I’m so sorry, they won’t get away with this.”, he said.
“Just don’t get hurt. I’ve seen enough of you dying in my nightmares.”
“I’ll be fine. Just sit here and wait.”
He had brought you outside and asked one of his friends to make sure you were okay. Then he went back inside.
“Are you ready to face defeat now? That girl was meant to put your spirits down. We didn’t kill her, so we can use her later if we need to.”, Medusa laughed.
“So you think you are gonna take us down? Or even be leaving from here?”, Kirishima growled.
Kirishima was furious. He didn’t remember when he had been this mad. He would beat every single one of these people to a pulp. Starting with the guy who had been holding you. He dashed forward and all the others followed. His fist collided with the big guy’s face. He had hardened himself and he could hear the bones cracking under fist. This guy probably wouldn’t be getting up again. All his comrades were taking care of the others so Kirishima turned his gaze to the boss woman. He would kill her. Kirishima ran to her, but Medusa wrapped his snake hair around his fist and threw him to the ground. Kirishima didn’t falter at all. The floor under him had cracked, but he was mostly fine. He got up and grabbed a hold of Medusa’s hair. Kirishima pulled her towards himself and bashed her face in. Then he let the motionless body fall to the ground.
You didn’t hear the sounds of fighting anymore, so you assumed they were done. You just hoped that Kirishima’s side had emerged victorious, and they had. The group walked outside and Kirishima dashed straight to you. He started to check you all over and caressed your injuries gently.
“I’m sorry, this happened because of me.”
“It’s not your fault Eiji. None of it is.”, you sniffled.
“But if you weren’t my girlfriend they wouldn’t have taken you like this.”, he growled.
“Stop, just don’t, it’s that bitch’s fault not yours, so shut up and take me home, please.”, you pleaded.
Kirishima picked you up and turned to face his gang members. He told them to get back to the base, and have a little fun, but also treat their injuries and make sure everyone was fine. He’d take you home and make sure you were okay.
When you got home and had taken a shower and changed on some clean clothes, you sat down next to Kirishima, who had been sitting in the couch the whole time.
“Eiji?”, you whispered.
“What? Does it hurt? Do you need something?”, he rambled.
“No, just, could you hold me, even just for a while.”
“Of course babe.”
You climbed to his lap and pressed your face to his chest. He wrapped his arms around you and kissed the top of your head.
“I was so scared.”, you sobbed to his chest.
He squeezed you a little tighter, like to make sure you wouldn’t be taken away form him. He could feel the sobs, when your body trembled and his shirt was getting damp from your tears, but he was just so happy to have you back.
“Me too.”, he whispered.“ I was so scared I would lose you.”
“I was scared of losing you too.”
When you looked up, you could see a few tears rolling down Kiri’s cheek, but he wiped them away quickly and gave you a worried look.
“Does it hurt anywhere?”, he asked.
“My stomach is a bit sore and my face is not in the best condition, but I’ll survive.”
“I’m not hurting you am I?”, he panicked and loosened his grip on you.
“No, it just felt nice.”
“Oh, good then.”, he said as he hugged you a bit thighter.
You sat on the couch for a long time. Just holding each other. Kirishima whispered sweet things to your ear and made sure you were as comfortable as possible.
You felt lucky to have found him. He was your love, your light and most of all your rock. You knew he would never falter, and would always be there for you, no matter what, and you would always be there for him.
