Somehow (for fandom reasons) Dulcie, Eddie, and Cath end up in the UK, maybe with Dulcie and Eddie going private investigators? Unsure who would hire a gremlin, but maybe Dulcie does all the first client meetings on her own.

Dulcie gets stabbed (again, hopefully she won’t make a continuing theme out of this), ends up in Holby City AAU/trauma ward with Bernie and Serena working.

Eddie turns up at one point, going completely ballistic on the ward, because she needs to see her work wife and she needs to see her now.

By the time Serena finally manages to calm her down a bit with the help of Fletch, Cath arrives and the whole thing starts again, but with a different woman now??

Serena is absolutely done at one point. Eddie is going completely feral out of concern for Dulcie, Cath keeps on insisting she’s practically a doctor so that she can get access to the trauma bay.

By the time Bernie comes out of trauma, with Dulcie being as fine as a stabbed person can be, Serena is hiding under her desk in their office, drinking Shiraz.
