#answered#chattin#i had some hot tea and it alleviated some of the pressure i was feeling#so im pretty sure the sudden cold and dry air in my apartment triggered it somehow#DO NOT RECREATE THIS LMAO but i just stood over a pot of boiling water to let the steam try warm up my face and sinuses#and see if that would help w the pressure (it did but only for a little bit; take some ibuprofen like i eventually did; dont be me lmao)#it took about 6 hours to go away which is like fantastic in my books lmao#its still cold but its a bit more humid in here so the headache hasnt returned ππΎπ
