I attribute this to my fish-like memory, but rest assured, if we are mutuals, we both know. 🧙‍♂️

"In writing the explanation of the Signs and Symbols of Primordial Man, I have gone back to the foundation of the human as a beginning, and traced these signs from the first Pygmies, and their then meaning, up to the latter-day Christians, and shown the evolution and meaning of the same, back to the Primordial Signs and Symbols and Sign Language, which have never been studied or taken into account either in Freemasonry, the Christian doctrines or the Eschatology of the Egyptians, and without which it is impossible to form a true conception of how these later doctrines came into existance."
1986 March 6-8 Yosef ben-Jochannan delivers his "The Nile Valley Civilization and the Spread of African Culture." lecture for the Minority Ethnic Unit of the Greater London Council, London, England.
'The English adopted it and called it Freemasonry. Sir Albert Churchward's book, Signs and Symbols of Primordial Man, is a corner stone of Freemasonry. Churchward was a big man in England. Besides being a physician, he was also one of those who made English Freemasonry what it is today. So in another adaptation, the British took twenty-two tablets from Egypt, brought them here and set up what they called "Freemasonry." Of course, the Americans followed suit.'

(2 Kings 19:9-10/Isaiah 37:9-10.)

Testing step up & step down 220V to 110V isolation transformer
https://www.ato.com/isolation-transformers
ATO.com provides you high performance single phase and three phase dry type isolation transformers which designed to step up/ down the voltage as per requirements and widely used in various power supply sites with frequency 50Hz or 60Hz and voltage less than 1000V AC. Need more detail of ATO isolation transformer? Here is a good explanation about it in this video. To test the accuracy of the transformer voltage, we take a 3000 VA single phase 220V iuput to 110V output isolation transformer as an example.
