You hadn’t really known what to expect.
In dramas, after a confession, things were usually a little awkward, shy, sweet. But the day after Jackson confessed to you, he nearly bit your hand off when you tried to steal one of his dumplings. Granted, you bit him first, but it was his job to be chivalrous, not yours.
“Um, maybe eat your own before you try to steal mine?”
“I’m literally just a girl, Jackson.”
A few weeks after said confession, things were still mostly the same, as you were awoken by someone pinching your cheek. Bleary eyed, you squinted, looking up at a very hot, very annoyed face.
“Where the hell is my academy sweatshirt? I’m gonna be late for my shift,” he huffed, giving you another pinch. Jackson worked part time at an MMA academy, teaching a class of young children. Unfortunately, that meant three days out of the week, he had to wake up at 7 in the morning to be ready by 8. And if he was up, so were you.
“I dunno,” you whined groggily, rolling over. “I didn’t wear it. Promise.”
“Liar,” he accuses.
“Mmn. ‘m not lying, check my laundry.”
You hear shuffling, the sound of your hamper being opened (filled with clean clothes, because dirty clothes go on the bathroom floor of course), and quickly tug the blanket over your head as Jackson calls your bluff.
“At least it’s clean,” you attempt to plead your case, but the covers are yanked off. You yelp as Jackson flips you onto your back and begins to tickle you.
“Didn’t wear it, huh? Seriously, of all my clothes?” he snarls, fingers digging into your sides. You can’t speak; you instead make animalistic noises of possession as you attempt to free yourself. You wrap your legs around his waist and shove at his chest, shouting apologies in between fits of laughter.
At last, the tickling ends, and you all but collapse against the sheets, sprawled out like half a starfish.
“I’m going to start charging you for the things you steal,” Jackson says, breathless himself from the efforts of torture. Only then are you made aware that his hands are on your thighs. You don’t think he’s doing it on purpose, until you do, when he squeezes them beneath his palms and brushes his thumbs under your pajama shorts.
“Hey,” you warn, wriggling beneath him. He laughs and leans over you.
“What?”
“You know what. Get off of me.”
He sighs, letting his head drop down as though weary.
When he looks at you again, his eyes have gone all soft, and it makes you feel warm and tingly inside. You swallow and force yourself to look away. You weren’t completely immune to his charms and didn’t want to risk it, answering the question he hadn’t asked.
“Nope.”
That was the deal.
Kissing was alright—as long as it wasn’t too long or too deep. Touching was fine too, just avoid any erogenous zones. Truthfully, you weren’t sure why you’d placed such heavy restrictions on your
relationship? Whatever this was. Probably because at the end of the day, you were still terrified of losing him. Of crossing a bridge that crumbles behind you, never being able to return to where you were.
Right now, the two of you could still be around your friends, could still shamelessly flirt and insist it isn’t flirting. When you’d shown up to dinner with the guys, your hand clasped in Jackson’s to test the waters, no one said a word. Youngjae crinkled his nose and said it was cringe
and that’s it. That was the only reaction. The only people surprised about this development were the two of you, apparently, mostly you. And, you hadn’t realized how horny you were for one another.
When you’d stare at him after a shower, when he had the audacity to drink juice from the carton wearing nothing but a towel around his waist, you noticed that
you’ve always stared. That wasn’t new. It’s just that you were now aware of it, and also very aware of how it felt to see his throat working as he swallows, beads of water dripping down his chest and following the dip of his abs like a treasure map for your tongue—
But it went both ways, fortunately, as Jackson’s playful way of grabbing your waist when you were busily bent over no longer felt fun, but rather, made you want to push against him, feel his hands sliding elsewhere, because god had they always been so big? Had his fingers always been so long?
Presently, Jackson rolls his eyes and kisses your cheek. You refuse to look at him still, so he tilts down, where his lips brush your throat; when your head snaps up to scold him, he takes the opportunity to catch your lips with his, sighing as though relieved.
Kissing him feels so normal that it’s almost painful, like every second his lips are against yours, you ask yourself why you were so stupid, why you hadn’t noticed before, why you hadn’t understood that the feelings you’ve had for him were being confused for platonic when they were much, much closer to something akin to lo—
“Mmff
ou’re ‘unna ‘ee ate,” you mumble, though Jackson doesn’t stop kissing you. You giggle as your words are slurred by his mouth, which in turn makes him smile, which in turn makes you wrap your arms around his neck and consider begging him to let the kids down just this once.
You know he wouldn’t hesitate. So that’s why you groan and push him away. You squirm from beneath him before he can snatch you up, fixing your pajamas as though you were preparing to walk the red carpet. When you look up at Jackson, he’s on his knees on your bed, hands gripping the covers and head tilted to the side. Oh.
“Stop looking at me like that, puppy boy,” you mumble, rolling your eyes. You cross your arms, taking on the weight of the world’s strongest soldier as Jackson fucking Wang silently begs to bend you over the mattress
Jackson lets his legs slip over the side, feet planted on the floor as he tugs you toward him by the strings of your shorts. You whine in protest—losing a drawstring was so—
“I think you like it when I beg,” Jackson says, voice too low to be good for your health. You look at him in surprise, his expression hasn’t really changed, but why did he have to do this to you?
“I think you’re gonna be late,” you huff, feeling your cheeks redden.
“I think you’re cute when you blush.”
“I think—”
“I think we’re gonna be good for each other.”
“It was my turn,” you pout. “I think you need a cold shower.”
Jackson mumbles something you don’t catch as he nuzzles his face against your stomach. His arms hang loosely around your hips, and you’re once again left with emotional whiplash as the man somehow goes from fuck me~ to hold me in the span of a few seconds. You swallow and rake your fingers through his hair (which he pulls at less nowadays, thanks to your nagging).
“I want to,” you say quietly, nails scratching at his head. “But I’m scared. Like
we could probably bounce back from this, and from holding hands and even kissing. But I’m afraid that I’d never be able to, you know, not hurt around you the further we go if things turn out bad. We just don’t know what’ll happen if we commit. That’s scary.”
To your surprise, Jackson squeezes you tighter. He tilts his head back to look up at you, his chin resting just above your belly button.
“What is it gonna take, pie?” he asks softly. Your brows furrow, though he continues. “What’s it gonna take for you to realize I’ve been yours this entire time?”
Your breath catches in your throat; you know he can feel it from the way your stomach tightens. He noses at the material of your top, planting a kiss there. Then the bastard opens his mouth again. You can taste his words.
“You own me, baby.”
Tumblr media
You wake up confused and sweaty, fumbling around for your phone. You grab the device and groan—it’s not even five in the morning, and it’s a saturday.
The dream woke you up. You and Jackson had an idea to conserve water, apparently, sharing a shower too small for one person let alone two. Your brain filled in the blanks for the missing information, unfortunately for you, though you had no doubt he was as beautiful in this reality, too.
It was almost impossible for you to go back to sleep after waking up usually, so you throw the covers off with much more attitude than necessary before quietly stepping out of your room. The light beneath Jackson’s door is off, and you tiptoe down the hall, but when you round the corner to the kitchen you gasp in surprise.
Jackson raises a brow at you, taking a sip from the bottle of water in his hand. He’s wearing nothing but black boxers, showing off the lean muscles he works so hard on. So very hard.
“You’re up?” he asks, and by his raspy tone it’s clear he woke up not long before you. You nod and shrug for no reason at all other than to distract from the fact that your eyes are eating him alive. He has the sexiest bedhead, and the thin chain he wears glints as it drapes over his collar bones.
“Thirsty,” you lie. You move past him to reach the fridge, but an arm hooks around your waist. You inhale sharply as you’re tugged against his chest, the warmth of him shooting tingles down your back. You swallow, and he holds the bottle in front of you.
“Here,” he mumbles. He sounds so casual, like his actions hadn’t just made your soul briefly leave your physical form. You take the water from him and tilt your head back for a sip, not having realized how thirsty you were until you’ve finished half of it.
You turn around, though he doesn’t release you, so you remain pressed to his bare chest. You have no idea why, but you lean forward and kiss him just below his collar bone, realizing too late how cruel you were being. In an attempt to make it chaste, you kiss the other side, right above his heart, though Jackson’s hand flies to your hair. He cups the back of your head and refuses to let you move.
“Jackson,” you protest, but he whines.
He fucking. Whines.
“Please, pie. Just keep your lips on me. Please,” he breathes. You exhale a shaky breath and nod.
“Okay,” you say quietly, and you swear he sighs with relief. You watch his face, tilting in again and pressing another kiss to the same spot as before. Jackson nods, his tongue slipping out to wet his lips.
You kiss the center of his chest, lips dragging over his skin to his left pec. When you move a tad bit lower, this time where his heart beats, he hisses and tightens his grip in your hair. You gasp for all the right reasons, though he doesn’t know that.
“Fuck, sorry,” he whispers as though the two of you are sneaking around rather than doing
whatever this was in the middle of your shared kitchen. “You okay?”
“I’m fine,” you giggle softly. “I didn’t know you were so sensitive.”
Jackson looks down at you, his expression morphing completely into
calmness? But it still puts you on edge.
“What’d I say?” you ask with a frown.
“I haven’t had sex in almost a year,” he admits.
You blink.
“You
what?” you breathe, shaking your head. “But, you’ve had tinder
you’ve gone on dates.”
Jackson pulls you close again, silently asking for more kisses. You realize he might’ve been right
you like when he begs. You kiss him as he asks, this time close to his nipple, and he shudders.
“I’m not gonna fuck a girl who wants more than I can give her,” he says. You mouth over his skin, tongue reaching the edge of his areola. You like his answer.
“Why can’t you give her what she wants?” you ask, knowing what he’ll say but wanting to hear it all the same. Jackson knows this too, but he’s more than happy to give you what you want.
“Because she—fuck—”
Your tongue lathes over his nipple and he grips the counter tight.
“—’cause she’s not you,” he finishes. “None of them are. Can’t be anything for anyone except you. Wanna
wanna be everything to you.”
“You are
you are
” you mumble carelessly, barely kissing him, but rather rubbing your mouth on his chest. He seems more than okay with that, his head falling back, though he shakes it.
“I’m not, baby. I’ve got so much to give you, gonna show you what it’s like to be loved right, fucked right, needed right. I need you, y/n. I-I fucking need you so bad. Always have.”
You were supposed to be turning him on, not getting choked up, but you pulled back and covered your face. Jackson was still a little breathless and out of it, but he grabbed at your wrists.
“Sorry, fuck, was that
was that bad? I didn’t mean to—”
“It’s fine,” you mumble, wiping helplessly at tears that slide down your cheeks. Jackson pulls you forward, crushing you to his chest. He wraps both arms around you so tight you can barely breathe. You love it.
What else do you love?
You love that you can feel his cock pressing against the inside of your thigh, that you can feel how much he wants from you. You swallow your tears and reach between you, your palm finding the thick outline beneath his boxers and squeezing.
Jackson’s reaction is visceral and downright sinful. He jumps, then buries his face into your hair.
“Again, p-please,” he mumbles. You do it again. There’s a weird mix between sadness and horniness between you, but you keep going, sliding your hand up and down his clothed length. He’s definitely thick and a little longer than average, but not frighteningly so.
Thick enough to make you choke, but not enough to bruise your cervix. Perfect. Somehow, you think you know exactly what it feels like to be fucked by him.
“Jesus fuck—I don’t care if I get to fuck you, just please
let me taste you, baby,” Jackson grunts, hips lazily bucking against you.
That
sounds alright with you. You take your hand off his cock and grab his wrist to pull him to his room, but he twists you around so that your back is to the counter. You open your mouth to ask what he’s doing, but the words die on your tongue when he drops to his knees.
“J-Jackson, you don’t have t-to
”
“Shh, baby,” he mumbles, cupping the backs of your thighs. You feel dumb, forgetting how to speak. “Let me make you feel good. Wanna hear those pretty sounds you make when you play with yourself.”
Your cheeks flush pink, Jackson’s words hardly registering in your brain. He hooks his fingers into the elastic of your pajama shorts, leaning forward to kiss the front of your thigh before he begins tugging them down.
“W-What do you mean when I pla—oh
”
Jackson doesn’t hesitate, going face first between your legs and groaning. The vibrations ring through your inner thighs and go straight to your clit, nearly sending you down. He hadn’t even touched you properly yet.
“If you tell me you didn’t want me to hear you fucking yourself, I’m gonna call you a liar,” he whispers. His lips graze over the hair you keep trimmed—you could be a little self conscious about that at times, a couple past partners even commenting on it, but Jackson is worshipping your pussy without words and you’ve never felt so perfectly adequate.
You think over what he said once you regain a little bit of consciousness. And fuck.
You were tired of this sort of hindsight ability you had now, the way you felt when you thought back to the times you were so obviously head over heels in love with him and had convinced yourself you were friends.
Like fucking yourself with your favorite toy, back to the wall splitting your rooms. Moaning loud even though you didn’t do that when he wasn’t home.
“S-Sorry,” you whimper, because what the fuck else are you supposed to say? You feel warmth as Jackson breathes a laugh against your thighs, teeth grazing the sensitive skin near your labia.
“It’s okay, baby. Just do it again for me, hm? While I’m in the same room at least?”
Did he have to be such a fucking brat? You thought “pie” and his attitude would disappear after all of this, but you were sorely mistaken. You opened your mouth to complain.
Jackson pushed your thighs open wider, settling between them and looking up at you from his knees. You squeaked, and the last thing you saw before his face disappeared was that smug grin underneath his pretty brown eyes.
You learned two lessons very quickly. One:
Jackson Wang ate pussy like his life depended on it.
And two, you were immediately jealous of any woman who’d ever had him like this, on his knees between their legs. This should be illegal.
His tongue slid between your tender pussy lips, expertly finding your clit and daring to flick at it beneath the hood. Your knees did buckle, but he hugged your thighs and kept you upright, taking the opportunity to squeeze and knead at your ass. You reached down and gripped his hair for purchase, tugging, eliciting a groan from him that felt better than any dick you’d ever had. You did it again, and this time he practically sang praises into you—he was literally fucking you with his moans.
“Jesus fuck, Jackson?” you ask, unable to do much else other than feel and squeak out your needs. His fingers dug into the plushness of your thighs, though one hand slipped beneath your shirt. His thumb grazed over your nipple before gently pinching it, and you were ready to die.
When he sucked the tender flesh of your clit into his mouth, you stumbled forward, nearly sending him back until he caught you by the waist. You whimper and tug at him to let you go until finally, he pulls away from your cunt, looking far too pleased with shiny lips. He licks them and you fall into his lap, shuddering as you cling to him.
“That bad, huh? Should I keep my day job?” He teases you gently, one hand cupping the back of your head while the other hugs you tighter. You can still feel his cock straining against his boxers, nearly perfectly aligned as it presses against your ass.
“S-Shut up, a-asshole,” you stammer out, gripping his shoulders tightly for comfort—or maybe dear life. Jackson chuckles in a way that makes you feel safe and annoyed—because how can he send you to fucking space and then try to convince you it’s all good and dandy with the same mouth?
“You okay baby?” he asks softly. When you nod, he pulls back enough to kiss your temple, though keeps his lips there. You swallow, having a feeling that he wasn’t done with you. Not even close.
“Was it good?” he asks.
“Very c-classy,” you manage to huff, but Jackson only laughs.
“Mmm. Knew you’d taste good. Knew you’d love me on my knees,” he hums. You shiver, and he moves to your ear, nipping at your lobe. “Knew you’d look so pretty while I eat it.”
You let out a soft whine, your hips rolling into his. You’re spreading your sticky juices along his clothed cock, but he doesn’t seem to mind as he grabs your waist and bites his lower lip.
“Are you done? Hm? Or can I take you to my room and finish you off?” Jackson asks, tilting his head to kiss below your ear. “Lay you down and hold you open until that pretty clit is nice and swollen
”
“F-Fuck,” you whine, digging your nails into his shoulders. “N-No.”
“M’kay, need me to run you a bath then? I bought some new bath bombs—”
“No I meant
” you breathe, letting your head drop to his shoulder. You were dizzy, but your thoughts had never been more clear. Not necessarily a decision out of desperation, just
it needed to happen. You needed it.
“I-I don’t want you to eat me out, Jackson,” you say as you swallow.
You lift your head, relieved to see there’s no frustration in his gaze, no disappointment. God, he’s really just here to make sure you’re happy, safe, comfortable.
“I want
I want you to fuck me.”
Tumblr media
“Why are we in your room?”
“My bed is bigger.”
“When’s the last time you washed your sheets?”
“I don’t know, pie. When’s the last time you washed my sheets?”
You crinkle your nose, but Jackson just rolls his eyes. He drags you onto the bed with him, grabbing a pillow and stuffing it in your face. You sniff, your eyes immediately narrowing.
“Have you seriously been washing your bedding regularly now under the implication that we’d fuck soon?” you hiss, sitting up to glare at him. He was sprawled out, looking much too happy for your liking.
“Yes,” he says gleefully. You grab the pillow and make an attempt to suffocate him, but he doesn’t fight back, and that’s not very fun.
Oh yeah! You’re also only wearing his a t-shirt, and he’s only wearing boxers, and his cock is very hard and you’d very much like to put it in your mouth now that you’ve recovered somewhat from his tongue.
“You’re such a boy,” you groan, throwing the pillow back to the headboard. Jackson nods, tugging at the hem of your shirt.
“Yeah. Take this off and sit on my face please,” he hums, lying back as though preparing to be sacrificed to the thigh smothering gods.
“How romantic,” you scoff.
“Come sit on my face so I can make you cry the only way a man should make a woman cry, please~”
“Better.”
With the back and forth out of the way, you can’t bring yourself to smile, pulling your knees to your chest. Jackson sits up, reaching out to take one of your hands in his large one.
“Hey, no expectations, remember? You wanna stop right now, we’ll stop and never do anything like this again. You want me to finish you off, that’s fine too,” he says, thumb brushing the back of your knuckles. You shake your head.
“No. I think
I think we should. We need to, I mean, otherwise we’re gonna be in limbo forever. But
” you pause, feeling your eyes burn a little damn it. When you look up at him, his boyish charm is gone, replaced completely by a concerned man who almost looks in love with you.
“Hm? What is it, pie?” he asks, coaxing you gently. Ugh—why did sex have to be so god damn complicated?
“Promise me,” you say, biting your lower lip as you gather your words. “Promise me if we hate it, if it’s bad, just
stay with me? Like, forever? Please don’t move out? I mean if you have to get married just try to find someone who’s nice enough to let me stay? I’ll do the laundry. We can be like a throuple except you both just have to feed me and nothing else.”
“I love you, y/n.”
“Nevermind, let’s just do it.”
Jackson laughed as you flopped onto your back, though he leaned over you and caught your chin in his hand. You avoided looking at him, but he tilted your head down and pressed his forehead to yours to prevent you from escaping his eyes.
“I know you’re allergic to that word—”
“I am not—”
“But I love you. I love y/n and I love pie and I love the girl who thinks ‘coinkydink’ is an appropriate alternative for ‘coincidence’—”
“It is but okay—”
Jackson rolls his eyes, cupping your cheek under the romantic guise of making you shut up by pressing his thumb to your lips.
“Do you know why I want to fuck you?” he asks, his voice oddly gentle for such an erotic question. You blink, he lifts his thumb.
“Um, ‘cause I’m hot?” you offer with a shrug. His thumb goes back to your lips.
“Yes, but the truth? I want to make love to you but I assumed your reaction to that phrasing would be
”
Jackson lifts his thumb.
“Cringe?”
“Correct,” he smiles. “I’m gonna do what I can so the next man you meet has to climb to fucking heaven to reach the lowest bar for you. I’m nowhere near perfect, but I’ll be damned if you leave my bed able to call your best friend and complain that your inner thigh got more action than you did.”
You pout and push his hand away.
“That was one time,” you mumble. “If sex with you sucks, who am I gonna call? Yugyeom?”
“I dare you to fucking try,” Jackson says, narrowing his eyes. You beam, attempting to boop his nose, but he leans forward and kisses you instead. “If you leave this bed and hate me after, I’ll move out before sunset. And if you want me to l-o-v-e you for the rest of your life, I’ll do that too. I told you, pie. I’m yours.”
You kiss him this time, turning into him and cupping his jaw. Why couldn’t he see that the more of this he showed you, the less you wanted to risk it all disappearing?
You tilt your head to the side, nuzzling your face against his throat to plant kisses there. He inhales, leg sliding between yours as a hand strokes your hair.
“Mm
what do you want, y/n?” he asks, groaning when you suck beneath his jaw.
“Wanna suck you off,” you mumble against his skin, relishing in the heavy groan you feel from him. “Then I want you to fuck me.”
“I can do that,” Jackson nods, licking his lips. You release him and sit up, looking over his stretched out form. He was so fucking gorgeous, and you were in his bed.
You place a hand in the center of his chest, and Jackson sits up on his elbows, his thighs parting eagerly. You giggle, gently kneeing his side.
“Patience,” you hum, dragging your hand down to his abs, letting your fingertips dip between the muscles. You remembered all those times you fantasized about drawing your tongue against them—realizing you can. So you throw a leg over his, sliding down until you’re hovering over his thighs, face level with his hips.
One hand rests on the elastic of his boxers while the other palms his abs. You look up at him as you drag your finger through the lines, following the shape of his muscles. He’s tense, but still coherent, so your other hand slides down to palm him again.
Jackson curses under his breath, eyes never leaving yours. So you lean down and flatten your tongue below his navel. He gasps as you lick down the thin trail of hair that disappears beneath his boxers, kissing the sensitive skin there before moving up again. Jackson whines, and you lift a brow.
“You’re not being very patient,” you say, kissing his stomach before licking up to his chest. Jackson’s head falls back, one hand moving to your hair.
“It’s been almost a year, pie,” he groans. “Want this
want you
”
You giggle softly. When you palm him again, curling your fingers around his constricted length, Jackson practically flies off the bed, grabbing your wrist.
“Baby, I will let you suck my cock until the sun explodes, just
please not now, I’m so fucking close, wanna be inside you
” he breathes. You’re surprised to see his chest flushed and heaving, not having realized how worked up he was over just a few light touches. You swallow and nod.
He smiles in relief, pulling you in for a kiss before sitting up on his knees, gently guiding you back. It’s a little jarring, suddenly being underneath your best friend, but Jackson immediately gives you gentle kisses, whispering your name and promises to make you feel good. You believe him.
You lie there awkwardly as he reaches over you to the bedside table, removing a foil packet. You feel your cheeks redden, which makes him chuckle, and you mumble a quiet shut up. When he holds the condom packet between his teeth and thumbs the waist of his boxers, you realize that you should probably be naked, too. So you cross your arms over the hem of the t-shirt, tugging it over your head and tossing it to the side.
The condom drops and bounces off your thigh as Jackson’s lips part in shock.
“What?” you mumble shyly, bringing your arms to your chest. He clears his throat and fumbles for the condom, shaking his head.
“Nothing. You’re gorgeous. Knew you were, just..." he sucks in air through his teeth.
You blush harder, resisting the urge to tell him to hurry.
Jackson manages to slide his boxers down to his thighs. His cock, once freed, smacks his toned stomach and you grip the covers at your sides as you watch an enticing bead of precum slide down the shaft. It’s exactly as you’d imagined; a little bigger than average, thick, and so beautifully veiny. God it’d feel so good on your tongue, but later. The idea that, hopefully in the future you could suck his beautiful cock whenever you wanted to, made you happier than you’d ever admit to anyone.
You watch as he rolls the condom down his length, swallowing down your doubts as he drops to his forearms on either side of you.
“You okay?” he asks, no humor, no teasing, just genuine concern. You nod and lick your lips.
“Yeah, I’m alright,” you say with a shaky breath. Jackson smiles, leaning forward until your noses bump. The action makes you giggle until you realize he’s fitting your mouths together, and suddenly he’s kissing you.
It’s gentle and soft, his lips sucking at your lower one but moving no further than that. Your arms move to loosely hang around his shoulders, where both of his slip beneath you. You feel the head of his cock brush over your clit and jump. Jackson chuckles. It happens again, but this time, the swollen head catches against the opening between your folds, and you can already feel the stretch, wriggling your hips as if to wedge him in.
Jackson begins to push.
The stretch is slow, heavy, delicious, both of you releasing sounds of relief with eyes rolling back into your skulls as though you’ve both spent four years pretending you don’t want this. Your fingers dig into his shoulders, he squeezes you tight beneath him as he sinks deeper and deeper. At last, his hips meet yours, and Jackson Wang, your best friend, is balls deep inside of you. You squeeze your eyes closed, overwhelmed by the sudden and intense sensations and emotions.
“Are you okay? Feels okay, baby?” he asks softly, clearly restraining himself. You nod, licking your lips.
“Mhm. It’s good. So good,” you babble. Jackson chuckles, nodding as he kisses you again. It’s sweeter this time, moreso as he begins to slide out. The drag of his cock makes you shudder, and you clamp your thighs tight around his waist.
“That’s it,” he hums, leaning down to kiss your cheek. “Lock me up inside you, baby. So fucking pretty.”
You purr in response, arching your back. Jackson takes this as a go ahead, pushing himself up to his palms as he begins to fuck you properly.
You feel your mouth open in shock as he thrusts rhythmically, the switch between emptiness and fullness making your head spin. Every time his hips smack the backs of your thighs, another grunt escapes his mouth, and fuck if you couldn’t listen to that sound for the rest of your life.
Jackson leans down and kisses you. This time, you make sure it’s not as sweet, sucking his tongue and letting him lick yours. You taste his groan as he bucks heavily, pausing to collect himself. Your legs hook around his waist, heel digging into his lower spine, making him moan.
“F-Fuck baby, gonna make me come already,” he breathes, letting his head hang down. You smile, cupping his face and pulling him into you.
“So sensitive,” you purr. Jackson huffs.
“Maybe I shouldn’t,” he hums, wincing at his own sharp thrust. “Maybe I should pull out and leave that gorgeous head to wonder what it’d be like.”
“You won’t,” you reply, calling his bluff. “If I begged you, I bet you’d go raw.”
Jackson surges forward, hands moving behind your knees as he folds you nearly in half. You choke on air and look up at him, wondering why the fuck you've forced yourself to wait for this.
“You don’t have to beg for shit. Don’t fucking tempt me, y/n.”
Your mouth opens at his tone, but he begins to fuck you harder, gripping your form against him as he gives you everything he has. Your whines turn into muffled cries as he tucks your face into his shoulder.
“Shh
let’s not let the neighbors know I’m finally inside you baby
that’s it, quietly
take it for me, yeah?” he hums, and you whimper, digging your nails into his skin. Your legs bounce uselessly where he holds them in place, giving him room to be flush against your ass each time he bottoms out.
“Can’t wait for you to let me lick this sweet little cunt until you cry,” he murmurs, leaning back to slip a hand between you. You jump when he immediately finds your clit, index and middle finger repeatedly alternating pressure. He’s a god damned expert, and you feel yourself clenching tight around the obstruction of his cock.
“Fuck
is that all it takes? You’re squeezing me like a fucking vice, y/n," Jackson groans. “More, baby. That’s it
fuck. So fucking good.”
“J-Jackson,” you huff, squirming beneath the pressure of his weight. “Nng
f-feels so good
”
“Yeah, princess? Just like you've dreamed about?"
Fuck. He always knew, knew you too well, were you made of glass?
"Y-yeah," you whimper, choosing not to lie. "B-Better."
Jackson kisses you again, his hand slowing its movements to match his hips.
“Show me,” he says roughly, obviously close himself. “I wanna feel you cum, baby. Want my cock shiny and sticky like my tongue was.”
“Mm..don’t stop, ‘m close,” you breathe. You tuck your hands into his hair, tugging at the strands, knowing what kind of response you’d experience. He groans, as expected, though pulls back and pushes your thighs apart.
He looks down at your cunt swallowing his cock whole as he rubs at your hooded clit, cursing and biting his lip. Your cheeks flush despite everything, and when his eyes flicker to your face—you’re not sure what to call that expression if not love.
You want him to cum first. You bring his hand away from your clit and up to your lips, kissing the wet pads of his fingers before slipping them into your mouth. Jackson lets out a high pitched noise that you can’t wait to tease him over later as he watches you suck them.
He swallows and leans forwards, pulling your fingers away from your mouth to kiss you. You think it’s an accident, the intimacy, but the kiss is soft, so soft that he stops thrusting and you stop trying to make him cum, so soft that you’re suddenly crying and hugging him and apologizing for being a fucking idiot.
“Hey, ‘s okay baby, I’m here,” he whispers, his own eyes wet. “Stop crying, y/n. I’m right here. I’m yours. I’ll still be yours tomorrow. Shh...”
“I’m so fucking sorry,” you breathe, burying your head against his throat despite the fact that his cock is kissing the opening of your cervix currently. “I was scared, Jackson, so fucking scared, I-I think I loved you so much that I scared myself into thinking I couldn’t.”
“Huh?” he asks, knowing damn well what you said according to the stupid grin on his face. You roll your eyes, using the back of your hand to wipe at your tears.
“I said I love you, asshole,” you whisper, sniffling. “And ‘m not gonna say it again.”
“Okay,” he chuckles, pulling your hands down to wipe your tears himself. “Fine. I’ll just memorize the way you sound when you say it and play it over and over until we live in a nursing home together."
"You roll your eyes, smiling through the teariness. Only you would cry in the middle of sex, but Jackson seemed to love this, taking it as your not-so-silent confession.
He eventually shifts again, making you shudder despite the fact that he was only getting comfortable. He prepares to ask—you already know—want me to stop? So you shake your head before he gets the words out.
“I want it, you know, without,” you say instead, shyly looking up at him from your elbows. Jackson looks a little confused, and you sigh, gesturing around as if that’s helpful at all. “You know. Without.”
“I have no idea what you’re saying, pie—”
“I’m saying I want you to fuck me, and then I want you to tell me you love me so I can say it back without dying, and then I want to go to the pharmacy with you and get plan b even though I’m on birth control because we’d make cute babies but I wanna wait like 10 years probably. So, like, without? If you want?”
You finish your monologue, your cheeks burning hot. You flop to your back and cover your face, once again forgetting about the cock buried inside of you. Jackson doesn’t, of course.
“Are you asking me to hit it raw—”
“Must you be so unromantic—”
“Shut up and c’mere,” he mumbles. He leans down, pulling you up enough to kiss you. You feel him shuffling between you, embarrassed by the gasp that slips out when he pulls back. Jackson smirks. There’s a snap of rubber and he winces as he removes the condom, tossing it into his desk trash can.
“Easy, baby. He’ll be back,” he chuckles.
“I’m actually going to kill you,” you groan. But then he’s pushing into you again, and fuck if the look on his face doesn’t make you want to buy a first class ticket to hell.
“Fucking
jesus
baby
” he gasps. You giggle, though he just pushes you back to hide the apparent blush on his cheeks.
“That bad huh?” you mock him, feeling him bottom out, completely. He curses and dips his head to kiss you, but it’s messy and desperate and feeds the fire that’s been burning inside of you for too long.
“So fucking
nng
so fucking pretty,” he says with a sharp snap of his hips. You gasp, clinging to his shoulders as he leans down. He kisses you again, hard, palms flattening on the bed on either side of your hips. He uses the leverage to fuck you harder, leaning over you until you’re pinned beneath him.
“D-Didn’t know it’d turn you into an animal,” you giggle breathlessly, hand fisting his hair. He groans and tilts his head to the side.
“You turn me into a fucking animal, baby,” Jackson grunts. “Makes me
makes me want to do stupid things, like fuck you without a condom and cum so deep the pill doesn’t do shit to stop it—”
“Jackson—”
“You said it first. Still gonna make you swallow the pill with my cum dripping down your thighs.”
You squeak and tug him down for a filthy kiss, tongues barely missing the mark as his thrusts become loose and sloppy. He’s fucking himself dumb, gripping the sheets and whining against your mouth like a dog.
“G-Gotta make you cum. Gotta make it good for you,” he breathes, reaching between you. You pull his hand away, shaking your head. He begins to argue but you squeeze your thighs around his waist, making him shudder and stumble. He falls against you, cursing into your hair as he continues his thrusts.
“Want you to cum first,” you whisper, hugging him tight. “Want you to fill me up like you said, so fucking deep—"
He groans, leaning on you and thrusting heavy as he snaps his hips forward. His speed remains the same, but you can hear the sound of his hips meeting your ass like he's trying to bury himself in you indefinitely.
"T-That's...fuck..." you whimper, nodding. "Good, that's good."
“Ah
ah
” Jackson whines, shaking his head. “F-Fuck, baby
gonna cum, is that
is that okay? Fucking
ah
c-can I cum?”
Oh. Oh.
You were going to explore this later, him asking permission to cum. But not now.
“Please, Jax. Please cum for me, in me?” you beg softly. “Promise, I’ll take it so good."
“Fuck, I know you will, princess. Know you’ll take it all so good for me
so perfect, so fucking beautiful
all mine, baby
”
Jackson clings to you so tight you have trouble breathing, but you feel him shudder, hear him gasp, and you squeeze him back just as much. He releases a sob into your hair, his muscles tensing as he cums hard. You feel his cock pulsing, the warmth spreading inside of you, and realize with a start that you’re feeling his actual cum seeping into your womb.
You rub his back for a few minutes while he recovers, until he finally sits up and hisses at the sensitivity of his softening cock still buried in you. When he tugs away, it’s your turn to gasp, shivering at the cool emptiness you feel.
“Was that okay?” he asks quietly, hands pushing your thighs apart. You nod.
“Yeah, ‘s good. What are you—shit.”
Jackson knelt between your legs, lips first kissing your clit before he sucks it into his mouth. You all but scream, trying to clamp your legs together, but his easy strength prevents that.
“F
Jackson...fuck, w-what are you doing?” you whimper again, trying to push yourself up to look at him. He uses a hand on the soft of your belly, pushing you back down. He pops off of your clit, free hand taking over the strokes.
“My babygirl didn’t cum. I’m gonna make sure she does,” he explains as though it’s the simplest thing in the world.
“B-But you
your cum
”
“Mhm, keep reminding me,” he moans, tongue slipping beneath the hood of your clit while two long fingers prod at your sore hole. You wince, but he slowly eases them in, his own cum working as lube. Rather than move them, he holds them there, gently stroking inside of your walls while he laps freely between your labia.
In a frighteningly short amount of time, you’re coming off the bed (literally) with a cry of surprise, mumbling his name over and over again as though he could save you from the crushing pleasure you felt. Your thighs clamped around his head, though he made no move to escape, apparently right where he wanted to be as it allowed him to continue sucking and licking the sensitive bundle of nerves until your legs trembled violently.
It stole your breath, and you saw stars, mixed in a few moments later with a boyish grin and someone peppering your face with kisses. It was the most intense orgasm you’ve ever had, definitely if you were comparing him to other men. Well. There was no comparison.
You could only imagine how it'd feel with his cock as deep as it was. Next time. You'd suck his cock, cum on it...maybe make him beg to do the same.
Jackson is patient enough to wait until you’ve mostly returned to your body before he smugly proclaims that he was right, the sex was great, and you owe him a backrub (don’t you usually have to make bets to win them in the first place?) but whatever, because you were fucked out and your boy was happy and probably planning your wedding.
But once you attempted to sit up, wincing at the soreness of keeping your legs open, Jackson kissed you sweetly and urged you to lie down again. He left for a few minutes, returning with boxers (darn it) and a bottle of water, which he forced you to sip whilst he ran you a bath.
You were helped down the hall, feeling like a frail old lady after you insisted you could do it—and had to catch yourself by the doorframe as you walked like a baby deer. You informed him it wasn’t polite to laugh at people you’ve nearly fucked to death, regretting your words immediately as a somehow cocky Jackson became even cockier.
He guided you into the bath, telling you to relax while he ran to the pharmacy. Before he left though, he knelt beside the tub, fingers tapping at the lava-like water you were soaking in.
“Do you like the smell?” he asks, resting his chin on his fist. You nod, letting your fingers find his and trying to pull them beneath the water. He compromised by pulling yours out, kissing the back of your knuckles. “Good. It’s strawberry scented.”
“Fucking me doesn’t make my bath bombs free real estate,” you say pointedly.
“Fucking me doesn’t make my clothes free real estate.”
You open your mouth, then purse your lips.
“Touche.”
“I have something to ask,” he sighs, resting his lips on your hand. “It’s really important.”
Oh god. What.
“Yeah?” you ask, your voice shaky. Jackson grins.
“Just
did you like my cream, pie?”
You stare at him for a few seconds, contemplating the last hour and four years of your life. “I want a divorce.”
“I love you.”
“How
how long have you thought of that joke?” you ask. You didn’t really want to know the answer.
“Um
about 20 seconds after I called you pie for the first time? Not with you of course.”
“Well why in the god damn hell not with me!?”
“I mean? Yes with you?”
“Creep.”
“I love you.”
“I still want a divorce.”
“I still love you.”
“Nng.”
“That means I love you in worm?”
“...Yeah.”
“Heh~”
“Hey Jackson?”
“Mm?”
“Your lil sperms might be kinda fast? So like? Maybe leave now? I do love you but I will not have your babies right now?”
“Oh. Yeah. Be right back. Try not to make a baby with those in the meantime, they’re not ripe yet, you know?”
"...Hurry."

GOT7 Turn Ons & Kinks
Tumblr media
I’m so GOT7 coded rn. Here I go again interpreting birth charts for my own silly pleasure. Take it with a pinch of salt, ahgases. The way this sat in my drafts for over a year yet only took about an hour to finish. I refused to change the pics for the next comeback so here ya go.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mark || Venus: Leo, Mars: Libra || Turn On: Praise (Receiving)
He’s twinning with Yeosang in that he just wants to hear he’s making you feel good. Like seriously, let him know when he’s hitting the right spot or tell him no one else is as good as he is. Might also dish it right back because he has that kinda vibe. Can be broody if he feels like you’re not matching his level of intensity as far as the relationship goes, which can be cured with some praise and appreciation.
Tumblr media
Jaebeom || Venus: Capricorn, Mars: Capricorn || Kink: Cockwarming
They say stability and trustworthiness are sexy, and Jay B took that personally. He wants to impress you with his endless cool and mature vibes, so when you’re tired of boys, he can be your man. He’s a romantic, so you can expect loads of sweet, traditional gestures. Okay, but what about the Jay B who sang Switch It Up? Read the lyrics. He told us what he likes. So bold. Somewhat traditional, with a bit of spice here and there. After seeing him read mild tame thirst tweets, I truly believe he’d hesitate to try kinky things like choking or spanking, like he just wants to be inside you and hold you close. The promise of the intimacy alone is enough to have him dragging you to bed.
Tumblr media
Jackson || Venus: Aries, Mars: Pisces || Kink: Daddy
If you know me even a little bit you knew this was coming. My GAWD the amount of love and care that seeps from this man’s pores is fucking amazing. He lives to care for and spoil you like no other, wanting to make sure you have everything you could ever need or want. And that translates to his bedroom. Help? This freaky ball of energy is gonna wear you tf out. He legit doesn’t give a fuck how many times you’ve cum, he needs more. Will strive to leave you hoarse from calling him daddy just because he loves to hear you say it. I could write a fucking essay on this istg.
Tumblr media
Jinyoung || Venus: Scorpio, Mars: Cancer || Kink: Bondage
Another hill I’ll die on. A king in the streets and a control freak in the sheets. Just the thought of tying you down to his bed is enough to get him going. Loves to tease and torture you until you’re begging to be let go or fucked hard. Wanna be a brat? Face down and ass up with your arms secured behind your back. Being inside you is just a bonus at that point. Go ahead and struggle, it’s cute to him. You’ll be crying with relief when he finally gets inside you.
Tumblr media
Youngjae || Venus: Leo, Mars: Leo || Turn On: Collaring (Receiving)
“Mars in Leo natives enjoy sex more than most”--say less. So Jae’s freaky af and I will hear none of this pure cinnamon roll slander. Honestly he’s probably as bad as Jay B. So what does this bub like? A collar. Hear me out. Collaring is one of the freakiest things you can do to someone while also showing them how much you care/love them. He just wants to be yours--mind, body, and soul. In return, you get his unconditional love and unwavering loyalty. He doesn’t mind you taking the lead in bed because he trusts you and your judgment. You touching/pulling on his collar makes all the blood in his body rush down south and it doesn’t take long for him to start begging you to ride him.
Tumblr media
BamBam || Venus: Taurus, Mars: Virgo || Turn On: Nipple Play (Giving)
After deeming him a boobie lover, I can’t help but see him as a motor boatin’ son of a bitch. Lives to put his face near your chest and play with it. In bed you can bet he’ll be kissing and biting on your nips until you beg him to stop. Once you start that up, he’s eager to get inside of you just to continue doing it so he can feel you squeeze the life outta his dick.
Tumblr media
Yugyeom || Venus: Capricorn, Mars: Capricorn || Kink: Thigh Riding
Lemme be Captain Obvious for a few seconds. You belong on his thigh. He knows it. You know it. So why aren’t you on it? While he loves any form of teasing you, watching you get all worked up to the point of ruining his pants is an experience he can’t live without. It’s lowkey fascinating that it feels that good for you and he barely has to do anything other than force you to keep moving once you reach that peak. His favorite part is watching your cute little face scrunch up as you shiver in his arms. Then he’ll tease you about it while pulling your legs around his waist and unzipping his pants...

“You’re not supposed to be here.”
Those words slip out of you before you can stop yourself.
Because this room was supposed to be empty. At least, that was what you were hoping to find when you came up here.
Placed far in the hidden corner upstairs of your brother’s home, the small guest room should have been a safe place. It should have been able to keep you far from the racket happening below.
As far as you know, the room is rarely used—except as a second storage room where your brother would stash his old personal things once he’s no longer using them or when you need to stay over for the night with no disturbance from your brother and his guests. Apart from the two of you, you’ve never known anyone ever using the room.
That had been the reason why you went upstairs and straight to here once you got the chance to escape. To get away from the damn party that you wanted no part in, expecting some peace and quiet, and a moment to yourself.
You never expected to find the room—your safe haven—already occupied.
“I don’t see any rules telling me to stay out of this place,” the man sitting in the darkness responds to you in a mocking tone. You recognise his voice before you get to see his face, as he is almost completely hidden in the shadows with none of the lights turned on, and with his back resting against the foot of the bed where the lights coming through the window can’t reach him.
Judging from the slight slur in his speech, and the large bottle of liquor sitting on his side with half of its content mostly gone, you can tell that he already has some alcohol running in his system. Possibly from drinking here all alone while everyone else is trashing your brother’s home.
He lets out a low chuckle and continues, “And, as far as I know, you don’t live here, so I don’t think you’re one to make the rules anyway.”
You cross your arms, going on the defensive—something that your body has been trained to do since you were a teenager facing the group of rowdy boys that your older brother hung out with back in school. “That’s not what I meant.”
Another low chuckle comes from him before he finally moves, leaning forward until his face is visible under the streaks of dim light filtering from the hallway behind you. Just as expected, your uninvited guest turns out to be Jaebum, one of your brother’s high school best friends who seems to be hanging out around him still. Seeing the recognition on your face, he shows you a grin that no doubt would have been able to make every girl coming in his path blush from head to toe.
Of course, you would know this to be true. You are a woman, after all, and you used to be one of those girls who were drawn to them. Not just girls, too. Other seniors used to flock around them, following everything they did at school while vying for their attention. With your brother being a part of their group, you would often find them hanging out at your family’s house after school, either in the living room or your brother’s bedroom, something that everyone else had always been so envious of while you could never find the comfort in as they used to invade your safe space.
Just like what he is doing now.
You should have expected to find at least one of your brother’s friends to be around when you first came and saw the party happening, knowing that they still hang out together even after years have gone by. You just didn’t expect you were going to come across one of them this way.
“Why are you here anyway? The party’s downstairs,” you curiously ask him once you’ve gotten over your shock. Seeing him now, you cannot help but picture the way you remember him from all those years ago. Years may have passed, but it doesn’t seem like he has changed all that much. He still seems like the same older boy who once made your stomach flutter whenever he was near or when he gave you a bit of attention.
“I’m not really in the mood to join the party,” Jaebum says, shrugging, “I should be asking you the same thing. Why aren’t you downstairs with your brother? I thought you drove all the way here to join his party.”
As if.
You narrow your eyes and scoff, murmuring almost to yourself, “I was supposed to come here to avoid all kinds of parties.”
That was the truth, anyway. While you’ve never specifically celebrated Valentine’s Day before, you’re not someone who has any aversion towards it either. Until recently, when you finally have the reason to.
Dealing with a breakup only days before Valentine’s Day did that to you. It made you become sceptical and bitter, almost allergic to the love fest happening around you. So you decided that you had enough. Knowing how similar your brother is to you when it comes to Valentine’s Day, you drove hours away to his house, thinking that you would be able to spend the night and have the chance to confide in your brother.
What a surprise it was for you to find the house packed with his friends and colleagues, with most—if not all of them—wearing pink, partying together with your brother who had his new girl of the season clinging to his side.
How was I supposed to know that he was so smitten and in love with someone he met while we weren’t in contact that he felt like celebrating tonight?
“Are you staying or going?” Jaebum asks, pointing at the opened door behind you with his chin, with you still standing on the threshold like a lost kitten. “You’re letting all the noise come in. I came here with just as much need to avoid all the ruckus as much as you do.”
Realising that he is right, and you are at risk of missing your only chance to hide from your brother and all the excitement happening downstairs, you step deeper into the room, closing the door firmly behind you. The moment you are engulfed in the darkness, however, you immediately begin to regret it.
Shutting the door only means that you are stuck in the same room with him, with no lights—except for the reflecting streetlights you see coming from the window—and possibly no escape. You look over your shoulder, longing for the brief of peacefulness you found in the hallway, instead of whatever awkwardness waiting for you should you choose to say.
A low chuckle is heard, and you turn to face your brother’s best friend only to see that he isn’t sharing the same uneasiness you are feeling about this odd situation.
“Now, that’s better. So are you going to join me? You’re not going to just stand there all night until the party’s over, are you?” Jaebum teases you as he leans back against the bed, getting as much comfortable as he can while he sits on the cold floor. “Come sit here with me. I don’t bite,” he says while tapping the empty spot right next to him, his grin widening when he adds, “Unless you ask me to.”
You are left with no other options. Saying no to his offer would either send you back to the party downstairs or back to the room you’ll be sleeping in tonight, which is the other guest room that is closer to where the party is since your brother had insisted on keeping you close tonight. Just when you try to imagine yourself turning back around to get back to the party instead of staying, a loud cheer echoes through the house.
Looks like whatever game they did just ended, you wonder, as another cheer breaks through and people start chanting again, telling you that the party is still far from over. Might as well stay here for now rather than regretting it later.
“Fine,” you say with a sigh, before lifting the bottle of whiskey in your hand—one that you stole from the makeshift bar that your brother had set up in the kitchen. “I’ll share if you share yours.”
Through the dim light, you see the familiar grin spreading on his face again. “Don’t worry, I’m quite generous when it comes to sharing pleasure,” he teases with a wink, causing your cheeks to burn.
“Whatever,” you respond, trying your best not to get affected by his presence as you walk over to join him.
As you settle back against the foot of the bed, staying just an arm’s length away from him to stay close yet still distant enough to feel comfortable, your eyes fall on the bottles sitting next to him. The large bottle of high-quality branded liquor has been reduced to nearly half of its content, and there are a couple of small vodka bottles lying close by, with varying levels of contents—either half drunk, emptied, and only two of them still full.
Was he really thinking about drinking all of this alone?
Jaebum tilts his head, noticing the way you are eyeing his drinks. “See anything you’re interested in trying?”
“No, I’m fine,” you hurriedly answer, then take a long drink straight from your bottle to hide your face. You wince at the strong taste of whiskey, but you tough it out and force yourself to speak calmly as if nothing happened, “You look like you’re trying to drink your entire life away.”
Jaebum follows your gaze and laughs softly. “Is that how it looks?” he hums, picking up a small, nearly finished bottle of vodka and tossing the rest of its content down his throat. He savours the taste with a groan and says, “Hmmm
maybe I am. ”
He opens his eyes and looks at you with glossy eyes. Combined with the small smile he is giving you, it’s enough to cause those old familiar flutters to rise in your chest and stomach. You pick up your bottle, taking a mouthful of drink out of it that burns your throat, hoping that it would be enough to wash the feeling down, and maybe cool yourself off before it turns into something more.
Something completely unbidden.
Tumblr media
It takes only a couple of shared drinks before you finally start sharing each other’s stories, spilling all the heartaches and misfortunes that both of you have been dealing with while living away from home.
It’s quite surreal to think that both you and Jaebum can find something to relate to and share aside from the booze that you’ve smuggled away from the party. You also find it pleasingly surprising that opening up and talking about your problems turns out to be helpful.
Even more surprising is that it seems equally helpful for both of you.
For you, who had just been dumped by your college boyfriend merely months after he started his new job in a different city, claiming that being in a long-distance relationship was a risk he wasn’t willing to take when he was building his career.
For Jaebum, who had to watch his ex-fiancee marrying someone else just over the weekend, only less than a year from the day they broke off the engagement when she first claimed to be having cold feet about the thought of marriage.
“Well, that sucks,” is all that you can say once he is done sharing his story.
Hearing your comment, Jaebum lets out an incredulous laugh. “Really? That’s all you’re going to say after I just opened up about the lowest moment of my life?”
You only laugh and shrug it off. “What more do you want me to say? Are you hoping for some kind of wise advice? From me? Or a pat on the back while I promise you that everything will be okay?” you retort with a snort, and you don’t miss the way Jaebum rolls his eyes on you.
“I wish I had more to say, but I’m not good with words and I don’t even know you or your ex enough to comment about your life,” you stop with a bitter chuckle, “—or her poor choices.”
Leaning back, you let out a deep sigh. You cannot help but realise that despite the different circumstances you both find yourselves in, you can't deny how similar your situations truly are. “But I do know how terrible it feels to know that the person you want to be with isn’t thinking the same about you. It just—” You let out another sigh, and add, ”—sucks, to be the one left behind feeling like you’ve been tossed aside.”
Jaebum says nothing for a moment but clearly appears to be thinking deeply. “I don’t even know your ex,” he says, “but I can judge—hard—and say that he’s a moron.”
“My brother said the same.” A bitter chuckle slips out of you when you think about your brother’s reaction when you first told him about the bad breakup. You may not have told your brother all the details about your fallen relationship yet, but he was able to comment about what a fool your ex had been to sacrifice a good relationship that he had spent years building with you for a new job that he had barely dedicated a month of his time, much less his entire life to.
But was the relationship you had with him really all that good? Was it enough for you to hold on to those memories as much as you did?
Looking up to the dark ceiling above you, you let your mind wander, as if you can see your entire life written somewhere up there. “I’ve been trying to think of him the same way but it’s hard to do it when I keep remembering all the good things we shared. They might not have been much, but the good memories keep overlapping with all the bad ones just when I try to forget them.”
Jaebum scoffs lightly from your side and nods. “Unfortunately, I can agree on that one.”
To hear the tone in his voice as he says that, and see the haunted look in his eyes when you look at him, an ache pulses in your chest. At the same time, you are surprised to find some comfort just by being here with him, listening to him opening up to you while sharing your own story in a way you haven’t been able to do with anyone else—allowing your lonely, broken souls to meet each other’s match.
Just as silence forms thickly around you, you find yourself looking far back into a distant past and seeing yourself when you were younger. You can also Jaebum then, existing alongside your brother’s other close friends who seemed hard to reach, much less to talk to.
Not the same way you’re doing it now, anyway.
“You know, I always thought you guys were snobs back then. Or maybe I was too intimidated by you. You were all popular in school, and my brother’s warning to stay away from you guys didn’t help much in making me feel less wary about getting close.”
Jaebum snaps a look at you and barks out a laugh. “Wait—What? What did your brother say about us?”
You shrug, smiling when you explain with a chuckle, “He just said it wouldn’t be a good idea for me to get close to you guys. Told me to stay away and not fall for any of your charms and get tricked into joining your band of groupies.”
Once again, Jaebum laughs. “Why the fuck would he say something like that?”
“Who knows?” you answer with a shrug, feigning innocence as you bite back a smile.
Because you know exactly why your brother would give you such a warning.
Compared to your older brother, who was considered one of the most popular kids at school, you were way more inexperienced—both in socialising with people and in relationships.
Your brother may have managed to keep his dating life private—from you, at least—yet the same couldn’t be said about his close friends. Jaebum and the others were quite notorious when it involved the rotation of girls they were constantly seen dating and hanging out with. Most of the boys were known as players, always spreading their charms to anyone around while breaking hearts left and right.
“I guess he was just looking out for me,” you finally admit out loud, realising that your brother may have caught your eyes wandering whenever his friends were close. It was hard not to pay attention when you had these attractive seniors hanging around nearby, sometimes even at your home with your brother. “Even if he used to tease me, he’s still my older brother, after all.”
Jaebum lets out a scoff and laughs. “That’s funny, seeing that he gave us all different kinds of warning when it came to you.”
“What do you mean? What kind of warning?”
Turning his head, Jaebum’s grin widens when he sees your reaction. “He told us that you were off limits. That we shouldn’t even think about talking or flirting with you, much less to ask you out.” Your jaw drops, which only makes him laugh. “Some of us suspected that Bambam had this silly crush on you back then, but was quick to back off after your brother warned us to stay away.”
Surprised to hear this, you cannot help but laugh. It’s not unusual for your brother to meddle with your business. Back then, being a curious teenager, having a meddling older brother felt like a burden. You used to hate it growing up, even if you knew that he only had nothing but good intentions to keep you safe from harm. Looking back at it now as an adult, you only think that the whole situation is hilarious.
“Can’t believe that you guys were so afraid of my brother to follow his silly rules,” you gently mock him while shaking your head.
“Hey! That’s not fair! Have you ever seen your brother when he got mad? Like, really mad?” Jaebum defends himself.
You only laugh in return, knowing exactly what he is talking about. You have seen your older brother’s other side that shows up whenever he is angry, and it’s not often that he may overreact over trivial things that are out of his control. But it doesn’t stop you from finding it funny for a group of bad boys to be so afraid of your brother to not risk breaking his rules.
Not that you believe that you ever had any chance with these boys in the past. You never even dreamed of having any of them make a move on you, much less pay attention to you. You know exactly what kind of girls they were attracted to, and you never saw yourself as anything remotely on par with any of those girls.
“I thought you were tough guys who’d love a challenge. At least, if I remember correctly, that was something that some of you used to brag about back then.”
“You’re one to talk,” Jaebum scoffs. “Have you ever taken a risk, even knowing the consequences and not knowing if it’s going to be worth it?”
You stop for a moment to think. “Well—”
You feel hesitant to answer, only because your mind immediately goes to the things you’ve done only to end up having your heart, hope, and dreams broken to pieces as a result. The latest risk you’ve taken, especially, involved giving your heart to a senior you met at college—someone who was smarter, more popular—that you kept questioning if you were living a dream. You’ve even come close to giving up your dream, ready to take a huge risk of moving to another city and starting over just to be with that person.
And look at where it has gotten you now. Abandoned and forgotten, left to pick up all the broken pieces, only because he wasn’t willing to take the same risk to be with you.
When you still have no answer, Jaebum lets out a scoff. “I knew it. What would a strait-laced girl like you know about taking risks? You should try to live out your life a little, be daring, then you can argue with me about what taking risks truly means.”
You hear what he is saying, yet your mind is stuck on one simple detail. You’ve never really talked to him so openly before, so you’ve never known how he really sees you as a person. Hearing it coming from him only makes you reflect on yourself the way you never did before.
Strait-laced? You wonder to yourself. Is that really how people see me?
You must admit that it doesn’t make you feel good to be seen that way. Having good grades throughout school and college and being a nice girl growing up doesn’t make you a prude.
“Hey, I’ve done stuff!” You turn to face him and start defending yourself. “Unlike you, I’ve done real daring stuff while I was away for college. I climbed a rocky mountain after graduation and built camp on the rocky peaks while there was a storm. I did bungee jumping and paragliding when I went to Bali last summer. I went surfing and—”
Jaebum raises his hands in surrender mode and laughs, cutting you off before you can continue listing all the extreme things you’ve tried ever since you left home. “Okay, daredevil. So you took risks against nature. That’s great and all, but I’m talking about the other risks. Much like how you’re daring me to cross your brother.”
You swallow hard, knowing exactly what he is saying. You look away when you start feeling deep regret over your past decisions and heartaches weighing heavy in your chest. “Oh, have I done those as well.”
Jaebum must have noticed something shifting in your mood, because his gaze softens. So does his voice when he asks, “Was it worth it?”
You let out a bitter laugh. “Would I be here planning to drink my ass off until I forget my name if it was?”
A knowing look passes over his gaze. “Your last break up.” He nods, then raises his bottle to knock it against yours. “Maybe you were betting on the wrong things to take a risk on.”
You can only smile. “And of course, you would know about it.”
The low chuckle that he gives as a response sounds hollow. “I sure do.”
Leaning back against the bed again, you take a drink from your bottle—suddenly noticing that you may have gone through more than half of it—and gently ask him, “Tell me then, how do I know what kind of risk I can bet on which I won’t be regretting later on?”
“You know that’s not how it works,” Jaebum says with a low chuckle, “And I don’t think I’m the right person to teach you something like that.”
“Right,” you hum to yourself, suddenly realising how silly it is for you to ask him for such advice.
“Maybe you can start small. Instead of diving directly into something serious like a relationship or making plans to build a future with the first person you meet who gives you attention.”
You raise your eyebrows. “Such as?”
“Ever been on a one-night stand?”
You burst out laughing. “What?”
“No? Never? Yeah, I don’t think so,” he says while shaking his head. While he is right in assuming your lack of experience in that field, it doesn’t stop you from wanting to defend yourself.
“Hey, wait a min—”
“How about casual flings? Anything other than your serious relationships? Ever been in one?”
You open your mouth to answer, only to immediately shut it back up before admitting loudly, “No, not really.”
He nods. “I figured.”
Your jaw drops. You look at him with narrowed eyes. “What does that supposed to mean?”
He tilts his head as he looks at you. At this point, you are beginning to dread the way his grin seems so enticing, and how his low voice is starting to make you feel things inside when he speaks. “It’s just that I can’t see you hooking up with random people just for fun.”
You bite your lips, hating the fact that he is right. You hate knowing he can read you easily even when he barely knows you aside from being his best friend’s sister. But something must have gone wrong with your head—or perhaps you’ve drunk too much alcohol tonight—because you cannot stop thinking about what he is trying to say.
“You’re right, it’s not something that I can see myself getting into,” you admit with a small voice, as you look back into your life and wonder how different it would have been for you if you weren’t someone who feels too much, and too deeply, when it comes to relationships.
“Maybe I should change that,” you finally say, almost to yourself rather than Jaebum. Still, it doesn’t miss Jaebum’s attention that he whips his head towards you.
“Huh? What do you mean?”
You ignore him, already getting too deep in your thoughts—perhaps something that you shouldn’t be doing when you have alcohol in your system. “I’m saying that maybe you’re right.”
“Wait, I didn’t say anything,” Jaebum quickly interjects.
“I never gave casual relationships or hooking up any thought because I’m afraid I’d get emotionally attached, like most girls do,” you turn to him and add, “I’m sure you know this too.”
Jaebum only raises his eyebrows, knowing that you are referring to his history of hooking up with random girls in the past—along with the series of drama which followed every time he ended a fling—and he just lets you continue. “But maybe that needs to change. That’s a risk that I’ve never taken before, but at least I now know not to get my emotions involved.”
He laughs, almost in disbelief. “Are you sure about that?”
“I am,” you stubbornly answer, “because I’ve sworn to keep away from love. Because I’m done with it. From now on, love is completely banned from my life. No more.”
You take a chug out of your drink and continue to ramble before Jaebum can say anything. “But that doesn’t mean that I can't have fun, right? You said it yourself, that I need to live a little, so that’s what I’m going to do.”
You can hear Jaebum chuckling from beside you. “Alright, daredevil,” he teasingly says, “And how are you supposed to do that?” You can tell without looking that Jaebum is narrowing his eyes on you when he sounds sceptical.
So you turn to him, giving him a sweet smile as you explain, “There are people downstairs that I may not see again in the future, right? I could just walk downstairs and pick out someone I’m attracted to and have one wild night before I get home.”
The more you speak, the more you feel doubtful, but you push it down and take pleasure in the way Jaebum’s eyes keep widening the more he listens. But as the excitement grows on you, so does the pounding in your head. Maybe you’ve had too much to drink already. “Although I might have to wait a minute before going down there to join the crowd of people. I need to wait until my head stops spinning.”
He lets out a low scoff and shakes his head at you. “You don’t have to go that far.”
“As a matter of fact, I think—no, I believe I do need to do this,” you cut him off. “I’m done living by the rules and being afraid to take risks that don’t go with my life planning.” Pointing the bottle in your hand his way, you continue to speak, “You were the one who put these ideas in my head, so don’t bother stopping me.”
Chuckling softly, Jaebum leans closer. “That’s not what I was saying,” he gently says, as if he can read your thoughts and knows that you aren’t exactly sure about what you are saying.
“What did you mean, then?”
Jaebum only stares at you with a look that makes you feel like he is trying to strip down every layer you have—not of your clothes, but your truth.
He softly hums before he finally speaks again. “I’m saying that maybe you don’t have to,” he says, once again with that voice of his that would easily draw people to him. Maybe have women drop their panties for him, even. But there is something different now when he speaks to you slowly, with his glossy eyes looking deeply into yours.
“I don’t have to do—what?”
“You don’t have to go through the crowds of drunk people downstairs to find someone, is all I’m saying. Aren’t you worried about your brother finding out what you’re up to? He’s still down there leading the party, isn’t he?”
As if the party itself can hear him, a loud cheer erupts from downstairs, answering his question. You can picture your brother, always the life of the party, being in the center of it. You can already imagine him pulling you to join him the moment he sees you returning to the living room. You have lost track of time, and you quickly realise that your brother can notice anytime that you’ve been gone quite a while and that he might start looking for you soon.
“Then, what should I do?”
Not a word comes from him while you are starting to doubt anything can really happen tonight. Only seconds ago, you felt like you had found your new self. But you know that this drunken resolution will lead to nothing more once you are sober. Before your mind can get into any further wanderings, Jaebum suddenly shifts closer. You turn to find his face already close to yours, while he has his arm resting behind your back and the other winding around your waist.
Surprised at the sudden closeness, you make no move to push him away. Your heart makes a stupid, unexpected leap in your chest, which only accelerates when he starts speaking to you in a low, sultry voice, “You could just look somewhere closer instead of going down there. It’s not like you don’t have a willing participant already available nearby.”
You blink, and blink again, your mind taking its sweet time processing his words that everything seems meaningless. Surely, he couldn’t have meant—
“And who might that be?” you ask with a small voice, which only seems to amuse him.
You watch the grin on his face growing wider before he teases you, “Who else is here? I don’t see anyone else, do you?”
“Hah,” you let out a sarcastic laugh, still refusing to believe what you are hearing, even if your heart is beginning to react, going out of control with its rapid beating. “Stop joking. Now you’re only mocking me.”
“I wish I was joking, but I know what I’m asking,” Jaebum says with a smile on his face, his voice lowering when he asks, “Is it really that hard to believe that I’d make such an offer?”
Before you can process what he is saying, Jaebum leans closer, close enough until you can feel his warm breath falling against your lips. The scent of his cologne, mixed with the strong smell of booze, surrounds you as he keeps you trapped between the foot of the bed and his hard body hovering close so that you can feel his heat.
“It makes perfect sense, don’t you think?” he asks you, already sounding convincing before he even starts laying out his offer, “We’ve both been scorned by our past experience, and while we’ve learned not to fall for it again, we both still have needs. I still need to forget, which drinking seemed to fail in doing, and you need to discover this new side of you without worrying about getting attached. Maybe I can teach you a thing or two about it since I know just exactly how to do it. And you know who I am, so you’d know how to find me and kick my butt off in case you regret it in the morning.”
We’re still not friends, and not close enough for that level of trust, is what you want to say to him.
But the words refuse to leave your lips, and your mind is getting hazy from how close he is getting. His nose brushes against yours, and your heart once again makes a giant leap which is so hard to ignore. He tilts his head, his lips coming closer to yours for a little tease, making your lips tingle.
“Well? Come on, think about it,” he murmurs, with his lips hovering close but not enough to touch. Yet, between your hazy mind and the alarm bells ringing inside your head—warning you about your brother and his rules, about how much of a bad idea this is—you can feel yourself drawn into it. Drawn into him.
“I think—” you barely manage to say, “This is going to be a bad idea.” You lift your gaze to look into his eyes and immediately feel like you are drowning in the depth of his gaze.
Jaebum bites his lips while lowering his gaze. “What if I can change your mind?”
“What are you planning—oh!”
Whatever it was that you wanted to say dies on your tongue when Jaebum presses his lips on yours. He tenderly moulds his lips against yours, instead of devouring them in a heated kiss. Yet it’s still enough to steal words from your mouth.
I must be going crazy, is the last thing that comes across your mind before you wrap your arms around his neck and return the kiss, allowing yourself to melt into his heat. You can feel him smiling into the kiss, pleased to know that he has practically won you over as you press your lips harder against his.
As he deepens the kiss, the world around you seems like it’s spinning. It takes a moment before you realise that your whole body is tilting backwards, pushed under his weight as he gently lowers you back on the floor. The dust-covered carpet cushions your weight as you rest on your back. While you are trying to get comfortable, your eyes flutter open to see him slowly crawling over you.
A soft moan slips out of you as he reclaims your mouth again. His tongue reaches inside, as if demanding you to pay attention to him instead of letting your mind wander and let it get filled with doubt. He runs his hands down your waist, his chest pressing you down against the hard floor, and then he stops when you protest with a whimper when your back starts rubbing against the rough carpet beneath you.
“Hmmm, this won’t do,” he murmurs against your lips, his eyes searching your face to find any sign of discomfort. With a hum, he glances over to the bed and pushes himself up.
The world around you starts spinning once again as Jaebum scoops you up from the floor and lifts you in his arms. You barely have the chance to hold on when he moves towards the bed and gently lays you down on the mattress. The sheets feel cold beneath you, yet he quickly makes it up with his warmth when he joins you.
The sight of him hovering above you, with his eyes glowing in the dark, full of dark intent, feels like a part of a fever dream. Everything that he said he wanted to do to you, you can see it in his gaze. It’s enough to leave you breathless, to make you feel hot inside. To feel like you are wanted.
A grin forms on his face as he asks, “Now, where were we?”
Once again, the crippling doubt inside you holds you back, when you can easily pull him down to you and take over. “You were trying to convince me,” you answer with a whisper, when you wish to feel his kiss again so he can stop you from thinking so hard.
“Did I do a good job, then?”
You take a deep breath. “I—” you try to answer, but the moment you see the look he is giving you, everything inside you, including your sane mind, simply stops working.
Outside, coming all the way from downstairs, the music is still blaring loudly the later it gets in the night. The sound of people dancing, chatting, and cheering over some sort of drinking game can be heard through the thick walls.
But here, the air is getting thick with tension, and it’s hard to focus on anything else when you are pressed down against the hard mattress beneath you, and you have your brother’s best friend hovering on top of you with a sick, teasing grin on his face.
And oh, how much you struggle to keep your eyes away from those enticing lips, knowing how good they feel when they are pressed against yours.
All you have to do is lean closer or pull him down to you, and you can have that kiss once again.
“So? What do you say?” he asks again while his gaze moves to your lips, lingering for a few seconds too long as he catches you licking your lips, tasting the ghost of his kiss. “It’s a one-time offer, and time is ticking. How much longer do you think before your brother comes up here and catches us together?”
You cannot help but grin at the mention of your brother. “Aren’t you afraid that he might just do that and break your nose again like he did years ago?” you ask, referring to the infamous incident in the past when they had a massive fight over a silly girl who turned out to be playing these boys around—the perfect reverse play of what they used to do to the girls at school who worshipped the ground they walked on.
Jaebum only laughs it off, and your heart skips a beat when you realise how much his voice has changed over the years. And how much you still love hearing it the same way you did then.
“I think it’ll be worth the risk. As long as you’re in.”
Worth the risk.
Yeah, there’s nothing stopping your heart from trying to break free from your chest now that you hear such words. You shouldn’t believe it. But you want to believe it. You want to believe that he thinks you are worth risking your brother’s wrath.
“Well? Are you in? Or are you going to walk out that door and forget everything we just talked about?”
You bite your lip as you consider your options. His offer is tempting, but are you brave enough to take that risk?
One night. No attachment. No promises. And you get to leave this place free of your pent-up frustrations and needs. Maybe dare yourself to feel some pleasure from the one you are forbidden to touch.
Even if you might have to ignore the familiar flutters in your chest rising the more you look at him—the same way it used to happen all those years ago whenever you saw him when he was hanging out with your older brother.
“Not a chance,” you answer him with a grin, before you lift your legs and wrap them around his waist, your arms coming around his neck as you pull him down towards you. “Game on.”
Wearing a victorious smile on his face, Jaebum claims your mouth in a kiss, and your entire body softens. He pushes his tongue to deepen the kiss, taking possession of every last bit of doubt you might still have left until there is nothing more but lust and passion and all you can feel is the need you want him to fulfil.
Clutching the back of his shirt, you begin to pull it upward, and he slips down to let you strip him off of it before he does the same with your top. Tossing your blouse away, Jaebum begins crawling down, his lips tracing the length of your neck on his way down, brushing gently on your breasts as he peels your lacy bra off of your skin. Then he continues making his way down, his hands grabbing hold of the waistband of your pants before tucking them down your legs, taking your flimsy panties along with it.
Cold breeze washes over your skin once you are left bare and naked on the bed, but it’s quickly replaced by the heat of his gaze perusing you with a look of hunger written on his face. He runs his hands down your waist, to your hips, sliding them under your thighs as he bends down to trace your skin with his kisses. You feel his mouth moving close to your center, causing your heartbeat to pick up its pace.
He doesn’t waste his time teasing you. Tightening his grip on your thighs, he smoothly dives between your legs, burying his face at the center of your heat.
A moan slips through your lips when you feel his tongue slipping through your wet folds. You feel his mouth wrapping itself around your clit and giving it a suck, causing your back to arch and a louder moan comes rumbling out of you when a delectable rush comes flowing through your body. Your hand clumsily land on his head, fingers winding through the strands of his hair as you search for something to hold on to while you rock your hips against his lips.
You hear him chuckling softly and moaning against your heat, before he begins to move his tongue and mouth more aggressively, alternating between pushing his tongue into your warmth and licking your arousal to suckling on your throbbing clit. His actions drive you over to the edge, your orgasm tearing your body as you continue to rock against his face, following the rhythm of your pulse.
It comes too quickly, stemmed from your pent-up frustrations and nerves, yet neither of you has yet to have enough. Finger clenching tightly on the strands of his hair, you push his face to your quivering center, wordlessly telling him not to stop. With a hum, Jaebum continues—lapping, licking, and sucking—and adds his fingers into the mix, pushing them deeply through your pulsing walls and causing another dynamic orgasm to tear through your body.
“Jaebum
fuck!” you curse between your cries of pleasure, unable to hold your voice down.
Yet he makes no sign of stopping. The sounds you are making only seem to be urging him on, as he continues working his mouth and fingers on your heat.
It isn’t until moments later, as the spasms coming out of your center begin to subside, that Jaebum finally lets you go. With one last kiss on your soaking folds, he pulls away and shifts back until he reaches the foot of the bed.
As he rises on his feet, you open your eyes to look at him, marvelling at the sight of him—his chest glistening with a thin sheen of sweat, his messy hair that comes from the work of your fingers, and his slick lips, still wet from your release.
“I wish I could take a picture of you right now,” he murmurs while he starts working on his belt and pants, his eyes never wavering from you as he takes everything off.
Keeping your gaze on him, you follow every movement as the final pieces of clothing leave his skin. Your breath catches at the sight of his thick shaft bobbing out of its restraint. You can almost see it twitching and pulsing as Jaebum continues to look at you, his gaze runs from the tip of your toes to your hair, going back and forth as he takes his time to get his fill of the image of you lying vulnerable on the cold bed.
This is happening, you tell yourself as you inhale a deep breath. You cannot believe that you are seconds away from actually fucking your brother’s best friend. It feels hot and naughty—risky—but the thought itself is so damn enticing that your body is humming with new desire.
Jaebum licks his lips and wraps his hand around his rigid cock. His gaze remains on you as he slowly strokes himself, getting himself harder. The sight of him touching himself while watching you does wild things to your mind. It feels exhilarating, and you don’t even question if this sensation has anything to do with the drink you had earlier, knowing that this is all because of him.
Feeling brazen under his gaze, you move your hands to trace your skin, going up until you reach your bare breasts. Gently, you cup the soft flesh with your palms and begin kneading, and embrace the waves of heat rolling through your body. The sensation gets stronger when you watch him licking his lips, his hand moving slightly faster, as if watching you has put him in a trance.
“Are you going to just stand there and watch? Or am I going to have to do this alone?” you tease him with a low voice that sounds completely unfamiliar to your own ears, while slowly folding your legs up, spreading them open to show him where you want him to be.
A groan slips out of his lips as he watches you, enthralled, and Jaebum hastily climbs the bed, moving swiftly to cover your body with his. “I already promised that I’ll be the one showing you everything,” he grumbles as he covers your wrists with his hands and gently pulls them away from your chest. Holding your wrists together in one hand, he brings them over your head and keeps them there.
“Hold still,” he whispers, as if restraining you wouldn’t be enough to keep you from moving. “And try to keep your voice down this time. We don’t know if anyone is going to find their way up here.”
He covers your mouth with his and your body relaxes against his as you lean into the kiss. He presses you down into the bed under his weight and starts running his free hand down your body. You feel his touch on your breast, already sensitive after your teasing touch, and your chest arches into his palm.
Jaebum pinches your nipples, and then he bends down, his mouth capturing one peak after another, tongue swirling around the tips until they become hard and raw.
“Ah, fuck—” you curse with a gasp when each brush of mouth and finger sends delicate sparks that travel all the way down to your core. Everything inside you throbs—not of pain, but pleasure—and you can no longer hold back the cries coming out of your lips when Jaebum latches on one nipple and gives a light bite.
Hearing your voice, Jaebum releases his mouth from your throbbing nub with a pop and pulls back just enough for you to look at his face. Under the shadows of the limited lights filtering through the windows, his gaze feels intimidating, yet enthralling at the same time. The way he looks at you makes you feel desirable that it unleashes everything inside you that you never knew existed.
“I told you to keep your voice down,” he complains with a deep voice that sounds almost like a growl. “Anyone can hear you if they get anywhere close, and it won’t be long for your brother to find out what we’re doing.”
“I thought you were willing to risk it?” you tease him, which only makes his eyes grow darker.
“Are you challenging me?” he asks you with a low voice. It stirs the insides of your belly, yet you ignore it for the moment and shrug playfully.
“What if I am?”
A low chuckle rumbles from him. There is a dark glint in his eyes as he gently pulls your thigh up, folding your leg until your hips are slightly lifted from the bed. A wicked smile spreads on his face as he leans down, pressing his lips on the corner of your lips and murmurs, “Naughty girl.”
Anticipating a kiss, you never expect to feel pain flashing from the side of your bare bottom, inflicted by none other than his wandering palm.
“Hey!”
Opening your eyes widely, you see him grinning with pride. He tightens his hold on your wrists to keep you still as you wriggle beneath him while he runs his other hand around the burn from his unwarranted smacking.
“What? Don’t naughty girls deserve to be punished and spanked?”
Something sparks inside you. While you are more inexperienced compared to him, you have learned about a variety of sex plays that one could enjoy in bed to know what he is doing. “Oh, so you like that kind of game, huh?”
Jeabum bites your bottom lip. “It’s not a game, baby. I like to be in control,” he murmurs, then lifts his head to look into your eyes to ask, “Are you afraid of me? Will that scare you?”
Nibbling your lips, you consider his words. You’ve never known that pain could be so pleasing. Your skin still burns after the impact of his light spanking, yet it seems to amplify the pleasure pulsing right inside your core when the pain is slowly subsiding under his incessant touch.
“No,” you answer with a whimper, “Not at all.” You stop fighting his restraint and instead use it as leverage as you push your hips upward, taunting him, “Come on, show me how you’re going to punish me for being bad.”
“Fuck,” he chuckles nervously, stunned, but is quick to recover as he folds your legs up and smacks the other side of your butt in response. A sharp gasp leaves your lips when you feel the sting, which turns into a soft sigh as he gently rubs the pain away, giving you a brief moment of respite before landing another smack near the tender skin that he first touched.
Jaebum repeats the light smacking a couple of more times, going back and forth from one side to another, always followed by gentle touches to soothe the pain away. By the time he is done, the pain no longer stings so badly. The throbbing on your skin has travelled deep into your center, replacing every bit of pain with pleasure so raw that is barely comprehensible to your mind.
“Oh, you liked it, didn’t you?” Jaebum teases you with a low whisper, chuckling softly at the way you are rocking your hips against his palm. Letting go of your hand, he holds down your hips and slips his fingers between your folds, humming softly as he is met with your slick arousal.
“Look at you, getting hot and wet after a bit of spanking. I never expected that you would have this wanton side hidden under your good girl facade,” he keeps muttering as he continues pushing his fingers inside your heat, moving them between your throbbing walls at a languid pace while you begin rocking back into his fingers. “I kind of like this side of you.”
You can barely hear his voice at this point. Your mind is blinded by the sensations you are feeling. Incoherent noises keep coming out of your lips, and your body is moving on its own, chasing for every bit of pleasure you can get from his touch.
Jaebum bends down, pressing his lips on the tip of your breasts. “Fuck, I want to be inside you so bad, baby,” he mutters breathlessly between giving your nipples teasing kisses. The touch of his lips feels distracting, along with the steady thrusts of his fingers inside your heat as pleasure rocks through your body, making it hard for you to focus on his words. Yet you still don’t miss what he is trying to say.
Rocking your hips against his, you look up through your bleary eyes and whisper, “Yes, please. I need you
inside me
now.”
You are not one to beg for anything. Ever. Nothing like this. But the need to feel him is clawing at your chest. You want him. Your body needs him. And there is nothing that can stop you from begging him to let you have him.
Jaebum says nothing, but his actions are enough to answer your plea. Pushing his fingers deeper, he presses his thumb against your clit, rubbing the flesh just enough to send your body spiralling towards the edge.
Trying your best to hold back your cries, you bite your lip and bury your fingers on his shoulders. But Jaebum isn’t one to let you go off easily. With his mouth still working around your breast, he gives your nipple a lick, before capturing the hardened nub between his mouth. You feel him humming against your skin, right around your puckered flesh, before a searing pain sparks across your body when he bites down.
“Ah
fuck. Jaebum!”
Screaming out his name, you almost cry as your orgasm tears right through your body. While it’s not yet enough to satiate your need, it is still enough to make you feel like you are floating up high. Every cell in your body sings, all coming alive under his touch, and the heat unfolding in your core spreads like wildfire.
Before you can recover, Jaebum has already made his move. Looking pleased with himself, a smile spreads on Jaebum’s face as he pulls back, dragging his fingers carefully out of your pulsing heat, leaving behind the rapid throbbing inside you to fill the void he left behind.
Without wasting any more time, he rises on the bed and pulls your ankles up to his shoulders, keeping your hips elevated. Then he presses forward and drives his full length into your quivering core with one firm thrust. You cry out loudly at the force of his thrust. You may have gotten slick and wet enough for him to slide in easily, but your pussy is still sensitive after the multiple orgasms that the intrusion drives a delicious pain that rocks your entire body.
Your back arches off the bed, and he is quickly drawn towards your full breasts as they once again rise before his eyes. His hand that isn’t holding your thigh up reaches down to give your soft flesh a firm hold.
He gives your breast a gentle knead, taking away your attention from the tightness down below as he begins to fuck you hard with deep rhythmic thrusts, his hard shaft plundering your body.
“Oh
oh, God!” you keep sputtering random words when you feel the pleasure rising inside you like a tidal wave.
He continues driving into you, getting deeper with each thrust and sending you almost slipping on the bed. His hands move down, gripping your hips to pull you back to him before you are pushed all the way back to the end of the bed. Driving you back against him allows him to get deeper. You feel the force knocking the air out of your chest, while waves of pleasure keep rolling through your body with each thrust, each rock of his hips, and you find yourself already hanging over the edge of your climax.
You reach up, grasping a hold of his strong arms as you join the rhythm of his thrusts, rocking and pushing against him at the same pace, until you begin to feel the ripples of your climax rising, uncoiling, ready to devour you as you quickly reach for the edge.
Opening his eyes, Jaebum drops one of your legs, keeping hold of the other just to keep you spread open for him as he bends forward, enveloping your body with his. His mouth finds yours then, kissing you deeply to swallow the sounds of your moans. Then his lips begin to move away, going down your chin, crawling its way to the column of your throat, before going up again to capture your earlobe.
“I’ve always wanted to fuck you for so long,” he whispers to your ear, too soft of a voice for such dirty words that it makes your head spin hearing it coming from him. Then he thrusts forward, pressing deeper before he begins rocking again, hard and fast, he continues pumping his thick cock into the depth of your warmth. “Fuck, you feel so damn good!”
You give in to the rising pleasure, your head falling back into the pillows while your chest once again rises and arches with how intense it feels. Your mind is filled with bliss, that you can barely focus on his words, or anything else that is happening around you.
The party below seems so far away, even if you can still hear the beat of the music vibrating through the floor and walls. But none of it matters now. What matters to you right now is him; the pace of his thrusts that continue relentlessly without fail, moving faster and harder, and the way he is working your body with his expert hands.
The grip that he has on your hips feels unyielding, anchoring you to him while denying you escape as he chases for his climax. You can feel his fingers pressing harder into your skin, nails scrapping on your soft flesh, no doubt leaving some marks and indents that you may find much later on once everything is over.
“Are you close?” he breathlessly asks while moaning, showing you signs of his coming release.
The answer coming out of your mouth sounds like a sharp cry, “Mmmh—yes!”
Jaebum captures your chin and turns your face to look at him. “Keep your eyes on the door. You’ve been loud for a while now, and I know you didn’t lock the door when you came in,” he gently says, grinning as realisation dawns on you. He’s right. That was quite a risk to take for you to enter the room without locking and going further with this whole thing without checking things over. Fear grips at your chest, though it only intensifies the pulsing happening down below, right here he is burying his cock into.
“What would your brother think if he sees you like this, writhing like a pure, little nymph and taking my hard cock deep inside your pussy?” Jaebum questions you with a voice so low it almost sounds like a growl.
You have no idea which triggers the most delightful, yet the most carnal pleasure to roll through your body; the deep voice which vibrates from his chest, his dirty words that are planting these wicked images in your mind, the steady thrusts of his cock inside your heat, or the visual image of getting caught fucking your brother’s best friend, in your brother’s house, while people are partying downstairs and most possibly hanging out in the other rooms present on this floor.
“Fuck, you’re tightening around me. Thinking about getting caught turns you on, huh?” Jaebum says with a furious grunt, yet without missing a single thrust as he rocks his body against yours. He pushes deep and shudders, just as your walls are clenching tight around him.
“Oh, yeah. That’s it, baby.”
He keeps muttering the same words over and over again, coming together with his incessant thrusts. You watch as his eyebrows crease, as the veins in his neck are straining, his breathing laboured heavily, and the sounds he keeps making are mixed with a series of moans. You can feel the telltale signs of his release pulsing inside your depth, going in the same rhythm as yours as it begins to rapidly build up inside you.
Getting lost in the pleasure, Jaebum digs his fingers into your hips and thighs as he continues to savagely pound into you. When once again his body shudders, your body pleasantly trembles at the same time.
“Look at me, baby,” his strained voice growls, demanding your attention. And you simply give it to him, wanting to look at the one who is giving you this carnal pleasure right in the eyes just to convince yourself that this is real.
Once your eyes are on him, your body is giving in to the pleasure, Jaebum moves his hand between your rocking bodies. You feel a slight pressure on your throbbing clit as his thumb finds your sensitive bud, and you can feel your muscles clamping around his cock, sucking around his girth as he slides in and out of you at a rapid pace.
“Come for me, baby,” he growls, just in time you feel the coil in your stomach snapping, then he gives your clit a sharp flick while he buries himself deep inside you. “Come.”
Under his command, you tip over the edge, shattering into a million pieces that shoot up through you like a fountain. Your chest feels tight when you scream out your climax, yet neither of you cares to stop it as he joins you with his deep moans. Jaebum continues giving you a couple of more thrusts, until you feel him shuddering at the same time your whole body quakes with your final release, and he joins you with a loud shout coming out of his lips, the warmth of his cum filling your tight walls that it almost sends you to another orgasm.
You almost lose your sense of balance, when you can barely recognise between left and right, top to bottom, until you feel your body—now all hot and covered with sweat—pressing against the sheets beneath you, all messed up under your weight and the rigorous fucking, and the slickness of his cum seeping out of your throbbing center.
When you feel him lowering your trembling leg down to the mattress, you slowly open your eyes, finding Jaebum bringing one of your hands to his lips. He kisses your wrist, before stepping away to grab his discarded shirt to start cleaning all the mess pooling on the apex of your thighs.
“Do you think we were too loud?” you whisper to him once he is done and joins you back on the bed, lying right beside you with a content sigh.
The sounds from the party below have started to grow distant, a sign that the party is slowly winding down, but not completely ending just yet.
While the rest of the house is still filled with the remaining noises from the party, the room is filled with the silence that falls heavy once all the delirium comes to a halt.
As you lie there on the bed, with the shards of your climax still continuing to course through your limbs while you are struggling to control your breath, you feel your body warming up with contentment and the presence of Jaebum’s body heat as he pulls you close to his chest.
Meanwhile, your mind seems to have sobered up, allowing you to process everything that had just happened.
As if he can feel the gears in your brain working hard, Jaebum shifts on the bed, and once again his face comes into view.
“Want to get out of here? My new place is within walking distance from here. Maybe we can continue where we left off and finish the rest of the alcohol we still have before your brother catches us with the stolen goods.”
His offer seems genuine. It also provides a chance to escape the possibility of having to deal with reality, and everything else that involves your brother and facing the consequences of your actions. And you do still have some bottles to finish.
“I like that idea.”
Your body is still strained and sore, yet it doesn’t take long for both of you to get dressed and pack up all of the remaining bottles to take with you in your escape.
You can barely remember how you manage to slip away from the house unnoticed, even with the party still lingering and your brother’s guests lounging tiredly everywhere you look, or how you are able to reach Jaebum’s new apartment on your wobbly legs.
Everything blurs as you continue your business with Jaebum at his place for the rest of the night until morning comes, only that none of it involves finishing the rest of the alcohol that you’ve managed to snatch away from your brother’s party, but has everything to do with the lessons that Jaebum had promised you about embracing pleasure. And you make no effort to put a stop to it when Jaebum continues giving you pleasure until the next day comes, continuing while your minds are completely sober.
Seems like you actually are terrible with all this one-night stand business, after all.

I Love You More
Tumblr media
pairing: Jaebeom x reader
others: Jinyoung, GOT7 members
genre: fluff
warnings: idol GOT7!au, married couple, pure softness, crying
Words: 1,1k
______
short soft one-shot inspired by GOT7's concerts this weekend and them being so emotional and crying and saying a lot of things that tore my heart apart. Jaebeom will always hold a very special place in my heart and I was excited to write this! I haven't written for got7 in years, so let me know, if you're interested in more
alsooo, I've never posted anything this short, so let me know if you enjoy stuff like this and I should be doing more of it!
_____
You stood in the corner of the waiting room, your eyes trained on the only man that actually mattered in your life and as the teardrops streamed down his pretty face your heart squeezed in an attempt to pump blood into your head and steady out its beats. Your heart ached, but you held back from crying  in this moment with him - if he’d see your tears you knew it’d be an undying contest of emotional breakdown and you didn’t want him to go through that. You loved him too much. He only ever deserved love, happiness and much easier life than he was living now.
Jackson patted Jaebeom’s head and the staffs that filled the room tried to continue with their duties, but also be mindful of 7 crying and sobbing men in the centre of that room. Your gaze shifted to sobbing Mark and the way teared up Youngjae and Bam tried to calm him down. At least this view wasn’t tearing your heart into pieces. As a figure approached you, though, you had to readjust your eyes and focus on the man in front of you. The very next moment Jinyoung’s very warm hand grabbed yours and pulled you behind him. He felt your resistance and turned around, reading your face expression perfectly.
"I think he really needs you to calm him down." Jinyoung pulled onto your arm once again and you followed. "Hey, Seunah" Jinyoung called out in an attempt to whisper, but making it more of a low growl. Jackson, raising his head and seeing Jinyoung pulling on to you took a step back. Giving you space to come closer and giving you two space for privacy. Jaebeom raised his head a little, as he felt the loss of contact and took a few blinks to focus his teary eyes on you. Both Jackson and Jinyoung respectfully took a few more steps back and as you approached Jaebeom a little more, you couldn’t hold back a pout. Jaebeom straightened his back properly and it seemed the tears streamed down his face at a much lower pace. You pursed your lips and took a little step closer, not forgetting precaution and turning around to read the room - everyone seemed busy with themselves and their duties. But in all honesty - you couldn’t just stand and watch him any longer, even if the people watched you two attentively - your heart ached the moment you saw that first tear fall down his face back on stage.
“You did so well-.“ You still whispered, everyone acted busy, but peoples’ ears were always perked up. Jaebeom blinked more tears down his face. Shit, you only made it worse for him. “Everything went so perfectly. You worked so hard. I’m so proud. These should be happy tears, everything worked out amazing. Right?“ you tried to give Jaebeom a smile, your words only made the tears fall down harder, while Park Jinyoung expected you to do the opposite. “Ah-, love, don’t cry.“ You finally sighed and reached a hand to his face, cupping his cheek and making a lame attempt at catching the teardrops - it did seem impossible. The waterfall that streamed down his face was impossible to stop with a finger. Jaebeom leaned in into your touch and closed his eyes. You tried to caress the softness of his cheek, while not making it too inappropriate for a working environment. “Everyone’s so proud and everyone are so thankful for the things you do. You’ve put so much hard work into this, it’s okay to cry. I can’t even hold back my tears for you and ah-.“ Jaebeom suddenly draped his arms over your shoulders and lost his face in the crook of your neck. You patted his nape in a very weak attempt to calm him down. He seemed crashed, drained and exhausted. You really wished you could lift him up just like that and transfer to bed and let him get as much sleep as he needed - doesn’t matter if its 12 hours or a week. You watched him work so hard all these weeks to make the concerts possible, you watched him all those years make all those things possible while also being a sweet and loving husband to you. “I just hope it’s tears of relief. As long as they’re not tears of pain - it doesn’t matter. We could cry all night long, right?“ You tried to give him a little kiss, forgetting all the work space boundaries in your head, landing your lips on his jaw. You patted his nape a few more times, moving your arms lower - you gave his waist a squeeze and rubbed your face against his shoulder - the sobbing man in your arms seemed to calm down at least a little.
“I love you.“ you breathed out, somehow in unison with Jaebeom and as shocked as you were at the silly little coincidence, Jaebeom moved back a little and looked at you properly, with no tears falling out of his eyes,  beautiful irises focusing on you.
“That’s silly of us.“ You giggled, moving your fingers to dry out the tears on Jaebeom’s cheeks.
“But I, definitely love you more.“ He even made a weak attempt to smile and made you feel more at ease yourself. The air suddenly felt lighter and the second time he tried to make that little smile - the smugness on his face, your chest burned with love. Jaebeom covered your palm with his and moved it closer to his mouth. “I wouldn’t be here without your support.“ You knew exactly what he meant by that, how hard it was for both him and you to get his mind to a better place. You weren’t about to shy away and act like you weren’t behind it all. In a great partnership with the man himself, of course.
“I know.“ You accepted with a playful nod and watched his lips give your palm a kiss with a smile. You were glad you could refer to dark times with a joke and a smile now. Jaebeom let go of your arm and tried to dry his face with the shirt he wore.
“Ah!“ Jinyoung materialised behind you, his firm palm on your shoulder making you jump in place. “Nothing like a wife’s touch that could calm a man down.“ He teased happily, wrinkles round his eyes as he smiled were the reason for a little upward motion on the corners of your lips.
“Sh! Shut up, there are strangers in this room.“ you hissed at the man, feigning annoyance. Jinyoung ruffled your hair with a teasing face expression.
“Hey, show some respect.“ you played back, your unending battle of teasing continuing every time you opened your mouths.
“Right, show some respect to my wife!“ Jaebeom chimed in, regret on his face immediate, as the both of you knew the comeback would be explosive. Jaebeom wrapped an arm around your waist, you not being sure whether he was backing you up or wanted you to back him up in this.
Jinyoung, though, already moved on -  looking at the members and then at his leader and giving you nod.

lim jaebeom
It’s late at night and you have a container full of ice cream between your legs, eating it slowly as you watch your favorite program on TV.
Lately, your insomnia is getting worse and since you can’t sleep Jaebeom notices every time you get up so now he’s next to you, falling asleep after a long day of work.
He rubs his eyes and he alarms when he hears you sobbing, grabbing your cheeks just to make you look at him.
“My love, what's happening?” He asks worrying about your feelings, knowing how often your humor changes.
“I didn’t mean to do this, you should be sleeping because I know how tired you are and I’m just here making you wake up due to my insomnia” You apologize crying.
“You don’t have to be sorry about it, princess. I'll be by your side every time and I will always stay with you until you fall asleep, so it’s not your fault”
mark tuan
You bend on your knees and in a few seconds you let your food go down the drain as your throat hurt and your husband puts your hair up in a ponytail, hating watching this scene once again.
You sit on the floor and Mark makes sure that the drain is in discharge just to pull you by his side and kiss your forehead.
“I hate this” You whisper feeling extremely exhausted. It isn’t the first time you’ve thrown up but it’s normal when your baby is just growing inside your belly.
“And I hate seeing you like this” He affirms, holding your face in his hands and gently rubbing his fingers against your cheeks.
He helps you to get up and you wash your hands, brush your teeth while he’s behind you holding your little belly.
“And here’s my baby” He says with a smile on his face, making you smile too.
jackson wang
You sit in his lap and he looks at you, kissing your cheeks and lips multiple times just to see your smile again. Then, he starts to brush your hair carefully, braiding your long hair and showing his work to you while you smile.
Your belly is getting bigger as your insecurities grow more and your husband noticed that, helping you to wash your body and pick a cute summer dress.
“Can I do your makeup?” He asks and you think about it for a bit until you say yes.
His hands touch your face softly and you guide him through the process, saying him which products go on your brows and so on until you get your makeup done by him.
It wasn’t bad.
park jinyoung
After going to the doctor and seeing that your baby girl is healthy, Jinyoung is holding your hand while you walk through the parking lot going straight to the car.
"You look really pretty today, and always" He says making you smile instantly feeling your cheeks turn red. "I hope that my baby girl look exactly like you" He begs carresing your belly.
You smile looking at your big belly and then you two stopped in front of the car as your husband opens the door for you, surprising you with a big bouquet of pink flowers in the passenger seat.
"Babe"
"Surprise!" You don't know where he got that bouquet but you can feel how your baby is happy about it too.
choi youngjae
You’re having a rough since your belly got so big that it’s hard to sleep in any position and your baby’s legs keep kicking your skin.
“Baby, let your mommy sleep please, it’s too late to play now” Youngjae begs with his eyes closed while he keeps rubbing your stomach in circles, hugging you from behind and kissing your bare neck just to calm you down.
You take a deep breath, hoping that your baby listen to his daddy and let you sleep peacefully for at least this night.
You hear your husband’s voice singing you a lullaby song, calming you and your baby almost at the same time.
“I love you” It’s the last thing you hear from him when you fall asleep and you don’t feel your baby’s kicks anymore.
bambam
“Are you sure you’re okay here? Isn’t too sunny for you?” He asks, relocating the umbrella above you covering you from the sun.
You nod, looking at the crystal water. Your little belly is finally showing up and all of the sudden your husband wanted to go the beach.
Bambam takes a seat next to you and starts to put sunscreen on your skin, starting from your back, shoulders, arms and then your little belly.
“My boy is getting bigger” He says with a smile as he’s rubbing the sunscreen on your skin.
“But I think he’s craving a vanilla cookie right now”
Your husband laughs as you smile. “Is it my boy who’s craving a cookie or is it my beautiful wife?”
“I think it’s your boy” You say jokingly.
kim yugyeom
You look at your big belly worrying about the future and how is going to be. Sometimes you don't feel prepare for that but at the same time you feel so excited to meet both of your babies.
Yugyeom is massaging your swollen feet, instantly noticing your silent crying. “Honey, what's happening? Your belly hurts? Tell me”
He takes a sit next to you, worrying even more since you haven’t stop crying.
“I-I’m scared” You say sobbing and Yugyeom puts you in his lap, holding your face between his hands as the same time he removes your tears.
His soft kisses around your face are pretty calming and sweet too. “I know you’re scared pretty girl and I’m scared too, but I promise you’ll be okay and this is going to pass quickly, okay?”
You put your arms around his neck while his hands go up and down your back, feeling the warmth of his body.
xoxo girl💋

W.C: 1.1k
Warnings: 18+ smut, Threesome, pet name's (Jagiya, baby, beautiful), foreplay. (I prolly forgot something-)
Trope: Trio best friends.
Request: Yes
Summary A movie night which was supposed to be spent by watching a rom-com movie, but in a twist of possibilities things escalated as per your darkest desires.
Tumblr media
The dim light from the television flickered across the room, casting dancing shadows on the walls. Youngjae and you were cuddled up on the couch, sharing a soft blanket as y'll watched the romantic comedy he had picked out for your movie night. Originally, Jaebeom was supposed to join y'll, but he had backed out at the last minute due to some work he needed to finish up.
As the movie progressed, an explicit scene came on, causing your cheeks to flush and your body to squirm, you were turned on. Though you tried to hide it, your body language betrayed you, revealing your constant moving and your thighs squeezed shut to Youngjae. With a knowing smirk, he decided to take advantage of the situation, his fingers trailing lightly over your skin, teasing you with gentle touches.
The sexual tension in the room grew thicker as Youngjae's hands roamed your body, slipping beneath your clothes to caress your sensitive skin. His lips found yours in a searing kiss that left you breathless, his tongue delving into your mouth to taste all of you. Slowly, he laid you down on the couch as he worked his way down your body, leaving a trail of hot kisses and marks in his wake, until he reached the juncture of your thighs.
You gasped as he yanked off your skirt and panties in a swift move. Youngjae's tongue flicked out licking your inner thigh and leaving gentle bites. He sucks on your cunt, gentle yet very teasingly as your fingers get hold of his hair, tugging on it due to which he let out a soft moan against your cunt. Your eyes fluttered closed, lost in the sensations, only to fly open again when you heard the soft click of the front door. Jaebeom stood leaning against the door frame, a smirk playing on his lips as he took in the scene before him. Y'll had been a trio since the elementary school due to which y'll had the keys of each other's apartments. And he had manged to get done with his work faster than you had expected.
Well it wasn't the first time he had walked in on y'll, and over time, he had grown shameless about it. Something about his presence excited you even more, and you found yourself confessing your deepest desire. "I've always wanted a threesome with the two of you," you admitted breathlessly.
Without missing a beat, Jaebeom sauntered over to the couch picking you up and carrying you to the room as he places you down, his eyes never leaving yours. "Well, well, what do we have here?" he purred, his voice dripping with seduction. "You really don't mind if I join in, do you, baby.....will you be able to handle us both?"
Your breath hitched, and you shook your head, your cheeks flushed with embarrassment and excitement. "I want you both," you whispered, your voice trembling with need. "I want to be ruined by my two best friends."
Youngjae smirked as he had already known about your desires, his eyes blazing with possessiveness and desire. "You heard our jagiya," he said, his voice rough with need. "Let's give her exactly what she craves."
Jaebeom wasted no time in stripping off his clothes, revealing his toned body and rock-hard erection. He climbed onto the bed, his hands immediately finding your sensitive nipples. He rolled them between his fingers, tugging and pinching until you were writhing beneath him, your moans filling the room.
Youngjae took the opportunity to claim your mouth, shoving his length down your throat stretching your throat wide with his cock making you gag. You palmed the remaining length and bobbed your head slowly and teasingly which just made Yeongjae shove his whole length in your mouth causing tears to prickle down your eyes in pleasure, which was combined with Jaebeom's skilled fingers on your nipples and Youngjae's powerful thrusts, had you nearly cumming on the spot. You were brain fucked at this point, mind dazed and all you could do was ask for more and moan their names to the extent where you couldn't even think straight.
Jaebeom moved lower, his tongue trailing down your stomach until he reached your dripping core. He lapped at your folds, sucking your cunt into his mouth as he slid two fingers deep inside you. "You taste so fucking good, my beautiful jagiya," he moaned against your sensitive flesh. "I could eat you out for hours."
Youngjae pulled his length out caressing your cheek. "Our girl needs more," he said, his voice tight with restraint. "She needs to be filled by both of us."
Jaebeom nodded, pulling his fingers from your heat. He moved to lay on his back, pulling you on top of him. "Ride my cock baby, like a good girl," he commanded, his hands gripping your hips. "Take me deep inside you."
You whimpered, sinking down onto Jaebeom's impressive length. You moaned loudly as you felt him stretch you to your limits, filling her completely. Youngjae positioned himself behind you, his cock nudging against your back entrance. "Relax, jagiya," he cooed, his hands rubbing soothing circles on your back. "Let us both inside you."
Slowly, oh so slowly, Youngjae pushed into your tight heat, both men now fully seated within you, their lengths shoved deep in you. At this moment, in your whole damn life you had never felt so full, so completely owned by these two men. They set a punishing pace, thrusting in tandem, driving you wild with pleasure.
Their hands roamed her body, teasing and caressing every inch of you. They whispered filthy words of praise, telling you how perfect you are, how good you felt wrapped around their cocks. You were lost in a sea of sensation, Your body climbing higher and higher towards ecstasy and your moans just growing louder.
With a scream of pure pleasure, you shattered between the two, your orgasm crashing over you in intense waves as you had milked their cocks. Jaebeom and Youngjae soon followed, their moans mingling with yours as they spilled deep inside her, filling you up with their cum.
They pulled out making sure no cum slipped out of your holes. You had never felt more satisfied, more completely and utterly ruined in the best possible way. And as you drifted off to sleep, safe and warm between your two best friends you mumbled out "I love y'll".
Jaebeom and youngjae moth cracked a smile and mumbled, "We love you too, jagi. All of you."
They quickly cleaned you and themselves up. And dressed themselves and you in comfortable clothes, slipping besides you and cuddling you till the two had fallen asleep holding you in their embrace.

But once you walked into court one morning and caught a glimpse of Lim Jaebeom, the new pro bono lawyer. Your eyes couldn’t be removed from him.

You checked the time on your watch. Tapping your foot anxiously in the crowd of people who are waiting for their morning cup of coffee as well. You heard your name and quickly managed to move around people until you could grab your cup. You thanked the barista before running out,the cold breeze burning your cheeks. You knew it was probably a bad idea to stop for coffee before work, but you needed it. You didn't know what you were in for every day you went in, but some little voice in the back of your head convinced you it was worth stopping for a quick drink.
You tapped the button on the crosswalk, waiting for that little white icon to pull up. You finally took a sip of your drink, the warmth slowly reaching your insides. You had to drink as much as you could now since you had to go through security once you arrived at the courthouse. You quickly crossed the street, your heels clacking against the pavement as you walked into the courthouse. You quickly drank what you could before throwing out your cup.
"Hey! Y/N, how are you today?" Jackson asked. He was always so friendly and easily one of the best faces to see when starting your day. "Good, how's it been here?" You questioned, placing your bag in the tote and taking off your belt before passing through the metal detector. "It's been slow; I don't think anything too big is going on today," He smiled, sliding your bin down so you could get your belongings. You whisked your belt on and grabbed your bag. "I'll see you when I leave!" You grinned at him before walking to the desk.
"Good morning," You smiled brightly at the clerk and showed your badge. "Good morning," Yunhee grumbled. You watched as she turned around after clicking on her computer for a few moments and handed you a manila folder. "Thank you," You took it carefully, putting your badge away. You quickly looked at the papers. "Okay, courtroom two," You nodded to yourself. You didn't want to spend too much time at the desk as Yunhee was clearly in a bad mood. You walked off, finding your courtroom.
You sat down in your chair, adjusting yourself to get comfortable and look at the case. "Oof, robbery again," You flipped through quickly, processing what you could before the court was in session. People slowly trickled in as you sat up, putting your folder away. You heard the sound of the briefcase hitting the table, and your eyes shifted that way. You stared at him for a moment, wondering why they let the defendant in so soon, especially without a lawyer. You kept studying him as he sat down, noticing the shine from his nose ring and the anti brow piercing in his cheek. He was beautiful. You couldn't think of another way to describe him.
You quickly looked away, not wanting to stare for too long. Instead you turned your focus onto the laptop in front of you, adjusting it to line up with the stenotype. Unable to help yourself, though, you looked over at the beautiful man once more, surprised to see another person sitting next to him. You watched as this gorgeous man pulled out a folder and began to talk with the woman beside him. Was he the attorney? Before you could even try to process the bailiff spoke up. "All rise," You stood up, adjusting the pencil skirt you were wearing, not wanting it to be a mini skirt as you stood.
The gavel quickly smacked down with a sharp movement. "You may be seated," Judge Choi spoke. "Good afternoon," He took a moment, reviewing the case in front of him. "This is the case of Mrs. Kang vs Mrs. Kim; as stated in front of me, Mrs. Kim is being accused of committing robbery in the third degree as claimed by Mrs. Kang." He cleared his throat. "Yes, your honor," You quickly began typing as the other attorney stood up. "For the record, my name is Kim Yugyeom. I am defending the plaintiff in this case," He looked around for a moment before continuing.
"Now, Mrs. Kang is saying that Mrs. Kim has stolen multiple pieces of her jewelry. All ranging from one hundred dollars to one thousand." He spoke, putting his folder on the desk before walking around. "Now, I'm sure the jury does not understand why they are present for such a case. However, this isn't Mrs. Kim's first accusation of stealing from the homes of those she works for," He fixed his jacket, buttoning it. "Mrs. Kang is in distress about this situation because it wasn't just replaceable pieces of jewelry, but it was family heirlooms," He was slowly pacing as he laid out the facts. You couldn't help but catch glimpses of that beautiful attorney waiting to speak from across the room.
Your eyes kept shifting over to him. Desperation seeping in, wanting to learn his name. You had to keep telling the part of your brain that was yearning to learn something about him that he would be no different outside of this room. Attorneys were always cold, arrogant, and narcissistic. It might have only been one experience from last year, but it was enough for you to swear off any lawyer or attorney. That's what was promised after the breakup; Park Jinyoung felt like a prime example of how lawyers act. No matter how hard it was you wanted to forget him, and it took a while but he was gone for the most part. Then he pushed back into your memories, and any thought about him was making your mind short-wire as you were merely admiring a stranger. Even if it was attempted you couldn’t stop the begging in your inner thoughts as you wanted to hear illicit words from his lips.
His sharp gaze was locked on Yugyeom; almost as if he was a predator watching his prey in front of him. His eyes never moved as he watched Yugyeom seeing where he was trying to lead. You snapped out of it as you heard the scrape of his chair as he sat back down. The impatient nerves were waiting to get their closure. He cleared his throat in a quick, sharp moment as you were almost on the edge of your seat. "For the record, my name is Lim Jaebeom, representing the defendant." He stayed seated as he spoke. Confidence in his aura. "Now my client is sitting here, being sued over a crime that never happened. Mrs. Kim has worked for Mrs. Kang for over five years. There has never been a complaint or an accusation such as this at all. Now, if I remember reading correctly. You keep your jewelry locked up, correct, Mrs. Kang?" He raised an eyebrow as he looked at her.
You watched as Yugyeom told her to stay quiet. "But as it is stated in words in front of all of us. Mrs. Kang says she locks her jewelry, and it is only unlocked when she is taking something out or putting something right back. Other than that, Mrs. Kang claims it is never unlocked, no matter the circumstances." Your eyes couldn't leave Jaebeom, the sharp gaze as he spoke his case. "If I could, Mrs. Kang. I would like to have you on the stand." He looked at her. Her eyes kept shifting to Yugyeom like a desperate cry for help.
You watched as she got up. She was younger, maybe mid-thirties at most; you could tell she was married to an older gentleman in the back. "Now, Mrs. Kang, that key to your jewelry box is on you at all times, correct?" Jaebeom questioned, making sure his plaintiff couldn't claim badgering. "Yes," Her voice was timid. The jury watched, seeing the way she seemed nervous and unsure of what to say. Jaebeom looked through a file which made everyone’s attention shift from Mrs. Kang to him.
Eyes from around the room were glued to Jaebeom, seeing where he was going as they listened to his strong voice that was as clear as day. "Now you seem to be a very routined person," He paced in front of her. "Why would you leave such an important item unlocked?" He paused his hands in the front pockets of his trousers. "I never do," She spoke quickly. "So how would Mrs. Kim be able to steal such important jewelry from you if it wasn't unlocked?" He shrugged, trying to play himself off.
You looked up and could see the panic in Mrs. Kang's eyes. "Maybe I forgot to put something away," She nodded, gulping. You heard a few members of the jury mumbling to themselves. "Right," He nodded, then looked up at the judge. "No more questions," He moved and sat back down in his chair. Mrs. Kang quickly moved away, almost embarrassed by her answers. You heard the chair drag on the floor briefly as Yugyeom stood up. "I would like to have Mrs. Kim take the stand," He looked at the judge as he nodded, giving him the go-ahead. You saw Jaebeom give her quick words of encouragement as she walked up and took her seat.
"Mrs. Kim, how long have you been working for the Kang family?" Yugyeom stared at her. You couldn't help but feel bad. She seemed as if she was older, maybe in her late sixties; she seemed so frail and upset about her accusations, almost like she was lost on what to do. "Five years," Her voice wasn't quiet but still soft. "And in those five years, have you had any issues with Mrs. Kang or her family?" He stood in front of her as she quickly shook her head. "No, never. I've always come in and taken care of their house and their children," She sounded hurt as she spoke. "Now, did you know where Mrs. Kang keeps her jewelry?" He was almost glaring at her, burning her with his eyes.
"I know she kept it somewhere in her closet, but she's always told me not to go in there, and I never did." She looked at Jaebeom as if needing a helping hand. "No further questions," Jaebeom spoke, his voice loud, making everyone look his way. His features were sharpening, and he was clearly frustrated by the redundant questions that Yugyeom was asking. Judge Choi nodded in favor of Jaebeom. She carefully got down before taking her seat next to Jaebeom. "Is this all of the evidence?" Judge Choi spoke up. Yugyeom nodded, his eyes shifting over to Jaebeom. "One more thing," Jaebeom looked at Judge Choi. Hoping he’d approve of him.
"I'll allow it," He nodded. "Mrs. Kang, can I have you take the stand one last time," He watched as she stood up and walked over, slowly taking her seat and adjusting her dress at the same time. "Now, Mrs. Kang, you use social media, right?" He looked at her. "Yes," She nodded. "Would you say Instagram is your most used?" He held his papers by his side. "Objection, relevance," Yugyeom called out. "Overruled," Judge Choi quickly retaliated. "Yes. I use it for my businesses." She nodded again, lost as to where he was going. "See, my client happened to come across one of those many live streams you do the other night." He placed the screenshot of her livestream in front of her. "What do you see here?"
His head cocked, almost like he was toying with her. "Just my product and a few other things," She stared at him, puzzled. "Mm," He hummed in agreement before inhaling. "See, that's what I thought at first, but then when you were showing how durable those containers are, I think you forgot that the jewelry that you have claimed Mrs. Kim has stolen was right there in the background." His finger tapped on the area he was talking about. "Oh, here's a zoomed-in one for you," He put another paper on top. Her cheeks began to burn a deep red color. Jaebeom walked away from her.
"See, that livestream was two nights ago, four weeks after you had accused Mrs. Kim of stealing that property from you. Which clearly is not the case that you are presenting before us." He gave Yugyeom a look as if saying checkmate before turning to look at the jury. Judge Choi quickly hit the gavel. "Case dismissed." He almost scoffed. Jaebeom quickly walked back over to shake his hand with Mrs. Kim. You were so entranced, still staring at him. "Y/N," Your name crept through your dazed state. "Yes?" You looked up to see Judge Choi looking at you. "Are you okay?" His eyebrow furrowed as you quickly nodded.
"Yes, your honor," You smiled before beginning to pack up your belongings. A faint blush on your cheeks for being called out as you stared. You grabbed your bag and walked out quickly. "Excuse me!" You heard the voice coming closer. The deep, rich voice of Jaebeom. "Oh. Hello," You smiled softly. "I noticed you were kinda staring at me," A slight smirk on his face. You pressed your lips together, trying to think of a justification to say quickly. "I mean, I kind of have to," You laughed awkwardly. "I mean, you didn't look too much at the other attorney." His head nodded in the direction of Yugyeom.
"Oh, it's just a subconscious thing." You nodded. "I was just teasing," He smiled softly. "You left this behind." He handed over your recorder. "Thank you," You sighed in relief as you didn't realize it got left behind. "Also, here's my number. Call me," He handed you a card as he flashed a smile before walking away. You looked at it quickly, then stuffed it in your bag. You took a deep breath and walked over to the clerk's desk. "Hello," You kept your bright smile. "Any other cases I have today?" You handed your badge over to the desk. You watched Yunhee as she took your ID slowly and swiped it. "Nope." Her voice was still flat. "Thank you," You walked away quickly, not wanting more of her cold shoulder.
"How was it?" Jackson called out as he saw you. "Not too bad. I know I'm required to be impartial, but I'm so glad the case turned out the way I was hoping," You nodded. "That's always good. Are there any more big things for you today?" He leaned against the wall as you shook your head. "Nope, I guess nothing else for me today, but oh well! I'll probably just go home and get cozy." You fixed the loose pieces of hair that had fallen from your ponytail. "Hey, still is better than being stuck in a courthouse all day." He chuckled as you nodded quickly. "Hey! There's my man!" He called out, removing himself from the wall. You couldn't help but turn to see who he was talking about.
"Hey! Y/N!" Jackson grinned. "This is Jaebeom! He's a new pro bono lawyer for our district," He smiled as you nodded slightly. "Nice to meet you; congratulations on winning your case, by the way," You stuck your hand out for him to shake. "Thank you," He nodded, carefully shaking your hand back, making sure not to squeeze too much. "Well, I'm gonna head home," You smiled at Jackson. "Have a good night, Ms. Y/N!" He called out as you walked out. "Miss?" Jaebeom questioned, watching as you walked out of the building. Jackson nodded. "Yeah, she's super sweet but reserved. I think she's a Miss; she hasn't corrected me or said much," He seemed lost in thought before Jaebeom nodded. "I'll see you around, Jackson,"

You stared at the card that Jaebeom handed you, engraving the phone number in your brain. One text wouldn't hurt. You picked up your phone and typed in the number.
Y/N: Congrats again on winning your case! I'm glad Mrs. Kim was proven innocent.
You put your phone down on the couch cushions next to you, before reaching behind you and taking the throw blanket that was folded neatly on the back of your couch. Grabbing it, you threw it on you, covering your body with as much as you could. The warmth of the blanket made you sigh in relief. You shut your eyes for a moment, opening them once you heard the vibration on your cushion. You pulled your arm out of the fleece and looked at your phone.
Attn. Jaebeom: Hey, Y/N. I'm assuming
Y/N: Sorry! I should've said that, but yes.
Attn. Jaebeom: I was wondering if you'd want to go out and get drinks? On me.
You bit the inside of your cheek. Weighing the pros and cons, on one hand, he's incredibly hot, and he's offering to buy you drinks, but on the other, he's also the type of person you promised yourself never to go out with. "What the hell," You mumbled to yourself, moving the blanket off of you.
Y/N: Yeah, just tell me when :)
Attn. Jaebeom: I was going to go out in maybe an hour; I'll send you the location.
You walked to your room, and you saw the dropped pin he sent you. You checked to see how far it was to decide how long you had to get yourself ready. You sighed happily, seeing it was a 10-minute train ride over. You would drive but didn't want to limit yourself if you felt like you wanted a drink or more. You got yourself ready, grabbed one of your shoulder bags, and walked out.
Y/N: I'm leaving now, I'll meet you there :)
You heard your stop and got off, a sudden bit of nerves crawling through your bloodstream as you walked up to the door of the pub, checking your phone to see if he was there.
Attn. Jaebeom: I'm sitting at the bar! You should be able to see me.
You read his message as you walked in, looking at the bar area, and spotting him sitting there. God, he was hot and unlike any other that you laid your eyes on. His sharp features drew you in from across the courtroom, and they were doing the same right now. You cleared your throat as you sat down next to him. "Hey," You smiled softly as he smiled back. "I'm glad you made it. What can I get you?" He watched as you contemplated. "A cosmo," You nodded as he put his hand out, gesturing for the waiter to take your order.
"Tonight is on me too, don't forget," He smiled softly. "Oh, don't worry, I didn't forget that," You laughed at him. "I gotta ask, what made you become a stenographer?" He looked at you, turning his stool so he could face you. "I didn't want to commit to law school, but I liked the law." You smiled, taking your first sip of the drink placed in front of you. "What about you? What made you become a pro bono lawyer?" You felt the liquor warming up your insides and loosening the nerves that you felt before. "Eh, I figured it would be nice to help those that can't afford a lawyer," He shrugged. Your heart swelled hearing that. Maybe he was different. The little voice in your head was competing with the devil on your shoulder.
"Missing out on a lot of money," You teased, seeing what his response would be. "Yeah, but it's fine; I get paid by the town and government. I’d just rather give the unprivileged a chance," He took a sip from the dark brown bottle. "I gotta be honest," You took a bigger sip from your glass. "You're way different than I thought you would be," Your cheeks were flushed from the alcohol creeping its way through your system. "In what way?" He couldn't help but question, his sharp eyebrow lifting. "Well, in my experience, lawyers, attorneys, and everything like that are usually arrogant jerks who like to think they're better than everyone." Your voice was harsh as you spoke.
"Well, I'm glad I could be different," He teased as your cheeks started to match your drink. "I was trying hard not to look at you in the courtroom," He confessed. "It seems like we were both stealing glances at different times," He snickered. "Yeah?" Your eyes widened in surprise as he nodded. "I don't know what it was, but you were captivating." His words kept going as you took a slow and long sip of your drink. Usually, you had no problem flirting back, but you couldn't figure out what words you were trying to gather in your brain. "You looked really good in a suit; blue seems to be your color," You referenced the sky-blue dress shirt he had on earlier. "Yeah?" He looked down at himself, seeing he was yet again wearing a blue shirt.
"I do own more colors," He looked at you, trying to defend himself. "I don't know if I believe you," You teased and ordered yourself another drink. "I promise," He put his hands up in a defensive way. You picked up your drink, placing it in front of you. "So you know Jackson?" You questioned, thinking of something else to say. "Yeah, I met him at another courthouse. He's a nice guy." He took a sip of his drink. "He was telling me about you as you were leaving. I started to get nervous that you might have had someone at home," He chuckled as you shook your head. "Well, you're in luck." You put the back of your hand under your chin and smiled brightly. He tried to stifle his laughter.
You whined quietly as he smiled innocently, "I'm not laughing at you. I'm laughing with you," You shook your head at his comment as you smiled. "Alright," You took another sip of your drink. "Don't take this the wrong way," He looked at you, your eyes meeting his so that he would continue. "You look really good in a skirt," He spoke carefully, hoping that you were going to take it as a compliment. "Thank you, they take up my closet," You laughed, adjusting the bottom of the dress you were wearing. He was trying not to watch but couldn't help himself. It was hugging your thighs in just the right way. "Hey, I don't mean to be so brash," He cleared his throat. "Want to finish these drinks up and head to my place? It's alright if you just want to go home," He could barely finish his sentence before you agreed.
"I'd love to." You took a sip of your drink, your eyes meeting his. He called the bartender over and paid your tab. You took your final sip and got off the stool carefully, adjusting the bottom of your dress as you walked out the door with him. "I don't live too far," He smiled over at you. "It's no problem. I'd walk with you even if it were a bit far," You nodded at him as the night breeze made you shiver slightly. He noticed out of the corner of his eye, taking off his jacket and placing it around your shoulders. You couldn't help but turn red. "Thank you," You looked over at him as he nodded. "You don't have to thank me,"
"But I do," You huffed as he laughed. It wasn't that funny, but both of you were a little tipsy. You shook your head at him as he opened his door. You took your shoes off and found the couch, quickly taking the opportunity to sit on the cushion material. You watched as Jaebeom's slim figure walked towards you, holding something out. You reached and took the cold bottle. "I figure getting some water into your system wouldn't be a bad idea," He sat next to you, a gentle smile gracing his lips as he opened his bottle and took a sip.
You took a sip of your own before your eyes shifted back to him. "You're really good looking," You let it slip out of your lips. "I could say the same to you," He looked at you, his eyes lingering on your lips for a moment. You tried to act like you didn't see it,keepingt your eyes moving as you looked around his face, taking in his strong bone structure and his sharp brows that hardened his face. His baby pink lips were drawing you in closer, and every time they moved, you could hear his voice saying your name as you imagined how they felt and tasted. “Y/N?” His concerned voice broke you out of your daydream. "Yeah?" You looked at him, your eyes meeting his. You watched as his face came closer, and before you could fully process what was happening, you felt his lips against yours.
Those last two questions you had were answered. His lips were soft and plump and had a subtle taste of peach as if he had a chapstick he had applied not too long ago. You moved your lips with his, not wanting to move them from his. His lips started to pull at yours as his hand moved hair away from your face. His hand held you near the nape of your neck, keeping your hair away from his lips deepening the kiss. Your lips melted with his as your body from his touch. His lips began to leave a trail down your jaw, making you shudder.
You were trying to get your nerves to calm down, but it was hard to control. Your mind was already traveling further and further with his touch, imagining what his lips would feel like elsewhere or how he would feel inside of you. Your body was heating up enough for him to realize. "Do you want to keep going?" He removed his lips from tasting your skin as you nodded. "Yes," You barely muttered as he stood up, putting his hand out for you as you took it carefully. "I want you to be more comfortable," His voice was soft as you took his hand, following him to his bedroom.
He shut the door halfway before he stood in front of you letting you sit on his bed as he began ridding of his clothes. Your cheeks flushed at the look of his body. His toned abs and his strong thighs were still half covered by his boxers. He was breathtaking, to say the least. You felt his eyes on you as you stood up carefully, shimmying the small dress you had on off of your body. "Wow," He exhaled, looking at you. Your cheeks turned a deep red color hearing him. "Come here," You moved your finger in a come hither motion. He moved closer, his fingers lying on your hips as he pulled you so your bodies could be on one another.
The feeling of his length pressed against you made your core radiate heat. His hand carefully placed itself under your chin and tilted your head up. Your eyes locked with his that had hardened from seeing you undress. He leaned to let his lips meet with yours again. Your lips immediately locked with his as desperation grew. His bottom lip lapped at yours as he deepened the sloppy kiss. His hands moved to your back as he quickly released the clasps of your bra, throwing it across the room. Your hunger for him grew more and more as his touch traveled around your body until his finger was hooked around the side of your panties.
He moved himself away from your lips, watching your expression as he pulled your panties down. "How about you lay on the bed, baby?" His voice broke through the silence, and tension grew with the sudden pet name. You nodded quickly and moved backward, not removing your eyes from him. You felt the mattress hit the back of your legs as you moved yourself, letting your body rest once you were on his bed. He stood next to the bed, slowly moving to hover over you until your back was flat on the comforter. His fingers slowly moved around your hips, teasing their way down your thighs until they crept back up, stopping before you could feel his touch on your bundle of nerves that was throbbing.
You pressed your lips together, holding back a whine as you waited for him. You could only see his shadow from the light coming through the sheer curtains that covered his windows. Before you could take your next breath, you felt his finger slip in between your folds. Pushing into your pussy. "F-fuck," You gasped. "You're so soaked," He smirked, moving his finger gently. The sound of his small movements wasn't loud but enough for you to hear. You felt another finger push in, joining the other as he pushed his fingers in up to his knuckle. You arched your back. "Oh god," You whined as he kept a steady pace with his digits. He made sure not to be too rough either, wanting that to be saved for later. Your whines were already making him go crazy as he thought about pummeling you with his cock.
He could only let his mind race as he continued, making a come hither motion, lightly scraping the inside of your walls that were tightening around his fingers. "I can't wait to feel your pussy spread around me; I already know it's gonna grip onto my cock for dear life," He rasped, keeping his voice low. "Fuck me," You breathed, his fingers slowing. "What was that?" He chuckled. You swallowed, hearing his laugh. "Fuck me." You almost demanded as he pulled his fingers out. "Yeah? You want me to fuck this pretty pussy?" He cocked his head, almost as if it was a taunt. "Please," Your breathing was shallow as you begged. You couldn't see his expression, but you could only guess it was that smug smirk. The one that you saw in the courtroom that made your mind do backflips thinking about him.
You felt his body pressed against yours, his lips gently touching your neck as he kissed up, getting closer to your ear. "Get on your knees," His whisper was low and rasped. You turned yourself over, moving towards the middle of his bed. You heard the soft noise of his boxers dropping to the ground. You felt your stomach tighten as you arched your back. Waiting to feel him inside of you. You didn't get too wrapped up in your thoughts before feeling a smack on your ass. The sting made you whimper. You shut your eyes, feeling his thick head rub against your slit. Your hips shifted, almost as if you were trying to shove him inside of you. "You want it that bad?" He taunted. "Please, Jaebeom," You pleaded. "Mm, it's so much fun seeing you squirm, waiting for me to start," He tsked, still feeling your soaking wet cunt. "I want it so bad," You begged.
"Yeah?" He let out a borderline dark chuckle. You couldn't even respond as you felt his head begin to bury itself inside. You moaned out as he grunted. Feeling your walls spread for him. "God, it's so tight," He groaned as he felt your cunt gripping him as he pushed in. Your eyes rolled back as you balled the ends of his comforter in your hands. "s-so big," You stuttered, the hint of pain making you whimper. It had been a while since you'd had sex, but even so, Jaebeom was unlike any other. His thick, large cock was stuffing you so much that you didn't think you could take all of him. His hands gripped your hips, pulling you into him. "You're taking me so well," His soft voice contradicted the sudden jackhammering of his hips. "You feel so fucking good," You whined.
He kept a frenzied tempo that left you on edge, not knowing what the next thrust of his cock would feel like. "F-fuck me," You whined, loving the feeling of him plowing you. You bit your lip, trying to gain control of your breathing again as he became more consistent with his brutal pace. "Jaebeom," You cried out; you weren't expecting yourself to be so close already. "Yeah, baby?" He questioned, pumping his cock in and out of you with no rest. The sounds of the mattress squeaking and skin slapping together filled the room. Your cunt was fluttering around his cock, making his length twitch. "Fuck," He grunted as he thrust in and out, going back to the frenzied pace he had earlier.
He was close, just like you were. "I'm gonna cum," You whimpered, your knuckles turning white from how hard you were gripping his sheets. Your muscles tensed as you started to see stars. "Fuck!" You sobbed out through your orgasm. The feeling of him filling you made your walls clench as he thrust in and out slowly, panting as he milked every last drop inside of you. You shuddered as your body dropped to hit the plush mattress. "That was so good," You panted softly. "You alright?" His voice softened from the dominant growls before. "mm," You hummed in agreement. "Stay the night," He spoke softly. "Okay," You quickly agreed. You didn't want to tell him, but you were already getting ready to fall asleep.
You groaned as your eyes opened to the blinding sun coming through the window. You rubbed your eyes as you sat up, processing where you were. "Oh fuck," You grumbled, holding your head from the migraine that was crawling through your head. The sudden pounding made you get up. Even if it was weird, you were going to dig through his medicine cabinet no matter what. You looked over at the nightstand as you stood up and stopped. You picked up the folded piece of paper as your brows furrowed.
Hey! Sorry I had to leave for work, but I didn't want to wake you up. Here's some ibuprofen for the hangover you may have. You can leave whenever, and I'll lock the door remotely; just text me.
You smiled to yourself, placed the note down, and took what you needed to with the water he left for you. The glass was still cool to the touch. You must've just missed him. You walked to the bathroom, fixing yourself enough that you could walk out of his place and not be too much of a spectacle. You looked at the shirt you were wearing, seeing it was his. You smiled to yourself, then walked to his room, looking for your clothes as you dressed yourself. You looked in the mirror, staring at the dress that was hugging your body. "Yikes," you mumbled; it was a cute dress, but you definitely not to walk around Seoul at nine-thirty in the morning type of dress. You picked up the shirt he must've helped you put on last night, tying the back and nodding to yourself in the mirror. You grabbed your belongings and texted Jaebeom.
Y/N: Hey! I'm leaving now. I left with that shirt, but I'll return it to you soon! Thank you for last night and all the stuff you left for me :)
You sent the message and smiled as you walked down his stairs and to the subway.
Attn. Jaebeom: Yeah, it's no problem! Thank you for joining me and giving a lawyer a chance ;)
Your brows furrowed more than earlier. How did he know you swore off lawyers and attorneys? You tried to replay last night in your head but couldn't think of when you could've said that. It wasn't in the bar, and right after he fucked your brains out, you went straight to bed. You didn't want to ask but couldn't help yourself. It would be clarification. That's what you were telling yourself.
Y/N:
 What do you mean?
Attn. Jaebeom: Well, we were talking before we went to bed, and you said, "You swore off anyone like me, but I was too hot to pass over."
Attn. Jaebeom: So thank you for thinking I'm hot and giving me a chance at least
Your face went pale as you suddenly remembered that conversation. You honestly couldn't believe yourself for saying something like that to him. It was an internal saying you had
and a saying with friends. You clicked on your messages, scrolling through until you found Gyuri's contact.
Y/N: s.o.s
 I might have fucked up
Her response was almost instant.
Gyuri: How so?
Y/N: So you know how I always say attorneys and lawyers are sworn off after Jinyoung?
Y/N: Well, I met this attorney; he is very, very hot, so I couldn't resist. Apparently, last night, after sleeping with him, I told him how I swore off attorneys.
Gyuri: girl-
Gyuri: I mean, how good was he? And also... how hot is he?
You quickly sent a link to his website that you found.
Gyuri: OH
Gyuri: Yeah, I wouldn't resist either, but I honestly think if you just apologize or quickly explain Jinyoung, he would understand.
Y/N: Thank you :,)
Y/N: I have been embarrassed this entire subway ride. I mean, obviously, nobody knows, but it still.
You quietly exhaled after getting Gyuri's comfort. You got off at your stop and walked to your apartment, going over the words you wanted to say as you unlocked your door.
Y/N: I'm so embarrassed that I said that. It's nothing personal or anything to do with working in the courthouse together. I just had a bad experience with an attorney not too long ago, so I just swore them off entirely, which sounds a little stupid, but it doesn't matter anymore.
Attn. Jaebeom: Not stupid at all. I thought it was a little funny to hear.
Jaebeom still texted you, keeping your embarrassment so low that you didn't even acknowledge it anymore. Playing it cool was hard on your part. Something about him just kept drawing you in. Maybe it was that soft voice he had when he called you? Or his confident aura you saw in the courtrooms? You couldn't place it, but it didn't matter; you just knew you wanted him any way that you could have him. You watched him walk into the courtroom as you realized it was your first case with him since you’ve slept together.
You smiled to yourself as he looked over, keeping your hand close to your body as you waved at him. He didn’t really acknowledge you, nothing more than a half smile in your direction. The blow to your ego was rough. You bit the inside of your cheek and started to get set up. You heard the other lawyer come in. A sudden rage boiling through your blood. Even though you hoped and prayed that you would never have to be involved with Jinyoung’s cases again there he was. Sitting down in that chair looking all smug. Even his face pissed you off, he didn’t even have to mutter a word for you to feel the anger that was still inside of you.
You took a deep breath, clearing your mind of the ego blow from Jaebeom and the presence of your ex. You looked at the case file and it seemed quick and easy. Just one day, a few hours even, with them. You swallowed as Judge Tuan walked in. The case was presented fast and was straight forward. Your mind racing made everything go by much faster than you could comprehend. You shut your laptop quickly, standing up and walking over to Judge Tuan. “I just have to finish up a few more corrections but I’ll give you the transcript of this case tomorrow morning,” You smiled up at him. He nodded in response. “Take your time, I’m not overly worried about your work,” He smiled down at you as you put your bag over your shoulder.
You turned and watched as Jinyoung and Jaebeom walked out together. ‘Weird’, was the only thought that could gather in your mind. You walked into the hallway. “Jaebeom,” You softly called out. He was still speaking with Jinyoung, not even a turn in your direction. Unlike Jinyoung who turned to look at you with a smug smirk. You swallowed harshly as you caught up with them. “Can we talk?” You looked at Jaebeom. “I’m busy,” He cut himself short with you. “What the fuck is going on?” You blurted out. “You got played,” Jinyoung leaned in front of Jaebeom so you could see him. You felt the color leaving your face. “What?” You rubbed your temples in confusion. “I agreed with Jinyoung that I would take you out, see how you actually felt about him,” Jaebeom looked at you, his face tight and not softening like it did when you went out with him.
“What the actual fuck? Why would you do that? How could that even be a thought in a normal person's brain?!” You rambled every question you could think of. Anger couldn’t even begin to describe how you felt. Jaebeom shook his head at you, starting to walk off to somewhere else as if it was important. Jinyoung was still stifling laughter as you glared at him. “Fuck you Jinyoung, that’s how I feel. You’re a piece of shit that doesn’t know how to be human. Everything with you was right or wrong there were no opinions allowed in any of our conversations, unless they were your opinions. I genuinely hate you, how you always talked down to me as if I didn’t matter or that I wasn’t as great as you because I didn’t go to law school. That’s how I feel about you, no need for you to bring someone else into our mess. You could’ve manned up and come to me about it.” You spat and walked away quickly, not giving them the satisfaction of looking at them one last time.
Jackson was standing against the wall watching everything unfold. “Woah, Y/N. Are you okay?” He tried to stop you from running down the stairs. “Leave me alone,” You pushed by him. Once the doors shut behind you, tears started falling and you knew they wouldn’t stop even if you tried. “I should’ve stuck to my word,” You mumbled, wiping your tears with the back of your hand.

never his type | park jinyoung
Tumblr media
summary: a little inspiration from lee youngji's “small girl”. I've always known that I'm not the kind of girl Jinyoung would choose. I'm not delicate, I'm not reserved, I don't fit into his perfect world. Besides, he only sees me as his friend. So I decided to stop trying, to let him go and live without expecting anything from him, and for the first time, to look in another direction without expecting that he will look back at me. But why does it seem like every time I try to pull away, the more he tries to get closer? warnings: I haven't written an au in a long time, so there might be some poor writing, beyond that a lot of mixed feelings, fluff, jinyoung!coworker, AAAAAAAA I loved writing this. this story is a jinyoung x fem y/n, hope you like it. words: 8,316 words. (ohmy) a/n: it's been a while since I last wrote, but I was in a creative slump for a long time where I didn't like anything or had no motivation to write, but recently got7 made a comeback and I said 'why not?' also, I've noticed that there isn't much got7 content on tumblr, so I hope you like this one, I really enjoyed writing it and finding myself again. i want to remind you that English is not my first language, so if there are mistakes I hope you will forgive me :( thank u, TQM.

“Baby, would you still love me?
Though I got a big laugh, big voice, and big personality
Would you guarantee?
‘Small Girl’, Lee Young Ji.
They say that love is not forced, that if you have to beg for someone's attention, then it's not worth it. But no one tells you what to do when your heart is stubborn, when it insists on beating harder for someone who barely notices you.
I knew it from the beginning.
Jinyoung would never look at me the way I looked at him.
Because I'm not his type.
I'm not the discreet, elegant girl he usually likes, and that's okay.
Or at least, that's what I keep telling myself while I change the name of his contact on my phone and promise myself, once again, that this time I'm going to get over it.
But of course, saying I'm going to get over him is easy. The problem is actually doing it.
Because even if I delete our pictures together, even if I promise myself that this is the last time I let it affect me, the next day I'm still in the same place. Sitting in the usual coffee shop, surrounded by the same people, with Jinyoung on the other side of the table, laughing at something one of our co-workers said.
And, by inertia, my eyes search for him.
Memorize him.
His laugh, the way his eyes close a little when he's really enjoying himself, how he runs a hand through his hair when he's concentrating.
Little habits that I shouldn't notice, that shouldn't matter, but are engraved in me.
I take a deep breath. No more.
I'm going to forget you.
I'm going to stop liking you.
Because yes, today will be different.
Today, for the first time, I won't wait for you to look back at me.
Today, I will finally stop liking Park Jinyoung.
That's a promise.
But to be honest, I don't know exactly when or how I started to like Jinyoung, I think one day happened and that's it, there was no turning back.
Although I do remember the first time we met.
I think it was April, or maybe May, or something like that, a month where flowers were beginning to appear on the trees along with the first signs of the return of the warm sun in Seoul.
It had been a busy few weeks, probably the busiest I'd had since coming to this place. Work had multiplied after my partner's maternity leave, so all her work was now mine as well and it was starting to pile up next to the work I had accumulated for weeks on my desk.
I remember that my blouse was bothering me and my pants were not warm enough for the cold office, which was hiding from the sun's rays. In desperation because of the cold, I decided to escape from my pile of earrings to get some sun on the terrace, knowing that I might get a scolding.
But at that moment, I didn't care; I wasn't going to let someone else catch a cold when spring was in full bloom.
As I waited for the elevator, intending to escape in it, the metal doors opened revealing my boss accompanied by someone else. I felt that karma was playing against me for my actions, but at that instant my mind was not for worries.
In fact, his attention was on the young man in front of me and how I had suddenly forgotten how to breathe, leaving the air trapped in my lungs. His black suit perfectly marked his figure, his glasses, always sliding down the bridge of his nose, gave him an added charm, and his lotion....
God, his lotion was almost as mesmerizing as his gaze.
“Miss Kim, how nice to find you around.”
My supervisor's voice snapped me out of the trance that was beginning to cloud my mind.
“I want to introduce you to Mr. Park, Park Jinyoung, he will be your new partner until Miss Yun returns from leave.”
“It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Kim.”
I don't know how long I stared at Jinyoung, but it was probably my flushed face and the awkwardness of my response that caused him to laugh.
From that day on, we became inseparable.
In my eyes, he was the spitting image of a prince out of a fairy tale. From head to toe, he looked like the perfect man. But it wasn't just his looks that captivated me, it was the way he was that made me fall more in love with him every day.
I loved that every morning he would greet me and talk to me until our workday began. That, throughout the day, he would give me little treats to keep me energized. That he would accompany me to lunch, even if he had already finished his lunch break. That he would wait for me in the elevator so that we could go to the bus stop together and that, without saying so, he would let a few buses go by just so he could stay a little longer by my side.
But to be honest... was there anything I didn't like about Jinyoung?
Ah, yes.
There was something.
I didn't like that I wasn't his type.
One day, as I was on my way to deliver some papers to Marketing, I saw Jinyoung and a couple of friends sitting around having a coffee. My feet were hurrying towards them to greet them but my brain slowed them down, hearing the question Jaebeom had asked the brunette before they could see me coming.
“What about you Jinyoung, what kind of girls do you like?”
My heart began to beat fast, almost as if I had run a full marathon without stopping. Like a coward, I hid behind a pillar while I listened to their conversation.
Yes, it was disrespectful of me to listen to someone else's conversation, but I couldn't move. I didn't know if it was my body or my heart that had decided to leave me there, listening to the dialogue between them.
“Well, I don't have an exact type.”
I breathed again.
“Don't lie, I know you have one” A second voice spoke.
My eyes caught the silhouette of BamBam, who was playfully slapping his hyung.
“Don't be shy, Jinyoungie. Tell us, we are friends.”
It seemed that the pressure caused by the pair had made Jinyoung succumb to their question, who was starting to rub the back of his neck before answering them.
“Okay, okay... Well, I like girls shorter than me, I don't really have a preference in hair color but I think blondes look good, they look pretty. Maybe that they're discreet, elegant, that I feel like I can introduce her to my parents without fear that they might reject her, that they don't talk or laugh too much, I don't know! Right, that's enough.”
Shit.
My body froze.
Suddenly, I could feel the coffee I had drunk in the morning getting stuck in my throat, unable to move from my spot.
I stood there, my fingers clenching tightly around the papers I was supposed to deliver, as if to keep my thoughts from spiraling out of control.
Discreet. Elegant. Pleasing in the eyes of her parents.
Definitely, of all the things the man had named.
None of those things were me.
I let out a low sigh and closed my eyes for a second, forcing myself to compose myself. It wasn't like he expected to hear my description on his list, but I wasn't amused to feel so out of it either. Like the possibility didn't even exist.
Nothing on that silly list defined me. If anything really characterized me, it was my outrageous laugh, my sarcastic comments that left more than one person speechless, and my absolute inability to keep quiet when something bothered me. Not to mention, of course, my ridiculous height, which used to surprise anyone upon seeing me for the first time.
And elegant? Well... tripping over my own feet and spouting curses at the worst moment definitely didn't fall into that category.
I pursed my lips and glanced sideways again.
Jinyoung was smiling with the confidence of someone who thought he was pretty clear on what he wanted. But if he was so sure, why did he feel the need to justify himself so much?
I forced myself to let go of the papers in my hands and smooth them out with my fingers, playing with the edge of them. It was then that a small smile appeared on my lips.
“Of all the things you mentioned, Jinyoung, none of them fit me,” I thought, feeling a spark of amusement mixed with something else, something I didn't want to admit. “It's almost like I'm exactly the kind of girl that terrifies you.”
I bit my lip, fighting the temptation to laugh. But not a happy laugh, but the kind that sounded more like a resigned sigh.
“Oh, noona!”
A shiver ran through my body when I heard BamBam's voice calling me. As best I could, I recomposed the expression on my face and turned around, looking at the trio in front of me.
“Mhm? Oh, guys, what's wrong?”
“What are you doing here, is something wrong?”
Quick. Make something up.
“Oh yeah, I wanted to check with you guys to see if you knew if Seojun was at his desk, I was asked to deliver some papers to him before he went out to lunch.”
“I'm not sure, in fact I think he already went out, but we can-”
“You're bleeding.”
Jinyoung's voice brought me back to earth, feeling his hands wrap around mine and watching as blood gushed out and stained the papers.
“Let me tend to you, let's go get something to nurse-”
“Don't worry, Jinyoung. I'll go to the bathroom and then I'm going to redo these papers.”
“But it's almost time to eat and your finger...”
“Don't worry, I'll stop by today from lunch, I have to deliver this urgently, don't worry. Excuse me.”
As best I could, I bowed and slipped out of there.
That day was the beginning of something I didn't know how to stop.
After that, I started to distance myself. At first, it was just small, almost imperceptible details. I avoided spending too much time in the same spaces as him, I let conversations with the group flow without looking for his gaze, and I even forced myself not to react when he said something that would normally make me respond in search of some reaction from him. It wasn't difficult, at least at first. I kept telling myself that it was for the best, that there was no point in holding on to something that clearly had no place in his world.
But Jinyoung... he didn't make it easy.
Every time I thought I had found a balance, something about him would push me back. A genuine concern, a warmer-than-normal smile, the way he always seemed to notice when something was bothering me before others did. Details that shouldn't mean that much, but to my misfortune, they did.
And so, while I tried to pull away, he kept tugging at an invisible string that tied me to his orbit, even without realizing it.
Until one day I looked at my reflection and understood that my heart was not only frayed...but that every show of affection from him was making it break a little more.
“Noona, are you okay?”
BamBam's voice snapped me out of my trance. I blinked several times, snapping back to the present. We were in a coffee shop with the team, the murmur of conversations and the sound of cups clinking against plates filled the atmosphere. I hadn't even realized I had stopped listening.
“Huh? Yeah, yeah... I was just thinking about a few things.”
Jinyoung looked at me from across the table. It seemed that my disconnection to the atmosphere had caused him some strangeness, trying to tell me something through his gaze, something I couldn't quite make out.
I removed myself in my seat, uncomfortable.
“Wow, she looked so serious I thought she was planning world domination or something” Youngjae joked, making me let out a forced laugh.
I forced myself to pick up my glass and take a sip. I didn't want them to notice anything weird. I didn't want him to notice something was wrong.
But I knew it wouldn't be long before he did. Because Jinyoung always noticed those things.
And that was just the problem.
My phone vibrated in my bag, causing me to rummage through my things before I saw the screen.
Jinyoung: hey, u okay?
My eyes searched for him, catching him in the way he was watching me from across the table, almost crossing me. A subtle smile, almost impossible to discover whether it was a lie or not, came across my face, accompanying a soft nod of my head.
               Me: yeah, don't worry! :)
I went back to watching him, trying to connect with the conversation the group was carrying so that I could look interested and laugh at whatever they were talking about, unconcerned with the man in the other corner.
It seemed to have been a success when he reconnected to the flow of the others.
When the coffee had cooled and everyone looked pretty interested in leaving, the conversation was over, and being honest I don't even remember 80% of what we had talked about that night. Gradually the goodbyes began to be heard, as well as the sound of cars leaving the place.
To my misfortune, not having a car tied me to public transportation, occupying an app or asking others if they could get me as close to home as possible.
“Are you leaving already?”
My heart gave a slight flip when I heard his voice, but my mind forcefully suppressed it. I turned to meet Jinyoung, who had stopped beside me with his hands in his pockets and that calm expression that always seemed so natural on him.
“Something like that,” I replied lightly, glancing at my cell phone screen again. “I'm seeing if an Uber or taking the bus is more feasible.”
“Don't worry, I'll get you closer to your hou-”
“Oppa!”
Our conversation was interrupted by a third party, causing all attention to focus on the newcomer.
Jia, Choi Jia.
Remember the list of things Jinyoung had said earlier about his ideal girl? Well, somehow, everything about her fit perfectly with the description the boy had given that day.
Short, elegant, discreet. Her long blonde hair fell in perfect waves over her shoulders, and her sweet smile seemed designed to win over any strict mother. She was the kind of girl who didn't raise her voice any louder than necessary, who always knew how to behave at the right moment.
In other words, his ideal type.
And, of course, she knew it.
I barely turned around to see her approaching with a beaming smile, holding Jinyoung's arm with familiarity.
“Let's go together! Our house is in the same direction, remember?”
A knot formed in my stomach before I could help it.
Of course, how had I forgotten?
Jia and Jinyoung lived in the same area.
It was almost as if fate was playing all its cards so that our paths wouldn't come together in any way.
He blinked, confused, as if he had just remembered that detail. “Oh... right.”
“It's perfect,” she continued, not letting go of his arm. “That way you don't have to take a detour.”
Jinyoung hesitated for a second and his gaze rested on me, as if he was still considering his original offer.
But I saw it in his eyes... he wasn't going to say no to Jia.
And I had no intention of just standing there waiting for him to do so.
“It's okay, don't worry, Jinyoung,” I said quickly, forcing a smile. “I'll take the bus, it's fine.”
“But-”
“Noona!”
Another voice interrupted me before Jinyoung could continue speaking. BamBam approached with the phone in his hand and an excited expression.
“Where are you going now, noona?”
“I'm going to catch the bus.”
“No noona! A friend is coming to pick me up and he can bring you closer to your house too, he's in the same direction where we're going. He has no problem with you joining us on our journey.”
I inwardly thanked him for his sudden intervention and nodded quickly. “Are you sure? I don't want to inconvenience anyone.”
“Trust me, you won't.” He said with a mischievous grin. “Besides, it sure will do him good to meet more people.”
Just then, and almost falling from the sky, the lights of a black car illuminated part of the parking lot as it pulled up in front of us.
“There he is,” BamBam announced, raising his hand in greeting.
The driver's door opened, and out stepped a tall boy with somewhat tousled dark hair and a calm but attentive expression. His sharp features were accentuated by the dim street lighting, and the way he moved, with a natural, effortless confidence, made him instantly catch the eye.
BamBam smiled proudly before making introductions.
“Hyung, hey!”
Jinyoung, who was still beside me, straightened his shoulders slightly. Jia tilted her head curiously and I just stood static, watching the man arriving to join us.
“This is Mark.” The boy greeted everyone with a simple nod, trying to decipher our names. “Hyung, this is Jia, Jinyoung hyung and my noona, that's who we'll be taking today, our new traveling companion.”
“Bam's famous noona, it's a relief to finally give her a face.” A smile broke out on my face as he finished speaking, thanking the heavens that the subject had suddenly changed his direction.
“I hope he spoke only wonders about me.”
“Oh, of course he did. In fact, I don't think he was able to shut up after I asked him.”
Mark's laughter was catching in the air, causing me to laugh along with him as well. But despite that instant of grace, I could feel Jinyoung's steady gaze burn into my back.
“Don't talk about me like I'm not here! Hyung, noona!”
As if by magic, I felt again that there were people around us, forgetting the feelings that were wrapping around me a couple of minutes ago.
“If you're going to keep laughing at me like that, then we'd better leave, I don't want to be humiliated by you guys anymore!”
I shook my head in amusement as I watched him get into the car, turning my gaze back to Jinyoung and his new co-driver.
“It was nice meeting you guys, I hope we can meet more often.”
Mark's voice broke the silence, echoing softly in the air before he bowed goodbye and got into the car.
Just then, my eyes met Jinyoung's, and my heart raced without warning. I didn't understand why I felt this way so suddenly, but in his gaze there was something... something he was trying to tell me, just like in the cafeteria a couple of minutes ago.
“Well... Get home safely. See you Monday.”
I raised my hand in a farewell gesture before turning to get into the car. But, at that precise moment, a gentle tug on my clothes made me stop.
To my surprise, Jinyoung was holding me. His face reflected an urgency that unsettled me. His lips, as red as an apple, seemed to have been bitten just a few seconds ago. His eyes roamed my face with intensity, as if desperately searching for an answer in it, as if what he wanted to tell me was trapped between us.
With a thread of a voice, I barely managed to ask, “What's wrong, Pepi?”
He opened his mouth, his tongue was pressing against the inside of his cheek, as if the words were on the tip, ready to come out. But they didn't. His grip on my clothes became firmer, as if he was trying to keep me from leaving without hearing what he had to tell me.
But in the end... nothing.
I felt his grip loosen until his hand fell to his side.
“It's nothing, sorry.”
My chest tightened with inexplicable frustration.
“Oh... it's okay.”
A wave of disappointment washed over me from head to toe. I wanted him to speak, to let out those words I was holding back. That he would give me a reason to stay a few seconds longer. But he didn't.
So I just sighed and mumbled a goodbye, before finally getting into the car.
The goodbye had been brief, but the weight of what was left unsaid hung in the air.
The car started up, gliding nimbly between the streets. From the back seat, I watched the city lights fleetingly flash past the window, as Mark and BamBam's voice mingled in distant conversation.
“Noona, how far are we from your house?”
BamBam's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. I blinked a couple of times before leaning in slightly to look at him.
“Ah... Not much, about ten more minutes.”
I tried to sound natural, but my mind was still trapped in the instant I had shared with Jinyoung. Or rather, in what we did not share. Something inside me told me that he had wanted to talk, that he had been on the verge of doing so, but something stopped him.
Was it fear, was it doubt, or was he just not as important as I thought he was?
Mark seemed focused on the road, his face serene, but BamBam was watching me with a curious glint in his eye.
“Are you okay?” he asked with a lopsided smile, as if he knew exactly what was going through my mind.
I didn't answer right away. Instead, I forced a smile.
“Yeah, I'm just tired.”
BamBam let out a slight sigh and shrugged. “If you say so, noona.”
The rest of the ride passed in comfortable silence, interrupted only by the murmur of the radio and the occasional conversation between the two of them. For my part, I watched the lights of the city go by, turning the matter over again and wondering what would have happened if Jinyoung had spoken.
Soon after, I could see the cluster of buildings where my home was. The car came to a complete stop and that's when I just opened the door to get out of the car.
“Thank you so much for approaching me, Mark.”
“No problem, besides you were just passing by.”
“Good night, guys. Thanks again.”
Setting my feet on solid ground, I waved goodbye to them one more time before turning around. However, like déjà vu, something once again got in my way, preventing me from moving forward.
“Noona.”
My stride stopped and I turned to look at him.
“If you want to talk about whatever happened back there...you know where to find me.”
His words were playful, but there was something genuine in his tone. I was silent for a moment before smiling sincerely.
“I know, thank you, Bam.”
The next thing I heard was the car start up and drive off into the darkness of the night, as I headed for my apartment.
As soon as I closed the door behind me, I let out a long, tired sigh. I leaned against the wood and closed my eyes, letting all the oxygen in my body go out of my mouth.
It seemed like all my attempts to get away from Jinyoung wanted to be put on pause, almost as if fate finally wanted to give me some of what I prayed so hard for before I went to sleep.
But I couldn't give in to the slightest bit of attention he was giving me, I had to be strong enough to be able to overcome these feelings that were blossoming more and more in me.
I had promised.
I had promised myself.
Be that as it may.
I'm going to stop liking you, Jinyoung.
Tumblr media
Despite all my attempts to forget what happened on Friday and turn the page, I had spent the whole weekend with my mind trapped in that moment with Jinyoung.
I relived the scene over and over again, searching in his gaze, in his body language, in every little gesture, for some clue as to what he really wanted to tell me.
But after so much thought, I came to the conclusion that if he didn't say it, maybe it wasn't as important as I thought.
Maybe it was just my imagination playing tricks on me. Maybe, at the last second, he realized that what he wanted to tell me wasn't worth it. Or worse, maybe there was never anything to say.
So I decided to dismiss it. There was no point in going on and on about it and gnawing at my head.
By the time Monday came around, I had buried the issue in the back of my mind, focusing on what really mattered: work.
It is clear that Mondays are always the worst day of the week, but it seemed that today was set to be the worst of all. Apparently all the meetings had been scheduled for that day.
I had barely seen the shadow of Jinyoung's silhouette all day, he had been going up and down the elevator loaded with papers, at the same time that I was moving from one room to another to have all the meetings that could exist in the world.
We didn't cross a single word all day.
There were no morning greetings, no pauses for conversation, no little sweets left on my desk.
And though I repeated to myself that I needn't have minded, a part of me couldn't help but notice.
Between all the work and the small but possible breaks there were to rest, it suddenly got dark and again I was at the entrance of the building, seeing if it was more economical to order an Uber or walk to wait for the bus.
“Are you waiting for the prices to go down?”
Jinyoung's voice interrupted my internal debate, lifting my gaze from the screen and observing the brown-haired man. I couldn't help but scan him, he was wearing a casual outfit but one that didn't lose that hint of elegance he always used to have, he looked perfect.
“Something like that, but I don't think it's going to happen.” I shrugged my shoulders before I could stow the phone in my bag, watching him once again.
“Let's go together.”
His sudden proposal caught me off guard, feeling the pounding of my heart echoing in my chest. A soft blush settled on my cheeks, noticing how Jinyoung gave me one of those smiles that generated butterflies in my stomach.
But before I could say anything, a familiar voice interrupted that scene.
“Ah, noona!”
An elated BamBam appeared in front of us, who looked like he had run so he could meet us.
“We were looking for you.”
“We?”
As soon as that question escaped my mouth, Mark appeared at the side of the young man, who gave him a small pat on the back before looking at me.
“We're going in the same direction as last time. If you want, we can take you again.”
My gaze shifted from BamBam to Mark, and then to Jinyoung.
For the first time that day, he seemed at a loss for words.
His expression tensed for a brief moment before he regained his neutral gesture, as if the interruption didn't affect him in the least.
“Oh guys, excuse me but-”
“You guys go ahead. I'll take the bus. Actually, I have to go somewhere else, I'm meeting someone.”
The echo of Jinyoung's voice made me turn around, noticing how suddenly his expression had changed just like his previous proposition, once again.
His tone was calm, almost indifferent.
But something about the way he averted his gaze and how quickly he ended the conversation made me feel a small twinge in my chest.
Before I could say anything, he had already turned and was walking away down the street with his hands in his pockets.
Mark and BamBam were silent for a few seconds, exchanging quick glances with each other before looking back at me.
They knew something had happened, but neither asked.
“Shall we go, noona?” said BamBam finally, in his usually nonchalant tone, as if he hadn't just noticed how strange the whole exchange had been.
My gaze didn't leave Jinyoung's backpack until it disappeared around the corner, feeling again like there was something he had wanted to say but ended up vanishing into thin air.
“Yeah, let's go.”
Tumblr media
The rest of the week went along pretty much the same way.
Whenever it seemed that Jinyoung was going to approach me to tell me something, BamBam and Mark would appear out of nowhere with their usual:
Noona, come on, we'll give you a ride.
At first, I didn't think anything of it.
It was a nice gesture on their part and actually saved me from taking public transportation.
But after the third, the fourth, the fifth time... I started to notice it.
And I wasn't the only one.
Every time it happened, Jinyoung would clench his jaw for barely a second before immediately relaxing, as if reminding himself not to react.
Every time BamBam would appear with his carefree smile, I would watch out of the corner of my eye as Jinyoung would avert his gaze, pretending that it didn't bother him at all.
Whenever Mark would make a simple nod of his head to signal me to leave, Jinyoung would clench his fists slightly, as if he was holding something back.
But he never said anything.
He never complained.
He never tried to avoid it.
And yet, that restrained annoyance was becoming more and more apparent.
Mark and BamBam began to notice it too.
Their gazes became more curious every time Jinyoung and I crossed paths.
More analytical when Jinyoung feigned indifference.
More amused when it seemed that, for a second, he was about to say something... only to stop and carry on as if nothing had happened.
And I, for one, began to wonder how much longer he could keep holding back before he finally snapped.
Finally it was Friday, and as had become customary, I waited at the entrance for my trusted drivers, they didn't usually take much longer than 10 minutes to show up.
As I waited, I could tell that I was no longer alone, but that there was a second presence beside me.
“Shall I keep you company?”
My face turned the instant I saw Jinyoung next to me, noticing how he was arranging his glasses on the bridge of his nose. A smile broke out on my face, nodding softly at his offer.
“Will you go with them again?”
I nodded once more, watching his face turn that relaxation into tension as he confirmed what it seemed he didn't want to hear.
“It's a nice gesture on them to approach me, plus I save some money that way.”
Jinyoung let out a small laugh, but it didn't sound genuine. Rather, it sounded like he was trying to downplay something he didn't particularly enjoy.
“Yeah, right... a nice gesture.”
He didn't say anything else, just looked down and gently kicked the ground with the toe of his shoe.
A small silence formed between us.
It wasn't awkward, but there was something about his posture, the way his jaw tensed and his hands remained inside his coat pockets, that made me think he was holding back from saying something else.
But before I could break the silence that had formed, the vibration of my phone interrupted us.
Bam: Noona, sorry but we're going to be a little late.
My brow furrowed, trying to figure out what was going on with the little context that message had delivered.
A second notification came through.
Bam: Mark is stuck in traffic and I'm having a tummy crisis.
Bam: I didn't have to eat that much kimchi for lunch.
Bam: Go ahead noona, don't wait for us.
I quickly answered that message to stop worrying them and put the cell phone back in its place, letting out a soft sigh.
“Looks like my attempt to save ends today.”
“And that?”
I turned and looked at the man, who was looking at me as he arranged his glasses on the bridge of his nose.
“Mark and Bam won't be able to take me today” I let out a small chuckle before noticing Jinyoung's face relax. “I'll start walking or I'll miss the bus.”
My feet stomped to the stop, but it seemed the echo of my footsteps weren't the only thing I heard.
“I can give you a ride if you like!”
My footsteps paused for a moment. I wasn't sure if I had heard correctly or if my mind was playing a joke on me. I turned to him with a slight nod.
“Huh?”
Jinyoung cleared his throat, as if he himself was surprised by his own offer. He settled his glasses on the bridge of his nose and repeated more firmly.
“That I can give you a ride if you like.”
“Since when do you have a car?” A smile tugged at my lips, noticing how the man moved closer.
“Since Jackson stopped borrowing mine and decided to buy one.”
“He finally has his own car, good for him” We both shared a laugh, feeling how we were back to feeling as comfortable as before. “I was already pretty sure he was going to end up buying your car from you.”
“Thank heavens no, so I can now offer you a ride.”
Again that look.
That look that wanted to say everything but at the same time his mouth said nothing, with that gleam that illuminated his pretty eyes, and how not to forget those pink lips-.
Stop it, stop thinking about it.
My head shook, pushing away those thoughts that, once again, invaded my head again. I relaminated my lips before regaining my composure, watching Jinyoung, who seemed quite interested in my sudden action.
“So, shall we go?”
I hesitated for a second.
Would this really do me any good?
There was no answer to that but if I wanted to get over it, this was the way to do it, putting myself to the test one last time.
“Yeah, come on.”
We both shared a smile before we could walk to the car.
The drive began with a quietness that didn't feel uncomfortable. Jinyoung drove with one hand on the steering wheel and the other resting on the window, while I absentmindedly looked out of mine, feeling the warmth of the sunset tint the city in orange hues.
“If you want, you can play music,” he said suddenly, without taking his eyes off the road.
“Are you sure you trust my playlist?” I joked, grabbing his phone that already had the music app open.
“If it's still this chaotic, probably not.”
I let out a laugh as I started to slide through his playlists.
“Do you actually still have this playlist?” I asked, surprised to see one in particular.
“Which one?”
“The one we made together when we first started working together, with the most ridiculous songs we could find.”
Jinyoung laughed low, shaking his head.
“I didn't have the heart to erase it.”
“Oh, come on, Jinyoung. Tell the truth,” I lightly nudged his arm ‘you love listening to ABBA when you're alone in the car.’
“If you keep that comment up, I'll drop you off at the next corner.”
We both broke into laughter, feeling that distance that had appeared between us over the past few days begin to fade.
It felt right.
It felt... natural.
As the music played softly in the background, we continued to chat, picking up old jokes and creating new ones in the process, almost feeling like the distance that had been generated had brought us closer, where we were once again the same people who would scold each other for not stopping talking after a meeting.
At some point in the conversation, our best memories began to surface, feeling my stomach ache with every laugh we let out.
“It wasn't my fault!” Jinyoung protested with laughter.
“What do you mean it wasn't your fault! You left me stuck in the meeting room because you 'thought I was already gone'!”
“I did it under pressure.”
“Pressure from what?” I raised an eyebrow.
“Pressure from wanting to leave quickly before I got caught in another meeting.”
I let out another laugh, gently punching his arm. I could see how the traffic light had changed to red, giving us a break from the laughter we had been sharing since we got in the car.
Jinyoung ran a hand through his hair, blurting out a sentence that chilled me to the bone.
“I missed this, I missed you.”
The sound of cars passing around us seemed to fade for a moment. My breath caught in my chest as my mind processed his words.
I missed this, I missed you.
It was not an elaborate confession, not a speech full of carefully chosen words. It was simple, sincere and, above all, unexpected.
I watched him out of the corner of my eye, watching his fingers drum softly on the steering wheel, a nervous gesture I rarely saw from him. His eyes were fixed on the red light of the traffic light, but the tension in his jaw gave away that he was waiting for an answer.
No, he was begging for an answer.
I couldn't lie to my own feelings, so I was honest with him.
“Me too” I whispered, almost without realizing it.
Jinyoung turned his face slowly toward me, as if he wasn't sure he had heard right. My gaze met his, and for the first time in a long time, I didn't feel the need to look away.
The traffic light changed to green, but neither of us reacted immediately. A car horn behind us broke the moment, bringing us back to reality.
Jinyoung cleared his throat slightly before tightening his grip on the steering wheel and continuing to drive.
The silence between us was no longer awkward, but charged with something else. Something that hovered in the air, making me feel more aware of his presence, of the accelerated heartbeat in my chest, of how my skin bristled every time our arms accidentally brushed.
The rest of the trip was calmer, sharing different opinions of events that had happened in the office, almost as if we were both trying to avoid the recent confession we had had.
Sooner or later we had arrived at the apartment complex. My eyes averted their gaze from the large buildings to Jinyoung, who was watching me uneasily.
“Thanks for the ride, Pepi.” A new smile broke out on my face, fixing me as he shared his with me as well.
“No problem, it's no trouble.”
“Be careful coming back, okay?”
Before I could leave, I felt my hands itch, almost needing to do something else. Hesitant to do so, I simply let my instinct decide for me.
I leaned in slightly and deposited a kiss on his cheek, barely a brush, but just enough to feel the warmth of his skin against my lips.
Jinyoung seemed to freeze, as if trying to process what had just happened. I didn't wait to see his reaction. I turned quickly and got out of the car, feeling my heart hammering in my chest.
As soon as the cool night air enveloped me, I realized something.
I wasn't going to move forward like this.
If I kept hiding behind small, contained displays of affection, half-hearted moments and unspoken words, I would never get out of this emotional tangle.
“Agh, what a fool.” I muttered to myself, keeping my pace steady down that path.
I took a breath of air, clenching my fists. I couldn't go on at this in-between point. I was determined.
As I was about to take the first step away from there, ready to stop fantasizing about something that was never going to happen, his voice reached me.
“Wait! Y/N!”
Jinyoung didn't shout often, and the fact that he did so now took me by surprise. I turned instinctively, and before I could react, he was already in front of me, breathing in agitation from catching up to me so quickly.
“Jinyoung... What are you doing, why are you here?”
“Are you still going with them?”
His question surprised me a little.
Had he run that far to ask me that?
“What? What do you mean?”
“If Mark and Bambam keep telling you to go with them, will you?”
I stared at him, sensing that his question had a second meaning. I didn't mean it because of the way he said it or the context, but because, for the first time, his eyes were watching me and telling me what they had hidden so much, what caused that special gleam in them.
“I-I, uhm, I don't know, I think-”
“You don't have to go with them. Let's go together.”
His voice sounded firm, but there was something else in his tone: a silent plea, a truth that had been holding back too long.
I stood still, feeling my chest shrink with unexpected warmth. My mouth felt dry and all the words I had thought of at that moment had vanished, feeling lost in the intense gaze Jinyoung held.
“I don't want to keep watching you walk away” He whispered, with the intensity of one who has held on to something too long. “I don't want to keep walking behind you, waiting for you to turn around. I want you to stay. With me.”
The world seemed to stop.
I don't know if it was the way he said it, with that perfect mix of sweetness and conviction, or the way his gaze held me so securely, but I felt my heart stop for a second only to then beat harder.
Jinyoung didn't speak without thinking. And if he said something like that... it was because he really meant it.
“What are you talking about, Jinyoung? W-what? What about Jia?”
As soon as I mentioned the girl's name, it seemed that suddenly his face turned into confusion.
“What does she have to do with it?”
“Please Pepi, it's obvious. She's...”
I struggled to keep my gaze on his, feeling I wasn't strong enough to tell him, to admit what was obvious.
“She's everything you want. From head to toe she's your ideal girl, Jinyoung.”
He took a step forward, eliminating any space between us. My breath hitched as he brought his hand to my face, with the softness of someone who feared he might vanish at any moment. Our gazes reconnected almost instantly, leaving my heart rate to rise again.
“It's not, of course not.”
“Please don't deny it to make me feel better, I heard you.”
My teeth caught my bottom lip, holding back the urge to cry that was starting to grow in my body as I remembered that instant.
“I heard you that time, when Jaebeom asked you what your ideal type of girl was. You described her perfectly, out of your whole list of things, Jia was the spitting image.”
A laugh escaped the boy's lips, feeling that what he had just heard was the funniest thing anyone could have said to him.
“No, it's not true.”
Before I could respond anything, feeling offended at the uncharacteristic way he had called me a liar, he continued speaking.
“She was never my type.”
Jinyoung brought one of his hands to the back of his neck, ruffling his hair a little, as if gathering all the courage he had to finally let out everything he was holding back.
“I made up that list” He finally admitted, his voice laden with a mixture of frustration and something deeper. “Not because Jia was my type... but because if I said what I really liked, Jaebeom and BamBam would have noticed instantly.”
My eyes widened even more, hearing the loud gallop of my heart in my ears. My lips parted in shock.
“Realized? Realized what?”
His eyes bore into mine, serious and vulnerable at the same time.
“That the only person who fit my true description perfectly...was you.”
The air seemed to rush out of my lungs all at once.
“Do you know how many times I was asked that? How many times I wanted to say it?” He moistened his lips and shook his head softly. “But I couldn't. I didn't want them to know before you did...before I had the courage to tell you myself.”
My heart was pounding so hard I was sure he could hear it.
“But when they asked me that time...I panicked. I wasn't ready to admit it out loud, not in front of them, not when I didn't even know what you felt. So I made up a list. One different enough that no one would suspect... but generic enough that no one would ask any more questions.”
The truth of his words fell on me like a sure blow. Everything I had taken for granted, everything I had interpreted as fact, crumbled in the face of the confession Jinyoung was regaling me with.
And worst of all... I believed it.
Because there he stood, with his heart fully exposed, with those eyes that had never been as honest as they were in that instant.
“You were never part of my list, because if I said it out loud...everyone would have known it was always you.”
After his confession, the loud sound of my heartbeat and his erratic breathing was all that could be heard at that moment.
“It was always you ever since I met you, ever since I saw you in the elevator. The one that made my heart beat so hard it made me dizzy, the one that made me want to get to work early because then I could start my day seeing you, that made me repeat lunch...” He paused a little before he could smile sincerely, looking at me once more. “The one that made me leave my car at home just so I could walk her to the stop and have a little more time to talk.”
Small tears slid down my cheeks, the way the sincerity of his words had managed to not only alter my heart, but had also broken down every barrier I had built around him.
Jinyoung raised his hand cautiously, watching my face with concern at the sudden tears that were beginning to well up.
“What, why are you crying, did I say something wrong?”
I shook my head softly, trying to hide my own sobs between giggles, feeling a weight lift off my back.
“No, Jinyoungie... It was perfect.”
There was no sign or anything specific, we just knew.
Jinyoung tilted his face slightly, and the instant our breaths intertwined, I knew there was no turning back.
Our lips met in a desired kiss that seemed like it would never happen, as if we were both tasting the sensation, making sure this wasn't a dream. But instantly, the need to be closer enveloped us like an unstoppable current.
The feel of his hands around my waist was firm, seeking not to separate me from him until he decided for himself. A shiver ran down my back as the sweet taste of his breath mingled with mine, and I found myself losing myself in the sensation, in the warmth, in the fact that after all, he had always been there.
Slowly we parted, letting our breaths mingle and our foreheads meet, resting after that whirlwind of feelings we had just unleashed.
Jinyoung smiled, that soft, shy smile that always managed to make me forget everything else.
“Ewww, get a room!”
BamBam's familiar voice made us all jump out of the way, as if we'd been caught doing something forbidden. I felt my cheeks burn as I turned my head and was met with the most embarrassing scene possible: BamBam laughing uproariously, Mark leaning against the car with a knowing half-smile, and Jaebeom with his arms crossed, nodding approvingly.
“How did they...?” I asked in the direction of Jinyoung, who looked even more embarrassed than they did as he cheered us on.
“It's about time, were they planning to keep up that tension until retirement?” Mark's striking voice was next to interrupt the silence, who was fist-bumping with Jaebeom. “You owe me 20,000, Bam.”
“God! Hyung, really, just now? You ruin the moment.”
Instinctively, we both burst into laughter, feeling the tension and embarrassment completely melt away after that moment. Our gazes met once more, and as if the whole world came down to this instant, we kissed again and again under the cover of night.
I always thought I would never be the kind of girl that men liked.
Maybe it was because of my indelicate way of saying things or my innate ability to blurt out the worst comments at the wrong time. Maybe it was also due to my height, which used to surprise many, or the bland color of my hair, which didn't stand out at all.
But that night, as I felt Jinyoung's arms around me gently, his warm breath brushing against my skin and his gaze fixed on me as if I was the only thing that existed, I understood that everything I once thought about myself was meaningless.
Because for him, I was enough.
To him, my outrageous laugh, my sharp sarcasm, and my total inability to keep quiet when something bothered me were not flaws, but part of what he loved about me.
And as his lips met mine again, I knew I didn't need to be anyone else's ideal guy.
Because I was already his.
And that was more than enough.

“Go to hell!”
The shouting had been nothing but background noise until that was uttered. There was so much malice in it and it was very out of character.
YN’s head snapped up, eyes leaving the book she was reading to look across the room at her boyfriend. Anger was strong in his eyes and he was staring her down. Unconsciously she shrunk back and she could feel her heart rate pick up.
“Me?” she whispered, her finger pointed at her chest.
That rage on his face dissipated and he quickly made his way across the room to her. He squatted down to her seated height and smiled at her. Or at least tried to. YN noted it was more like a grimace, which made sense seeing as he was pissed only seconds before.
His hand moved to caress the side of her face and she leaned into the warmth of it.
“No, not you, baby. Never you.”
Such soft words helped calm her down, despite the fact that she’d known that she wasn’t the intended target of the words. He’d been on the phone for almost an hour trying to work out some deal with a producer and things were at a stalemate. They both seemed to want the same things, but the other guy was being very anal about how to proceed and taking the ‘my way or the highway’ approach to things. Which was something Jaebeom was used to, but in this case he was putting his foot down so that no time was wasted doing things in such a convoluted fashion. Though with all the back and forth it was clear that time and energy would be wasted either way.
“I’m guessing this won’t be resolved before we leave?” she asked.
A loud sigh pushed past his lips and the anger filtered back in. Along with what appeared to be exhaustion. He shook his head.
YN set her book onto the end table and scooted over a little, patting the space beside her on the love seat. Like the million other times she’s done it, Jaebeom got onto the couch and placed his head on her lap. Her fingers slid into his hair with that same kind of ease, softly massaging his scalp.
“Do you want to cancel it?”
A response of no came in the form of a head shake.
“Push it back?”
Head shake.
“Shorten it?”
And another head shake.
None of those were the answers that she wanted to go with, but first and foremost she knew how much work meant to Jaebeom and wanted to be accommodating of that, especially when things were picking up in his solo career. Plus, despite all the work and fight he’d used to ensure that his group was able to keep their music and name, he wasn’t really that person in general. It was hard on him to always have to stand his ground and more so with him entering spaces where being an idol meant people thought they could take advantage of him in little ways or that he would just be agreeable.
Which is why YN was often one of the people in his corner who had to remind him his voice mattered and that if he saw something worth pushing for then he should do it without worry of the blowback.
“Ok, I have another idea. One I’m not sure you’ll like.”
He hums.
“You send him an email with all your points and what you don’t agree with about his. Then end it by telling him you’re going to be out of reach for a week. Then you can leave that phone here and come back to d
”
“Yes.”
She raised a brow, surprised he didn’t even let her finish and that he agreed without any questions. Which further proved how out of sorts the whole thing had him.
“That easy?”
“Mhm.”
Laughter escaped her and she leaned down, pressing a kiss to his head.
###
Calls, texts, and emails were almost in the hundreds when they got back home from their trip. Despite how clear Jaebeom was about he was going on his vacation and would be unreachable, it was enough to get the producer to pull his head out of his ass and be much more willing to come to a compromise. Which was the outcome that Jaebeom wanted the entire time. He wasn’t looking to be the sole decision maker, just to have his thoughts heard, understood and to find common ground to make things easier on both sides.

I kinda got obsessed with this cutie for awhile
masterlist
an evening with Jaebum is an equality to comfort. it's a freeing moment, when he takes off his idol mask and becomes himself - a cute, smiling, and slightly tired of everyone's attention boy.
evenings together are always spent under the dim light of string lights and some stupid movie murmuring in the background.
while you are choosing a movie, Jaebum makes two cups of cocoa with marshmallows, softly giggling while he's looking how you suffer which movie is IT for today.
you're sitting comfortably under the blanket when he brings you your cup, slides his arm over your shoulders and brings you closer to his side. his fingers always trace some unknown pattern, skimming over your soft ticklish places. Jaebum always pretends that nothing is happening, as if both yours and his hearts don't skip a beat from the slightest touch.
he's whispering about his day in a hushed voice, making you actually listen to the story while he holds your hand tenderly and brushes his lips over your knuckles.
Jaebum muses a smile when you look up at him from under your brows, light scowl on your face because you can’t decide whether to look at him or at the screen.
overall, to him, all these evenings together are a small rehearsal for a big future life together đŸ„°

It's the (Right) Time
Tumblr media
Pairing: Jaebeom x Reader Genre: fluff, humor Rating: G Summary: Doing the White Elephant gift exchange with Jay B and the boys. Word Count: 0.6k Warnings: None, just meme7 doing their thing.
A/N: Can you guess which song the title came from?
Tumblr media
"Play White Elephant with us," they said. "It'll be fun," they said. Honestly, you should've known better considering who was involved. Since when has GOT7 done anything with an ounce of control? The second the last person invited to BamBam's place walked through the door, drinks were passed out and chaos ensued. You ended up sitting cross-legged in a circle with the boys, clutching your carefully wrapped package—a vintage record player you found at a flea market—hoping it wouldn't be the most memorable gift for all the wrong reasons. It wasn't impossible to find vinyl records
right? You added it to the pile while the guys fought over snacks and refills.
"Number seven!" BamBam called out with way too much enthusiasm, waving the little paper slip. You took it with trembling hands. Seven, last pick. That could ever be really good or really bad. You crossed your fingers.
Jackson was practically vibrating with excitement then drew number one. "First pick! The universe loves me!" He kissed the slip of paper then crawled forwards on his knees to survey the pile of presents in the middle of the circle. Each one was wrapped in different patterns of holiday paper, but the designs chosen hinted at who wrapped what. After much deliberation and dramatic pointing, Jackson went for a small box wrapped in silver.
The game moved quickly after that. Youngjae picked a tall gift back and found a mini karaoke machine inside, which Mark immediately stole. Jinyoung carefully selected a medium-sized box that turned out to be a rare book collection, which made his eyes light up. BamBam ended up with a designer scarf after three different steals, and Yugyeom somehow landed a set of limited edition Deadpool plushies.
Then it was Jay's turn, right before yours. He studied the remaining two gifts with that intense focus he usually reserves for reviewing song lyrics. His gaze landed on your package and you held your breath. The record player would be a perfect fit for him--you lowkey picked it with him in mind, knowing he already had a collection.
"This one," he muttered as he reached for your gift. Of course.
You watched as he carefully peeled back the paper, his eyes widening when he realized what it was. "No way," he breathed, running his fingers over the vintage wood. "This is
this is incredible." It's the look in his eyes that does it, a tender joy that leaves him with a barely there smirk.
You're last and there's only one gift left—a squishy package wrapped in red and gold. For a minute you panic. Soft gifts in a game of White Elephant can mean trouble. Inside, you find the softest fleece hoodie you've ever touched, clearly oversized and perfect for winter.
"That was mine," Jay scoots closer to you. When you look up, he's smiling gently in a way that makes his eyes crinkle. "Seems fair, doesn't it? You got my gift, I got yours."
"Did you know?" you ask, wondering if somehow he'd guessed which present you bought.
He nods, still smiling. "As their leader, it's my job to keep an eye on everything going on." He glances at the record player then back at you. "How did you know I've been looking for one exactly like this?"
"I didn't! I saw it—"
"Okay, but can we talk about how I ended up with socks? Socks?!" Jackson launched himself across the circle at Mark. "I trusted you!"
The room erupted with laughter. Jay caught your eye again, mouthing a silent "thank you" before getting to his feet to wrangle Jackson back to the couch. You pulled on the new hoodie. It smelled faintly of vanilla and coffee, just like him. Sometimes the best gifts are the ones you don't plan for.

Hairstyle
Got7 x reader A/N: I am so obsessed with Yugyeom's AOMG era. He burned those damn skinny jeans the moment he left JYP. If there's a song for this fanfiction- it would be Hey daddy (Daddy's Home) by Usher. (Someone please get Yugyeom a girlfriend đŸ˜«) Word count: 2485 Warnings: None just some fluff ______ You turned off your phone with a pout, still frustrated that Yugyeom hadn’t responded to your texts. You checked the time zone—2 AM in Germany, and here you were in Japan, wide awake. Your family had decided to spend the holidays here with Jackson’s family, while the brothers, Mark and Yugyeom, were off vacationing in Germany.
"Stop checking your phone," Jackson teased, sneaking up behind you. "You two were just FaceTiming earlier."
"I can’t help it!" you huffed, crossing your arms. "I miss him already."
Jackson chuckled, draping an arm over your shoulders and shaking his head. "Why don’t we go shopping? We can pick up something for them. It’ll take your mind off him until he wakes up, wherever he is."
It actually sounded like a good idea. Plus, you still hadn’t figured out what to get Yugyeom for the holidays. With a nod, you followed Jackson out for a shopping spree.
The streets of Tokyo were alive with dazzling lights and festive decorations. Christmas in Japan had a different kind of magic—bright illuminations, couples walking hand in hand, and stores filled with limited-edition holiday merchandise. You tugged your coat tighter around you, still feeling the winter chill despite the warmth of the city.
Jackson dragged you into a luxury store first, insisting that Yugyeom needed something stylish.
"Look at this," he said, holding up a designer jacket. "This would look amazing on him."
You tilted your head, picturing Yugyeom in it. "Hmm
 it does suit him."
"Of course, I have taste," Jackson grinned. "Unlike you, who was about to buy him—what? A stuffed animal?"
You swatted his arm. "He likes cute things! And he would actually keep it."
Jackson rolled his eyes. "You are so whipped."
"Whatever," you muttered, moving to another section of the store.
Eventually, you settled on a sleek silver ring that you knew would look good on his fingers. Simple but meaningful. It felt like the perfect gift.
Just as you were about to pay, your phone buzzed.
Kyum 💙: You awake? Kyum 💙: I miss you.
You couldn’t stop the huge grin that spread across your face.
Jackson groaned. "Oh my god, you’re smiling like an idiot. You’re literally hopeless."
"Shut up," you said, quickly typing back.
You: Go back to sleep, it's 3 AM there! Kyum 💙: Not until you tell me you love me.
Your heart skipped a beat. Damn him.
Jackson peeked over your shoulder. "Oh my god, are you guys that cheesy? Get a room—wait, no, get another country."
You ignored him, chuckling as you typed back.
You: Fine, I love you. Now sleep.
A reply came almost instantly.
Kyum 💙: I love you more. Also, buy me something cute.
You giggled. Jackson groaned dramatically. "I swear, this is worse than a K-drama."
But you didn’t care. Because no matter how far apart you were, Yugyeom always had a way of making you feel like he was right there with you.
"Seriously, what the heck? It looks like we bought out an entire store!" Jackson groaned, struggling to carry all the bags filled with the items you’d picked out. You hadn’t even really thought about it, you just grabbed anything that reminded you of your boyfriend. Damn, you missed him so much. ------------------- Thanksgiving had come and gone, and you were already back home, but Yugyeom was still in Germany. He’d be there for another two days, and the separation anxiety was killing you. FaceTiming wasn’t enough, either you’d fall asleep first, or he would. It was so frustrating. All you wanted was to cuddle him.
Your phone buzzed, nearly slipping from your hand as you eagerly checked, hoping it was Yugyeom. To your disappointment, it was Bambam. You weren’t even back at your dorm yet, and he was already asking to meet up.
Bam: Where are you? You: At home. Why? Bam: Too bad! Can we meet up around the area? The YSL bag I’m about to give you can’t wait.
Your eyes widened at the mention of a YSL bag.
You: You're lying. Prove it.
Bambam sent a photo almost immediately—a sleek black Saint Laurent bag sitting pretty in its box.
Bam: Doubt me again and I’ll give it to Lisa instead.
You rolled your eyes, but you were already reaching for your coat.
You: Fine. Where are you?
Bam: The café near your place. Hurry up, before I change my mind.
You huffed, grabbing your things and slipping on your shoes. The thought of seeing Bambam and securing a brand-new designer bag was enough to make you move fast.
As you made your way to the café, your phone buzzed again. This time, your heart skipped a beat.
Kyum 💙: Where are you going this late?
Damn. Did he have a sixth sense or something? You hadn’t even texted him yet.
You: Bam wants to meet up. He said he has something for me.
Kyum 💙: At this hour?
You bit your lip. Uh-oh. Someone was grumpy.
You: It’s fine! I’ll be quick.
No reply.
You sighed, pushing the door open to the cafĂ©, only to be greeted by Bambam’s signature smirk.
"You look nervous," he teased.
You plopped down across from him. "Yugyeom is being weird."
Bambam laughed. "Ah, he’s jealous."
You frowned. "Of what?"
Bambam wiggled his eyebrows, pushing the bag toward you. "Of me, obviously."
You rolled your eyes, but a small smile played on your lips. If Yugyeom was jealous, then maybe
 just maybe
he was missing you a little extra tonight.
He handed you the YSL box containing the bag.
"Thanks, Bam!" you beamed.
Trust Bambam to be stylish—he could easily pass as a stylist someday.
Your eyes lit up as you began unboxing it. What the heck? This was absolutely gorgeous.
"Glad you like it! It took Yugye—" Huh?
You paused mid-unboxing and looked up at Bambam suspiciously.
"It took who?" You pressed.
Bambam’s eyes darted to the side, and he coughed into his fist. "Uh—what? No one. I mean, I just—um—found it and thought of you."
Your jaw dropped. "Bambam."
He sighed, slumping in his chair. "Okay, okay! It took Yugyeom forever to pick that bag for you, alright? He called me six times asking if you’d like black or beige, if the gold chain was too much, if the size was right—"
Your heart skipped a beat. "Wait
 he picked this?"
"Yeah, duh." Bambam rolled his eyes. "Why do you think he was acting weird earlier? He probably wanted to give it to you himself."
You stared at the bag in your hands, warmth spreading through your chest. Yugyeom picked this. He was the one worrying over every little detail, making sure it was perfect for you.
Your phone buzzed again.
Kyum 💙: Are you home yet?
You bit your lip, trying to fight the stupid grin forming on your face.
Bambam groaned. "Ugh, you have that lovesick look. Just call him already!"
You laughed, clutching the bag closer. Maybe you would.
You still hadn’t replied to Yugyeom, too caught up in admiring the bag he’d picked for you. You couldn’t help the fluttering in your stomach, it was so thoughtful of him. Even as you got home, you couldn't stop smiling like an idiot.
Your jaw dropped, even the bag you are holding, when you entered your house.
Yugyeom was sitting on your couch. You almost did not recognize him because...... what the hell did he do to his hair?
Yugyeom was sitting on your couch.
Your heart stopped. "W-What the hell?! What are you doing here?!"
He grinned lazily, stretching his long legs out. "Surprise."
You blinked rapidly, trying to process his presence. "You're supposed to be in Germany!"
"Yeah, well..." He rubbed the back of his neck, looking slightly guilty. "I, uh, cut the trip short."
Your eyes widened. "Why?"
Yugyeom smirked, leaning forward. "Because someone was too busy staring at a bag to text me back."
Your mouth opened and closed, heat rushing to your cheeks. "I—I was just—"
"Just what?" He stood up, stepping closer. "Too distracted by the gift I picked for you?"
You swallowed hard, your pulse racing as he invaded your space. "Maybe."
His smirk softened, and he reached out, brushing his knuckles against your cheek. "Did you like it?"
You looked down at the bag, still stunned. "I love it."
Yugyeom hummed in satisfaction. "Good. Then I don't regret flying all the way here just to see you hold it."
Your breath hitched. "You flew back for me?"
He grinned, tilting his head. "Well
yeah. And maybe because I missed you like crazy."
Your heart was doing backflips at this point. "Idiot." You whispered, but you were already reaching up to pull him into a hug.
He chuckled, wrapping his arms around you. "Yeah, yeah. But I'm your idiot." “And what the hell did you do to your hair?!” you blurted out, slightly pushing him to take in his whole new appearance. His once dark locks were now light brown, tousled messily as if he had just rolled out of bed. Yugyeom smirked, running a hand through his newly dyed hair. “You don’t like it?” “I—That’s not the point!” You threw your hands in the air. . “You’re supposed to be in Germany! And now you're here, looking like some K-drama second male lead who's about to break my heart.”
He let out a low chuckle. “Damn, is that what I look like? Should I go back to black?” You shook your head in disbelief, stepping closer. “No, it’s just
Why? And why do you look like this?”
You had to admit, his new look did something to you that you couldn’t quite explain. He looked... magical.
“Wanted a change. And
 I missed you.”
Your breath hitched. “So you impulsively dyed your hair and hopped on a flight back?”
He shrugged. “Pretty much.”
You stared at him, your emotions a chaotic mix of disbelief, fondness, and something dangerously close to love. “You’re insane.”
He smirked, tugging at your wrist, making you stumble forward slightly. “Maybe. But you love me anyway, don’t you?”
You rolled your eyes, trying to ignore the way your heart was hammering in your chest. “Debatable.”
He laughed, pulling you close to him once again “Then I guess I’ll just have to make you admit it.”
You remember you have to give him what you bought from Japan also.
Your eyes widened as you suddenly remembered the shopping bags in your room. You quickly turn around making Yugyeom raise an eyebrow at your sudden movement.
"Wait, I got you something," you said, rushing over to grab them in your room, neatly wrapped package from your shopping spree in Japan.
Yugyeom smirked, watching you with amusement when you returned. "Oh? My girlfriend spoiling me now?"
"Shut up," you muttered, shoving the bag into his hands. "Just open it."
He chuckled but did as you said, tearing into the wrapping like an eager kid on Christmas morning. His eyes lit up when he pulled out the limited edition designer hoodie you had painstakingly picked for him.
"Shit," he muttered, running his fingers over the fabric. "This is sick. You really know my taste, huh?"
You shrugged, pretending to be nonchalant even though his reaction made your heart swell. "Well, you should look good if you're gonna keep making impulsive decisions like dyeing your hair brown."
He snorted. "You love it. Admit it."
You rolled your eyes, crossing your arms. "Are you gonna try it on or not?"
Yugyeom smirked, standing up and pulling the hoodie over his head in one swift motion. It fit him perfectly, and damn, you had to admit he looked really good.
"So?" he asked, striking a playful pose.
You bit your lip, refusing to give him the satisfaction. "Yeah, yeah. It suits you."
He stepped closer, leaning down slightly. "That all?"
You huffed, looking away. "Fine. You look hot, okay?"
He grinned, his hands sliding around your waist. "Knew it."
You groaned. "I hate you."
"Liar," he whispered before pressing a soft kiss to your forehead.
You hesitated for a moment before reaching into the shopping bag again. Your fingers brushed against the small velvet box, and suddenly, you felt nervous. It wasn’t that serious, but still
buying a ring for someone felt kind of intimate.
Clearing your throat, you pulled out the box and handed it to Yugyeom. "I, uh
 I also got you this."
He looked at the box, then back at you, curiosity flickering in his eyes. "A ring?"
You nodded. "You always wear them, and I saw this one and thought it’d look good on you."
Yugyeom opened the box, and for a moment, he just stared. Inside was a sleek silver band, simple yet elegant, something that screamed him. His long fingers traced over the metal before he slipped it onto his ring finger, testing the fit.
"Damn," he muttered, holding up his hand to admire it. "You really know me too well."
You shrugged, trying to act casual. "If you don’t like it, you don’t have to—"
"Shut up," he interrupted, stepping closer. His fingers curled around your wrist, tugging you toward him. "I love it."
Your breath hitched when he lifted your hand, pressing a kiss against your knuckles. His lips brushed your skin so softly that it sent a shiver down your spine.
"Does this mean I gotta get you one too?" he teased, his voice low and playful.
You rolled your eyes, ignoring the heat creeping up your cheeks. "Just say thank you, idiot."
He grinned, his fingers lacing with yours—the ring on his hand shining under the dim light.
"Thank you, my idiot," he murmured, pressing a quick kiss to your lips this time.

"And l'll be on the way in the middle of the night. There's something in the way you be running my mind. If you want me to stay for the rest of my life. You got me, you got me."
Just a little Jayb drabble inspired by middle of the night by Monsta X bc these lyrics won't get out of my brain today.
You blink and take a minute to open your eyes, the sunlight is faint this morning through the curtains of your bedroom window and you smile as the arm draped around your waist tightens a little at your slight movement. The breath on the back of your neck is still steady and you know he’s still asleep as you roll over to face your husband, pausing for a moment just to study his sleeping face. You barely get to see it so peaceful these days. He's been working so hard lately and all his important deadlines have been rushing up to meet you both. You reach up to smooth your thumb over his cheek, smiling to yourself as you press a kiss to the tip of his nose and finally drag yourself out of bed.
It's hard. He's warm and the weight of his arm around you feels right. You'd love nothing more than to stay, let yourself indulge a little, and go back to sleep cuddled up against his chest but you know if you linger you'll never leave. He slid into bed late last night so instead of waking him to shower together you let him sleep. He could use the extra thirty minutes. He's stirring when you step back out of your shared ensuite, and you stop for a minute to watch. It’s cute the way he tugs the blanket closer and nuzzles into your pillow, already more on your side of the bed than his own. You smile to yourself as you dress and silently slip out to the kitchen.
It's harder to be quiet here. The coffee machine makes more noise than you'd like but there's nothing you can do about that so you just hope he'll sleep through it a little longer. You’re humming to yourself as you make breakfast for two, checking your watch to make sure you're not losing track of time as you cook. You hear hum shuffling around as the omelettes start to sizzle in the pan and shake your head. He always knows when you've gotten up first and you never manage to actually finish your plans. That's okay, you think, sipping at your first cup of coffee as the shower turns on. You’re not in a rush.
Your phone sits docked at the small portable speaker, his playlist going as you cook. It was his idea, something about how you're alwaya dancing around the kitchen singing to yourself anyway and he wanted to keep seeing it. You shake your head at the thought and it’s just as you're plating everything up that you feel his hands on your hips.
You don’t even try to hold back your smile as warm lips press softly against your neck, just once, and gentle hands fix the hem of your blouse. You lean into his solid chest as his hands smooth down your sides and come to rest around your waist, his cheek finding a home against your temple. He presses a kiss there too and you turn off the stove, one hand coming to rest over his forearm.
You stroke your thumb over his skin, squeezing once at the tanned expanse of arm revealed by the rolled up sleeves of his button down and tilt your head back to meet his brown eyes.
They soften as his expression melts into a small smile and you can’t help leaning up to kiss him, turning in his arms and grabbing his mug off the counter as you step back a bit.
"Good morning."
You can already see the amusement glinting in his eyes. "Good morning handsome."
He smiles as he takes the cup from you, one hand resting on your hip as he leans back against the counter and takes a sip. "What's all this?"
"Well, I was going to make my lovely husband breakfast in bed this morning since he's been so run off his feet lately but someone had other ideas."
He's grinning at you over the brim of his mug, hand squeezing your waist and sliding up to rest against your lower back instead. "Sorry honey."
He's not. You both know he isn’t. You shake your head and his hand presses against your back, inching you closer. "You have absolutely no regrets about ruining my plans this morning."
He sets the coffee on the counter, other hand coming up to brush your hair back out of your face. His eyes don't leave your lips as he tucks the hair behind your ear and smooths his thumb over your jaw. "Nope."
You bite back your smile but he catches it anyway. He always does.
"Lim Jaebeom."
You don’t get a chance to scold him further because he leans in and steals your breath with a kiss then. You know he’s distracting you but it’s working, so you let him. When he finally pulls back, one hand cupping your cheek, you sigh softly but the smile on his face is radiant.
"You're so lucky I love you Jae."
"I'll fix your makeup."
"I don't care about my makeup."
You tug him the slightest bit closer by the belt looped through his black slacks and he chuckles, breath ghosting over your lips. "Breakfast is going to get cold."
"We'll live."
You let him kiss you again, this time forgetting why you were annoyed to begin with, and when he pulls back to look at you the love in his expression melts away any anger. You mirror him this time, hand coming up to cup his face. He leans into your touch and lets his hands fall away as you take a step back.
"Breakfast first. If you're late today Jinyoung is never letting me hear the end of it and I promised your brothers I wouldn't kill him."
Jaebeom's laughter echoes, warmth spilling through your chest with the sound, as he pecks your forehead softly and moves to take the plates to your small kitchen table. "Well, we can’t have you breaking your promises honey."
"We could. I would just like to go at least one week this time. Please."
He's still smiling as you take your seats and start to eat. "So, what project are you working on today my love?"

Solo Mode [1] jackson wang x fem!oc
Tumblr media
Masterlist
A/N: I've had this idea knocking around in my brain for a while, never had the push to write it until Jackson started releasing music again. It's my little birthday gift for myself â˜ș Lemme know what you think!
Pairing: jackson wang/fem!oc
Summary: He's an international pop star trying to outrun burnout. She's a sharp-tongued software engineer who doesn't do feelings. What starts as a no-strings arrangement quickly unravels into something messier, softer, and realer than either of them planned. Between chaotic breakfasts, late-night confessions, and breaking every rule they set, Jackson and Heather find themselves in deep — and neither of them knows how to stop it.
Warnings: strong language, alcohol consumption
Word Count: 1.7k
Tumblr media
Heather had been staring at her screen so long her eyes felt like they’d been rubbed raw with sandpaper.
A single red error message blinked in the corner of her code editor like a middle finger. She typed something, rewrote it, deleted it, then typed it again with more force—like that would make the compiler less of a bitch.
The fix was so close. She could feel it.
This patent meant everything. Years of development. Her own codebase. Her design. Her algorithm. Her name. She was going to stamp that shit into tech history if it killed her—and given the four hours of sleep she was running on, it might.
Her tea was cold. Again.
She shoved the cup aside and reached for her headphones, already resigned to another night of silence and circuits.
Then came the bass.
A low, rhythmic thump, like a heartbeat made of bad decisions, started pulsing through her wall.
Heather paused, jaw tightening.
She waited. Sometimes it was just a one-song thing—someone testing a speaker. A music cue for a home workout. A tragic attempt at a sex playlist. She could forgive that.
The song ended.
Another one started.
Louder.
This one had more bass. Thicker vocals. A synth loop that could drill straight into her skull.
Heather yanked off her headphones. Waited.
Male voices joined the music—shouting, laughing. Someone belted a high note and knocked straight into a wall. She heard the distinct clatter of something heavy hitting the floor.
Her eye twitched.
She stared at her code like she could will the function to solve itself. She counted to ten. Counted again. Then shoved her headphones back on and turned up her white noise generator until it hissed like static in her skull.
Ten minutes.
Fifteen.
The wall thumped again.
“Fuck me,” she muttered, slamming her laptop shut.
She marched to the wall and slapped it with her palm. “Shut the fuck up!”
A chorus of mocking laughter greeted her back. The music didn’t stop.
Heather turned in a slow, surgical circle, walked to her front door, yanked it open, and stalked barefoot into the hallway like a vengeance demon in a hoodie. The hallway bulb flickered overhead, as always, and the noise spilled clearer from the apartment next to hers.
5D.
Of course it was 5D. The asshole with the luxury vinyl door mat and people shuffling in and out at all hours of the morning. She’d hardly seen his face. She didn’t care to. Whoever he was, he partied too much, wore too much cologne, and had the kind of deep-pocket PR budget that covered noise complaints like napkins on spilled liquor.
She knocked once.
Nothing.
She banged again. Harder.
The music cut mid-drop.
Muffled voices argued. Something about “just open the fucking door, bro, she’s gonna call the super.”
It swung open.
And standing there—shirt undone, chain glinting, black silk clinging to smooth, a jaw line sharp enough to cut glass, inked skin and an expression too drunk to care—was him.
Heather froze. He smiled, lazy and stupid and pretty. One brow quirked like she’d shown up to amuse him.
“Hey,” he said, drawl thick with booze. “You lost?”
“No,” she snapped, arms crossing. “I’m working. Or I was. Until you and your frat house remix session decided 3 a.m. was prime time for a rave.”
He blinked. Then laughed, low and hoarse and a little off-balance.
“You’re the girl next door.”
“And you're my drunken idiot neighbour.”
He leaned against the doorframe like it might start spinning.
“You always this mean?”
“You always this fucking loud?”
“Only when I have a good time.” he shot back. “You should try working during the day like a normal person.”
Heather’s smile went razor-sharp.
“You should try choking on glass.”
He laughed again, like she was a feature not a bug. “You’ve got a mouth on you.”
“You’ve got ten seconds to shut the music off or I make this an HOA issue.”
“Ooh,” he teased, dragging the word. “Miss Murder Eyes wants to file a complaint.”
“Miss Murder Eyes wants to burn your speaker system to ash.”
He looked like he was about to say something else—something smug—but someone inside the apartment yelled his name and he turned halfway, distracted.
Heather didn’t wait.
She turned on her heel and walked back to her apartment, slamming her door so hard the frame shook.
The music didn’t come back on.
But she knew—knew—this wasn’t the last time she’d have to deal with that walking, talking, open-shirted migraine.
Tumblr media
The elevator doors creaked open with all the enthusiasm of a Monday hangover. Heather stepped in, hoodie swallowed around her like a fabric shield, socked feet tucked into Adidas slides, legs bare and chilled under the fabric of worn athletic shorts. She looked like what she was: an exhausted, overcaffeinated, over-it woman one microsecond away from flaying the next person who so much as breathed too loudly.
Unfortunately, the next person was already inside the elevator.
Her fucking neighbour.
Slouched in one corner like a cover model for "Too Cool to Care," he wore a zip hoodie hanging open over a rumpled black tank, grey sweats slung too low on hips that had no business being that sculpted, and—of course—sunglasses. Indoors. At 8:07 a.m.
Her eye twitched. “Are you seriously wearing sunglasses inside?”
He tilted his head lazily toward her. “Heather, right? Good morning to you, too.”
“That wasn’t an answer.”
He yawned. Loudly. “I’m hungover. Lights are loud. Your voice is louder.”
Heather jabbed the lobby button harder than necessary. “You're giving 'douchebag' all too well.”
He didn’t blink. Might’ve been the glasses. “That’s funny. Coming from the woman who looks like she woke up after an adderall bender.”
“Fuck you.”
"Not with that attitude."
"Then choke on glass."
He grinned, teeth too white for someone claiming to be that hungover. “Nice go-to. You serving it plain, or should I expect a cube or two for garnish?”
She side-eyed him, deadpan. “I’ll chill the whole damn shard for you.”
He chuckled, low and smug. “Spicy this early in the morning. Adorable.”
She didn’t answer, just crossed her arms tighter across her chest and stared at the floor numbers ticking down too slowly for her liking. The silence stretched thick with mutual annoyance.
“I gotta say though,” Jackson said, breaking it anyway, “you do grumpy better than anyone I’ve met.”
Heather’s jaw tensed. “You’re lucky I don’t code viruses for sport.”
He made a dramatic show of clutching his chest. “Be still, my tragic heart.”
The elevator dinged. Doors opened.
She stepped out first, refusing to look at him.
Behind her, he called out, “Hey, if you want to carve my death sentence into my door, just ask for my full name.”
Heather flipped him off without turning around.
The building lobby was quiet—thankfully. Heather stepped through the glass doors and into the biting morning air, tugging her oversized red hoodie tighter around her. She was barely awake, hair in a high, messy knot, hoodie half zipped over a sports bra, Adidas shorts just peeking beneath the hem, and black crew socks shoved into plastic slides. Not a look she’d ever choose to be perceived in. But caffeine was life or death.
Her phone buzzed. Order dropped off.
She spotted the delivery guy by the curb with a paper bag in one hand and a cardboard drink tray in the other. She moved to intercept, pulling her hoodie hood further over her head like she could disappear into it.
“Hey—Heather?” the delivery guy asked, glancing between the names on the receipt. “And
 Jackson?”
Before she could respond, the door behind her swung open with a gust of warm air and the smell of cologne and regret.
“Yo, that’s me,” came the voice she’d already spent too much of her brainpower hating this week.
She didn’t need to look to know.
Then his eyes—well, probably his eyes—shifted toward Heather. “We really gotta stop meeting like this.”
Heather gawked at him. “You order from Mildew?”
Jackson shrugged, plucking his own iced coffee. “Their cold brew's the only thing stronger than my regrets.”
"-- And a protein wrap." the delivery guy read his order receipt.
"Thank you."
Heather grimaced, “God, even your breakfast order is pretentious.”
The delivery guy awkwardly extended both drink trays. “Uh
you guys want to split this up?”
Heather grabbed hers, iced americano with two caramel shots and a tiny pastry bag. Jackson took his with one hand and tore open the bag like it owed him rent.
“You know,” he said, tearing a bite of rap, “you could’ve just told me you wanted to grab coffee together.”
She scoffed. “I’d rather snort sawdust.”
“Hmm.” He chewed slowly, sunglasses tilted as he clearly scanned her from hoodie to socks. “Is that your way of saying this is your morning look? ‘Unapproachable with a hint of homicide’?”
She took a sip of her drink and stared him down over the lid. “This is the look of someone who works. Unlike you, I’m guessing.”
He grinned. “Sweetheart, I work hard enough to afford the noise complaints.”
She turned on her heel. “Try that line again when you’re not dressed like a hungover gym rat.”
Jackson called after her, amused and unapologetic: “Hey! Want me to order you glass with extra ice next time?”
She didn’t bother flipping him off this time. She just hoped the coffee kicked in before she accidentally committed a felony.
Heather cut through the lobby, legs moving with purpose, sipping her coffee like it could save her soul. Her slides slapped the tile with quiet urgency as she beelined toward the elevator. Behind her, she heard Jackson exchange a few pleasantries with the delivery guy—of course he was charming when he wasn’t being a complete walking migraine.
She reached the elevator, thumb jamming the ‘up’ button with a vengeance. A second later, the doors slid open with a slow mechanical sigh.
She stepped inside.
From across the lobby, she heard, “Hold up!”
Nope.
She hit the ‘close door’ button with the kind of speed that could win arcade games. The doors began their slow, deliberate slide inward.
Jackson jogged up, protein wrap still half in his mouth, coffee in hand, sweats slung low on his hips like they were allergic to tension.
“Hey! Heather!” he said around the bite.
She didn’t even look up. Just muttered, “Work hours only, gym rat.”
The doors closed on his groan of disbelief—and, she hoped, his dumb, smug grin.
For the first time that morning, she smiled.
Just a little.
