Flame

Flame is a pretty large hibachi joint on the upper west side. I was recently invited in for a hibachi meal with a bunch of lunatic foodies. They put on a great show here, I must say. We started off with a pair of shrimp. Then some fried rice and veggies. And then the steaks came out! Very simply prepared, and nicely cooked.
