Sam Thomas moved to 69 First Avenue in Old Town. The house Claire Charming used to lived in.

Sam threw a housewarming party and invited her friends from college. Erik Swain had a bit too much fun and randomly decided to kiss Sam on the mouth. 😳 He had a crush on her for a while now, yet she never requited his feelings. Now she does. Sims logic. 😂

Girlboss Jennifer Burb enjoyed her day off playing golf. ⛳

John Burb & Nathan Gavigan chose to sing a rowdy folk song in broad daylight and right in the middle of the sidewalk. 😂

Over at the Broke's: Paola Picaso and Beau Broke got close. 😊✨

Alexander Goth adopted a dog. He named him Pappos.

Casual outfit to meet vkeiprincesse and @fannyrosie for tea.

I'm a real sucker for green tartans and have a number of pieces with this kind of green/navy, but haven't posted many photos of me wearing them for whatever reason.

I'm also a big fan of the colour and unique cut of this Mary Magdalene JSK which was a former wishlist item of mine - and I am very glad to have been able to obtain it!

(Side note - does anyone else who owns this piece know what the snaps on the inside of the hem are for? I thought maybe they would be for positioning the separate underskirt portion just right but mine doesn't have any snaps...)

To @aliengirl and @applesaucesims: Like I said I tried the pick me girl look with Sam? I didn't go with the hoodie because the other guys would know her true identity. Instead I went with the "girl next door bun I spent 30 seconds to do because I don't have time for hair stuff unlike the other girls". She knows how cute she looks like that. I still really like her.

PS: Her shoes are signed by all her bros.

About Allegra: Back in the days, I thought she looked so badass. At first I went with a more goth look for her and realized that I have already too many goth folks and that a simpler style would fit her too.

About Martin, I can't wait to create his twin brother/fraternity alter ego, because yes, I'll tackle some fraternities/sororities as soons as I can.

Sim State University

Jane dreamed of meeting the love of her life in college. Now, she is heading into her senior year without any prospects. At least she is not flopping college, right?

Martin is very focused in his dream of becoming a mad scientist, and already get a job in the science career. But will he be able to work full time without failing in college?

Allegra is a bleeding heart romantic - aka hopeless romantic - but you wouldn't know that from looking at her. She dislikes the entire sorority as a matter of principle and sticks to her own small circle of friends instead.

Martin did this and then received a promotion. Pretty cool.

Allegra's also promoted. Next round I'm moving the couple out. Or the one after that, since it'll be Monday.

Pine Lake Farewell: Worthington-Rai

Frances and Jasmine lived blissfully in the fire hall until their daughter went off to university and Jasmine officially retired. She could boast putting out over 300 fires in her lifetime, and it was estimated she single-handedly saved over 50 individual buildings from burning down. Not a single Sim ever died by fire while she was fire chief.

Frances eventually managed to get his gold toy badge, though he was almost an elder at the time. He worked harder at his job on the police force, staying mostly at his desk rather than out on patrol. He and Jasmine retired together and enjoyed their golden years in peace and quiet at the seniors home.

Francesca Jane graduated with highest honours in physics, but decided to scrap her plans of becoming a rocket scientist in favour of joining the circus, a dream she had held since childhood. Her work with lion-taming led her to reconnect with an old friend from daycare, and she and Nathaniel Ruben have been dating since.

Another successful semester.

so I made jon a jazz playlist cause I've thought ab him and jazz too much this past week

like at the weekends when they don't have to do anything, jon still wakes up early (he's an early riser) and uses the space in the morning to get stuff done and to chill without angel constantly talking to him

zach and ruben get up around 10 but angel normally sleeps in until 1. so I give you jon just quietly humming to some jazz while he cleans and chills. him just reading while listening is everything to me (I'll draw this when I have time to I swear, college is kicking my ass)

Watching Allegra get married has Jane Stacks feeling all romantic and nostalgic for when they were all living together and she and Martin Ruben were a couple... and it seems like Martin is feeling the same way.

They really have trouble letting go of each other, even though they both have new romances now! But isn't that always the way...
