To @aliengirl and @applesaucesims: Like I said I tried the pick me girl look with Sam? I didn't go with the hoodie because the other guys would know her true identity. Instead I went with the "girl next door bun I spent 30 seconds to do because I don't have time for hair stuff unlike the other girls". She knows how cute she looks like that. I still really like her.

PS: Her shoes are signed by all her bros.

About Allegra: Back in the days, I thought she looked so badass. At first I went with a more goth look for her and realized that I have already too many goth folks and that a simpler style would fit her too.

About Martin, I can't wait to create his twin brother/fraternity alter ego, because yes, I'll tackle some fraternities/sororities as soons as I can.

I want to apologize at this point that there are so many "Several Families" posts lately. This rotation I'm playing every household for only two days and sometimes there's just not enough happening to make a full post dedicated to one family/ household only. I chose to play each household for two days so I could give them all their traits, favourite color and adjust things that need to be adjusted. (Lifetime wants and things like that.) I hope you enjoy them nevertheless. 💚

Tragedy in Pleasantview

Ophelia Ruben, heiress of the Strangetown Spector fortune and wife of local Martin Ruben, who recently gave birth to the couple's first child, has died.

An eyewitness reported that Mr. Ruben tearfully begged for his wife's life and the Grim Reaper was initially empathetic to the plea.

But not long after, Mrs. Ruben reportedly fell to the ground once again. Her cause of death has yet to be confirmed, but we're told that Mrs. Ruben had long been haunted by the ghost of her aunt, from whom she had inherited a large sum of money.

Mr. Ruben has, understandably, taken the death of his wife quite hard. Friends have told us he was completely inconsolable the night of her passing.

Welcome to the thing that has consumed my life for the last few months. I've decided to plot every footballer and manager this site loses their shit for on a political matrix.

Not a political spectrum - I really can't be arsed to guess their left/right leanings. Instead, we have a matrix, measuring:

Political Ideation (vertical axis) - How do they see the world? Do they have good ideas or bad ideas?

and

Political Intelligence (horizontal axis) - Do they have a clue what's going on? Could they make an argument for anything?

These judgments are based on their actions both on and off the pitch.

Today is the day of Jane's graduation party, and DRAMA stirs the pot. Here she us thinking she'll have to tearfully wait for Martin to graduate college, but just as she's inviting people over, Martin suddenly MAKES OUT WITH ALLEGRA.

The engagement is immediately called off.

Jane is beside herself, so she fights back the only way she knows how - make out with Allegra's boyfriend, who is pretty confused because she friendzoned him last night.

But for some reason Martin and Allegra aren't bothered. Had any of it been genuine at all? Had Martin been playing Jane? Or is it just the woes of sim autonomy? Who knows.

But Jane graduates, and leaves the apartment without a boyfriend or a best friend. No idea where the taxi will take her.

Heather recieved a promotion, which means its once again time for her to quit her job and find a new one per her lifetime wish. and throw a party.

martin comes home right as its kicking off. i bet he is very pleased to find the apartment full of people Heather is attracted to specifically.

She flirted with Gilbert enough to fall in love and become best friends with him.

Martin did manage to socialize and make some friends during it all, at least.

She also seduced Jason Larson, putting her at 5 loves at once.

she had a great time and switched into a very lazy cat costume for halloween. I thought I had ear accessories but i did not. Martin is not dressing up, most likely because he's kinda disliked by all the people who would be really throwing parties anyway. whoops!

After some time in The Beyond, Ophelia Ruben is back with her family. She still feels a bit off. But hey, at least she's not a zombie?

Her son Reed is now a teenager. And she feels like she's missed so much. It make take some time for them to reconnect.

A new baby soon joins the family.
