Work In Progress Wednesday

I completely forgot today was Wednesday. Uh... I dont think I've shared this yet?

Plo Koon hummed thoughtfully before saying, "I think regardless of how one defines honor my words remain true. It's clear to me that you are a great source of joy in Jaster’s life and that Jaster wishes to share that joy with me is humbling." Okay, Jango conceded, maybe the Kel Dor understood how Mando'ade viewed honor and wasn't oblivious. "Especially since we didn't part on the best of terms."

Wait, what? 

"Only because I was a di'kut. I should have asked for your comm code; rejection or no," Jaster argued, sounding contrite.

"What?" Jango asked, incredulous. "Rejected? You rejected Jaster? And buir still likes you? Buir, you still introduced us? What the kriff?"

Plo's laughter almost drowned out Jaster’s barely audible 'wayi'. 

"Indeed I did. As I told Jaster, a Jedi's life is quite hectic; unless teaching or part of the Council we spend more time in the field than at the temple. It's hard to maintain friendships with other Jedi, nevermind someone outside the Order. I felt it would be unfair to both of us to try," Plo explained with obvious amusement and way more grace than his buir.

"Oh, so… you agreed to be- uh... haav'burcya? whenever you met back up again?" Jango asked more to watch Jaster squirm than any real curiosity.

"Jango. Enough, ad. This is revenge for giving you the sex ed talks, isn't it?" Jaster asked, clearly trying to change the subject.

"You lectured me for hours, buir, hours," Jango said but meant absolutely.
