i don’t think this is super common now (and thank god), but it is kind of funny when late 2000s mainland chinese crime films show their cop in his lowest and most desperate hour going i’m finally going to do it, i’m going to do…….A Drug. and the movie holds up a sign for the audience to scream and shout please no mr police man anything but that!!! you have so much to live for!!!! and then the cop is like what was i thinking! i will never do A Drug, for the sake of my people. full on reefer madness (1936) shit

Wealth Unveiled: Jackie Chan's Astonishing Inheritance Decision
Jackie Chan, the iconic martial artist and actor, has captivated audiences worldwide with his incredible stunts and dynamic performances. But beyond the screen, a story of wealth and legacy has been unfolding, one that defies conventional expectations.
With an estimated net worth of $350 million, Jackie Chan has amassed a fortune that could secure his family's future for generations. However, in a surprising turn of events, he has declared that his only son, Jaycee Chan, will not inherit any part of this substantial wealth. The question that naturally arises is: why? To unearth the intriguing details behind this unexpected revelation, explore the complete narrative at https://upcrunched.com/why-jackie-chans-350m-inheritance-will-not-go-to-his-son/.
Jackie Chan: A Legacy of Resilience Jackie Chan's rise to stardom is a testament to his unwavering dedication and talent. Born to Chinese Civil War refugees, he received training in martial arts, drama, and acrobatics from an early age. He made his debut in the film industry at just five years old and, after graduating from the China Drama Academy, began his career as a stuntman in the Hong Kong film industry.
With over 150 films to his name, including iconic titles like "Rush Hour" and "The Karate Kid," Jackie Chan's impact on the global entertainment industry is immeasurable. His success extends beyond acting; he is also a director, singer, producer, and entrepreneur with a diverse range of business ventures, from merchandise to philanthropy.
The Intriguing Inheritance Twist The decision not to pass on his substantial wealth to his son, Jaycee, has prompted curiosity and speculation. Some have pointed to Jaycee's past controversies, notably his arrest and imprisonment for drug possession, as a possible factor. However, as we dig deeper into this narrative, it becomes evident that there is more to the story.
Jackie Chan's decision is aligned with a growing trend among celebrities who have chosen not to leave their wealth to their offspring. Figures like Gordon Ramsay, Bill Gates, Simon Cowell, and Elton John share a similar philosophy: they believe that children should work to build their financial futures independently.
The Broader Implications Jackie Chan's decision is not merely a personal choice but a reflection of shifting perspectives on wealth and inheritance among celebrities. It challenges traditional notions of success, family, and financial legacies. While some may view it as unconventional, it highlights the desire to empower the next generation to chart their paths to prosperity.
As we continue to explore the fascinating lives of celebrities, one revelation at a time, we look forward to uncovering more stories that challenge our assumptions and inspire new perspectives on success and legacy.

Age progression artist
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The series of illustrations I produced served as a recreation of her lost past by unmasking how she developed and evolved into the girl she is today. When the adopted child observed past photos of her siblings showing them as they aged, she wished she could see what she had looked like growing up. We asked forensic artists to create age-progressed images of individuals across three age ranges and asked participants to rate how similar pairs of these. Here locals and tourist alike can escape the stress of life and.

When imaging a childs face, the forensic artist must consider using. Anime Town, a small section of the sprawling downtown Tokyo dedicated to all things otaku. Forensic artists working with this new technology help this goal become a reality. of variability between artists in terms of how close their age progressions. Prologue: Anime Town Chan: Konnichwa and welcome to Anime Town, my name is Anime Chan and I’m here to tell you about this wondrous place. This new twist on the aging process began when a family, in concern for their daughter, contacted me explaining how they had three children: two were biological, the third was adopted from Haiti at the age of 7. Additionally, each age progression was presented next to a photograph of a. When children go missing for many years, investigators commission age-progressed images from forensic artists to de. If family photos are available, I like to refer to these as well for genetic similarities.Īge Regressions: These are conducted in a similar fashion as the age progressions, yet in these scenarios, the clock is turned back to exhibit the appearance of a subject at an earlier age. Age Progressions: While creating these renderings, I take into account as much information as I can get, including habits, lifestyle and hobbies (i.e., exercise, smoking, drug use) all of which impact how one ages. New images of Jaycee Dugard bear a striking resemblance to an age-progression composite image by forensic artists that aided investigators in their search for the missing girl.

3 Reasons Why You Should Watch Mulan: Rise of a Warrior
Has Disney's Mulan got you wishing for a Chinese version? Check out 3 Reasons why you should watch Mulan: Rise of a Warrior!
Y’know, I should have seen my fascination with Asian storytelling coming YEARS ago. My favorite Disney movie for a very long time was Mulan, and even then, I yearned for a more authentic version. Even Donny Osmond’s compelling anthem about being a man couldn’t change my mind! Come see the three reasons why you, too, should watch Mulan: Rise of a Warrior. Continue reading

The guy in the striped hoodie in this fight scene may not look all that familiar but he has a very, very close tie to the kung fu cinema genre. That’s Jaycee Chan aka Jackie Chan’s son. He’s tried to dip his toe in action a number of times. All to little fanfare. He just doesn’t seem to have inherited his dad’s talents. However, this film is definitely a standout as far as his martial arts sequences go. The other two guys are Shawn Yue and Nicholas Tse. Both started out as singers but have made significant waves in action cinema. Mores so than Jaycee, anyway. All things considered, this fight is actually really, really good. But then I’m a fan of a good brawl. Also, some of the stunts look like they could have been taken directly from a Jackie film.
The film is Invisible Target and, admittedly, I don’t love it. It’s not terrible but it’s not great either. But those who are tempted can scoop up the DVD for $7 on Amazon (here).
